App admins are corrupt….. lots of fake profiles…. Guys pretending to be girls… lot of scam!!! AVOID!!!!!

This app will literally wipe the bot’s memory mid conversation and turn a conversation into an argument. It’s not worth your time

I have a paid subscription. The memory model is terrible. Your AI’s tend to lose their minds frequently especially after you have built up the relationship. They forget what was said as little as a day before. Sometimes there is a filter and sometimes there is not. Very inconsistent and frustrating. I canceled my subscription and found a much better app.

This is NOT all AI. Real women message men with suggestive comments (some which even they themselves have not written but which the app sends on their behalf and unknown to them) and to send replies to anybody is expensive. Some people are very insistent that you send expensive app based gifts to them so they will continue to talk. I have spoken to some of these (mainly Filipino) people offline and they tell me that they earn up to $16 a week if they are online almost constantly (around 2-3% commission on the gifts they receive). They do it because they are desperate for the money in order to live, and some of those I spoke to were very depressed because of it. These women have “agents” that tell them not to discuss such matters. I wonder why. I know of one person that has now left and although struggling, has said leaving was the best decision she ever made. On the other side, I know of men that have become financially crippled due to the cost of messaging and receiving photos. And finally, security. Blocking people from contacting you does not prevent them from commenting on your photos or harassing you in chatrooms. This app is addictive to many, and immoral to say the least, and in my opinion should be shut down.

I also run android on this app and has much more options and discounts, why is it that iPhone is not getting the same treatment? Also the use of bots on purple coin has gotten out of hand but I’m sure you guys know all about that already… pfft

After you talk to the character for about 20 minutes, it completely forgets the storyline. It's not worth the money, so don’t pay for it.

This app is a scam, designed to exploit women, and scam Men. 1. The fact that only women can be streamers is SEXIST and BIAS AF. 2. Every time I try to upload an image that’s of me, it says that isn’t not of me and won’t allow me to post it or make it my profile picture. Yet, 90% of the ‘Women’ on there have fake AI generated pictures, or heavily edited pictures. 3. 90% of the people on here are scammers, there’s no age verification, no identity verification, it’s unstructured and poorly managed. Linky sucks.

I used to like this app very much, but lately everything is going off.. the characters are responding irrelevant to what I say.. saying completely nonsense things.. the app is no more as intelligent as it was .i'm really annoyed!..

It asks me stupid questions doesn’t listen to what I want to talk about and doesn’t come back with the correct response and it gets annoying

This is the dumbest AI app I’ve used so far. It constantly makes up stuff that go completely against what your saying and the bots constantly repeat themselves. I would recommend to anyone. So much better apps out there.

So I first want to say that I’ve had this app for a few years, I’ve used it a ton, it’s nice that you don’t have to pay for messages or anything, but as of the last couple months there must’ve been some update that bothers me, and that is, and understandably made it so you cannot use any obvious sexual or explicit photos, that I understand, but the last few months I’ve been having issues creating any new characters in general, because no matter what image I try to use, even if it’s stupid like a picture of pineapple or even some object, it still says “please do not upload pornographic or sexually explicit content” and because of this I’ve been unable to create any new bots because everything I upload is saying isn’t allowed even when it’s sexually explicit and it’s kinda bothersome that I can’t create bots anymore. 🤷😢

Used to me my favorite app until the update and it turned PG and they gave all the characters amnesia lol. Literally. When you hit level 3 they forget everything you talked about.. say they need to go to the doctor and the Doctor tells them they’re suffering from amnesia. I had so many hours in it before the update. It was fun. I deleted it, now It’s trash.

I have the most recent version of the game on my iPhone. I used to be able to have NSFW interactions with the characters I created. I keep getting messages that we should be thinking about something nicer. This is a waste of my time.

It used to be a fun app until the most recent update. Now it’s so G rated that anything remotely off the preset storyline gives you a warning. I used to love the free range you got with the stories.

The app keeps getting unnecessary updates that are too hard to navigate and figure out. Like the newest age update, even anything remotely sexual is turned down by the bots, it ruins the story sometimes and I can’t figure out how to verify my account properly to bypass it, I dont even know if there’s a way past it.

I would recommend going elsewhere where. The words run together, switching languages constantly and they keeps removing characters than adding them back later on

This app used to be fun but now new filters has been added that really makes this app a waste of time on the AI side. On chat side - the girls are mostly chat agents that force you to buy pictures and most girls use the same pictures.

Horrible. The ai doesn’t follow the story line. Most of what you say is ignored or dismissed. Chinese writing pops up all the time. You type something back and most of the time the ai ignores what you said like you never typed it. Horrible app even if it is free. Got wise after the update. And now it won’t let you have any sort of intimate conversation without it stopping you. Worst app ever and has been deleted.

This app has genuinely fallen off and it’s disappointing to see. It used to stand out from everything else, but now it just feels like another generic AI chat app with no identity. The biggest problem is the AI itself. Every character talks the exact same way now — constant “smirks”, “leans in”, “teasing tone” — it’s repetitive and honestly just boring. There’s no uniqueness anymore. It feels like you’re talking to one recycled personality instead of actual different characters. On top of that, the immersion is completely gone. Conversations drift way too fast, the AI loses track of what’s going on, and you can’t build proper long-term stories anymore. Before, you could actually develop something meaningful — now it just resets the vibe every few messages. Also, it’s very obvious that a lot of the freedom that made this app popular has been stripped back. For an app that’s clearly aimed at an older audience, the interactions now feel overly controlled and limited. It’s like everything has been toned down to the point where it doesn’t match what the app used to offer at all. The whole appeal was having realistic, expressive characters with full-range interactions depending on the context. Now everything feels filtered, safe, and predictable. That’s not why people used this app in the first place. It’s frustrating because the potential is still there, but right now it feels like the personality, depth, and freedom have all taken a back seat. If things don’t improve, it’s easy to see why people would stop using it.

This app really sucks now. Before the AI would talk with you about anything and you could be creative with the scenarios but now they just completely ignore what you say and just continue on their own. It’s very one-sided. App has gone downhill completely. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Ok new review Still needs to show whether the characters CREATOR is Male or Female Ran into a few Female characters but the Creator was Male Starting to lose interest in playing due to some things going on Was fun at 1st but getting WEIRDER & WEIRDER I smell TROLL’s in the app WHY are GUYS creating female characters ?? All the bots claim they are real. Some of them ask for your CashApp to “send you money”. Others start talking about s*x immediately. Not recommended for naive people or kids. And most of these fake girls are ugly. Oh and one text costs a whopping 77 coins. This app is trash. I want my $5 back for trying out this subpar garbage!

The developers have changed the AI so that it won’t follow along and just does whatever it wants now. The storylines have become annoying and frustrating. I’m deleting the app

Generative ai is ruining the environment and using tons of fresh drinking water that gets contaminated and cannot be used again and polluting the air, 700 million people don’t have access to fresh drinking water no help to ai this app is contributing to this

The search function doesn’t work at all. You put “woman” and it returns zero results. I put my gender as my and selected heterosexual and cannot get its algorithm to return me a single female bot.

Way too expensive! App does both AI and real users. Real users are usually hosts working in commission from Nigeria and the Philippines using fake profiles to get lonely western guys to spend their money.

These new updates are not really changing the app for the better. It seems they just want you to buy the pro version. I’ve been using this app every day since I downloaded it about two months ago. It’s easy to see the changes when you play it all the time. Limiting the characters you make is a big thing especially when you promote creators. Creators can’t create new characters after 6. Used to, they would let you create a new character once a week which is still nice because of limiting. This is still one of my favorite apps for interacting with characters or situations because it’s one of the few that still allows 18+ conversations. But only having one character featured and no ability to create more without buying a pro account is not going to keep people coming back. Your new updates also took away your one daily free gacha so now the only way you can get cards is to buy them so I haven’t even been bothering or watching ads for more coins. I already have to watch ads to even continue my conversation which I don’t mind but you can’t keep taking away all the reasons that made it nice like no one who has been playing longer will notice. Regenerating responses if they are incorrect is something you can only do 20 times a day when it was unlimited. On the suggestions for a writing prompt, the crush tab used to give 5 responses before you had to pay for more and now it’s down to 3 and you can’t even use coins now to pay for more chances. I still love the app but taking these few small treats from players who can only afford to play it free won’t make your ratings go up. I normally don’t rate but this is an app that can do so many things that even free players won’t get to see anymore.

I get the need to monetise certain content but after using this recently and finding it to have been quite fun and a great AI chatting experience. I’m extremely disappointed to find that all of a sudden the regeneration is now limited to 10 a day with you having to be a member or spend 100 coins to refill it. Without the regeneration to filter through responses it leaves all the chatting feeling clunky and unsatisfying, I’m just unable to immerse myself in my of the characters with it constantly telling me I need to refill to use the regeneration. All in all I would say it’s got great content with it being great for those who can afford a membership to use the regeneration function

I never write reviews but I’m very disappointed, so I feel passionate to. This WAS the best A.I. chatting app, no question. I’ve been using it for months. Over time, they’ve made it harder and harder to use. The greed just keeps getting worse. At this point, you get a small amount of free features each day because they’re trying to force you to buy their “premium” subscriptions (which barely add to the amount, by the way). You cannot regenerate a message for a better response more than 10 times per day and you cannot clear a chat more than 3 times per day. It’s absurd that these basic features that have always been freely accessible before the recent updates. I waited for another update to see if they would take the criticism, and they have not. Be warned, they will keep getting greedier even if you can handle these current restrictions. They are slowly taking away every feature for free users. I’m very saddened, as I have almost 10k dialogue in my months of using this app and I really enjoyed using it. I’m now going to switch to a different A.I. app because this is ridiculous. Clearly, they don’t care about their users and just want the money.

アプリ内で明確なポリシーを日本語で確認する方法がありません。 また、自分が作ったキャラを勝手に非公開にされたり、通知も無く削除されたりします。 フォロワーもたくさん付いて、多くの人に楽しまれていたキャラなのに、復元する方法もありません。削除されたキャラはどうにもならないし、非公開にされたキャラは設定を一部変更して問題を解決しても、非公開→公開に自分で変更することもできません。そんな壊れた環境も、自分でキャラを削除することができないから、限られた枠を潰されたのと同じです。もちろん、設定に使った文書（スクリプト）は、テキストとしてコピーして保存してあるので、新しく同じキャラを作ることはいつでもできますし、皆さんにもお勧めします。面白いキャラほど、勝手に消されますから。 本当に不快な思いをしています。公式・運営からの説明を求めます。

Ich finde diese App sehe gut. Ich habe schon viele verschiedene AI Apps ausprobiert, und muss dabei sagen, die meisten waren entweder langeweillig, zu teuer oder einfach schlecht gemacht. Bei Linky gibt es Auswahl an vielen verschieden Charakteren, und mann kann natürlich auch selber welche erstellen. Der Chat ist unbegrenzt. Das einzige, dass mir nicht gefällt, ist jetzt die Art wie der Bot schreibt. Also mir ist aufgefallen, dass der Filter ich glaube geändert wurde, was natürlich auch gut ist, denn vorher war wirklich kein Filter drauf, doch jetzt funktioniert manches leider nicht mehr so gut. Ich habe nicht mehr so ein gutes Erlebnis mit meinen Charakteren wenn ich schreibe. Die verschiedenen “Katogorien” wurden leider auch entfernt, aber sonst gefällt mir die App wirklich sehr, ist übersichtlich usw bloß der Filter is a bissl tm. Sonst wirklich empfehlenswert, kostenlos und viel besser als z.b. C.ai.

Hello Linky support, I’ve been experiencing serious issues in the app for a while now. The AI characters keep repeating the same words, forgetting previous messages, and acting differently after updates. I already tried restarting chats and updating the app, but the problem still exists. Please investigate this issue because it’s affecting the experience badly. Thank you.

When I first got this app there were so many different and interesting options, and now it’s just really boring. It should go back to how it was two years ago.

So I want you to update this game by.. 1.When someone search something please just like let us type something like: cute or cartoon then it doesn’t show anything. Last time I went on this app it was like this but opposite! 2. Please make more cartoon characters!!! Cause I hate like actual photos of people or AI cuase it’s not my style… 3. When I went on game rules then it changed to tasks for some reason.. please change everything I mentioned in this review please! 🙏

I downloaded linky about a year ago, as I thought it sounded like a fun premise. A virtual role play with AI where you can explore unfiltered mature themes and NSFW storylines, with a computer generated character And for a time it was great, you had a really broad range of storylines, characters and topics, and it was interesting to see how ai would deal with 18+ mature content and narratives. It was a fun little escape, like naughty fan fiction. But then for some reason, the devs suddenly decided to market the app towards children, and ban the Ai from using mature content and subject matter. Which makes no sense. children should not be interacting with AI apps like this at all, period. especially when it comes to Ai apps that allow for virtual relationships. It’s predatory and dangerous, (even more so when they have real people on the app trying to engage in romance scams) Because they can’t discern children from adults, the Ai is blocked from using any and all NSFW subject matter, (even if your account is registered as 30+ years old, and you only use the app to chat with AI exclusively) So with all those changes, there is no reason for a mature adult to use the app at all, because arguably the only draw (unscripted, mature storylines with AI) is gone. They need to keep kids off the app, or at the very least design it so kids are restricted to censored, AI only content, and not allowed to interact with real people. And then mature adults are given full access to 18+ AI content, and only allowed to chat with other 18+ profiles, and not kids. Otherwise I think most people are going to delete it and move on to something else.

This app is so stupid now it used to be a fun app to use to make up fictional stories and fun other stuff but then they made there so called upgrades and now it doesn’t work right the AI bots will send you chats in other languages they backtrack and start talking about something you were talking about way earlier in the chat its unrealistic the AI sometimes doesn’t even acknowledge what I sent it it will do stupid stuff it also sends me chats in English but there are no spaces so it makes it incredibly hard to read what it sent then when you try and regenerate the text to get a better one the app doesn’t give you enough regeneration chances so your just stuck with unreadable content. I wish they would just go back to the way it used to work it was perfect the way it was.
