Absolute waste of time, P2W garbage. Scenarios are near impossible on “Normal” difficulty and to add on top of that, no matter what difficulty you play on, the cure will always be 30% or more complete by the time any ship decides to go to Iceland or Greenland. Waste of time. Trash. Remove this outdated trash game from the app store and replace it with Infinity Blade by Epic Games.

I beat all plagues on brutal and got no vampire unlock or simian flu unlock. I won’t be paying for anymore of your games now!

I hate that you cannot close the app easily. I’m using on an Iphone and it’s time consuming to close.

This game is insanely hard and getting to the final diseases is impossible. It makes the game here purposely to make you spend more money on upgrades, if you don’t have them you can’t win

Even though I paid for the game it’s still shoving more things in my face. Also didn’t unlock other modes after beating bacteria.

Becomes impossible to play unless you pay to unlock the extra perks. Literally can’t move past medium on fungus.

I had to pay just to get the game, but you have to pay extra just to pay for stuff that should already be in the game.

I can’t beat xenolith, and I’ve beat most of the scenarios.

This is more of a review for the other game, but it directly impacts the gameplay of this one. If you attempt to export a custom scenario to the main game it fails to read it. This has been a problem for multiple other IOS users, fixes like redownloading both apps doesn’t work, even on blank templates. PI creator cost money and shouldn’t be completely dysfunctional.

This game costs upwards of 20+ dollars with continuous paywalls vs the single purchase of getting a arguably better made copy on steam

infection numbers keep going back to 0 while it prompts I infected 1000+… annoying bug that can be easily fixed

Would be so fun if not for the fact that almost everywhere you click, there’s an ad or promotion. Exhausting, annoying, distracting. A shame because I love the game.

Please take some of the transactions away and make brutal mode easier by slowing down the cure significantly. There’s no time to get anything started

So I’ve had this game for about a month now and I’ll say it’s a pretty cool game not something I’d play for hours on end let alone a single hour but if your bored and have about 15-20 mins of free time this is a good time killer it’s pretty difficult and I like all the different plagues so not really any complaints so it’s worth the dollar that it is

I’ve played Plague Inc years ago right before COVID and it scared me. Recently I found out that the creators made 2 more game; Rebel Inc and After Inc. I was completely blown away by both of them. Played After Inc thinking it was a sequel, and it’s a completely different game. I play Rebel Inc thinking they’re going to build on After Inc gameplay because it was awesome… nope completely different game. Yet every game feels so familiar. It’s weird it’s like the gameplay doesn’t change it just tailored to the game that you’re playing so it doesn’t feel like strategically popping bubbles. All 3 games are all s tier we need another one can we get space exploration galaxy hopping and even a King Arthur type game like you guys can do whatever you want with this your great with it

I know this is a hard ask but can we support controllers for this game on mobile I absolutely love this game and it’s fantastic but I think if we add players to have the option to use controllers a new audience will join into play. Just something to think about

(on other games not this one) I have so much fun just unleashing chaos into the world with a prion or a bio-weapon. I can’t wait to see what updates and new game-modes await us in the future. I started out sucking at this game, but my strategy is to make it only infective until the very end. The world is infected and then kill everybody at once with symptoms , also the DLC‘s are very very fun

If you’re looking for a good game to play for a while without getting bored chose this.

What I love is when you beat all the standard plagues on brutal you unlock Neurax worm, beat Neurax worm on brutal unlock Necroa virus, beat Necroa virus on brutal, get Simian Flu and so on

I’ve been on and off playing this game since it came out, it’s fun, challenging and it’s really funny sometimes. Bro did a good job on this, it just never gets old and I love how it’s progressed over the years. (Or mutated I should say) If I could give it more than 5 stars on here I would.

First I was scrolling on the Apple Store and saw Plague Inc. then I got it for a really good price and started playing and got addicted to it.

Very fun with realistic features such as boat and plane contamination.

Buy this game

About one year ago: When I was playing I decided to play Greenland international and after beating it on every difficulty besides mega brutal I played and got past casual on fungus then went back to play Greenland international on mega brutal and won then it gave me cheats. I also have been stuck on normal for fungus for a few months now. I also played when I was younger and loved it but was easier to beat fungus. So please fix the Greenland international bug and how do I beat fungus!!!!!!!! Edit: I spent money because I remember playing cure mode in 2020 and wanted to see how it changed and it’s kinda cool but why don’t we have co-op and vs like the evolved version and why does the evolved version always get everything in one update while it will have to take a few updates to get the new scenarios in evolved if I’m not mistaken. Also it’s nice knowing I will get future updates like the xenolith plague that’s one of my personal favorites.

I’ve played this game since I was a kid, on my dads phone on my iPad or anywhere I could play it I would. just an idea tho what if yall added a way to change time settings based on economic systems going back in time to play in a different area of time where your sickness or whatever is spreading differently based on how things traveled during those times, it’s a pack I wouldn’t mind paying $5 tops for.

I remember playing this game when I first came out and it is still a great game to play. Especially nowadays, where all these once in a lifetime diseases and infections are coming up, nothing like the good old days.
