Hoera, eindelijk een app waarmee je foto's op maat kunt afdrukken dachten we, maar dat bleek al te optimistisch. De canon selphy printer, met papierformaat 10 x 15 cm, print uit zichzelf minstens een centimeter buiten de rand waardoor je een heleboel van de foto mist. Als je een foto in de app 'print to size' tot aan de randen gebruikt wordt er ook een deel van de foto niet afgedrukt, maar gelukkig kun je de foto wel verkleinen zodat het uiteindelijk een goed resultaat geeft, maar omslachtig is het wel. Erger is het dat negen van de tien foto's zonder inkt afgedrukt worden omdat de app zogenaamd het formaat papier niet goedkeurt! Dat kost ontzettend veel inktrollen! (Canon Selphy werkt niet met cartridges, maar met inktrollen die afrollen, onafhankelijk van de hoeveelheid kleur die nodig is) We hebben ongeveer vijf iPads en telefoons in gebruik, en alleen de eerste wilde de eerste goede print maken. De tweede wilde pas een goede print maken nadat de eerste ipad uitgezet was. Maar de derde ipad leverde helemaal geen kleurenprints meer, ook niet nadat ipad 1 en 2 allebei uitgezet waren. Fix dit probleem alsjeblieft, want het idee is zo goed.

Love this app for printing because I can crop and place my pictures however I want on the page! I use it mostly on my iPad. Wish it existed for my macbook air!! It also lets you export to pdf or to jpg which is very much appreciated!

Love this app except when using it on my iPad it works for awhile then won’t move the photos around or allow cropping etc. The last time it did this I updated the iPad software and it worked again but this time my software is current. I’ll have to look for another app unfortunately.

I was emailing photos to my computer to put them in sheets to print which was infuriating and my printer wanted a monthly subscription that was more than double this app cost to given me this function. Immediately straightforward and useable!

Does exactly what I need it to do and nothing more. It is perfect. Simply select photos and arrange them how you want. Print them the precise size you need.

This app is perfect for resizing images to print and putting multiple images on a page. It’s super easy and intuitive to use, definitely worth the $3 it costs. Normally when I try to print a picture from my phone via wifi, it would just fill the full 8.5x11 page. So I would have to transfer my photos to my pc before printing the size I need, to fit in a frame for example. I could made it work, but I was looking for a way to resize images straight my phone to skip the extra hassle. Honestly I must have tried half a dozen free apps that just didn’t do this seemingly simple thing I needed of making images smaller, including Canon PRINT, which you’d think should have worked with my Canon printer. With some more searching, Google recommended this app for what I need. I was skeptical about spending the $3 for it without first knowing for sure if it would do what I need, after all the failed attempts with other apps that said they could but didn’t, but now having tried this one I’m glad I did. This app makes it simple and intuitive to resize images to precisely the measurement you need, as well as crop, rotate and add multiple images to a page for a collage and/or to save paper. I feel so relieved to have finally found just what I was looking for.

So useful being able to print images at less than full page size and compile multiple images on one page. And easy to use!

Habe mir eben noch schnell die App runtergeladen, auf die Schnelle mal ausprobiert. Bin überrascht, wie wie einfach und selbsterklärend sie zu benutzen ist. Man kann damit Ausgabegrösse, Ausschnitte,Position auf dem Papier usw festlegen. Was der Drucker nicht anbietet und Fotos auch nicht, wird hier möglich. Die 1,99 € sind gut angelegt!

I don’t know what I would do without this app! I am able to print picture from my phone to my printer at any size ( 8.5 x11 is my max)! I have gifted friends and family with a picture (usually from their FB 🙂) and framed it for them and they talk more about the picture and the memories it brought back then any other gift. This app helps me fit as many pictures as the page can hold or just one big beautiful photo. I have had this app for years and never once was disappointed! I recommend to everyone for printed pictures because some day your phone may fail you but a tangible photo never will and Print to size is the best way to help you with that❣️ BTW I get my photo paper from the dollar tree in the stationary section. Blue sleeve, lit of times hidden. But it is there😁. Peace out friends.

Fotos werden mit PinchToZoom-Gesten angepasst und manuell platziert (verschiedene Papiergrössen sind wählbar). Ein langer 'Tap' auf das Foto, und Delete, Duplicate, Rotate & Adjust Crop, stehen zur Verfügung. Die Qualität kann man beim Druck ggf. noch anpassen (=Modus ändern) und die Datei ggf. auch als PDF ausgegeben. Die ppi/dpi-Zahlenwerte werden während des zoomens übrigens weiss, hellgelb und gelb eingefärbt - je heller desto besser die Qualität. Insgesamt - eine tolle App die ich nicht mehr missen möchte. (Wären nur mehr Apps so durchdacht & gut programmiert!) Rezension ist (unverändert) aktualisiert, da ich die App nach wie vor toll finde und uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

I’m not sure why iPads are so Alien to such a basic concept of A4 printing and layout, but this app should be installed by default on all phones/pads. It’s simple & allows laying out what to print. For some reason after one of the iOS updates my printer now prints beyond the edge of the paper by quite a lot which is really annoying. No app/setting allows changing this & they always print to full size of the print media. So this app has an even more important role as it allows me to shrink images to the enforced printable area.

This app really impressed me how easy it is to print photos and such in different sizes all on one page. It’s so easy to use a small child could do it. I love how it even has guides that pop up as you drag the pictures around on the paper that allows you to get all photos evenly spaced from each other as well as leveling them horizontally as well as vertically. I have had other print software for my computer but this beats them because this isn’t template based. You aren’t forced to print a whole page of photos that you don’t want to get one or two of a certain size like other print apps do that are template based. You can also save your work to .jpeg or .pdf too to make it easy to email. I love this app!! Thank you devs!!

One Word Outstanding Performance

Great tool for printing actual size technical drawings for eg templates, or scale models. Very accurate. One request: can you make it possible to resize the picture not only according to its total dimensions but also according to a preselected part of the image?

It’s not something I have to do every day, or even every month but every time that I use this app I marvel at how straightforward and intuitive it is, and how it makes simple the complex task of figuring out how to print something to a specific size. I love it and couldn’t do without it.

I print a lot and I like to save paper so this app is perfect, especially when printing from iPad or phone. Instead of one picture per page, I can fit as many as I want depending on the size I want of course. When a recipe prints without a picture, I can screenshot both the recipe and picture then layer them on this app. It looks very professional.

Unfortunately didn’t solve my problem and doesn’t have all necessary features for printing. I use Epson ET-8550 and faced a common issue with printing the actual size of the picture. Printer stretches the picture, crops the edges and seems to shift the elements while I need them to be the exact size on exact place. First I tired Colour photo, it stretched my design to the whole a4 page even though the image was smaller and on the screen it occupied only a part of the page. Printing using Color General printed the size closer to the real one but added a white border that covered part of the picture. Also, some crucially important features like feed selection are missing so I had to take all paper out to ensure that the printer grabs the one I need. I did like the colours vibrancy though, out of all the apps I tried seems to be the closest one to what’s on the screen.

I never usually write a review for anything… especially an app! I came across this app after trying to sort and print many photos onto one page and failing miserably! This App allows you to attach photos simply, and then crop and resize them, then place them where you want on the page! Then print, send, or save! Just like that… I could not find anything like this after hours of searching the internet. It has helped me tremendously… 🤗 Absolutely wonderful… the inventor is a genius. 💜

I needed an app that can print images to custom size requirements, ability to arrange on a custom page layout and the basic editing features such as crop, scale etc. I did not want highly sophisticated and costly apps with complicated editing features. This is a perfect rudimentary app that does it’s job.

Die App ist intuitiv zu bedienen und übersichtlich gestaltet. Man kann die Größe der Bilder frei wählen, das Ergebnis zudem als PDF oder JPEG exportieren - einfach klasse! Eine vielleicht noch nützliche Ergänzung wäre es, wenn man die Bilder mit einem Seitenrand versehen könnte. Aber auch ohne diese Möglichkeit ist die App super!

This app is the best , yes you have to pay but its worth it. You can adjust however you want and it doesn't stretch which is my nightmare whenever i drag a photo on the computer. I can see the measurements whenever to adjusting the size and it shows you the width by length and ppl, i was able to fit 8 of 5.5cm by 9cm in a single page, i just safe money only paper and laminating sheets yeah.

The UI is straightforward, and so is the price. I’m an artist and sometimesI like to print reference images, but wanted to save ink and paper. This is a quick way to merge, resize, crop, and print in one stop. The pdf apps are usually overkill on features and price so I’m glad to have found this. As a suggestion, I would like to see custom paper sizes, or even preset screen sizes. On my PC, I once found a way to stitch screenshots into an 8.5” by [any]” page, which made a single scrollable image just for viewing on a display. Very handy for reviewing photo shoots, saving webpages, and making cheatsheets from screen shots and annotations. Also an auto layout option (maybe I missed it?) when selecting and adding multiple images. This would be good for a quick comparison page for choosing versions.

This app allows me to size the stencil to my tattoos the size I need, with the precision and the paper location that I need. A must have.

Printing images and not getting to set the size was a real pain . However with this app it is extreamly easy to select the size of the image and print . Tho it is expensive , but worth it if you print a lot of images !

It is a great app for getting multiple pictures onto one page and adjusting their size accurately. I’ve started to make my own prints at home and wanted to be able to get 2 prints on an A4 paper. I love how it tells me the size of the image and how easy it is to align the images. I think the only think that would make it perfect is having an option for a grid or ruler. I would like to know how far away one image is from the edge so I can match it on the other image. Also I want to ensure I have enough space between the images to cut and give my prints a small boarder. I can do this by eye but I would love something to help give me more accuracy!

I love the app but after using it maybe once a day for about 2 weeks, I needed to print a bunch of photos yesterday. I noticed when I printed several in a row (using my phone, and air printing to hp envy) I would lose connectivity from my phone to the printer. It would print wirelessly from my laptop but my phone would keep saying printer is offline, or cannot connect to printer. But then I’d wait an hour or so and it would be fine for 1 print and then I’d lose connectivity again. I tried rebooting the printer, rebooting my phone, etc but nothing seemed to help. When I didn’t print through the app it didn’t seem to have as many issues but it’s hard to say because I mostly used the app. Could the isssue have anything to do with the app? Can I prevent it somehow?

This is a life changer and worth every euro!!!

Die App ist klasse. Ich kann mehrere Bilder auf einem A 4 Blatt in der gewünschten Größe platzieren und ausdrucken. Genau was ich suchte. Es wäre schön, wenn man das Projekt speichern könnte um eventuell noch Fotos später hinzufügen. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man gleich mehrere Fotos auswählen könnte um sie dann in der App abschließend auf die gewünschte Größe zu bringen.

Very easy to use for printout of multiple photos in an A4 page for my daughters project. I would suggest to include a way to import multiple photos using the files app rather than using import via the photos app. You may have photos on your iPad that you may not need in the photos app. Update: As suggested by the developer, you can copy multiple photographs from anywhere on iPadOS and paste to get your desired printout.

Its the app which i was looking for.. perfect for school projects multi photos in one page, resizing.. awesome

Update! Since the update in October, 2019, it’s been working perfectly. No more issues with sending images from drawing apps. No more issues connecting to printers. I haven’t checked to see if it still caches data. I haven’t used it enough since the update. But so far it back to five stars for me. P.s., one big reason for five stars, besides it functionality, is the responsiveness of the developer. I’ve contacted the developer twice about issues with the app since I began using it and they’ve always responded promptly, always had helpful workarounds, and always been on top of fixing the issues. I’ll start by saying I’ve used this app nearly every day for over a year. There are a few things that need fixing. Some of them are serious enough that I am looking for alternatives. First, the app caches every print job apparently. Last I looked, it was using over 9 Gb of storage. You just have to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix, so not a big deal. But still, kinda dumb. More serious are bugs that have been going on for months now. One is when I share a file from Clip Studio to Print To Size, the first try always fails and I just have a blank page. Every time, I have to go back to Clip Studio and share it with the app again before the file shows up in PTS. Then, since iPad OS release, it still does this, but also, when I print a page, then move or resize the image to print it again, the app fails to print. I hit print, and nothing happens. I have to quit the app, restart it, then re-import the image, resize, etc, then print. This is a HUGE pain! Needs to be fixed ASAP because it is basically unusable for me at this point.

So I spent a good chunk of this morning searching for an app that would allow me to create a photo collage (multiple & different photos) on 8.5x11 photo paper, that I could print on my home printer. The App Store was of no help to me and everything that came up first in my search was something like printing to strangers or into the ether. I did a search under “HP”, since my printer is an HP Tango, and this Clafoutis Ltd app came up. It is EXACTLY what I needed. I watched the video before purchase and this has turned out to be one of the most quick & user friendly apps I’ve used in quite some time. ***Tip*** If you have an HP Tango and you want a crisp clear photo print, use the save .jpg option, then use the “Print” option rather than the “HP Smart Print” option (if you use the HP Smart printer app like me). For some reason, the HP Smart Print has those dreaded lines in the photos as if it thinks the photo collage is a document rather than a photo.

Giving thanks to this app developer. Does what Apple should be doing for printing in the native photos app. Simple. Elegant. Powerful. One feature that I’d like to see is the ability to print contact sheets. Similar to passport photos, many users would love the ability to have the app automatically duplicate one photo multiple times on a page. It would be automatically aligned (using a simple algorithm) so that I don’t have to spend time manually duplicating and aligning the same photo across the page. Thanks as always.

I have an HP printer on the InstantInk program (which I love). There’s some things I appreciate about the HP Smart app, but I’ll never understand why they haven’t implemented being able to choose specific sizes for your photos/documents. Pinch/zoom is the only options, which basically could result in many pages having to be printed before you get it to an “appropriate” size for a frame or project. (Which on InstantInk, could end up being rather costly, and going over your allotted plan pages. I’ve searched for almost a year now for a “work-around”, and came up with nothing, until this app! It’s truly one of the most simple apps to use. Allowing one to not only crop or size their image, but also add many photos or documents to the page before printing (an option that doesn’t exist within the HP Smart app). For someone, like myself, who is allotted a certain amount of pages with the InstantInk program, this is great! For someone who doesn’t use the program, it’s a way to save on ink (which is very costly). It basically benefits anyone/everyone! I’ve never once seen an ad pop up on this app (which let’s be honest, while the App Store is full of free apps, 99% of them, either have a boat loat of ads popping up, or are constantly “begging” for a rating, review, or “add-ons for X amount of dollars”). Never have I encountered this with this app! With a clean layout, simple to use, this is the perfect app for anyone to save on ink and get exact measurements for any photo or document. Wonderful job done on this app! Love it!

I’ve downloaded numerous apps to try to resize photos so that they will fit on the paper but have found none that will do the job. Then I found this one. Perfect! It solves this simple problem that even manufacturers can’t seem to. Many users want to place multiple photos of different sizes on one sheet of paper and it does that easily, and you can adjust the size and position of each image. I just wanted to put a square photo on a 6x4 sheet (and then cut the paper to size) without the software automatically resizing the photo to fit the paper, and therefore losing much of my image. It allows me to do this too! You can select any one of 27 paper sizes and this includes all the standard photo sizes and more. (Developer: this wasn’t clear in your app info, so it would be useful to include the sizes available in your blurb.) In addition to printing directly from this app, you can also save your layout for future use or editing, or export it to a pdf or jpg file. Worth every penny!

Ewig habe ich nach einer App gesucht, die einfach und problemlos in jeder beliebig einstellbaren Größe druckt, z. B. Labels usw. Endlich habe ich sie🍀💕. Sie funktioniert kinderleicht und verbindet sich mühelos. Dafür hätte ich auch locker 5 Euro bezahlt, mal ganz unter uns😉

After trying a few other similar apps I must say this is my favorite. I just got the app and i already like it but I’d love to be able to select multiple images (at least 2). Auto-fit to print 2-4 images on a page (letter, A4, A3) would be nice as well. Overall good app. I recommend. Thx guys

Simple yet excellent app. For printing ID photographs on my canon selphie it gave best results when edited with a normal ID photo maker and then printed using this app.

Sehr gute App um die Auflösung in Abhängigkeit zur Abbildungsgröße zu testen. Auch Collagen lassen sich prima damit anlegen. Ich nutze es daher auch für manche Karte, da ich hier besser den Bildausschnitt, die Position auf dem Papier und eben die Abbildungsgröße bestimmen kann. PDF-Export ist optional auch vorhanden. Die resultierenden Dateien sind zwangsläufig recht groß. Einzig das Arbeiten mit dem Druckrand bzw. darüberhinaus würde ich gern selbst bestimmen ;-)

I’ve found it so frustrating trying to print photos at home directly from my iPhone. I searched for an app that would hopefully make the process easier and I’m so glad I found this. It’s so simple and effective, with perfect results. Definitely worth the few dollars!

Okay, I’m literally like NOT kidding, I was really trying to print some pics for my bullet journal and I COULD NOT GET THE RIGHT SIZE, I literally struggled SO MUCH until I came across this app, although it was $2+ I’m telling u, IT IS WORTH IT. IM NOT KIDDING

If you know what you're getting, Print to size is an amazing app. In fact there is no other app like this on the AppStore! How ridiculous is that! So thank you kind developer for updating it continuously. I've been using the app for many months now and I'm a happy customer. Here's what the app does that no other app can do: It'll help you print a photo/document exactly at a particular size (right down to centimetres and inches). It's very useful if you need to print stuff from mobile devices but don't have options to reduce the size of the thing. In addition to that, it'll help you print multiple photos and documents in one page. Insanely useful app. I genuinely mean this. I'm so glad there's something like this on the AppStore.

I couldn't believe there was no way to print from iPhone to printer in anything other than full A4 page prints one photo per page. However it appears to be the case - so frustrating! This app is everything I was looking for and so quick and simple to use. Live adjustment on the page including watching as you crop or resize and seeing the measurements change as you are doing it in either cm or inches. Rotate, resize, crop, drag and fit several photos on one page in any way you like. So very easy to get prints perfect for photo frame sizes, I have just printed some 6"x4" photos with several on a page to fit an empty frame my mum has. There was a serious gap waiting to be filled and this app does it perfectly with no fuss - don't hesitate to buy it!

einfach, selbsterklärend, macht was es soll, und zwar Bilder auf die passende Größe bringen als Vorbereitung zum Ausdruck. Ob ich jetzt 10 Bilder auf ein A4-Blatt möchte oder nur 2, ich kann es selbst bestimmen und auch, wo und wie die Bilder angeordnet werden. Prima, die App ist jeden Cent wert! 😃

I almost gave up trying to find an app that does what this one does. You can just drag a photo to any size you like and it shows you in millimetres & printing dpi as you drag/enlarge or shrink it. Also you are doing this on top of your chosen paper size, a4, a3, a3+, etc, so you can see exactly where you are placing it / them on the paper. You can put many different photos onto one piece of paper and size & arrange each one as you like. You can also save your work / layout and reopen it later and carry on where you left off or export your finished photo to your printers printing app, Canon for example, and choose from all your different paper types before you print. You can also just print it straight out of this app. The print quality of the finished photo is excellent with no loss of detail. The developer is also very helpful and quick to get back to you with answers to any of your questions. All in all, a perfect app.
