I hate SHEIN so much. It’s such a scam, and I’d prefer Amazon over SHEIN any day. I got scammed!! It asked if I wanted free items, so I said yes. I chose some items, but it said I need to make a purchase to claim the item..? (Which does not make the items free if I have to make a purchase) and so I did. I bought a $10 phone case. I went to claim the items, and it said I have to wait for the phone case to ship. At this point I knew I was getting scammed. But once the order came, I opened the app to claim my rewards and it didint let me!! It said “first come first serve” and now it’s trying to make me make a new purchase👎👎

Never buy from SHEIN. SHEIN by passes customs that check for toxic substances in the items. Clothing has been found to have large amounts of lead. Squishy have been found to have toxins as with most of the things on their site. As with temu. Their items can lead to cancer and many different health effects.

The outfit was supposed to be white but it was brown

This is the third time I’ve purchased something from the company and have not received my full refund. I find it very unfair that a customer can pay for an item, never receive it, and then not be refunded the full amount. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this has been handled. After experiencing the same issue multiple times, I have lost confidence in the service and will no longer be doing business with the company. I would appreciate an explanation and the immediate return of the remaining balance owed to me.

I can barely find what I’m looking for without all the “hurry, buy now” pop ups. This really takes away from the shopping experience!

A friend of mine sent me a link to shein and i click on it and downloaded the app and it said i could get 5 things for free as a gift when i clicked my 5 things and i put in my address i sent it to as many people as a i cloud and once i got to 1 cent and sent it to another person and they got it instead of cutting the one cent that i needed it added 10 more cents and put me at 9 cents.??!!! This made me upset because it wasted my time got my address and lies.!!!

I bought Needohs on this app, or so I thought. There’s a TON of counterfeit ones on there, you can tell by the misspelled words and the name of the product isn’t exactly “Needoh” But the ones that I bought, they all said “Needoh” and they’re not. All fake, bad quality. They all popped immediately. Disgusting Needoh-replicas with gross ooze inside of them. I don’t recommend this app. They don’t do anything about the counterfeit sellers.

Looks nothing at all like shirt advertised. Total wast of money and the sizing is off. Way too big.

I like the products on SHEIN however it has become a lot like Temu with this misleading games. They trick you into purchasing something but you never get the stuff you won because it continually asks you to do more. Just got played out of $40 and still cannot claim my $200 I so called won. But it keeps saying to purchase one more thing. So this is my last time shopping with SHEIN. Would not recommend for this reason I’m so disappointed and upset. I am a single mother of four and have no money to waste.

Nice products from certain vendors but all the games are entirely too much. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FREE!! Temu does precisely the same. You’ll invite a million ppl and NEVER get anything free!!

Tried to checkout but had to “back button” all the way to the beginning to get it to checkout then it told me I wasn’t signed in or my password was wrong or the verification code was wrong.

I don’t think it’s fair to limit coupons when you are spending money

Good Learning Cards. I prefer to be able to charge it instead of batteries. Need to add more cards. Like the fact that there’s a stand but I would prefer it to be one piece with the stand. Love the fact that theres 5 Languages to learn, over all Y- Card Quiz Toy is a good learning toy.
