Would give 0 stars if I could. signed up and paid for a subscription. After working for a while, the app and any other way to access my fox one account (eg browser) kept saying it couldn’t find my subscription. Trying to resolve this through customer service is pointless. The chatbot connects me to a live agent. These so called live agents keep signing off while they claim they are looking at the issue. This has happened seven times in a row so far. The best answer I have gotten so far is that “someone is looking at it” with no timeframe for a resolution. The charge shows up on my credit card. I am not sure how they lost the transaction. Seems there is no way to talk to someone who can actually look at and qualify the issue. No way to escalate either. Guess I just have to say good bye to my payment.

it's shameful that we have to use this horrible app to watch the FIFA World Cup, I have a login and password through my cable company and I'm able to get in. It's just impossible to full game replays there's trash everywhere, highlights clips , and it's incredibly difficult to find a prior full game. I was able to find and watch one full game but now I can't find the Mexico versus South Africa game.

App keeps saying “location error - Fox One is only available in the US” even though I’M IN THE US!! Location service on, Reloading App as instructed in error message does nothing. AI tech support chat bot does nothing.

Simple as the title. First football, now the World Cup. No ChromeCast and no Apple Connect

Make the multiview able to be toggled off and on. It is an extremely unintuitive design and makes the experience incredibly frustrating.

Fox One app cannot recognize my Chromecast devices.

App works fine. Low stars for the fact they have a “mandatory hydration break” for a 78deg game during the World Cup simply so they can run ads and not return back to the game in time. Come on, at least follow Telemundo’s lead

I signed up for the World Cup but the app doesn’t move beyond the paywall and it directs me back to sign up again. It tells me I paid already but directs me back to the paywall. Just one big loop.

Don’t watch soccer on Fox! Cutting away from a live game to show ads is absolutely atrocious. Instead get the peacock app and watch the WC on telemundo! It’s cheaper and they aren’t cutting away for ads.

Very bad app, most of the shows only have one season without any on demand content so you’re basically stuck with limited content options. And the UI is bad too. And the next one is it has terrible amount of ads

This has to be the worst app. I go to watch a World Cup replay, it starts, then blurs the screen and sends me to the Live TV feed. Fine. I find that the replay will actually be in an hour, but no option to set an alert, like everywhere else. I’m considering just skipping out on watching the World Cup matches live.

I get they want to maintain one app but seeing boomer propaganda next to sports is not good, and they jump scare you with multiview so you get the worst of all worlds

This app constantly drops, gets hung up, or had latency issues during the first World Cup game. Internet here not an issue. Unbelievable. Hope they get it fixed soon.

They are showing ads during soccer matches of a world cup, and think its ok if viewers miss the live action just so that they can complete showing the entire ad. Did not broadcast the opening ceremony and either, rather a delayed and curtailed version.

Very disappointing app. I purchased a subscription specifically to watch the World Cup, but the streaming quality is terrible. The broadcast constantly freezes, buffers for 5–6 minutes at a time, and always seems to crash during the most important moments of the match. I even missed a goal because the stream was stuck loading. For a paid service, this level of performance is unacceptable. Fans should be able to watch live sports without interruptions, especially during major events like the World Cup. I expected a reliable streaming experience, but instead I got constant buffering and missed key moments. I would not recommend this app until the streaming issues are fixed.

Constant streaming issues. And it’s you cause my internet is fast and have no issues with Telemundo

They skipped the World Cup of soccer opening. They advertised they were going to play it, but they just started streaming when the match was about to start. They skipped the opening almost entirely, and replaced by Ads. What a classic move by fox.

The network plays commercials during livestream

Every live sport is worse when fox broadcasts it. The INDYCAR experience is riddled with ads and is frustrating to watch. NASCAR is much the same, with fans celebrating the switch to prime every season. I would rather watch the World Cup in Spanish on peacock than watch on fox. I would rather see a foreign company report on the news and broadcast sports instead of Fox. I can’t name one thing good about this company. Fox is a net negative on this country.

Come on. Kills my battery leaving the screen on when I can only listen to audio.

All 5+ different versions of the Fox streaming app make it impossible to watch anything. Error message after error message trying to sign into existing accounts and Cable providers. Spend some money and develop these better

Trying to watch their “preview content” which is just an ad lol Also on iPad the close out of video button doesn’t work. You have to either wait for the next video to start or force close the app. Amateur stuff.

Bummer. Right before the World Cup, and it’s not possible to subscribe to the $19.99 monthly tier on the iOS app. When you enter an email address and tap continue, the app returns a vague error saying, “something went wrong. Try again later.” But trying again, even later, still doesn’t work. The app just keeps spitting out the same error message.

Signed up for fox one expecting to be able to watch fox sports games, specifically soccer games. - Fox soccer channel is not included in the bundle. Not sure why I’m paying for this bundle, it does not meet my current needs

I can’t even sign in half the time it makes me go create an account when I have one already.

This is a bad app and experience. Whenever I login from a different device it asks me to select my favorites/preferences for programming. This is basic level 1 UX experience that is a must have for any streaming service. Don’t make me select my teams, programs, preferences every time I add a device. Next I watched a condensed replay of a World Cup friendly. The score in the top left was showing the final score of the game while replaying the first goal of the match so it was thoroughly confusing. Lastly, the overall navigation experience of the app is junk: it’s confusing, antiquated, and not intuitive. Skip this app and find other ways to watch your programming via Sling, YouTube TV, Peacock, etc for a much better experience.

How is it possible that developers in 2026 are not capable of making a functioning streaming app?? Every single day we have buffering issues. Transitioning from show to show at top of the hour makes the app crash the most. Absolutly horrible !

I’ve been a Fox News fan for at least 25 years. I’ve paid enormous TV bills just to enjoy it. I was so happy to see a much more affordable option with this app after I became disabled. I’ve being using the app for 4 or 5 months and keep having issues with the My stuff function. I added my favorite shows ( which is most of them) and I’m very frustrated that the shows that are over an hour will only record the first hour or not record at all ( especially the Fox and Friends daily and also the Weekend editions) I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times after getting that advice online but nothing helps on my smart TV. I also have the app on my iphone and it does a much better job but still not 100%. Live plays fine in both platforms but I need the DVR. I paid for a year in advance and am really disappointed.

The app has become annoying by interrupting my selection with FIFA ads. Get it out of my face!!!

Casting to screen doesn’t work by design and still full of ads.

After canceling Youtube TV, I needed a way to watch live Fox news as well as The Five and Gutfeld. Fox One seemed like the best option. This app sucks so badly!!! I constantly receive error messages advising me my subscription has expired when it hasn’t. I repeatedly have to exit out because the screen completely goes black. When watching live news, it doesn’t play the next show. Instead it autoplays to shows I’ve never watched. It cuts off the last 10 seconds of shows then won’t let me exit out. It doesn’t save a show where I left off in the Continue Watching. It starts me back from the beginning! I hate this app so much.

Just want to watch the World Cup, not be jammed your garbage news

I love all Fox Content, watch and listen to it for hours each day. Watched it on YouTube TV, and aside from the cost, it was literally the only thing I watched on it so we decided to replace it with Fox One. What a mistake. Lots of problems with it crashing, repeatedly asking if I’m traveling when I’m at home, and playback functionality is poor. As bad as it is on the IOS app it’s far worse on each of our TVs, all fairly new smart TVs of different high end brands. I’m very frustrated.

I really don't like this app. I'd rather pay a little more for a subscription from my cable company. For some reason it freezes between shows. It feels like they are so afraid someone is going to share the password with friends or something. Started asking me if I was traveling. That's the whole reason I bought the app was to watch it as I travel. 3 minutes of programming and 5 minutes of commercials. They should be paying me to have the app. I would recommend paying by the month to see if it fit you instead of a year because they won't refund any unused payment and you're stuck for a year like me with an app you don't like.

The app is garbage keeps turning off, keeps shutting down. I have to keep turning it back on. Worked great when I first download it then they must’ve had some kind of stupid update to the force. It keeps asking me to verify if I’m traveling or I want to update my home! And no matter how many times I update my zip code it asks the same question!

These guys charge $20 a month and then make you watch nonstop commercials. Complete scam!

Why does FS1 suck so bad? I downloaded Fox1 app on my smart TV. I also have Starlink. Every channel we have runs pretty much flawlessly, but FS1 buffers so much it is virtually unwatchable. I only downloaded because I watch MotoGP. Never had this problem when it was on an ESPN channel or HBO. EVERY race runs the same way. Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Very disappointing.

Clarity and responsiveness is great, but it lacks a playback speed control. An added bonus would be to be able to adjust the speed control by simply pressing on the video to speed it up in one direction or the other, as is present in YT app. Also, a setting that would allow you to adjust the time segment to jump forward or backward, rather than just 15 seconds. Finally, the subtitles do not appear at the bottom, but on screen, which makes it hard to read since one cannot adjust the appearance of them.

Immediately I had FOX ONE on my ROKU TV! 😊 However it took many many long days to get FOX ONE on my iPhone! Frustrated I even paid a Technical person with way more smarts than a 79 year old lady to give it a try! He tried for nearly an hour and left defended. So this morning nearly read to cancel my $199. annual fee I went on my iPhone and tried again with CHAT (as I have tried many times before) Ivfollowed the directions and SHAZAM! It worked! YAY! 🎉

Only got the app for the World Cup. It works and does its job. It is constantly showing me The Fox News shows as recommendations to remind me how bad their programming is. Can’t wait to cancel.

I wish when rewatching a game I could rewind if I wanted to, and also I wish the broadcast zoomed in a little more, so far out I can barely tell who is who!

I just signed up I’m on my phone and almost every time I try to watch something it takes me back to the page and tells me to buy a plan.

I love the app and I am looking forward to more movies.

I was trying to rewind 2 to 3 minutes prior during a live game but it would always send me back to the beginning. I would have back of the app and have a hard reset to the app work right. Now if I didn’t have that issue it would pretty nice but $20 a month, you need to be better than that.

Price is little high because most of all watch soccer only. Hope you guys lower it down. Thanks

Overall, I am enjoying the app and what is offered. However, I’m paying for a subscription and with that subscription I feel like the shows should be commercial free. I don’t feel like I should have to have commercials when I’m paying a monthly subscription fee whether it’s basic or the best plan, it should be commercial free.

I like to play the app in the background with my screen off as I’m doing other stuff and I just want to listen and not keep my screen on to save battery life. After about 2 mins, the app stops and I have to press the play button again to get it going. It should work indefinitely. Please fix this before the World Cup as that’s the reason I got this app, and sometimes I’ll be doing stuff while listening to the games.

Got access to the FIFA World Cup. The only reason I give it four stars is because it has Fox News.

I purchased subscription to watch World Cup matches on Fox one mobile app but after checking all videos live and recorded I noticed it’s actually not full screen. There are black bars on the screen sides in landscape mode iPhone 16 pro max. My phone settings is right to watch full screen in landscape mode but it seems the problem is with the app itself. I chat fox one technical team and explained the issue but they couldn’t help me to fix this annoying issue.

Easy to use

Very satisfying with FOX ONE is the best image I saw!

I paid for both services and receiving constant error messages. And a money scheme pay for help.

I like watching Fox News, which is why I got this app. I don’t have a TV streaming service because they are just too many channels I don’t watch so I don’t think it’s worth it. The app lets me watch the shows that I wish to watch from Fox News, but… I like watching the live news on Fox. The problem is, almost every time the next show is going to start, Fox News app stops the show that I’m watching a few seconds early. And then tries to go to another show that I do not want to watch instead of just continuing with the next news show. For instance, I will be watching the Will Kane show. Just a couple of seconds before the show ends, the app shuts it off and jumps to some random show like the masked singer, instead of flowing right into the next show, the five. It does this all the time it really bugs me..

Glad to see the app finally launch. But shows are a day (or two) late to be available offline for downloading. Would be nice if player allowed for faster playback.
