Admin banned your account due too favoritism and don’t care about the business aspect. They banned me because of a lie that one of there friends told them. I’m level 169 and spent 4k US dollars a month on the app and they banned me. Great job admin. mico will go bankrupt if the admin still are doing favoritism.

This is a dead app with very bad mostly columbian and Venezuelan streamers. They did raise the number of coins you get tout you money but then they also raised the prices of the gifts even higher then the coin raise. Everyone left here for a reason. The developers had a great app and ruined it.

Customer service is beyond piss poor. What they don't tell you is you have to be a certain level to go live (level 4) in order to upgrade your level you have to work your way through a list of requirements in the app. one of the requirements is to receive a message from a stranger however, even though my settings were on for "receive messages from strangers" I couldn't receive or send any messages. I also could not be searched in the search bar using letters, QR code only. Didn't get helped.

This app is absolutely disgusting, and I cannot believe it is allowed to operate. It’s nothing more than a platform for enabling exploitation and manipulation. No one should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment or be made to feel like their worth is determined by their body. I highly recommend staying as far away from this app as possible. It’s a platform that encourages harm and takes advantage of people at their lowest. If you're considering using it, think twice—because this is a place that doesn’t care about its users, just about exploiting them for profit. You can get banned for literally anything you had to either put money in or gift and waste time just to start alive. You don’t even get to stream when you download on top of making you wait for stupid stuff. They banned you for dumb things like wearing a regular shirt.

Wayne is the biggest scammer on this app. He robbed me for my coin seller badge. He’s a CEO on the app and he likes to scam people out there money there from China so they really greedy. When it comes to money. Wayne scams everyone he scammed me out of $40,000 USD. this app shouldn’t be in the Apple Store or Google store. They should do a investigation on this app. Plus, there’s a lot of crimes on this app. The looks of it. Some people do human trafficking.

I was expecting to be connected with other users from around the world but I am limited to American only users. I have a lot of friends who live in Turkey on this app and was hoping to be able to participate on their lives but I can’t even find them using their ID or nicknames. I think I would consider going back to another platform that supports this feature.

I’m writing this review because this app is very corrupted. I was a loyal person to the app. The US admin even requested us to go to other platforms to recruit other people. Just to bring people to this platform. The US admin would go behind the agency owners backs and leak information. I was told from the US admin ( Wayne ) That my agency and my profile was permanently banned. He said that I was recruiting people off of the platform. To go to another platform. I constantly asked him to show me evidence. He refused to show me any evidence of me recruiting people from this platform. He dissolved my agency and my profile that I spent thousands of dollars on, just to build up my name and my platform on the app. I sent emails regarding this situation I’ve had agency owners request for my comeback his response was he permanently banned for life. Wayne did not show me any evidence and he talks to agency owners in a very disrespectful manner. It feels very much belittling and disrespectful. I feel like he has a vendetta against certain live streamers and I feel this is very unfair and this is leaving a bad look for the app I’ve constantly tried to get my account un banned. I’ve asked to be shown the evidence of me recruiting people from the Mico platform and I was never given any evidence. I am falsely banned and I remain falsely banned due to Wayne and his vendetta. I’ve asked him to speak to someone higher than him and he tells me that he is the top of the line. Well, if this is the top of the line I feel like this app is very corrupted and something needs to be done regarding this situation. This app is probably the worst out there. I’ve been streaming since 2017. And this is by far the worst.. most expensive, breaking copyright infringement laws, and banning you if someone who spends more money than You͏ reports you! My cousin is suing this app for illegal use of his song , along with the other 12 platinum recording artists, so don’t download this.. it will be gone soon! Biggest waste of money

very low quality audio vedio, made my iphone 12 warm and froze and quality is very bad and cant beleive diamonds are so pricy.

I am user of this app from last 4 years . Each and everything is perfect but as previous update they added one option of reserve in pk box. Due to which official hosts has to suffer a lot. As they will see all the hosts who are in there follow list and doing broadcast at the same time. As before they cant see them they can only see the available ones. But now they will see all their friends who are live at that time. And has to check breifly who is free to play among all the friend. Due to which they lose their focus on live due to which they cant entertain or welcome people during that time. Which i dont like about this app they should have a look onto that and change. It as a host as a user i can suggest that.

Unable to create an account on my phone

Once supabihh came Mico turned into a popularity contest and not about making friends and money. They took the exchange button and made people choose between being a verified host so you can get paid or a gifted who can just throw gifts around and never get paid. I’m a verified paid host and taking the exchange button from the verified host and giving it to a gifter made no sense at all. A lot of people who would use this app to get paid barley comes on the app unless it is an event. Like Barbie Bandz, JennyBoom etc. Thank god for obs because all you see on the app is people arguing (thanks supa tinks). In order to make money on this app you have to invest thousands of dollar each month for a 30% kickback. If you gift a gifter during an event you won’t get no keys back. They giving celebrities like Jason Lee and Milan Christopher special packages but neglecting most of the agency leader who were here for years before supabihh, Milan Christopher, and Jason Lee. It’s not worth the 30% kickback cuz you know Mico is getting their cut off the top then the agency leaders get a share then the verified host gets the rest. 15 days 30 hours every month is not worth the time. This is a Chinese app so imagine how Americans feel when you put ip thousands of dollars to win a competition during an event and a Chinese person snipes you (some don’t even be live or have the level requirements to even be in a competition so yes I feel this app is a scam to make Chinese people win. American never wins the competition and when I get everything I need from this app I’m deleting it and moving on to the next app before supabihh and the celebrities get a hold of it like they did to Bigo, up live, SuperLive, partying etc.

Does anyone know who is the owner of Mico Live? It seems as if administrators take threats and harassment very lightly and doesn’t understand the seriousness of it. A bunch of people staring at their phones and doing nothing. They just sit there all day long and beg for app “gifts, coins, and diamonds”. This app promises people a strange type of monetization. First you have to buy into it by purchasing “gifts” . Once you purchase gifts you are able to go live but not before then. After that , you become a host or a talent. This app promises money simply for being online though the amounts are never disclosed or clear. In Exchange for this promise to monitize your live feed, the user must go live for 30 hours a month. They must also complete strange gambling games to qualify. If the user does one but not the other, the guidelines state they will notBe eligible for pay. The host or talent is also tied into a family boss which is supposed to handle you and your money. I can’t imagine people are getting paid much on this app. They all seem to be from foreign countries like the Philippines, Brazil, etc….. There is also no way to delete your account from the app itself. I contacted customer service and was instructed to email someone else. That person never got back to me. Mico has created a weird , boring , begging culture on they’re platform. Do your self a favor and skip it.

Do not download this until customer service improves. I was locked into an agency and when I tried to leave the agency I couldn’t even though their rules on the matter were after a 30 day no contact rule from agency manager my account should have been free and clear to create my own agency on my main account. There are better platforms to broadcast from that care about customer service.

Don’t join this app they will let the agency owners steal your broadcasting money(hundreds to a few thousand dollars, one person had $4000 took from them and they did nothing ). You will send them the proof and they will tell you to work it out with the person stealing your money like that’s a smart idea. What is happening to mico was the first in the world, but after the recent updates, it is very bad. I hope that mico will return to the first version. It was really fun.
