A waste of $40. This app only does what your Apple Watch does for FREE so the face scan feature which mysteriously vanished that checked blood pressure and other things that’s why I paid for the pro version but I guess I got conned by BodyWave. Refund me please.

I really liked this app until I opened it today and most everything is locked and I am being told that I need to upgrade to the subscription that I already have until 2027. It will not restore my purchase and there is nowhere to get help.

All the features don’t work, even the ones that are included in non-premium 🙄 but they refuse to refund me so i’m stuck with an app that doesn’t fully work. Straight SCAM!!

The app isn't working right, and I can't get any help. I'm not happy! The body scan pictures are MIA! I can't ask for a refund because the app was purchased through Apple, and they don't give refunds for apps. They don't care if it doesn't work. I will never buy an app through Apple again.

I don’t know how to work it. There’s no instructions. Help please. I go this for blood pressure, oxygen level. I already have an app for stress etc. I tried this for 24 hours but can’t do the BP and pulse ox. That’s why I joined. I’m cancelling because there’s no way to get help.

I have the Pro and it is telling me that I do not.

For the first six months, I enjoyed this app even though I’m not sure how it tells when I’m stressed and when I’m not because it didn’t seem to make a lot of rhyme or reason. At the six month mark all of a sudden it said I had to restore my subscription I purchased a year membership I even sent in my receipt to BodyWave and I have not gotten a reply after three messages. Seeing I can’t use it I canceled the subscription and it just says that it won’t run out until October. Very poor Customer Service.

Could restore my purchase after getting a new iPhone. It doesn’t renew until August but I can’t access it. So I’m not giving up another $30

I paid for one year for this piece a ahit app and only work for 2 weeks and try to restore and its says No purchase record and I contacted the developer but no answer so I talk to apple and they refund me that money. This is very bad customer service and they don’t care about the app. So be aware of the stealer. Rtas.

Don’t get the free trial if you don’t want to be charged. I cancelled before the 3day trial was up and they still charged me anyway. It won’t let me do 0 stars

Purchased the annual subscription, but app states I didn’t and the icons on Apple Watch does not work. Tried multiple times to contact the brand, but absolutely no response.

was errored into buying when i wanted the free trial. kept it but the features dont work on the watch, can't find data to support the data compiled.

A recent update removed my paid status for annual subscription. The app is now broken and will not allow me to active pro features I’ve paid for. There is no customer service that I can reach to have this fixed. I just bought it in February and paid full annual price.

I tried to get this app on a trial basis and it automatically removed money from my account for a one year subscription. I find that this app does very little and retrieves the information from my apple health and fitness apps. Tried to get a refund for it but it was denied. Very unhappy with the outcome.

My premium subscription will not link in anymore. Need to fix this but I do like the full subscription service.

I signed up for an annual subscription which expires in six months. When I didn’t upgrade, it doesn’t recognize the annual subscription and wants me to pay an additional fee for a new subscription. There’s no way to contact them other than sending a message through the website, they have not replied to multiple messages. Do not sign up possess sub subscription on this. It’s a complete rip off. Now emails are kicked back undeliverable Do not use this app

I have subscription till December but lately the app is not able to restore my purchase

I got a new phone and signed on to my account. It says purchase was never made. So i paid for the pro for a year and can’t use it.

Paid for a year subscription which is set to expire in November 2026, and now I suddenly have no access. No ability to restore purchase in-app. No response from repeated attempts to contact support. No response from App Store regarding the issue. Super disappointing and incredibly sketchy. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This app shows a person that it’s doing data on I do not see that when I open the app I tapped on app support and it comes back email address unavailable. I paid $36 and something for the year for this app so it’s really disappointing to me.

Does not work as described

I paid for a year membership and after a month it refreshed like I had no membership so I can’t use any of the pro features without paying again. I’ve sent emails and looked for a customer service number there is no number to contact support and I am not paying again to use an app I already paid for. Would not recommend the paid version!!

This app definitely does not look like the original promotional ad. The graphics seem more juvenile than high tech, and the program doesn’t really offer any features beyond those available on other apps. Even worse, I cancelled less than 24 hours after downloading it, during what should’ve been during the 7 day free trial, but the cancellation confirmation appears to indicate I am still being charged for a year. NOT impressed! Caveat emptor!!!

Add a subscription I started in January 2026. I decided to cancel so that I would not be charged again in 2027. They did not refund my money however they limited my access. I do not recommend this service

this app seems to be a scam. I paid for an entire year and then when I canceled so it doesn’t renew at the end of December 2026 the app quit working.

While the app is good, customer support is dismal. Been trying to get a response for weeks without success. Think hard before trying it

I keep getting a ‘no purchase record’ message and I have a yearly subscription. I used to have ALL the features and now suddenly I do not. Also, it is not easy to contact you, or at least everywhere I have looked I can not find a contact us link so I can get help with this issue. Can you rectify this, so I can hopefully leave a much better updated review in the future?

I bought this app for my dad who really needed the benefits of this app, but after I purchased it, he was only able to use it for a week. Every time he tries to access it, it says he doesn't have an account. So, I paid $29.99 for an annual plan with a 50% discount and only got to use it for a week. I tried to contact the company and they're unreachable because their listed email doesn't allow incoming mail. My email bounced back as undeliverable. What a horrible experience! No customer service support whatsoever. I want my money back but cannot contact anyone to ask for it. What a waste of time and money! I will find a better app, one with better business practices and great customer service.

I paid for a year’s subscription and now it says it has no record. Funny how they got their money and now I don’t have the services I paid for. You can’t get a hold of anyone. Save your money. Don’t get scammed like the rest of us have.

I was charged $49.99 for the year but it’s still trying to charge me again and I don’t think it’s worth it. There’s no customer service number u can call for assistance. I would like to be reimbursed.

It’s great except for one thing. I paid for a year and now it wants me to pay again. Also tells me there is no purchase history. I have it on my subscriptions on my iPhone.

I purchased this app for 1 year for this app & paid $29.99 on 3/21/26. It is showing as “Active and renews 3/21/27” under my subscription information. However, when opening the app today, I am being prompted to sign up to use it. Further frustrating is that I now see options that were not available when I signed up - such as now there is an option to purchase 1 year for $14.99! As well as new options of paying weekly, monthly, quarterly with all different price points yet no explanations of what is included. I want a refund.

I downloaded this app and no matter what I input, it won’t keep track of or report anything. There needs to be some kind of instructions on how to set it up I would like to try this app and use it but it just won’t let me know how to do that!

Disappointed. Too many ads

I bought this because it did a scan on the habit page. It gave me results holding my phone no watch required now it's gone. The app took away the only reason I bought it. Not cool I spent hard earned money on it.

I purchased this app several months ago now it’s saying there is no record of the purchase when I tried to restore purchase. I am not able to do what I was able to. It is trying to make me re-sign up for a free trial and pay for a yearly subscription that is twice the amount then what I already paid for a yearly subscription..I reached out several times and got absolutely nothing back from customer service. The app used to measure my blood pressure and was actually pretty accurate. It no longer has this feature. I know longer enjoy the app.

I’ve been using this app for about a month and suddenly the face scan feature just disappeared with no explanation. I’ve emailed support a couple of different ways and no response. Disappointed as the hype was around the face and body scan for this app.

I paid for a full year’s subscription that was good through January 2027. I had been using it daily for 3 months. This week when I opened the app, it’s asking me to pay for another subscription if I want to use the app without adds. It won’t restore my subscription (it says no record can be found of my purchase). I tried to contact via the email given and every email is returned undeliverable. There is literally no way to contact anyone for support! They took my money for a premium yearly subscription and want me to pay again to use the app!!Looking over other recent reviews, I’m not the only one to whom this has happened. Don’t waste your money!

I paid for the app but still have to watch ads? A waste of money and I have already cancelled my subscription on the first day. Don’t get conned by the $14.99 deal. This app is trash. They also want more money for additional watch faces on top of what you already pay. The advertisements on social media are false. The app doesn’t do what they advertised. I also find it interesting that there are so many more one star reviews yet you claim your app is a five star app. False advertisement across the board and many reviews to prove it. Please refund my money and all the other peoples money you have stolen from.

I subscribed for a year and the app just updated and took away features and made them only available by paying for upgrades

Purchase a 1 year subscription in February. Tried open and it indicated I need to join. I pressed restore and stated no account. When I delete the app it states my account will renew February 2027 unless I cancel one day prior. I have submitted 2 emails requesting help but have not received any help.

Purchased an annual subscription in January 2026 (valid through January 2027). After an app update in April, my access was removed and the app now asks me to start a new subscription. “Restore purchase” does not work, and Apple still shows my subscription as active. At the moment, the app is unusable despite a valid paid subscription.

I paid for a year of Pro through January 2027. It no longer recognizes pro. I used the support link and emailed their support. The support address does not exist. I contacted Apple and they won’t respond.

Tried to cancel the day it charged. Sent email and it was returned. Look at website sent email it was also return undelivered. Couldn’t find any other option to contact support to cancel.

Trial was great, paid $25 for year. It’s hard to believe this is the same app from the trial, feeling like I got scammed. This app is pure trash, not in real time and doesn’t sync. I’m an Army veteran who wanted to find a way to get back into shape and this app has disappointed me. Please look for better apps to assist you on your health journey.

I purchased a subscription on January of 2026 and it shows to expire on January of 2027 but I no longer have access to what I purchased. I have tried sending emails to the company to let them know about this issue but it comes back undeliverable. I really enjoy the app and see that it has value in my life but I needed to write a 1 star review because even though my subscription is active it will not allow me to restore the purchase or use everything in the pro version. I would like to continue but unless they fix my subscription to use the pro features I will cancel and request my money I’ve paid so far.

I like the app but I paid 60 dollars for premium and I checked it doesn’t renew u til September. They periodically take away aspects of the app and say you have to buy the premium. I all ready did!!! Over time they take more and more away from me saying that you need to buy it again!!! They said to restore my subscription and it doesn’t work. They just want more money. Well not from me. Paid for an annual subscription. My fault as there wasn’t any detail what was included. Be prepared to have features removed even after paying. Not worth the cost plus bait and switch. Cancelled after two weeks and deleting app even though I will have it for an 11.5 months.

I was just forced to update and now it wants me to pay for a subscription that I already have. My subscription ends in September 2026.

I subscribed for a year. After a month they are requiring to upgrade to Pro to keep being able to track what I have already paid for.

Any and everything that I would need for this app to do you want me to pay for I can do that all by myself. I don’t need an app to do that and I think it’s absolutely unreliable because you can’t put anything in what is the purpose of this app? It is not serving me at all.

I purchased this app in Jan for a year and it stopped working. When sent email to support it throws error as address not found. Tried restore it says purchase not found.

They did an update now it says I’m no longer a subscriber and I’m set up as a free user what a scam
