They are running false ads. Once I downloaded and played the game, it looked nothing like the ad.

Not at all like the ads, it’s whiteout survival strategy game with a different skin.

Могли бы и сделать чтобы как в ролике игралось, потому что там легкий интересный геймплей. Заслуженная одна звезда

I saw a bunch of ads for this while playing a different game. The ads were interactive and had a bunch of different and fun activities. I downloaded it, but the actual game has nothing in common with the games portrayed in the ads. The game isn’t bad, but it’s not nearly as fun as the interactive games shown in the ads. Very misleading ads.

Не игра а донатное болото, сколько не закидывай мало. Донат очень дорогой. Донат лопатой гребут а починить игру не могут!!! Если не собираешься донатить не трать время, без доната там не выжить. Постоянно будет кидать к сильным игрокам чтоб ты начал донатить типо выигрывать но это не работае!!! 2к долларов в игру вкинуто, а результата нет. В поддержке плюют на игроков! Хочешь сберечь свои нервы не устанавливай игру!

This game is nothing like the ads and nothing like the photos in the App Store. Deceptive.

Heavy monetization makes the game basically unplayable without spending upwards of $100 per month on in-game purchases. You get matched up against teams full of players who are collectively dumping thousands of dollars per month to maintain dominance. There is a fun social aspect to being in an alliance. However if you are concerned with getting ahead or winning, and are not interested in spending an astronomical amount of money to do so… keep looking.

The ads literally said don’t play any games that aren’t like the advertisement and the ads for this game are nothing like it… so don’t play it!! It’s just like every other bad settlement game with a premade village and a forceful tutorial, these games are a dime a dozen… and the ads are still false like all the others… downloading is a mistake and a waste of space on your device…

Pretty lame. They use AI voices. Hire real people! The game is meh.

N! O! [ = “no” ]. I resigned myself to having my feelings hurt + suffer; THEN - “The Ads”(!). This is dishonest, misleading, and reveals the essence of this “game”. How ever you may feel about RTS or this game, it is NOT “what [ANY of] the Ads show”. At. All. !!!. It IS a decent RTS; the players are “Roulette”. This is an opinion; scroll away if you choose. After seeing such blatant “bending of facts”, I decided to share this. Do what you like. I’m sure there are RTS Fans that will enjoy it. The call to share was motivated by the idea that the “identity of this game” needed to have equal time here; “Ads” can be… “wobbly”.

The game starts off clear with goals, but as you play it stop explaining. You can figure it out . All survivors are white, no non white in the future of this game, none. Wait there are 3 non white heroes the usually dies 1st in battles & take the most to upgrade. So if you can ignore that there are no non white survivors you can play this game forever. But after "saving" 30 plus survivors & not have at least 1 be non white, I am removing the game from my downloads.

The ads look nothing like the game I don’t like being lied to

This is my second review: the kickofff prediction doesn’t work correctly and I don’t get any rewards from them. I wrote to the customer support and they recommended just reinstall the game. I just did and it’s not working yet. Feels like they are not trying to help, but stretching time. I feel tricked. You basically pay money for what is not working.

When will they fix this game? Crashes a lot and freezes in the time I am playing. Not my device or internet none of my other apps do it. It is a shame if it does not stop I am going to have to discontinue playing I enjoy the game

Sadly, what was a great game is now full of lag, updates are destroying game. Most of all been playing for over a year had saved 24000 Arena Coins to buy an item and the item is glitching when I try to use it. So now, I’m down 24000 Arena coins and have a non useable ‘Battle Anthem’. Help I got was ‘press use’ 🙄. So game was superb last year, but now insanely laggy and purchases don’t work. Steer clear, Developers too busy ruining the game.

After hours of game time, the promised actions never happened. All I want is in mindless App that allows me to drag my finger around the screen creating new outcomes. This is starting out like all the other survival games and never mindless gameplay that I’m looking for. Don’t waste your time on.

I’m nearly 20 million in power on my main crew and it’s still almost impossible for me to find a local mine to attack. I’ve been playing for over a year and that alone is enough to make me stop playing because they make it impossible to find someone your power.. I’ll go a whole day without finding someone within millions of my power that I can actually attack

Game is not like the adds! It’s just like Last ASYLUM, whiteout, KingShot, State of Survival, and so on!

App is nothing like the App Store pictures or ads. Complete false advertising.

Game never opens. Constant “reconnect” messages and no access to support.

Game is nothing like the advertised game shown in the videos, you literally have to do different missions and then you still don’t get to do this. If the game was like the videos it would be so much fun and easier to play not worth my time.

Please fix this game. I’m about to delete it. I enjoy playing it, but I don’t enjoy it crashing every time I play it at least once. After it crashes twice I refuse to open it for 24 hours. I’m giving it until June 30th for the problem to be resolved, then I will delete it from my computer and move on to a game that doesn’t annoy me so much. I can’t even pinpoint where it is crashing at all the time. One place for sure is the explorations. All of them.

I don’t wanna be a white man . And I wanted to change my character but there’s NOT 1 character that’s brown so I will be uninstalling . The game it self is okay. Graphics are not like the ones advertised but there okay..

Disappointing. Not like the ads. Narrow in scope, $$$$$ money money money. Oh did I say boring…. Team power is 46.67 in one are and 19.01 in another and 25.20 in another. Totally ridiculous, nothing makes sense.

Was super frustrated, when they showed cool advertisement of the game, but in reality game completely for different idea, mechanics and logic. Shame that you create nice impression with one idea and give completely different game afterwards.

Boring and misleading scam

This game is not worth playing, it’s constantly freezing, and when you request a refund because you lost everything you purchased, they make you pay a fine of the amount of your refund to purchase anything again. This is a scam DO NOT DOWNLOAD…IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME

I never write app reviews but this game has HIGHLY disappointed me. You guys have a literal 90 minute ad talking about how your game isn’t like the “other fake ads” games when it literally is! I just wanted a game as described in the ad, I loaded in and it’s like a tile clicker/ builder type of thing. If anyone remembers FarmVille it’s like that. DO NOT get this app if you watched the ads only.

This game doesn’t look exactly on game ads. Totally different game from ads. Too boring and everything do same every single day. Game of the year? HA HA HA. You wish and that was the other big lie. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

To the Tiles Survive! Development Team, I am writing as a loyal player who genuinely loves Tiles Survive!, but who is deeply disappointed by the recent changes to the raid reward system. Until now, raids against Alphas were one of the most enjoyable and cooperative parts of the game. When a player launched a raid, all participants could earn reward boxes containing speed boosts. These speed boosts are essential for construction, research, troop healing, and troop training. They allowed active players to develop through teamwork and participation. With the recent change, only the player who launches the raid receives the valuable boxes containing speed boosts. The other four participants receive significantly weaker rewards. This decision makes very little sense. The entire purpose of raids is cooperation. Five players come together to defeat a stronger target, yet now only one receives the meaningful rewards. Instead of encouraging teamwork, this change discourages players from joining raids and reduces interaction between alliance members. It also creates a serious progression problem. The only way to obtain these important speed boost boxes is now to launch raids ourselves. However, raid stamina is limited, and once it runs out, players must wait or spend diamonds to continue. In practice, this means progression has become heavily restricted for free-to-play players. The message many of us are receiving is simple: if you cannot or do not want to spend money, your development will fall further and further behind. For me, this issue is especially painful. I live in Iran. Beyond the economic difficulties many of us face, international payment restrictions often make it impossible to purchase anything even if we wanted to. We are not choosing not to spend—we are often unable to. As a result, this update does not just slow my progress. It makes me feel as though the game is no longer designed for players like me. That is heartbreaking because I truly love this game. I love my alliance and the friendships I have built here. Through Tiles Survive!, I have met kind, supportive people from around the world. We help each other, plan together, celebrate victories together, and support each other through challenges. In difficult times, this game has been one of the few things that brings me happiness. That is why this change hurts so much. The new raid reward system undermines cooperation, slows progression, and pushes the game toward a model where meaningful advancement increasingly depends on spending money. A healthy game needs both paying and free-to-play players. It needs active alliances, rewarding teamwork, and players who feel that their effort matters. Please reconsider this decision. Restore meaningful rewards for all raid participants, including the speed boost boxes, or find another solution that rewards cooperation instead of discouraging it. I am writing this not because I want to criticize Tiles Survive!, but because I care about it. I want this game to succeed. I want to continue growing alongside my alliance and the friends I have made here. But for the first time since I started playing, I am worried that the game is becoming a place only for those who can spend money, while the rest of us are left behind. I was looking for a game that was not combative as it indicated in the demo.

I never write reviews, but this review needs to be said. Especially since people eventually start spending money in this game. So many of us loved this game, but recently they broke the very foundation that keeps players engaged. There’s no real incentive to put effort in this game anymore. The developers tried to pull a fast one by changing a talent tree that was foundational for new and veteran players. The very incentive to keep helping others in this game. Which is absolutely necessary to the gameplay itself, as well as, giving the option for new players to not to have to pay to play. Which is key here. They did all of this WITHOUT putting it in the patch notes. When we noticed and brought it to their attention, they LIED and said it was a mistake and they were working it. But unless the developers tripped and fell into the game’s coding, changing the wording in the talents from “Get items to accelerate when killing”(meaning everyone benefits in a group) to only “The Rally leader”(meaning one person, not the other players helping), then it clearly was not a mistake. When that was pointed out, they backtracked and tried to say some people were getting the benefit when they weren’t supposed to, so they had to change ALL of it. No one is buying that because they already lied to us. They’ve tried refunding us the speed ups and materials used to level up our talent tree. Then they tried bribing us with other “limited” in game materials or putting extra stuff in the limited daily chests, however, all of that is meaningless if the foundation of the game is now broken. Broken. Veteran players are now turning off the auto function to help other players (and new players) because there’s zero incentive after a certain amount of helps. And it’s not because they are heartless, it’s because they’re still responsible for the materials and power ups to heal their own troops. Did I mention that help was a requirement for gameplay? Now new players will never be able to catch up, not even with paid upgrades. Now many veterans are holding strikes against paid content until they bring back our game mechanics, but they’re getting bored waiting. Players are already leaving the game. It’s sad to see people leave that’ve put so much time, effort and money into this game. Unless they fix it, no amount of distractions and bribery are going to fix the underlying problem. Eventually this will turn into one of those games you tryout and delete within a week, until it ceases to exist altogether. It’s their choice.

Recent updates have decreased rewards/ placed caps so that growth moves A LOT slower if you’re not constantly buying packs. The game has also been very glitchy since the update. I’m not opposed to spending money here and there but you can’t get anything done without excessive long waits unless you’re spending 20+ dollars a day. This is coming from someone a part of an active powerhouse alliance. A lot of people are also starting to abandon their accounts for this reason too. Hoping they find a solution and quickly before more drop.

It was an amazing game until the last update which has caused thousands of us to have issues with lag or freezing up. Even the official Discord is full of people complaining. The response back from the devs though is “What is happening on your end that is a problem?” Ummm… no. Thousands of people aren’t on my network. Or using my same device. It’s happening on mobile and PC.

It's not the game you put in the ads pure fake, very bad game

The game freezes daily every few mins.

First of all.. you guys add dozens upon dozens of other games into this game. It’s overkill. You have got to tone it down a bit because Tiles Survive is CRASH CENTRAL. Just go to their Facebook and look at the comments. Now I just paid more of my own money for in game packages and more.. yet I am unable to play. So you owe us. And you owe your players a lot. You are not even responding to your players online. That’s pretty bad. My game literally now freezes within 5-10 seconds upon opening. It’s so bad that I can’t even contact support because I don’t have enough time to look up my ID. Usually if a game has issues, we are still able to contact support. Please handle your business. I’ve lived quite awhile and have never seen a game with this severe of an issue. Address your players already. Own it.

The developers took away a lot of stuff for players that don’t spend. This game is going to go down really quick. Free players can’t compete with players that spend, now it will be even worse.

Game is locking up after a few servings and is unplayable.

Wouldn’t recommend this game or its devs at all. They dropped an update that ruined the game’s core mechanics, then started blocking and banning people for calling them out. Comments and posts keep disappearing instead of the issue being addressed. Stop covering it up and start listening to ur community.

Вы убрали способ добычи ресурсов для f2p. И ничего взамен не дали. Плюс вы сократили время, которое пользователи могли проводить за игрой, лишив их смысла.

Мы почти год играли в вашу игру, и теперь из-за жадности вы лишили нас одной из ключевых механик, которой мы пользовались ГОД. Более того, вы пытаетесь убедить нас, что награды за участие в рейдах союзников были ошибкой и вы просто не знали, что мы получаем эти награды. В течение года, ага. Это колоссальное неуважение ко всем, кто поддерживал вас, поэтому не ждите уважения в свой адрес. Желаю вам всего плохого

Разработчики постоянно ухудшают игровой процесс своими обновлениями, урезая призы, вознаграждения и тому подобное, всегда какие то проблемы в обновлениях, глюки и баги, весь процесс завязан только на донате, без денег тут делать нечего

Верните ускорения. У вас и так вся игра построена на донате, чтобы без него вырасти, нужны танцы с бубнами.

I love playing this game but half of the time I can’t even play it because as soon as the game loads, it freezes up after five seconds literally

This game is a joke, it has crashed 30+ times and can not let the creators know before it crashes. Not like what the preview show either

Последнее обновление совсем разочаровало и убило игру. Очень много людей уже жалуются на игру и удаляют её. Разработчики, верните сундуки с ускорениями за участие в рейдах для всех участников рейда, а не только для лидера. 50 сундуков не могут быть равны с 100-500 сундуками ускорений за помощь!!! Таким отношением вы только отдаляетесь от комьюнити и теряете актив из хороших игроков.

После последнего обновления забрали ящики с ускорениями. После этого в игру никто не будет ни играть, ни донатить. Спасибо!

Game play is absolutely NOTHING like the ads. This game is a war game against other players. You have to build up your city and keep upgrading your buildings. But you’re not chopping down trees or going fishing or chasing bears like the ad shows.

Damn clowns took away a KEY element to joining alliance member’s rallies. Before downloading, I urge you to check the ratings comments and see if they have reversed this ridiculous ‘n greedy decision. Mind you, they took it away after so many ppl spent time, and possibly rl money, to research the skill needed. But most importantly it completely killed the concept of rallies for nearly everyone. #justiceforspeedups #greedydecision

Used to love this game but for a week now I can’t hardly play as it freezes up. Spent money to play so it makes it even more frustrating.
