Horrible people. Horrible programming. Subscribing to paramount means you are an idiot, it really is that simple.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Firstly, Paramount is getting into politics, UFC activities that are destroying White House grounds and supporting a president who is destroying this country.

It will not through Walmart plus let you sign onto a Roku TV because the activation code is too long and customer service sent me numerous places and I’m getting nowhere. I am slightly autistic and I have done this many days this month because I think I can do it and I almost get to there and then it doesn’t happen and customer service has me running into emails deactivating my account is unnecessary. Love the content, best streaming platform out there, but the application is AWFUL! Constant buffering(not an issue with any other service!), navigation is clunky at times and worst of all, the AUTOPLAY won’t be turned off! We have tried through the settings on the TV as well as through the online app but every time we go back to watch a show, it jumps to the next episode (very irritating!).

Don’t know what else to tell you, you deprecated all non-brand-new Apple devices. So… yeah. Willing to pay you for your “licensed content” but you are not willing to supply the service. Israel, Israel! Uber alles! Uber alles in der Welt!

Don’t trust companies that bend over backwards when pressure is put to em. I will never be using your streaming service again. You stand on the wrong side of history.

TL;DR, This app, on all devices, is getting worse. I get commercials even though I pay for commercial free. If I’m not on WiFi it doesn’t work and will just load and load and load. Meanwhile every other app will work so it’s not my phone or signal strength. Can’t change seasons. Not on phone, iPad, tv, none of it. Only way to do it is supposedly go on the website pick the season and episode and then it’ll take you to the app. Can’t get on the website because it says my information isn’t right even though I’ve reread my email to make sure there are no typos and I 100% know the password which works when I deleted then redownloaded the app. With the money we pay you’d think we’d get a quality product but nobody at paramount appears to care.

I subscribed expecting access to FIFA World Cup 2026 streaming content based on promotional information I encountered. After subscribing and being charged, I learned that the English-language broadcast rights for the tournament in the United States are held by Fox Sports (FOX and FS1), not Paramount+.

This app is laggy at best and broken at worst most of the time and do not try and use it outside of iPhone say on a TV that is Wi-Fi enabled because you will truly see how broken it actually is paying the money I pay to never be able to watch anything is crazy and frustrating

Paramount+ and CBS are trying to take away our first amendment rights they’re up trumps aź while we all struggle to feed our families

User interface is among the worst of streaming services. I can give a pass to Pluto and tubi since they’re free but paramount is absolutely atrocious. By far the slowest/laggiest app I have used

Using this app to watch shows is like using dialup to get on the internet. I pay for several subscriptions and this one, this app is by far the worst streaming app I have. I’m about to cancel my membership because I flat out. Don’t even want to use it even though I like the shows but it’s so frustrating that it crashes all the time, restarts, pauses in the middle of a show constantly. This is true for my phone and for my television. None of the other apps that I pay for that stream shows do this so this is clearly Paramount issue. Whatever development company you guys used is terrible and should be put out of business.

The app will kick me out of the show i’m watching right before the ads finish and they’ll restart from the beginning. Happens almost every time I watch a show. Great selection though

My app is up to date and there are no network issues so i am wondering why after the ads play the program I am watching keeps freezing. I have to keep resetting the show and after the first run of ads it freezes up. Please fix this issue

Any time I’m watching a movie it will constantly pause and buffer. Not having this issue with any other streaming service.

1 star got charged through automatic payment and didn’t even get to use paramount once through my account but it still charged me and wouldn’t let me access my charged account. I want a refund or something!

I am just so incredibly tired of paying a premium price for premium streaming services and still getting ads. Even in the ad free options. I’d give zero stars if I could. I’m going back to physical media. At least then I can skip the ads.

App function is terrible. Has continued to get worse over the years. App crashes all the time, defaults to home screen after a crash.

Why doesn’t the season drop down menu to select a season work? It doesn’t work on my iPhone, Roku tv and Amazon fire tv. Like this is ridiculous. Is anyone else having this issue and if so, why haven’t they fixed it (ugh)? Can’t be the only one.

Awful interface on Apple TV and iOS. Randomly loses watch history so you don’t know where you left off. “Predictive” suggestions are generic often offering content that has already been watched. Watchlist moves around like a popular service with a red logo driving frustration. Forced previews at the start of programs even when you pay a premium for no ads.

Won’t even let me sign up to even use it keeps saying this content is unavailable rn ?

Of all the streaming apps this has to be the worse app. It is slow to load and that has nothing to do with my ISP. It is very difficult to get to the episodes of a show. If you watch it for a while it locks up for no reason. The app developers have no incentive to make improvements. This is NOT a 4.6/5 app in anyway

App not working. Ever since the last update to fix a bug fixes, the screen has been totally black for Paramount+. It will not open. It will not load it will not do anything. My bill is paid. So what is the problem. So I have been paying for this app for years never had this problem. They took my money out and did the update and now it will not work at all. It’s just a black screen.

The content of Paramount+ is amazing, but, the app is extremely terrible. I had it 2 years ago and was trying to renew my subscription earlier under a different email. It said the subscription went through. Paid for it, see it’s pending in my bank account, cool. But when I go to the app and try to “sign up”, it says “APIError”. no elaboration, no update. I tried restarting my phone, signing up via the website, and all it does is redirect me to the app that DOESN’T work. I cancelled my subscription the day I got it

App is super terrible. Or the streaming servers. Or something. It just doesn’t work very often.

The glitches on this service are like any other I have ever experienced with these platforms. I understand it takes time to work out the kinks and bandwidth but this app seriously has not figure it out yet. Error 3205 I get all the time and can’t play anything m even though I know it’s not my internet or connection. Have never dealt with slower or more issues with errors in a steaming app that this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND go with YouTube tv

Love the shows they have to offer but I hate that I can’t translate them to Spanish for myself or my family.

only downloaded the app because when I am LOGGED IN through the internet it will not allow me to watch anything. tried to LOG IN through the app and it DOESNT RECOGNIZE MY ACCOUNT. I HOPE YOUR CEOS BURN IN HOT SUBSCRIPTION HELL

This app does not work half the time. You spend more time in frustration going in a circle jerk to do what the information says to get a working show but it just says you don’t have an account. I am going to say forgetit and find a new app. Bye bye

It’s way to complicated to link to my Xfinity account. It doesn’t even list Xfinity as a provider. I’m not going to pay for a subscription with I already pay for showtime through Xfinity

Unfortunately, you can only watch or download shows from the most current season bc the season dropdown menu won’t activate on the iPad app. Works fine on my phone but can’t have optimal viewing on my long flight.

Stupid ads even on Premium! Very confusing and cluttered layout. Filled with too many advertisements. App is a wash and not worth paying for. If it weren’t free—wouldn’t pay!!! Sort most recent reviews instead of Apples default algorithm of most helpful and you can easily see the 😂dissatisfaction with app. Editors Choice. 😂

Save your money if you think you can get any worth out of streaming with Walmart+ and Paramount. Tried watching the Tony’s only to find I need to have the premium plan. This tells me all subscriptions are a scam to make you upgrade.

I click on tiny awards. There’s no button to stream. There’s no cbs. Or rather there are about 25 cbs channels but is one of them THE cbs? I have no idea. Turns out I have to upgrade. Would have been nice if it told me. So I upgrade. I click on cbs. It tells me the football is starting soon even though it’s not football season. Such incompetence.

After hearing what the editor of the news division is doing to this network. Deliberately falsifying new stories. I am going to cancel my subscription.

I can’t fault the program selection, but I’m not here to review programming. This is about the actual streaming service, and it’s the worst of all the streaming apps we use! The amount of buffering and glitching is ridiculous! Every. Single. Ad. Break. The return to the program glitches and we miss dialogue while it’s buffering and trying to return to the program. DO BETTER!!!

This has been ongoing issue for months now. The app does not allow you to select season. You are forced to watch through in order to get to the current season you are watching, really irritating that this still has not been fixed yet

New offerings aren’t that good. Additionally, they’re dropping or handicapping the few good ones. Not to mention what this company is doing to 60 min and news in general. Don’t support them.

The season button on the app. Does not work. Desperately needs a software update fix. Plus when I go to the website. And try to watch there. It takes me to the app. I even deleted the app. To try and watch on the website. And it takes me to download the app. Spend this kind of money for a subscription . To watch a tv program. And the season button does not work!!! That’s pretty sorry. That shows how much Paramount + cares.

I’ve never had another streaming app that crashes as much as Paramount+ on an android TV. If I could give it zero stars I would, but they won’t allow you to do less someone. This is absolutely the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. If it’s not fixed soon, I’m going to cancel the service. It’s not worth the frustration.

Worst video app I have used in over a decade and a half. Functionality and UI make the experience horrible. No improvements either for months and months. I regret subscribing to Paramount and will not buy anything from them again.

Great selection and UFC is awesome, but way too slow and laggy

Awful! I can’t pause my show, it’s constantly freezing, constantly getting an error message try again later. Tried to cancel and get a refund but they don’t offer refunds. So I’m stuck for a whole year watching absolute freezing.

I have lots of connectivity issues for live events, and honestly, aside from the UFC, there’s also room for improvement in the movies/series catalog Nothing ever gets into or interested

It’s slow. SUPER SLOW. No matter what device I’m using whether it’s my phone or tv….. it takes 5 minutes after refreshing several times…. To rewind or anything. It’s slow and very frustrating to use. Even up to date…. i still feel like im waiting for anything to happen.

If you’ve gotten accustomed to Instagram and Netflix that let you speed up the slow parts of a video, then you’re going to be very frustrated by this app, wasting your time.

Great programming, Horrible streaming experience. Every other streaming app I use doesn’t have this issue. This is a Paramount problem.

i can’t write a review on my tv so i just have to say, this is definitely the worst streaming service. the amount of glitches, reloads, loss of video, loss of sound, weird blue screen taking over everything, and the LAG TIME FOR EVERYTHING is absolutely insane. the only reason i have this service is because my two favorite shows are on here, but honestly i don’t even know if i can do it for them anymore. paramount has me considering buying 40 dollar dvds off ebay, that’s how bad you know it is 😭 the fact that they make you buy an annual subscription shows that they don’t trust their service enough to believe you’ll rebuy it monthly, which is correct. you will regret getting this service! don’t do it, you will be disappointed trust!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This app never loads properly no matter the platform. There’s always an error. Some shows just simply will not play no matter what you try. What sucks is they have really great content with a terrible coding department.
