Withdrawals are supposed to happen in less than 3 hours. EVERY single withdrawal has taken 3-4 days! Customer service is terrible.

BEWARE! I got back on this app after not playing for a few months. I immediately won and attempted to withdraw the winnings. I put in my bank information and instead of a deposit there was a debit on my account. I attempted contacting them and I kept getting a message that says that the transaction was completed. I even sent screenshots from my account. Terrible!

Scam scam scam!!I have no idea how this game has a 4.9 rating… that’s why I tried it but Don’t waste your money!! I put in over $200 of my money into this game and even though I won $400- I wasn’t able to withdraw any of it!! I notified my bank card company and informed them that I was scammed and luckily they agreed after an investigation and reimbursed me what I lost!!

This app like so many are rigged but this one is just on a whole other level of deceiving. In the beginning when I first played this, you might win occasionally. I never expected to win much. But after a while, you never win again, no matter how many bingos you get. The place is ALWAYS one below any winners of a prize.

I’m giving 2 stars because I used to love this app! I’ve spent over $3.5k on this App/game since March 30, 2026! Had success with the slots but you don’t get to withdraw your winnings from the slots you have to spend it on playing their rigged Bingo games! They lure you in and let you win a few times in the beginning but that ends. You see that it’s rigged the more you play! I won $250 on the slots and then went to play “Cash Redeem” Bingo (it states that you are guaranteed to win around the amount that you are playing or more. So 3,2,1 it starts and I get a few Bingo numbers on my card in the beginning then all of the rest of the numbers called weren’t on my card. Also there were no bonuses like “the clock/timer extender” or the “3X” and the time runs up game over. I place like 6 or 7th out of 8 players. (I don’t know I can’t go back and see that games results they don’t offer that for the “Cash Redeem”) and only winning $100! This has really put a bad taste in my mouth as well as my experience with their “VIP Customer Service” when I asked how to switch the debit card that is connected to do Withdrawals I was rudely told “Please get in touch with me once you reach VIP 6” (I’m VIP 5) And another shady thing is after you’ve done a few deposits they remove the $5 deposit amount and the $10 deposit amount options. Your only options of deposit amounts are then $15-$30-$50-$100. They do the same thing with the Bingo games they removed the $5 and $10 so it’s then $7-$15-$20-$30-$40-$50-$60-$80-$120-$160. Don’t waste your time with this App there’s plenty of Slot games and Bingo games that let you withdraw what you win without having to spend it to transfer it over to Bingo winnings money and don’t charge you 10% fee to withdraw!

I downloaded this game a few days ago and was able to deposit with no problem. When I tried to withdraw, it asked me to verify my identity, but my documents weren’t accepted because the program that they use doesn’t support the country that issued them (which is a European country). I’m in the UK, I was just born somewhere else. I’ve contacted customer support many times asking for a different way of verifying my identity and they send the exact same copy paste message that doesn’t answer the question. I was told to wait while they investigated and they would contact me through the chat. The next day they send a message that they would be closing the chat because I hadn’t replied in 24 hours. When the last message was them telling me to wait? I tried contacting again but this time insisting on a different way of contacting customer support. I was given the same copy paste messages and when I kept insisting on contacting customer support a different way, the chat ended. I’m sure the chat is bots because they never even introduce themselves and the messages are always exactly the same, word for word. At this point I’ve accepted that I’ve lost the money but I’m hoping this review will keep other people from losing their money as well…

Customer service is abysmal I’ve just contacting you but get a robot reply and sent around in circles I’ve received this message after playing a few different app games and have no idea why! I deposited £30 and got around £60 including bonus then played through it on the £15 game until it became withdraw the first two games I won £25 on the first two games which has happened on most of the other games you have so either it’s a coincidence and you’ve made a mistake and I haven’t been dishonest in my behaviour or the games rigged and because I played the same way on each game I didn’t lose money! The reward they advertise that you get $ 100 when you get back into the game is never given. They promise to book it directly to your PayPal is a lie. They never do, a game based upon lies is a game you should skip.

ETA MY RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: I did contact yall- on your website, where I was ignored, on Facebook, where I was told you’re refunding-a MONTH AGO, and nothing since and initially, I contacted cs in chat in game, where I was told too bad, and you certainly charged me without that info-or had it and took my money anyway*. I deleted it but I’ll go back to get my id just to update this after yall ignore me and keep holding my funds. I have been playing this. I had $31 on there. I added five dollars to unlock the slots and it told me to Bond my phone number, which I tried to do. It just says that I already have an account. There is no option to log into that account. There is no option to get my money back. There is no option to click an avatar, it is literally a page that gives you zero options. Oh but it says support at the bottom. And guess what? They just copy and paste the page over and over again until they eventually take that option away to contact and then you’re left with literally no option whatsoever and they walk off with your cash . Their bs does not offer any solution because it’s telling you to do things that you literally can’t see on the screen you’re stuck on. They are thieves. I am livid. Do not play!

I have noticed that your cash win games always have the same amount of available players. That is an impossibility unless it is always set with bots. I have never seen any change to the starting number of players,therefore, I will not be depositing any cash to your games and in fact I am about to delete all of your games that have these starting numbers. Seem to have some ai determining the outcome of your game, they don’t want to pay out, was playing for months with occasional win, until recently however where accused of cheating by a bot when played exactly the same way as before. Dont bother trying to chat to them for help you get stuck on an endless loop with a chat bot, speaking to anyone real seems impossible. Over $50 in payouts in the past couple of weeks now “forfeited” due to “fraudulant” behaviour yet they can’t / won’t tell or show any evidence to back up their claims…. Heavily dissapointed!!!!

I’ve tried 4 times (5 times now) to withdraw my winnings and they have been declined EVERY time!! And it took an entire month (month and a half) for that!! Okay so I installed this game some time ago and I won £10 so I wanted to withdraw it and it said it will be reviewed and processed within 7 days. So you know I don’t really mind because I know with those apps it takes a bit longer. I wait for the 7 days and I check my inbox on the app and it says the withdraw had failed because I did not upload proof that I am 18. So I put in the withdraw again and once I saw a pop up to upload a picture of my ID I did . I was meant to get my withdraw a day ago or so but since yesterday it has been saying 1hour until I receive my withdraw. So this is either very bad management in terms of their withdraw system and it provides inaccurate timings or they are just trying to get your identity (like an identity theft). Also not to mention that once I placed in my withdraw and I have been playing with the bonus cash I have , I have either lost every single game or won the same amount I put it so I have just been stuck on £1 for ages now. Starts off with a quick bingo tutorial and then to play you have to deposit $5 real cash. But it you click the button and then cancel they give you $5 for free. First bait! After that, they try to rope you in with amazing game results. My first game I finished with 40k points, and everyone on the board also had between 30-50k, I took second place, which earns $8 on a $5 bet. My next game was horrible. I only had about 3,000 points and guess what, so did everyone else. Again I took 2nd place. No one had a lucky card? Really?? It’s highly unlikely that not one person had a good game in that round. My third game, I got interrupted with a phone call, which I took, and when my call ended, 20 mins later mind you, my game was still running, I completed the game, and still took 2nd place with a horrible score! I guess everyone else in that game stopped to take a phone call too??? Every single game continued like that. When I did good, the whole board did good and when I did bad, everyone on the board had a bad game too. There wasn’t a single game where the 1st place score was like 40k and the last place was 3k. Those are real world results you would expect. Obviously the game is fake and they are trying to rope you in by giving you a little bit of money each time until you start paying for real. Don’t fall for it! Of course now that the developers have read this they will probably change the algorithm with an update so it’s a bit more believable.

I can't believe Apple allows these apps in their store, I put money into it and when I won and wanted to withdraw it, they kept the money and didn't want to give it to me or allow me to use it in the app, because they detected that it was a fraud, it's stupid and APPLE should not allow these apps in the store.

If you can imagine, or consider, a game being relaxing, this one is for you. The Voice they use for calling the numbers is appealing to the ears and the speed of which they call is perfect. It is such a nice game to play when I get off work and go home and turn it on and it just kind of makes me relaxed to the point that I wanna go to sleep lolthe numbers on your playing cards come up very well. You’re not sitting there with the numbers being called. I highly suggest downloading this game and I hope you all enjoy it.

Have played this app for a while. I’ve won some and usually the withdrawals are instant as in within minutes. However recently I’ve been struggling with the withdrawals which get stuck at “in review” and then I have to chase it up constantly via the vip chat feature and tend to just get non stop automated copy and pasted answers. I got hit with having to do things to verify my identity due to anti money laundering and I did all of that, then a few days later the same thing happened. I have spent a significant amount of time and money on this game and I am constantly anxious now about whether they are going to allow my withdrawal to complete or not. I can’t seem to speak to a real person I’m pretty sure bots run the chat. If I don’t receive my withdrawal within the next hour I will be reporting the app as fraudulent and requesting chargebacks via my bank as this is becoming ridiculous now.

I downloaded this game with the hope that it would pay out as I had read mixed reviews. I withdrew on the 5th June 2025 to my PayPal account and read that this took 1-3 days. In the gaming app, my payment is still saying ‘in review’. It is now the 11th June 2025 and still no payment received in my PayPal account. I would never consider making any deposits further because of this very reason. Disappointed to say the least. I guess there will be some catch like you have to make a deposit first but it didn’t state this when making the withdrawal 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just playing for a chance to get some $$ from Freecash playing this game but was immediately alerted that its most likely very rigged. Was given $8 cash and then redirected to withdrawal page saying all you need to do is get to $40 to withdrawal. Everyone is given the same playing board with the same balls(I think) but once you get close to $40 the other players always beat you by a good amount. I saved my boosts to maximize points and calculated every “pick 4” to generate the most bingos yet people seem to easily surpass my score once I’m close to $40. I’m sure if you deposit a ton they will let the A.I.s lose to you. But until a game lets you watch the replay from every persons perspective always approach these games cautiously. I really love this game a lot. I like the bingo games to begin with but this one actually pays you quickly and is fair in its play. The added features breaks up the monotony of the same thing over and over. I have won several times and withdrawn several times. The only thing I would like is if there was a better way to build up money in play quicker in the games to dollar matches. It is like playing a waiting game frequently waiting to spin a wheel unless you deposit which all advertising says you don’t have to do. Don’t have to make any deposits to play but the option is there, so that’s true. Also been playing for a couple weeks now and still haven’t been able to cash anything out. When I’m close to cash out dollar value, I’m pulled back down below min pay out.
