The app is very decent but it is also very janky at the same time and I don’t know if I should choose 2 or 3 star but since the past couple of days they had higher maintenance on the app and the customer support barely responds it’ll be a 2. They’re lucky it’s not a 1 after I lost $2000 to their bug. Good app but needs better workers

I won a trade on Scotland and Haiti. I put 100 dollars on Scotland and they won ! It is even showing in my trade history that I made 153 off the bet. In my account value though it says I lost the 100 dollars.

This app is so bad they lose your money it crashed and you place bets right now and I won and somehow ended with 0 do not use the app the cons timer support is horrible and they don’t respond. SMH Polymarket do better

If you sign out of your account and delete the passkey there is no way to get back into your account there is no customer service and no 2fa that passkey is the only thing you have to get in your account

They seem to have “maintenance” when you’re winning trades and don’t allow you to cash out. Then they just take your money with no resolution. Stay clear of this.

Decided to do maintenance due to the Switzerland vs Quatar game and I couldn’t pull out. Now I’m out $1055 after I was up to $1200. Customer support hasn’t answered for 2 hours. Wish I could leave less than 1 star.

Betting live on games and being able to adjust trades is the whole point. But this app which advertises for fifa trading broke during a fifa game and ruined game for everyone and cost countless people millions. It’s a scam just go use Kalshi don’t try this it’s not reliable and good luck get compensation for your trades.

Always in maintenance mode during important games.

Very user unfriendly app, you dont if you’re Buying or Selling because it literally does not say on the order screen you wish to execute. No response from customer support for over 24 hours. Extremely difficult to withdraw or update bank/card information. Anything related to withdraws you’re advised to contact support. Random maintenance, full system shut down, during world cup. Some positions stay open for trading after match ends, where bots execute spoofing strategies for any beginner that has no experience to look at order book and just clicks market close. Some with high spreads are not settled nor frozen. If users make money the positions stay open until user is frustrated and touches something, moneys gone. Worst transaction detail ever, you barely have any evidence.

Looks cool, has some promise. But I’ve had too many hey we are updating. So I guess I can’t bet on anything right now. Get better Polymarket

Multiple times the app has went down and I just started using it. Went to close a position and was unable to. Also, not many markets compared to actual books.

App froze my account after I made 9k. I am unable to withdraw money. They supposedly need to verify my information but after 3 weeks still no word. Hundreds of people in poly market discord is complaining about this exact situation. My Polymarket username is goofydingo5591.

Polymarket frequently experiences outages, maintenance, and technical issues that make the platform unreliable. During a live event, the app suddenly entered maintenance mode and prevented me from managing my position or cashing out. As a result, I lost money because the market moved while I had no access to my account. A real-money trading platform should never block users from managing active positions during live events. Until reliability improves, I cannot recommend using this platform.

App constantly shuts down while bets are ongoing , not letting you cash out during the madness or even see your bets . Your money will disappear for hours costing you wins

Maintenance in the middle of the game in world cup. What’s worse? Such an unapologetic notification about it. I will switch to Kalshi as soon as Polymarket comes out of maintenance mode: “We are currently performing maintenance on the platform. Please check back later.”

Couldn’t cash out due to Polymarket going through maintenance during the end of a World Cup game

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a prediction market / betting app. The site goes down, fills positions the opposite ways and when you try to get in touch with support you don’t even get a “hey we are looking into it” just completely ghosted. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

Don’t download until they have a better track record, their app keeps crashing during peak time.

I had put in a so called trade for Switzerland to win once they scored I tried to close my position after half time …Polymarket goes under maintenance for the entire half so you can not close your position/profit ..they don’t even say anything don’t even allow you to close your position this app is a scam do not put your any money in this app is the second time they do this to me and I’m new putting hundreds…

This app has gone down for maintenance twice during the World Cup when people have intended to cash out. I lost a couple bucks but friends lost 300-700 dollars by not being able to cash out when they wanted it. Want a good working app? Don’t get Polymarket, get Kalshi.

Customer service will ignore you for weeks on end, and all while keeping your funds locked. This app is a joke especially for the space it’s in. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD AND PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN IT.

Too many maintenance modes especially between key trading moments of the day. It’s in the middle of the World Cup why would you be doing maintenance now?? This should be a 3am or 4am thing

App undergoes maintenance often. During some games you place money and plan on selling if things don’t go well. I could have sold and broke even, however this app wouldn’t let me cash out and I ultimately lost it all. I’m extremely upset

This app keeps going into maintenance and does not allow us to cash out earnings. Definitely fraud and should be taken off the app store immediatelly. I probably lost $700 in earnings while the app left me in maintenance mode

Absolutely worst app out there. Constantly crashing and not allowing you to cash out bets and balance keeps changing. Caused me to lose allot of money.

This app is broken it is constantly under maintenance while you have an open “trade” and it locks you out of closing the trade or even opening one. Highly recommended save yourself some money and don’t use it.

They been ignoring my emails for a week . I clicked to cash out a bet, it said processed but then the money never got to My account, I showed them the screenshots and they said I will receive funds in two days , it’s been a week now and not only I didn’t receive funds but they have stopped responding to me despite several request to speak to supervisor.

I won a bet recently, they took the money and said, “ theres an account discrepancy we’re looking into” , while doing this mind you I cant make another other money movements. I couldn’t bet on soccer, mlb, anything else. They take forever with customer service, I’m STILL waiting for my money to be back in my account! -if you care to read. Its been almost a day and after someone messaged me and said the problem was resolved, they definitely did not resolve it. Now I cant trade or withdrawal and my account balance STILL says zero. Their customer service takes forever to answer and handle problems. Dont use this app, use Kalshi or something else. It shouldnt take this long to fix a problem THEY created for ME

I had the app for maybe 3 days before my account was suspended for no apparent reason. It took almost a month for support to reply, and then another two weeks of barely hearing from anyone. After all that waiting, they closed my account without giving me any explanation whatsoever. Not only was I left completely in the dark, but they also kept my money. This has easily been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve dealt with.

I was told I would be credited my money back by an agent after my account and situation was reviewed, and told that Polymarket was shown the wrong set, and information. This agent told me it would be seen in my account in 1-3 business days and it is now the next week. I’m very disappointed that I was lied to, and I’d really appreciate if I could talk to someone who can help me with this.
