I opened the app twice and it’s already crashing. When I went in the first time, I barely went past the part where I put in my parents’ height and the app crashed. I opened the second time, it crashed as soon as I opened the app. I looked at the other reviews, and I seen some similar problems in other reviews, but maybe it’s just my iPhone. iPhone 13, iOS 26.

It’s a cash grab as soon as you enter the app it’s just purchases everywhere. You’re better off using gpt to predict your final height.

This app is honestly one of the biggest scams I’ve ever used, and I regret spending £25 on it. For that price, you’d expect something professional or at least useful, but instead you get the most basic, low-effort content possible. And what makes it worse is that the developers never reply to emails — no matter how many times you contact them. They completely ignore you and refuse to give refunds. It feels like they just take your money and disappear. The app claims to make a “personalised growth plan” for you, but that’s a complete lie. The plan they give you isn’t customised at all — it’s just the most generic information anyone could find online for free. Every single day the tasks are exactly the same, and it’s things like “take omega-3 pills” or “drink milk.” How does that justify charging £25? It’s laughable. The stretching routines are even worse. They’re totally useless and have nothing to do with posture or spine lengthening. One “stretch” literally has you balancing on one leg for 30 seconds… how is that supposed to make you taller? The whole routine feels random, thrown together, and completely ineffective. And the meal plans are honestly horrible. The portions are tiny, the food combinations are disgusting, and it feels like they’re trying to starve you rather than help you grow. There’s no nutritional logic, no variety, and nothing that matches what they advertise. Overall, this app is an absolute scam. £25 for recycled advice, useless routines, awful meals, no support, and zero refunds. Do NOT waste your money. There are far better free resources available online. This app should not even be allowed on the store.

Why do we have to pay money?? You couldve made a free version thats like 10x worse but NO you chose to make it subscription only?? Whats the point of making an app 4+ if they cant even use it without getting past a pay wall? Downloaded because im too lazy to use chatgpt everyday, guess the devs are just so money hungry that they need subscriptions.

So at the start of when you download the app you think it’s for free but I was so excited to see my results so I pressed it and then it showed pay options and you don’t even get notified about it. Like what the hell?

Scammed me for £20 and gave basic information you can get from google and the actual good stuff that there is like ur final height potential and stuff u have to pay another £20 for premium I wish I could give 0 stars

bought this thinking I’d turn into Victor Wembanyama overnight. Nah. I followed the routine like it was the Ten Commandments—stretching, hanging upside down like Batman, drinking 8 gallons of milk a day, sleeping 12 hours, even eating “bone broth” that smelled like a wet sock. Result? NOTHING. My knees cracked more than my screen time, my back hurt like I was 87, and I shrunk half an inch because my spine gave up on life. The only thing that maximized was my disappointment. They promised 4 inches in 2 months. All I got was 4 inches… of receipts from overpriced supplements and some sketchy “height enhancing insoles” that made me walk like a newborn deer. I asked for a refund and they hit me with “have you tried believing harder?” Do NOT waste your time unless you wanna be tall in your dreams, ’cause that’s the only place this works.

I just hate the fact you have to pay as a insecure 13 year old I just want some comfort but when I have ads for all this I have to pay 20 pounds per year to see my height and the projections it does not help.

Every dang time. You try to use these self care and help apps and you ALWAYS have to give a weekly or monthly subscription. They never want to be generous and do something free, then maybe lock stuff behind a cheap paywall, the want to be greedy and make you pay for low quality stuff. Pretty high amount considering I can find this stuff on a verified website.

It asks lots of questions and pretending to analyze your answers and prepare a plan for you. But what will you get after paying the expensive subscription is a basic information and tracking system that you can find everywhere for free. Dosen't worth it at all!

I put this as five so people can see it. All it does it make you answer some questions and then you have to do their stupid overpriced subscription.

You can’t look at the workouts ahead or repeat. It isn’t necessarily clear if the predicted height already includes the add. Could be worth while but not if it doesn’t do a better job interacting with the customer.

The overall bases of the app is good, but the physical plan should be able to be completed anytime during the day, not waiting for the same time that it was completed the day before

Help max your height and it is great overall, just Ai need to be better/upgraded and app need better details of the powers and nutrition but over meal great

I was 5,7 two months and i grew a whole 3 inches because of this app i am now 5,10 definitely recommend
