I downloaded because it said free to use by watching ads. That is not true and the price is so stupid expensive I’m shocked people pay it.

It’s been months I keep requesting $19.99 weekly charges to be removed for this app. I don’t even have a subscription in my Apple settings view for this to remove. I keep flagging this to Apple yet charges are removed and I’m charged again the following week for VIP benefits that aren’t even reflected on the app itself. Get it together.

I watched one story after the ad in IG unable to believe anything could be this bad. It was like watching a slow motion train wreck. Avoid this app at all costs.

Love the series but I hate that I have to pay?? I’m not going to pay $6+ to watch . I earned points by watching the commercials and it took them away out of nowhere when I tried to watch the episodes I wanted. Never again !

Would like to watch more but the subscription cost is absolutely ridiculous, 20 dollars a week?? Streaming services do not cost that much. Seriously disappointed and uninstalled right after downloading the app.

The dramas seem good, but to watch for free you have to watch ads. However some of the ads are glitchy (especially the ones for Google chrome) and you could spend minutes watching them just for them to freeze, awarding you no rewards.

I really like some of the storylines, but I never finish them because you can’t watch ads to get credits to watch episodes, and I can’t afford to subscribe to them. It’s pretty sad.

Absolute worst experience. I canceled my subscription, but they still charge my account anyways. There’s zero customer support. I’ve tried to contact them many times but no response. they just stealing my money. Do not download the app. It does not worth it. You’ll be frustrated seen your bank account being charged for a subscription that you don’t need and can not cancel. Can’t do anything about it.

You have to pay to watch, doesn’t give you option to watch ads for the next episodes.

DramaWave offers some great storylines, but watching them can be expensive if you don’t have the budget for it. I use other apps that allow me to watch dramas without having to pay, so I won’t end up going broke.

I downloaded the app purchased $9.99 worth of coins. It gave me like 12 little clips and then it wanted more coins, and I went to purchase it with my coins that I just bought and they were all gone. I had logged in after I purchased the coins. Asked for help. They said since I ‘logged in’ after I bought the coins it started the account over basically. They said to send the receipt from Apple / Google email. I looked and looked for the emails and in my Apple purchase history and nothing is there BUT IT TOOK IT OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT! So going off what they said I purchased another $6.99 worth of coins. It did it again. Let me watch a few more clips then wanted more and all my coins were gone! It’s like 60 points per like 12 - 45 second clips. Again, took it out of my bank account but no emails or purchase history in Apple. Now I have to go through this whole ordeal to try to get my money back.

I decided to subscribe and it glitched, but continued to charge me. I was never able to receive my VIP subscription and there's nowhere for me to cancel it. I get charged ever week. I've reached out to them and dramawave stopped responding. The only solution is for me to cancel my card and get a new one just for the charges to stop.

I have requested to STOP my subscription SEVERAL Times and they Continue to Renew it Every Week! Then tell Me it can’t be Cancelled because I have ab Active Subscription(?) What the H_LL!!! How are you ever able to CANCEL?!!!

I do like being able to see story lines play out visually but the cost of each episode is a bit high being that each episode is extremely short. Also I don’t like that I wasn’t able to pick the episodes that I wanted to watch and had to let each one play out in order. I really enjoy WEBTOONs and constantly go back and pay for that application. I know it’s different but maybe review how they do it and apply some of that concept to your application.

I would like to delete it now instead of having to wait till the day before so I forget and you charge me again. I want my account deleted immediately.

The drama is good but cost is too much to stream and they give you a few episodes of a drama then block unless you pay! Use one of the free apps that are more upfront about what you are getting

The stories are interesting. I don’t mind the AI. there are a couple issues that I noticed. 1: the stories become more expensive and are shorter in time by a lot. 2: the ads keep you on longer than the 60 seconds it states on the timer; taking a while for the X to pop-up. I’m not sure it’s worth Five ads at over 60 seconds each for 15 seconds of entertainment per episode. That’s 5+ minutes…that’s a bit Excessive. even if someone was to purchase coins because of the high coin value of the 15sec episodes it’s not worth it. They have to either lengthen the episodes or go back to 50 coins per episode throughout the series.

I cancelled my subscription and expiration date was 5/31/2026. On 5/31/2026 they still charged me and the subscription was actually cancelled as it was supposed to cause even tho they charged me I went to see if they just continued it to where I could watch more episodes and I couldn’t. So it did cancel, they just till charged me. I sent them proof of the cancellation and proof of the charge and they didn’t do anything. Don’t use DramaWave. I’ve used dramabox, netshorts and others before a few times and never had this issue. I will Never subscribe with DramaWave again. Trust is gone.

I purchased a monthly membership every month and 2 weeks before it was time to renew it told me I needed to renew and I’ve reached out several times and there was no response or resolution.

Seems like all of the new ones are AI. Not a fan of that. Seems like with the subscription prices they could manage to continue to pay actors.

Don’t waste your money for AI only generated new movies. Complete false advertising.

You are literally paying the subscription price for one series at a time! NOT ALL! I spent so much money just to watch different series thinking that it was an internet issue! Definitely not! And contacting customer service?, not an option. I’ll be looking elsewhere. One star only because it wouldn’t let me choose none. There’s a reason why you go into your Apple subscriptions looking to renew and there’s so many options. Biggest subscriptions SCAM EVER! Great stories but sorry not willing to pay $20 per every one.

Had to cancel because it was disappointing how the majority of the verticals are AI.

I hate the AI videos and would like away to not have to look at them after I read a great synopsis and am disappointed when I open it and it is AI!

They keep charging your card after you have canceled!! Says contract customer support but doesn’t allow you to, just gives written advice of issues.😡😡

It’s a trap and a scam. If you purchase a ticket to watch a short it automatically auto renews and continues to bill you 19.99 weekly with no way to cancel. It says to go to your setting an and cancel the subscription but there is no subscription to begin with so canceling is not an option. There is a customer service tab which only allows you to leave an email message. This is a whole scam and I want my money back!

In my subscriptions it shows DramaWave as canceled but it just tried to charge me for another week and 2 days before they next payment is even due no less. App itself says I am good until may 30, so why am I getting charged on may 28th. And since it has ALREADY been cancelled I have no way to stop it from continuing to charge me

To be perfectly honest, this app sucks because you have to pay to get more coins just to be able to watch anything after getting the first three episodes free need to make it free or make it to where we can watch videos to be able to watch the shows

I’ve been watching DramaWave for a few months now. Recently I’ve noticed that the words are glitching or not being pronounced correctly. I’m sure if this could be corrected it would make DramaWave much better. I never had any problems when I first downloaded it. But over time it is getting worse. I don’t want to delete it as it is one of my main sources of entertainment. Please fix. Thank you.

This app is a scam. They play the same content over and over and never let you advance. Do not pay for anything on this app. They are just out to steel your money just to provide you with subpar acting in silly story lines. I’m not sure how it has a high rating. The only explanation is that they are fake reviews by the app producer. Ridiculous!
