At first it’s fun and easy and you can win. You have to deposit money go play the “games” you’ll then “win” MORE MONEY (which you cannot cash out with). You must THEN “go to the SOLITAIRE side and PAY (with the earnings) and play those matches. This game is rigged for you to NOT WIN AND ALWAYS LOOSE YOUR MONEY. Every so often you’ll will. ALL THE CASINO THOE GAMES ARE RIGGED ASWELL you’ll spen 100s like I did to NEVER ACTUALLY “keep” winning. It’s a Cat and mouse game.

I deposited $45 with ease, shared location, played, won, attempted to withdraw via bank account, and was flagged for dishonest behavior. FAQs say if your deposit fails your funds will be returned in app, but mine were not. NO IN-APP SUPPORT! So I emailed developers, but email address listed on website does not exist. So I read several reviews to find alternative email address (@hotmail) and never received a response. I want my funds restored & hoping for a response with a resolution to this review.

I deposited $45 to this game and then when I went to cash out I got flagged for “dishonest activity” when there was literally no reason other than I’m good at solitaire and not even THAT good! Can’t find a way to contact so no hope to resolve! AVOID THIS GAME

I’m in big lobbies and I just so happen to be the absolute last to finish every single time? Even if I finish first? Sure buddy. Maybe they’re using scores from peoples past scores but you are not playing against people in real time. This is a scam.

This game and most of the other games by this developer are fraudulent, they bypass state gambling laws by using a loophole that you're not playing for real money but you're playing with in game cash which you buy with real money. I've played thousands of games and below is how the fraud works. 80-90% of the times you'll win the first and sometimes second games after u deposit. 98% of the times you'll lose the game immediately after a win. Games you lose will be to impossible scores. For example solitaire revelry scores you 12,200 for clearing the deck and 30 pts per second remaining. Games I lost had over 21,000 scores in first place which is mathematically impossible as they have to finish the game with more than 5 mins left. After going back and forth with customer service for weeks, finally they refunded me 8000$ which is about 20% of the total I lost. I will be suing this developer as soon as next week and it will.be a class action so everyone who lost can join. As for the game it is addicting with no responsible gaming tools and the win always dangling around like the grapes you cannot reach. This developer should be in jail for promoting and stealing millions of unwary customers.

I won my money fair and square and went to withdraw the money, and they restricted me from withdrawing and blocked my account. They also have a $40 limit, which takes forever to get to in general. It took me almost a month to get to the withdrawal point.

You will win a ton of games when u first start out but the closer it gets to withdrawal u will lose every game no matter how good u are soon as your withdrawal amount gets all the way down u will win games and they shouldn’t b allowed to use bots but they do they shouldn’t even b allowed to do this to people

I added money into the game only because there was an initial banner that said I get 100% of my money refunded if done within the first 24 hours, Well a couple hours after downloading and playing for a little I decided it was not for me and the refund button is completely gone from the game. Submitted a ticket to customer support and no answer. SCAM!!!!

Accused me of dishonest behavior and refused to pay me. All I did was play the game plain and simple. I don’t even know how you would cheat at something like this. Ridiculous.

You will win often at first, then you will hardly win. If you earn bonuses, you can never cash those out so they make you pay money for bonuses that you can’t earn. Scam of a game if I ever saw one.

I know I don't and never will trust Paypal they actually take 10% of your transactioons. You need to rework your reward systems and the game itsself too the tournament is fine but drawing three cards it is impossible to see clearly which number is which. Plenty of solitare games have this problem. You lost me. I don't want the money I gained bye bye.

I liked this game! At first, they have you put in so much information to withdraw and then it takes a couple days. I wish it was easier like the Freecash app . Both sides ID , bank info(of course) then facial verification. The app kept crashing so I tried at least 7 times to get past the first page. Hoping I can find another solitaire game close to this

These people are thieves! I’ve played their other games and have gotten paid. This one they stole my money saying I had dishonest behavior! They can’t even spell behavior right. Bunch of crooks! I loved this game for a bit. I was a level 8 VIP. I actually won quite a bit of money. Maybe that was the problem. Yesterday, when trying to withdraw $54 of winnings, a “safety notice” popped up asking for pictures of my drivers license or passport! What?? When I went to customer service, they not only said I had to give them pictures to withdraw, but that my account could be banned for not complying. That’s INSANE. Is my identity not proven by allowing my data to be collected at sign up? Now you want my home address and picture?Absolutely not. Threw the money onto a slot game and deleted the app. I’ll come back if they remove this invasive, ridiculous requirement. Do NOT play until this is gone!

Failed withdrawal After winning fair and Square, I submit for withdrawal and I submit all my documentations with valid IDs and took the selfie that they requested and then they said we detected this dishonest behavior so you withdrawal or failed so if they don’t look twice at anything when you’re depositing money but when you try to withdraw, they make up stories

I downloaded Solitaire Revelry through MoneyLion and was supposed to receive a $200 redemption, but six weeks later I still have not been paid. I invested a lot of my actual money into this app. In my experience, the app continually increases the cost of the solitaire games. It may start out with games that cost around $2 to enter, but once you pay for a more expensive game, the cheaper options seem to disappear or become unavailable. That makes it feel like the app is pushing players into higher and higher entry fees. There is also a slot section, but the money from that area does not appear to be directly withdrawable. From what I experienced, you have to win it back through playing solitaire before you can redeem it, which makes the whole system feel even more manipulative and confusing. Their support keeps going in circles. Sometimes they tell me the issue is being escalated to a processing team. Then later I get a random message saying the redemption was processed successfully, even though the money never arrived. Then the conversation times out, nothing gets resolved, and the whole process starts over again. The app advertises VIP 24/7 support, but my experience has been repetitive, unhelpful responses that do not seem like real human assistance. After six weeks of being told different things with no actual payout, I do not trust this app’s redemption process. I also contacted MoneyLion, since that is where I downloaded the app from, and they did not provide any meaningful support or help resolve the missing redemption either. Players should be very cautious. A redemption being marked “successful” does not mean you will actually receive your money.

You are not playing real people. You are playing bots. The game knows when you get close to a withdraw. Once u get close u start to lose so many in a row. I’ve gotten solitaire 4 times in a row 16,000 score and still lost yet I’ve scored 5000 points and got first place. Several times. I get first place when my money is low but when I’m close to cash out I start to lose game after game even scoring high u still lose. You are playing bots and not real people.

i swear id give it 0 stars if i could. i wasn’t able to make A SINGLE MOVE the entire game. i tried EVERYTHING and it wouldn’t work. then it wont let you withdraw to anything besides paypal and bs sooo. idk maybe yall dont think its a scam but i definitely do.

This game is so clearly a scam, it’s a wonder it’s even legal. Any game that aggressively tries to encourage you to deposit money and have complete control over match outcomes (you play against bots, not people) should be a huge red flag. The mechanics are not smooth, either, so it’s not even a good solitaire game. The one good thing I can say is that the backing track for the matches is lovely. If you like getting scammed out of your money to the tune of cool jazz, this game is for you. Otherwise, just go find a normal solitaire game.

I deposited $30 into the game and won $57. Went to withdraw through Apple Pay because it was supposed to be less than 3 hours to get the money. Not true three days later it’s still “in review”. So I decided to put more money into it, so I deposited another $35 and played till I ran out of bonus money. I now have $62 I can withdraw but can’t because i have to wait till the other pending withdrawal to finish before I can do another withdrawal. So… next morning I log into it and bam I get a notification that dishonorable behavior and they have blocked me from getting my withdrawal. Big SCAM and the vip support on the app is a joke, no help whatsoever. I was hoping for support to reach out and fix the problem but they did not.

Even when you win, you lose, cant make any money and cant withdraw until you get $40, which never happens.
