This application is useless. Don’t waste your money on it.

If I can get it less than a one star, I would I hate that it does not make the video that you want and each time you regenerate it to make the video the way you want. It’s still wrong. You shouldn’t be charged each time you make a video until it is finished not happy with this software spent $20 on it and never got the video that I wanted made

Don’t try this app. It’s constant paywalls and scammy in their attempts to get you to pay for the “credits”. Little to no info is shown to you the user to help you know how many credits a generation requires.

There is no unsubscribe and keep take mony from mastercard !

Very disappointed look forward to using the app purchased the week payment gives you 100 credits which is enough to generate two videos before they want you to pay more you figure if you’re paying for your service you should get a good amount of use out of it, especially if you’re subscribe weekly this was my first time using this safe to say I probably will not use it again.

Charges $6 a week, still have to pay for credits to use features, and still censors nsfw content

I spent $40 to try and create a video and I wasn’t even able to afford 12 pictures only seven and it charged me $40 just to AI generate the seven pictures and on top of that wanted to charge me even more to complete the fool video. That is outrageous. I have never seen an app charge for adding in a video making the video and on top of that you have the subscription. The worst app I’ve ever tried.

Poor service

Tried to use, paid for a month, kept getting server errors when trying to generate. Wasn’t able to use and Apple didn’t refund. Buyer beware!

Pollo AI is a scam I’m trying to cancel my subscription on my iPhone but it shows no way to cancel it I have searched through multiple YouTube videos but it won’t show on my phone don’t trust this app.

You purchase a subscription, just to find out you have to pay even more for credits. Credits…Seriously? Since when, does an app make you purchase credits when you have already purchased a subscription? The developer is also VERY aware that customers are NOT happy about the surprise they get of having to pay even MORE money once they have purchased the subscription to use the app. Yet, they change nothing, and dance around the issue when it’s brought up in COUNTLESS reviews. The developer just continues to make more and more money off of poor un-suspecting people. DO NOT DOWNLOAD or support developers like this. The developer took advantage of what was once a scarce market. There’s wayyyy more apps/options out there now. Blacklist this developer and app until they are forced to conduct FAIR/TRANSPARENT business.

I signed up for the weekly package at $5.99 but there was no clear explanation that it would automatically charge my bank account every week. I was not properly informed about the 100 credits limit either. The AI editing quality is also very poor — it changed my content and wrote wrong details that I never provided. This happened multiple times. I do not recommend this app. Very disappointing experience for the price paid.

Makes you pay subscription

Even if you pay, you get to make only few videos a week. Thats just crazy. It should be free

Pollo AI is just jealous because Sora 2 is better than them so they just added sora 2 to their app

Use to be able to make anything

After being on here a month they changed what I was allowed to do. After I paid for a years subscription

This app is continuously trying to charge my Apple account and I don’t even have an account.

Giving detailed prompts AI generators completely changes art that you didn’t ask it to do and does not follow prompts as instructed and/or does nothing and generates an exact copy. App willing takes your credits and changes your art so you have to keep repeating until it takes all your credits forcing you to buy more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!

My internet is working fine. But this app keeps telling me it cant connect and to check connection. Does it not like a vpn?

I think I only remember this app because I generated something and the water mark stayed on the photo… but yeah not worth the money.. get something that lets you actually develop your Ai language profile before you start robbing people..

I just bought the app for $109.00 from Apple Store. I went on the app to make a video and it said I only have Z8 credits and to make a video I need 30 credits! So I pay that much for a years subscription only to have to pay a lot more to make a video! What I Rip Off!!! I want my money back but can’t get it!!!!

Wanted to try the mimic feature as advertised. Paid $5.99 to try only to find out it actually doesn’t have any of the features advertised. Fake scam, if you are reading this please DO NOT FALL FOR THE $5.99 SCAM! To the developer, please do not respond to my review, saying to contact customer support and they “will respond within days” what does that even mean?

Paying to make videos private is crazy

Once you buy your subscription, you find out that you have only 80 credits, 10 for each creation, than whe you want to generate an image and in description, you write character is screaming. Our dear polo is asking you to regenerate because it’s too spicy.. you know it’s funny. They’re all asking for our business and they’re being very stingy about their services. We as the consumers. do you want our business? You should tell us before we purchase what exactly we’re getting from you and not take our money that we can ask for it back. you got your 599 you got your 9999 for millions of people Customer Services the least of your concern. we’re gonna put a stop to it.

Make me pay 7$ for a week and won’t let me use it more than once the week is a lie, plus in the video I was 3 arms and 3 legs not worth the money at all!!!

I think it’s a very cool app but why charge weekly if you still have to buy credits i guess it is your way of making money…i think that for a first time subscriber get them hooked first offer at least some credits not just 100 if a video creation is around 60 which if they want more will need to purchase a minimum of 7 dollars

I was lead to believe they allowed adult content, after purchase no light displays of affection were allowed not even pecks on the cheek. A lot of BS here. Bad product and hard to use

Bruh you need credits in game currency for the videos and they gave me 2 as a starter reward and each video needs like 10-20 credits🫩✌️🥀

Reported several videos Ai misspelled wording & was very visibly messed up. Included screen shots. Pollo Ai has never responded or refunded.

They don’t make it easy to cancel your subscription. They have directions in on the profile section but then when you go under billing, there is no cancel subscription button to press 🤔 seems fishy 👃

I am trying to cancel my subscription by following their instructions and it doesn’t work. I do NOT want to be charged for another month of this subscription app. This app is not what I was hoping for in video creation. I emailed their support and the automated reply is that their entire team is on vacation?!? What?! So no one is available to help your paid customers? That’s a scam. I want my subscription stopped.

Basically it sucks and everything costs money. You need to pay to find out it sucks. I just saved you 5.99+ a month. Use a respectable AI platform, and watch YouTube videos for prompts.

It’s a scam I’ve tried so many creations and it doesn’t come out anywhere close to what the previews show. Even when you try to create an image to video it doesn’t do it properly. I looked up the perfect prompt for a dance and uploaded an image and instead it changed to another person doing a dance which wasn’t even the dance I wanted it was all off and messed up. So in other words don’t waste your money or time on this app.

Canceling my subscription. Go tell your sensitive audience to pay your bills ……

Paid $6 and the videos don’t come out as long as promoted. You only get two 5 second videos.
