So I have started using Hedy, and not only does it send useful, actionable data from a recording of a meeting, it prompts you with suggestions along the way. It also sends an email summary after the meeting that separates the small talk from the must-do lists that come up. Very impressive, and their service desk is great too. Bravo.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this app - I use it for everything and love how responsive the support and development team are in implementing great new features all the time! This is the only AI Notetaker I’ve used that can give me real time advice during my meetings AND summarize notes as they happen - and action items! I feel like I’m gatekeeping one of the best tech secrets of all time with this. You definitely need this tool in your arsenal!

I have several AI tools and this is the BEST for recording meetings and summarizing them afterwards. The summaries are emailed immediately and are highly accurate. Plus you can run searches and queries against the recordings WHILE they are being made or afterwards, which is truly unique and useful. I would like to see the ability to GROUP recordings together and generate a global summary across the group as well as run searches against the group. This would be very useful to students who record all their lectures across an entire semester or business people attending a conference all day with several speakers or a multi-day conference. This additional feature would completely set Hedy apart from the other summary apps. I also prefer how Plaud automatically titles each recording and would like to see that in addition to the date and time listed that Hedy currently provides. Having name / recording title would make finding old recordings MUCH easier without having to re-title every recording.

Hedy’s ability to transcribe is top notch, the transcriptions are accurate, to the point and actionable. The real time suggestions are a hit or a miss, but I truly appreciate it as I can see them getting better overtime. I like the ability to segment my sessions into various categories and the ability to ask questions of saved sessions in those categories is also pretty neat, and it all works well. Also, I appreciate the thought put into data protection at rest, and privacy in general.

There are many AI Meeting Apps on the market, but Hedy stands out from the crowd due to its functionality and easy of use. The team behind it are committed and are always making the experience of using Hedy better. This is one of the best apps I’ve ever bought. It’s increased my productivity by a massive degree, by enabling me to extract key facts that I would have otherwise forgotten. Highly recommended.

I love this app. Best thing for live meetings

I don’t know how I could live without this assistant anymore. I purchased for transcripts but the app does so much more. Every day my stand-up meetings are documented in here and is nicely organized along with summary and questions proposed y the AI. Much of my administrative time has been freed thanks to this app. The development team is constantly pushing out new features as well! I appreciate them more than they know.

I’ve used various similar apps. But none have come close to Hedy. The sheer amount of options available are fantastic. Allowing you to fine tune to your needs without feeling overwhelming. The dev is also super responsive. Genuinely, my absolute favourite app in its category.

This app is simply amazing at what it does, and I know of no other product like it in the market. Sure, there are plenty of note takers, but none of them (that I’m aware of) offer real-time actionable advice and coaching. Not sure how to contribute productively to a meeting with your higher-ups or freelance clients? Unsure what insightful questions to pose to your professor in class? This app has you covered: it provides insightful coaching and an interactive chat feature that draws on the context of what’s already been covered in the meeting, including what’s being conversed up to the present moment. And it’s blazing fast and accurate. OK, that’s all well and great, but what about the negative aspects? Well, a few months ago the app started failing to launch on my Mac, rendering it virtually useless. As you can imagine, I was not happy after having paid for the app. So I contacted the owner, Julian, and he offered support responses within less than 24 hours. It turned out that there was a bug based on outdated architecture that was causing the launch error, and I was less than pleased to find out I had been the only customer affected by this bug. This could’ve resulted poorly; however, Julian managed to push out an update with 48 hours that completely resolved the problem, and the Mac app has been working flawlessly ever since. It was hands-down one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. So, in spite of the temporary bug, I have nothing but praise for Julian and his awesome creation. The innovative app is updated frequently, and I’ve incorporated it into my meeting workflows without hesitation. Lifetime customer here, and I highly recommend you try it out for yourself.

After my wife received a mammogram and biopsy that indicated that she had cancer, she was referred to a surgeon and a team of Drs. I used Hedy during each meeting. Hedy transcribed the conversation, picked out the action items including dates of further required tests, and suggested further questions we should ask. Not only did that save us hours of work, I was able to send information to our adult children to keep them informed. PS We felt good about our team of doctors because they were very responsive to us and they answered all of Hedy’s questions before we needed asked them.

The team behind Hedy is incredibly responsive, interacting with users daily through community chats and quickly rolling out updates that address top requests and pain points that really matter to users. I can’t recommend Hedy enough to anyone looking for a smart, reliable companion in meetings.

This app is brilliant for summarising meetings and action points. The ability to set the contexts and have the session through that lens is super helpful. 1 star down because the transcription still can’t differentiate between speakers but this is a small matter given I can download the audio and upload it to an app that can. Once that’s done it’ll be 5 stars for sure.

I really love this notetaker. It’s not just your average note taker but really feels like having a co pilot or a second person next to you that you can nudge them asking anything that you have missed in the meeting so that you never miss any important info. Let’s be honest most of the time we don’t go back to the recording and rewatch. So may as well to ask those questions or info we missed real time so we don’t forget it. Plus bonus you can see the transcription real time on Mac or iPhone. Highly recommend to check them out.

This is one of those apps you get, and then realise it is so much more than you expected it to be. It works really well and is simple to use. Am very happy with this.

This is with me in every meeting now. I can relax, I dont take notes, but I can summarise the last 5 mins (great if I lose the thread) etc. Get bullets, summaries, prompts for ‘clever’ things to say. Best AI service yet

Funktioniert super. Lege manchmal das Handy auf den Tisch, wenn wir in der Familie was planen. Und wenn’s auch noch so chaotisch läuft, wie im richtigen Leben eben, Hedy sagt uns dann, was wir geredet haben und was noch zu klären ist. (Nur mal als Beispiel). Ich schätze auch sehr die Möglichkeit, Audio-Files zu laden und dann das Protokoll dazu zu bekommen.

Mi trovo benissimo, è semplice da usare, ed è precisa nei riassunti di brainstorming e meeting. Un must have per organizzare il proprio lavoro nel migliore dei modi e risparmiare un sacco di tempo!

This is a great meeting app created by an excellent development team. In the short time that I've owned it, it continues to evolve. New features are added almost weekly. It has really upped my meeting game, whether at work or with personal conversations, It's like bringing Jarvis along with you. You can relax and not worry about missing items, or coming up with questions you normally wouldn't have. You can go back after the fact and chat with your meetings. It’s a great tool. I highly recommend it.

I have tested Hedy AI to summarise a lecture and was pleasantly surprised. It did make a tiny number of spelling errors for technical terms but this should improve in future. It can save a lot of time so I don’t need madly to write notes in my messy handwriting!
