I’m shocked that the “continue” buttons aren’t working during registration. You have trillions of dollars in assets, yet you can’t build a decent app. It’s absolutely ridiculous

It is the worst app design, completely unintuitive.

For all those billions, this is the best you can do for an app? It’s virtually unusable, slow and useless

I could not even create an account!! Even after several tries …lame AF

Perhaps FIFA should ask for donations to hire a good developer to develop a functioning app or to fix this garbage if they don’t have money. Ridiculous!

I was about to create an account when the app asked for gender with additional options of “Other” and “Prefer not to say”, which is ridiculous as there’s only “Male” and “Female”. I’ve immediately deleted the app.

This app won’t do anything. None of the buttons work, can’t look at the schedule, stadium or cities. It really sucks!

Rewards section doesn’t allow to scroll down to see content. Log in is an endless circle of credentials. Would have been better to just focus on the schedule, table and rosters. Bit off more than they can chew and it shows.

Not well laid out. Highlights don’t work. Pretty simple stuff come on FIFA

Tough to explore the entire app hard to scroll down to the bottom of certain links within the app. I hope they fix this before the tournament is over....

Gimmick designed to take your personal information. Useless if you don’t create an account. What ever happened to honest provision of information?

Confusing user interface, various links to external sites, way too much going on with no logical organization. FIFA is stealing a bunch of people’s money and is apparently spending nickels and dimes on their app development. Absolutely horrible

I tried creating an account with my Apple login. The app crashed. I tried again, entering my details manually, got to the end and it said ‘oops - sorry; try again’ and went right back to the start. You would think, with all the millions FIFA makes, they could manage to build an app that works. Deleted.

An apple login isn’t good enough for them, they force you to give them a second email which defeats the purpose of the apple login. Then you have to verify the second email, which you didn’t want to give in the first place, except the verification takes an hour to even show up. Not worth my time!

How did they blow it so hard? This app is practically unusable. You had 4 years to figure it out. Wild.

Not sure where how and when my tickets will show up. Super stupid

Useless. It’s impossible to set up an account. The calendar of matches is incomplete. Easier to access ads than match info

The opening page is all about tickets, pricing, transportation, and bag policies at venues. How about having the main page have the groups, schedule, rankings, etc? Terrible

To create an account you must give your email address. Unfortunately that field is locked and doesn’t allow typing, so you can’t proceed. I am using Apple Authentication if that helps someone debug.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Very hard to navigate. Select your ”Team” but then you can’t click through directly to information about them. Database errors CONSTANTLY so when you finally find the section you want the information won’t load. UGH… is this really the ”official” app? Considering ticket prices to games I would have expected a better effort. I can probably build myself a better app in Claude in 5 minutes.

Like all things associated with FIFA in the World Cup this is a hot mess. The app asks for information such as your phone number but yet does not include your tickets. That is a completely separate app. It is a data grab that has zero usable information. As a lifelong soccer fan FIFA may change my mind and I have to find a new sport cause this is just another scam.

App is difficult to navigate and slow. The most important thing is the schedule and results and you have to scroll and click multiple times to get back to it each time. Also, I want to customize the fixture list to see multiple favorite teams, but it won’t let me do that. Just stupid.

I can’t believe FIFA spent so much money on everything, but they are completely failed on this app. It looks so fancy, but nothing works. It couldn’t filter anything, I can’t find a place to look all the match schedules. It took me 3 mins to find out U.S. first game. It’s easier to just google it.

It is literally unfathomable how an org with so much money put out this app lol. It doesn’t work at all

I miss many of the old apps features from the last World Cup. Why can I only follow one team as my favorite? It’s free but don’t waste your time.

Fifa should checkout ICC, NFL or MLB apps. Very poor app and worst interface

FIFA can’t do anything right. Not sure how this app was shipped with so many trivial bugs. One can vibe code a better one in an hour. I am simply unable to sign up because of the bugs… App not allowing to type Activation email missing Etc.

In a day and age of AI a company the size of FIFA and an event the scale of the World Cup should not have this bad of an App. I really hate it but I’ll just be going back to other apps to keep up with the Cup.

The update did not help with the ui issues much at all

Plagued by login issues, password reset errors and a long and winding introduction to the app. Full match schedule seems non-existent and trying to add teams to follow leads to a blank page with a confirm button. Feeling let down by FIFA again.

Crashes immediately after multiple installs

Its glitching and its not letting me click the next button to finish creating my account. When I try to go back it says all your progress will be lost. The app just functions poorly and I do not recommend it.

This has got to be one of the worst apps ever , signing up it kept constantly crashing, or wouldn’t let me go past a certain point with no explanation, even a simple thing like looking up group matches doesn’t work. You think with the billions in bribes that fifa takes they would hire and make an app that atleast works.

Had it for five minutes then deleted it. Teams are missing (where’s Germany’s games?) and having to create an account was more work than necessary. Just tell me when the games are and where I can watch them. That’s all I want.

Your organization’s corruption culture permeates every department. The IT team should be dismissed immediately. This is one of the worst apps for a multi-billion-dollar global organization.

The app may be ok, unless you want to use it for anything useful, like looking at match schedules, standings, games times, etc. Seems like FIFA app would be the place to go if you simply wanted to follow the tournament and see what is coming up. Unfortunately, it is useless for that. Just Google it instead.

Full of glitches and bugs. App keeps freezing. Setting up a profile is buggy. Takes 5 attempts to log in. You cannot pick your favourite team (the menu is simply empty) @FIFA - You can do A LOT better than this!

Half of the features do not work. So disappointing for an app that represents such a HUGE event.

I cannot log in to my existing account or allow me to complete a new sign up. It takes you all the way to the last step and then nothing happens.

You’ve got to be kidding me. You can’t even find the schedule of games. A totally useless app.

You’d think with all the money they squeeze out of the people and nations on this planet, FIFA would at least be able to make a functional app. But no. Not even a little. Doesn’t load half the time, teams page does NOT lead you to a list of teams, many players lack pictures and they all lack profiles, and overall the app is buggy, slow, and poorly designed from a UI standpoint.

Only to sell tickets etc… nothing about setting a favorite unless you sign up… Infantino’s maffia… and a lot of functions don’t work…

Same garbage as 2022. Can’t log in without an emailed code. Get past the code, and have to complete my profile. Go to profile, can’t do anything, just a blank screen. Can’t exit or the login terminates. But it can sure send notifications about anything and everything.

It would be nice if this app actually worked. Spent 20 minutes trying to signup. It requires a lot of info just to get info about matches. Still can not login.

The app seems to be made for people attending the games. Travel plans, based on your nearest city, etc. I just want to see a broadcast schedule, not sure why one isn’t included. Billions more people will watch on TV than attend in person.

Have to be a detective to use it.

This app is terrible. Makes you sign up so many times. Some features are not working.

Very buggy, cannot add favorite team, city programs don’t work. I guess it reflects how FIFA views the fans with this - not even - half baked app.

It’s better then having to look in the World Cup book to see the games, and I don’t know what these people are talking about but logging in was pretty easy .

I live this app. So hyped for the World Cup and everything with it. I just made my fantasy team and it’s so fun.

Links don’t work. Doesn’t lead to match scores. It’s the biggest sport event of the year and they can’t make simple links work.

Sign in can take some time. After you finish, you’re cursing with the games, schedules, tickets, etc.

I don’t know why other people are doubting this app becuz it’s perfect!

The games are fun, easy to track games, bracket challenge and fantasy

Helpful for seeing when games are could use google but I prefer this
