I paid for 5 videos but after making the first video the app was trying to charge me again. I haven’t been able to get help solving this issue. Disappointing.

Used to be excellent, a little aggressively monetized but worth it because it worked so well. The new NSFW update is absurd though, flags everything. Save your money and look elsewhere.

First time trying it . You can’t even look at the AI picture unless you pay for it . Kinda disappointed in that .

I wanted to make that viral Ai video with the crush gem let’s do it again turn into an angel for my son that turned him into a female and don’t even look like him I had a really clear picture so don’t give me that just all around disappointed

I did the trial and cancelled it the first day. Somehow 10 days later I was charged $7.99 for the AI mirror Weekly PRO and Apple refuses to give me a refund. I will not buy anything else from Apple or the App Store.

Good videos it’s fun and easy to use, however the app is rigged to take your money, selected the weekly option, 5 videos, and only gives you 1 video, wants to charge you for each additional one. Do not get this app.

It doesn’t tell you that when you subscribe you can make only like 2-3 videos a week bc of the editing prompt. Then I guess saying resident evil in my prompt may cause it to say can’t create due to inappropriate content?? Like your ad was a resident evil themed intro.

NSFW bla bla bla we use to be able to make those images. Before they put some annoying filter in action. If these company owned facebook, instagram or many other social platforms. Good majority of photos would be deleted as NSFW. There is nothing wrong with swimwear in underwear in tshirts. Honestly I’ve no idea how this app has a high rating especially after blocking NSFW photos. We could make them no problem a few months ago. Even SFW photos even get flagged as NSFW. They really need to get rid of this annoying filter. Even few of the adds they show definitely are NSFW. They got this app listed for adults. They still have not changed it.

I bought the year one on accident well I got a new phone and redownloaded it. It won’t restore purchase so basically waisted money

You won’t get to try or test the app ! You need to pay first to see results plus they make you upload picture before you see payment portal !!!!

Do not buy anything from this app. After I made purchase one ai video credit I couldn’t find it. It disappeared. There is nothing mentioning about purchase. When I tried to use one of the action ai video it took me payment window again. No support option. This app is only one way UI.

Too strict no fun

Not buying yearly subscription again. After buying subscription and making some videos, it’s now asking for more money for videos. Other apps you get an allotted monthly amount, but not here. Stay away!

I can’t speak for every one but I got ripped off. Shouldn’t even get a star, I paid for a product, they got the money and I didn’t get the product. What would you call that.

I paid $49.99 for 70 videos and only get 13 videos and it stopped generating, keep on asking for more money

I paid for the weekly subscription which allows for 8 videos a week I did two came back 36 hour later now the app trying to make my pay again to create new video but I should have 6 left! Unfair and deceptive

I paid for $5.99 for 5 videos and I can generate one video if that was the case I would paid $1.99 for one video. False advertisement.

This app is straight up misleading. First off, they advertise a “free trial” but there isn’t one. You have to pay just to even try it out. Second, they offer a package for 5 videos but don’t be fooled. It actually costs all 5 credits just to make ONE video. Third, the animation I selected wasn’t even the one I got. And once it’s generated, you’re stuck with it, no option to switch it out, even if your AI avatar looks nothing like the photo you uploaded. Textbook bait and switch. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Being a user since the inception of this app having been a paid annual subscriber as well as being an ambassador I can’t even in my own opinion endorse this app because their censorship has become even WORSE than the last time I dropped my review score. If a picture has ANY inclination of becoming NSFW it will refuse to generate and that is a problem. A swimsuit or bikini will set off the flag which is ridiculous in my opinion I advise against this app if you want to create your own art without being censored there are several other similar apps that do not do this out there.

Paid for 10 videos and only received 2. App then asked to subscribe or pay for more videos. No internal communication to help resolve issues

Came up as a ad on social media. Promised free trial but billed 7.99 immediately and on top of that only allowed to wait 1 video and asking for more money in case I want to edit another video $1.99 per video. Don’t subscribe guys. Just a clickbait and charge money even for trial.

It says $2 for “one video” but it really means one coin and you need 5 coins to generate a video. Lame

This app is a scam, click on free trial and you have to pay $7 or $30 to try it out. If your app is good, you have to let people try it out first before spending

The options to buy are sketchy. One says you’ll get 5 videos for $5.99 a week but it doesn’t tell you that those five “videos” are actually tokens. So you create a video and it uses all five tokens. The worst part is that it’s not that good anyway. Grok makes better videos for free. My video had me without a jacket and all of a sudden I have a jacket on. It makes no sense. Do not waste your money here. It still very faulty and all they want is to get your money. It’s literally a scam!

Be aware , I have subscribed for one week for $4.99 with a promise to generate 5 videos per week , but the truth is that I was able to generate 1 video only and not 5 as they advertised.

This app was amazing until it became heavily censored. Even bikini pictures are being flagged. Canceled my yearly subscription.

Downloaded the app and purchased two videos to create. After spending an hour trying to figure it out. It still doesn’t create videos. The system repeatedly directs you to purchase a video, but will not allow you to utilize what you’ve purchased to create a video. Basically fraud and fraudulent marketing.

It’s giving me a generic pictures of different girls that look nothing like me in face. Canceling subscription after 11 tries . Very bad site.

Purchased the Pro version and did not get the credits to create videos, so I purchased 5 credits. After creating 1 video, my 5 credits were gone. I then purchased 1 more video credit and the app showed that I had 1 credit available, but would proceed to request payment for more video credits any time I would try to create a new video.

They claim you get 8 videos a week with their subscription, but you actually get 8 stars to use and each video costs 5 so you get 1 video a week with an $8/week subscription. If they fixed that this would be a 5 star review because the app does what it’s designed to do.

This app will just take your money and not allow you to make any videos. I paid for it to make a simple video and nothing…. Beware

It forces you to buy before you even review what it did. It also forces you to upload to the cloud and not your phone.

When buying credits it goes through then takes the credit away. Beware

I payed for a weekly subscription that should’ve given me 8 videos and payed again for another 5 videos and I’ve only made two, but now it’s asking me to pay fo a new video again but I should still have more than 10 video credits

Garbage app that pays social media to get you download…then doesn’t work and asks you to pay a monthly subscription to possibly get it right. Do better

AI Better is awesome…..but it stops after you reach a limit! There is no explanation of how many edits are allowed, a day, a week, a month!

This app is a scam!!!! Got my $7 and I can access to anything it says I need to bay for it to make video. Smh

The trial gave better quality. I’m not sure what changed after I purchased the subscription but the quality dropped and the censorship became more strict. I wish I never purchased the subscription now.

I have an active subscription for the app that expires in 2027. Everything was working fine until about a week ago when the app stopped recognizing my “PRO” status. Whenever I click on “restore purchases” I get the error message “no purchase can be restored”. I have emailed details of my issue and screenshots to the support email and have received no answers as of today. I also sent the same info to the Instagram page that runs this app. If the support team is unable to help me at least provide an avenue so I can get a refund for all those months I have left on my subscription that I’m unable to use.

This used to be a really cool app, but now they flag everything, literally flagged my dog as sensitive content, the word hugging is flagged as inappropriate. Not sure if it’s the Apple stores restriction or if this app’s CEO is now principal Trunchbull from Matilda, but your better off just using something on the web

The nsfw sensing software has such strong censorship on content. You can’t even edit a photo wearing a modest bathing suit, or even a tank top. It’s become essentially useless for editing anything other than a photo of someone wearing a parka. And even then, if it accepts the photo, the render might change how their clothing looks, and it will censor and block the render (literally tried to make a Disney princess edit of my wife in a loose thick sweater, and it made the sweater skin tight, with pierced nipples poking through the stitching, and then blocked 99% of the renders). So you better be damn sure you’re not showing any shoulder or ankle, or this app will be useless to you.

The AI Mirror app is misleading when it comes to pricing and credits. It looks fun at first, but once you start using it, you realize how deceptive the payment system is. First, they push you into a subscription, which already costs money. But even after subscribing, you still have to pay extra for video credits, which defeats the purpose of paying for a subscription in the first place. The issues are:, • Credits are used up too quickly • You are charged again and again for additional credits • The app does not properly return or honor unused credits Also, have a prime example of an issue selecting a plan that is around $20 but was charged around $40 on Apple Pay. This was reported by others like paying for credits and not receiving them at all, or being charged unexpectedly during trials .

Buy it and then keep paying more to keep using it Find a better photo app.

Purchased app for one week at $4.99. They gave me five credits with some videos costing five credits. I can’t find anywhere on the app how much credits cost. It’s an amazing app if you are not concerned about the final cost of each video. To me, charging credits is a scam and should be considered bare and switch pricing by Apple auditors.

Created few videos and face absolutely not looks like mine and video too short. Very bad. 👎🏼

The creators of this app are crooks trust and believe I know them when I see em. My daughter downloaded this for a free trial to make a princess photo of herself. ONE PHOTO!!! and These people want to try and charge me $6 for that EXCUSE ME! now because I will not and shall not pay them I cannot download any other apps including ones I need for managing doctors appointments as they’ve moved to an app instead of an online portal. Imma need this situation handled immediately thanks.

They will limit you to 5 videos per week even if you are a paying after that you’re gotta pay $2 per video. Ridiculous.

literally the worst app

Horrible app, changing my review from 5 to 1 star. The UI is so bad you can’t find anything. Filters don’t appear in searches, favorites don’t work, and images are frequently marked sensitive for no reason. The nsfw filter became way too sensitive. I’m going to find another app.

They trick you into a free trial only to get charged right after you use the app. SCAMMERS!

I initially subscribed but cancelled. I tried to use the AI function to create an animation. When I chose this there were more options to pay! No way. Suggestion-charge more and make access free for everything.

I wanted to try the free ones, but they’re overloaded with ads and keep getting stuck in loops. It hasn’t been a good experience, and it’s made me decide not to purchase.

After you pay for the app you still have to pay to make videos. It’s not worth it. It’s a novelty app. You get the same results lighting your money on fire

When this app first came out it was mostly free, only prompted adds every 3-5 images, and you could filter/edit ANY image. Now MOST options cost a subscription fee, adds come only ONE free image, and it has the same censorship restrictions as the Disney Channel. MirrorAI sold out and now it sucks.

I paid for a years prescription and I made approximately 10 videos. Now the app wont let me make anymore unless I pay for it. They’re not upfront about their pricing.

You are already subscribed but have to buy more credits to generate a project! That’s double charging!

Used to be pretty good, but as others have stated, if there’s anything risqué involved, it’s moderated, whether it’s an image of yourself you want to alter, or a image description. It scans your image and decides whether or not it meets its content restrictions

Like the title says. Lots of creative and fun ways for adults to enjoy this app in a more risqué way but suddenly it can’t be used like this anymore. Horrible loss. The other tools are decent, but there’s definitely better out there.

Be careful when choosing free trial. It’s NOT free. You get to choose between weekly and yearly subscription. It shows free trial when you click on it you’ll be required to pay upfront.

New restrictions have removed ability to customize some of the results, the feature I enjoyed most. Sorry I stopped paying weekly and did an annual. UPDATE. App is now flagging inoffensive material it created.

5 creds per video! 1 cred cost 5 dollars!

I bought credits that said it was enough for FIVE videos. I made exactly one and then it said I had no more credits. Waste of money and no way to actually communicate with anyone.

This app is literally the worst I’ve ever used. I signed up for the free trial but it didn’t work, so I decided to do the weekly cost. I paid for 1 video after it said I didn’t I have credits and it won’t let me make a video with that credit. I’m over this app.

The product is GREAT but after using the free video in the trial, I decided to pay for 5 more. Was only allowed one. Next day I paid for one more and it STILL won’t let me make a video…

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now, but it’s gotten way too crazy with its censorship. Censoring some stuff is fine, but it censors regular woman in SFW clothes, when there is absolutely no nudity. It’s a little too excessive. I wont renew my yearly payment.

Paid for features no longer work. All artistic nudity blocked suddenly, NSFW filters suddenly filter even non nude content, making the app useless for its original intended purpose. Very disappointing.

This app used to be good, but now it just panders to viral image trends. A lot of my work is now filtered and blocked now. I’d recommend something else.

Not a free option. Do t download if that’s what you’re looking for. Downloaded and deleted.
