Not happy

Cancelling due to no good support for a simple issue.

Pictures look great online but will not print. There is not a place to cancel the subscription through there site.

My child is so angry at me because the app doesn’t allow him to play with it

really enjoy this app and the coloring pages it provides. The designs are creative, fun, and easy to use, which is why I originally subscribed. However, I am extremely disappointed with the renewal process. I was required to pay another $40 to continue using the app and renew my membership for November 2026–November 2027, even though it is only May 2026. There was no clear disclaimer or transparent explanation about why I needed to renew this early in order to keep access to features I already paid for. Preventing users from accessing a product unless they extend their membership far in advance feels misleading and unfair. Customers should be clearly informed about renewal requirements and account limitations before being charged again. While I appreciate the quality of the app itself, this billing and access experience has left me very frustrated, and I will be pursuing further action regarding these practices.

When asking for a refund I found the staff to be rather rude., using the words That's ... final decision

This app sucks. It lets you take three photos before asking you to pay a yearly/weekly fee. The first picture worked fine but the next two didn’t work like they said they would. Don’t get this unless you are planning to pay for it. And it is definitely not worth the money unless you are going to use it multiple times a day. If you want to easily make a coloring page you’re better off just using chat gbt for this.

I had a free trail and when I canceled it not even a couple of days of having it. It then charged me the full amount right after cancellation! And denied me a refund!

I love the idea of this game. But I could not play it. It made me join their subscription to color my pictures. This game would be awesome if it didn’t make you pay. I would definitely recommend this game if you like spending money on an app.

I have really enjoyed using Colorify on my iPad and iPhone. I often recommend it to friends. But suddenly, the app will no longer open on either device. I have deleted it and downloaded it afresh from the App Store to no avail. I have plenty of storage on both devices -- the problem isn't my running out of memory. Please correct whatever has bricked this great little app. I hate to cancel my subscription, but I am going to.

I just subscribe pro for the whole year but it wont let me generate a coloring page

I picked a photo and uploaded it to see if it was worth buying or getting a subscription for and it just immediately gives you a subscription pay wall. I’m not going to pay for something that I can’t try out first.

Totally stopped working. Only had it for a month. A waste of good money.

The app doesn’t open for me. I was excited to try this but disappointed that I can’t.

Updated the app and now it won’t open. Frustrating because I’ve paid for it and cannot use it. Loved it when I first downloaded it - now nothing.

This was a really fun and great app and we used it almost daily with the kids, but ever since the update a few days ago it just doesn’t work at all.

I purchased a subscription a week ago and at least 2 of the 7 days the app won’t load. I gave up a couple days so it may have been longer. The first full day it happened I hoped it was a one off, but now in less than a week today is another full day I can’t get it to load. I will try to get my money back and find a more reliable app

I got it to open once, long enough for it to get me to pay for a month. Uploaded one photo. Never let me submit it to design the page. Closed out to try again and now the app will not get past the home page.

App says there is a free trial, however, I don’t see any option for that. I won’t purchase what I haven’t first tried.

It says it’s free, but I can’t generate the image without purchasing the payment plan.

I have used this maybe 15 times now and worked great! I cannot get this app to load anymore even after the required updates. This is very frustrating after spending $40 dollars. What a let down. I want my money back!!!

Again, when they give you a free trial and your kid signs up then when you try to cancel on time they have already charged you and no where is it possible to cancel and refund. This app does not work well.

App struggles to convert photos of people, they look extremely different from the uploaded photo. Customer service is also unresponsive. I have reached out twice in the past month. .

I cannot get in touch with any phone number or email associated with this company. I have been trying to cancel my account for 8 weeks and they keep on charging me.

I already paid for this app and the app was doing fine, but then it said I needed pay to use it the next time . I have my subscription and my receipts saying I paid and the company was charging me . I’ve message the company’s support but that is a scam as they do not answer back .

You have to pay for the app, in Full for either a year or a week, in order to even see a single example of the photos that you were trying to convert. No money back guarantee, just pay us in advance and hope that it is what you want to be.

Give us at least one preview picture before requiring a subscription.

Results were atrocious.

ChatGPT does it for free. Just downloaded the app to try and Apple charged me $39.99 before even 7 days were up. Wasted $40. Requested refund but Apple won’t refund. What do I do with this app for entire year?

Give it no stars

Says you can do it for free with limits but when you save it it is watermarked all over so you can’t use it . Very unhappy and disappointed about that at this point just not make it a free app very misleading.

Don’t do it

Once the photos are converted to coloring pages they show in the Profile but when I want to print them only 10 or so (Recents) show up in the save and share. I want to convert all my photos and then print them at the same time (about 36) I’m making a coloring book for my grandchildren . This is not available on this app. My iPhone and MacBook Pro are synced and it is not possible to print the photos from my MacBook with this app. Also, it is a very SLOW process! App reminds you “ready in seconds” NOT…I am on full Wi-FI and power. One should not have to be tech savvy to print coloring pages. I’ve done all the “restart, update app, etc.” now it’s time to try and get my $39.00 back. I managed to print about 10 pages and then the app stopped my access the other pages.

Pop up said .77 a month then get charged 40 for year

As a teacher of a private school, that is not funded by the government in a small community. Too bad we have to pay because our children would’ve had loved to be able to color themselves. But as a smart teacher, we will figure out a way to do this, and our kids will be able to color themselves because we think outside of box…

This app wants to charge a monthly fee to take the color out of my own pictures. They put a watermark on the coloring pages unless you pay their monthly fee. Here is a trick though, use AI. I was able to remove their watermark and reclaim my picture in as little as 5 seconds. Further, AI can do everything this app does without a watermark completely free. Don’t give these people any of your money for something that can be done for free.

They limit you on how much you can do in a day. I have waited and it wont reset.

$9.99 for a week to try it out. It can't even come close to copying any details in my dog. It made my dog look like a pig. It made me look fat like a snowman! I am an adult that bought this to outline pictures so I can learn to pencil sketch details. Great Misleading ad on FB about making photos into drawings. But none of the pictures even look remotely like the photos! I want my money back! This is so childlike too, not for adults at all!

I tried to convert a picture to line art to color, which it worked fine, but when I tried to save the picture, it gave me a fatal error message and it will not do it. I tried different pictures with the same issue. Please correct this error message or I will not purchase your app.

Couldn’t get anything worth using

It says “in app purchases” but without a subscription, all images are heavily watermarked. Seems like a bait and switch to me.

I hate it, being a kid who just wants to color, with parent restrictions, now HAS TO PAY for the stupid thing to work. I don’t recommend this if you don’t want to pay for it!

Totally disappointed..Fun app made grand kids great pic albums but was limited to usage could not finish for Christmas Paid for premium and told to come back tomorrow
