Usei por bastante tempo a versão paga, mas desde a atualização do iOS 26 não funciona mais e o suporte não responde.

Unable to use app

Uso há algum tempo. APP é quase perfeito. Só irrita a mensagem recorrente para habilitação de notificações. Isso é muito chato.

The reason I brought this app was for Facebook, paid like $20 for it, and it doesn’t work on Facebook. I have emailed about it but no replay, to me a waste then

I downloaded this app for personal reasons when I downloaded it there was a free 7 day trial so I subscribed to see if the app worked but the app did not work it didn’t even do anything so i unsubscribed the same exact same day I downloaded and subscribed now it’s asking for a $9.99 payment and I can’t download anything or update anything until that is payed which why would I have too pay if there was a 7 day free the makes no sense

The cost should be mentioned before putting the user through 10 minutes of setting adjustment

Sometimes doesn't remove apps according to schedule. Schedule timer doesn’t allow past midnight cycles where I want it to start before midnight and end after midnight. It only does the timer up till 23.59 and not further.

I reinstalled after months now I forgot password…I can’t open app please suggest what to do.

Have had this app for months and all of a sudden it will not show app icons nor let me add apps to lock, even after restarting phone. The app is completely unusable now. Are y'all fixing this??

The whole purpose of the app is lost. One cant even turn the ads off to get the app working.

This app has great features but charges an arm and a leg for simple shortcut actions. If you just want to be able to hide apps like I do in my case. Use ScreenZen, go to more -> extra features -> on demand blocking -> settings. you can select AS MANY APPS AS YOU WANT and then if you make a new custom shortcut in the shortcuts app you can do (on demand blocking) and set it to something like double tap on the back of your phone. I did a lot of research to find the best app.

I could not follow the instructions. I wanted to cancel my subscription but could not either.

It worked for about a week, although without clear instructions it took a while to figure out how to use it properly. But then the time limits stopped working. A couple of weeks later, all the names of my protected apps disappeared. Don’t waste your money.

Not working since last two updates.

I locked some apps on my phone and they do not appear which is fine as that is the expected behavior. However the apps no longer show up in my phone or on the app. When I go to the App Store, it says the app is already on my phone but I can’t find it anywhere. This is quite hilarious and upsetting.

I’ve recently arrived back from a long holiday. I locked my finance apps etc using XLocker. When I try and release my apps back to my home screen it will not put them back onto my phone. Has anyone had this before?

Please help, I bought the app to have a detox from social media, which was great, the app works well as it doesn’t delete anything but just hides the apps from you. However, now I’ve gone into the app to ‘unhide’ my applications, the icons are missing and when hitting the button to do so, I still cannot see my apps. I have tried restarting my phone and the app is up to date, I cannot access any of these applications now that I use for work, please help!

The app sends me 3-4 annoying notifications per day promoting their paid features. Definitely not helping me reduce screen time.

Always can’t open the app

I want to lock Instagram from 10pm one night until lunchtime the next day. As this period covers two days the app won’t let me set it. The lock period has to finish before midnight or start after midnight. I have just paid £20 for this app and I am disappointed

This app doesn’t work I paid for it and it only locks my phone for one day, then I have to go reset it and lock it again

So far I don’t like that I can’t set the limit for 8pm to 6am. I want it locked over night. Waste of money.

So far not worth the $20. Half the time it doesn’t work at all the other half it only locks half of the apps selected.

I set a schedule for app usage (only available from 6pm to 7pm) and it’s 5pm now and I can still use it. I would like my money back:(

Can the hidden software be restored after this software is uninstalled?

What’s the point of the scheduled limit when I can just turn it off before the scheduled time? I want my money back

I bought this app yesterday and it doesn’t work. I would like my money back.

So limited. Wipes off some of my apps on parent phone including access to App icon!!

I want to look through the app to see if it has what I need. You have 2 options to purchase, a lifetime for $20 and a monthly for $10. I would buy it lifetime if I could ever just check it out. That full page white ad is incredibly frustrating. And hiding the X with the same color as the background is just seedy. Do not like how this app promotes itself.

Doesn’t work. I put a schedule for 7 am to 5 pm, but nothing is happening. All the apps are not lock.

£10 for a year and you can’t even see the name of each app to distinguish them. Scammed again on the App Store…

Downloaded the app and subscribed but I can’t set proper time limits, it’s stuck on 5mins. Also I don’t think the time based restriction is working as I have spent beyond the set time on the apps it’s supposed to restrict and the apps still working. Terrible app

Is not showing the apps it’s supposed to blocking. Just blank boxes that don’t respond to touch.

What is up with costing money for a monthly subscription ??? It should be no cost, just going to use willpower to reduce screen time on the phone

When you choose apps to lock it won’t even show what app you have chosen. It also won’t block all the apps I want it to and only blocked a couple off them. There’s also no free trial run for the app so I spent $10 on the yearly subscription just for the app to not work. Would not recommend to anybody.

App doesn’t work and has created multiple bugs on my phone. Don’t download it, will mess up your phone.

Some days it works, but mostly it doesn’t do anything and the apps won’t disappear after the time limit.

This app stinks. Don’t get it, save your money. It doesn’t display the app that you’re trying to lock like it shows in the preview with Twitter. It’s essentially useless.

I can not see which apps are blocked so it makes it very hard to unblock the one I need to use. I got this app to password protect apps from my kids so they could not steal my phone and watch YouTube for example. I thought I would be able to just click on the app and enter the password and use the app. But you have to go into the xlocker app and then try to guess which app it is you want to unlock..

Bad app.

It’s stupid! For the first time of launch it lets you wait at the in-app purchase screen 5 seconds. Time by time you must wait in that stupid in-app purchase 1 minute to unlock the app.

只需要在屏幕管理里关闭软件的使用权，就被关闭了。这真的非常遗憾。除此之外一切很好。可这个问题却非常致命。不知到是否有解决办法？希望可以收到回复。

Good concept but it keeps freezing within the app itself. It does work a little bit when you get to pass through it. Search doesn’t work well.

I don’t know what happened. It used to work like magic. Since the last update to iOS 26.5, it stopped working hiding the apps. What is wrong?

I'v been using this app for 2 years, but after update to IOS 26.2, iPhone 17, the app doesn't working any more. I restarted my phone so many times even that i can't find financial App to lock it. BTW, I payed version.

Started off really good and really helped with weening me off social media. Had it for years with no issue. Then I went to add a couple more apps and the first screen pops up letting you open menus for the type of app and it goes blank. This happened once before and seemed to correct itself. Thee is no way to report this to the developers directly. Please add that functionality to your app. Will this be fixed? Because otherwise it is useless to me moving forward.

Ios26不能再隐藏app了

This is a great app but it seems to have a bug. When setting protected time, I am unable to block time that goes over night (10pm to 7 am). The app continually scrolls back to a time period between am to pm. Can this bug be updated?

This is a bad app because the buy this phone for I don’t know how much I can’t turn off my apps that I am hiding … it gets in the dam way

For an app that costs money, it certainly isn’t very reliable. Half the time it doesn’t even enforce the time limits and you have to reset the app to make it work

When I lock my WhatsApp the app deleted all my chats on WhatsApp 😕

因为用不到通知权限，禁用了。 刚更新了新版本，每次打开都弹窗要允许通知权限。 麻烦修复，谢谢。

使用捷徑快速隱藏app icon後如果再點捷徑恢復後，原本刪除捷徑不放在桌面的app icon會強制又回到桌面，必須要手動在刪除捷徑才會只出現在資料庫裡，這點能修正嗎？

In schedule mode, the app can only block one time period e.g. it cannot block a time slot in morning and a separate one at night

Great in theory but all I need is to go in the XLocker app and click a button to unlock the app I’m trying to block (for me IG, TikTok, Reddit) so it sort of defeats the purpose….

使用以前需要访问屏幕使用时间，点击“通过密码允许”之后我的手机没有密码，它不会直接访问允许页面或者屏幕使用时间，而是一直返回第一步

一，删掉重下后每用一段时间就会出现最后一位密码卡死的情况。 二，同样是用一段时间后，打开软件后，里面隐藏的软件一直转圈圈，什么也点不了。删除重新下载倒是能解决但也不能每次都这样吧，金块修复吧很久了
