Not working

Waste of money. Doesn’t read blood pressure like you would think it would

It was working great stopped using it for a while trying to reconnect it using Bluetooth way used to work and now it just doesn’t see my phone. My phone doesn’t see it I don’t Know what’s going on with it. But they had the audacity to ask for a review while I’m trying to figure out why it no longer works properly.

Constantly asking for a review, sometimes twice in the time it takes me to enter one set of values.

Based on the information I entered, the app determined I had an abnormality before taking a qualified reading. This is probably a glitch in the app coding. Deleted.

I’d like to give it a 5, which I did a few times, but now I’m giving it 1’s in hopes that it will stop asking for a rating, which is before and after EVERY use 🫪

I bought this app by mistake I cannot use it to sync use it with omron . I reached out to their support 4 times in email .. NO REPLY back not even a message . Then I sent two messages via contact us NO REPLY back . Worst customer service ever .dont waste your money as if you her an omron you need to exp from that omron app to this smart bp app it DOES NOT SYNC AUTOMATICALLY VIA BLUETOOTH . Get the omron bronze or silver they have Bluetooth and can Bluetooth with omron app for free! This company totally ignored my messages and I have not gotten a refund for an app I cannnot use and didn’t want . Terrible customer service

I subscribed to this app hoping it would be helpful, but found it did not meet my expectations. I cancelled the subscription the same day, but have not received any refund.

This app contains too many ads and too frequent that make using the app quite unpleasant. Every time I open the app to log a blood pressure reading I’m greeted with an offer to pay a discounted $59.99 for premium access. Want to check my historical results another ad. It’s getting very annoying and makes this app not my first choice. The standard lifetime access is $99, Apple developer is also $99. Guess it’s time to make my own app to avoid these annoying money grabbing apps. Because why am I paying $99 for an app to log blood pressure. That’s it. It’s not a doctor so its analysis is worthless. The interface however is pretty simple and straight forward and easy to use once you dismiss the ads.

Downloaded your app it’s not free the minute you get to take your BP it asks for to buy a service, all it is is ads, junk! Deleted 2 mins after download

U get this app thinking that it can detect ur blood pressure with an iPhone only to find out that it’s just a log. To get ur blood pressure u have to use a cuff. They refused to refund my money even though I cancelled my subscription 10 minutes after I ordered it. I will dispute it as a scam with Amex. 😡😡😡

App ask for review daily

I thought I could track my blood pressure with just a finger on the camera. Very disappointed that I have to sinc with a blue tooth monitor. Very misleading

The app home page does not update. I don't see it does anything to help me. I searched for apps that I could use to measure blood pressure directly through my finger and this came up so I falsely bought it. I want a refund but cannot find a way to get it

Too many annoying pop-ups can’t even enter my blood pressure with out pop ups probably makes my blood pressure go up.

It doesn't bother telling you until after you've paid for it that it doesn't measure blood pressure. I canceled immediately but got no use out of it at all

The preview should state, “haha gotcha” you will not be able to get a BP reading until you agree to the terms of this yearly contract of $99.99 🙄.

Having trouble getting into the app - feels like a scam

Advertising as FREE. Immediately after installations you get pounded for payment! Deceptive seller. BEWARE!!

I thought it used my phone to read my BP. It charged me $20 bucks to just be a log of my blood pressure. I cancelled it immediately and it still charged me. So just lost $20 and I didn’t get a BP monitor on my phone.

Time waster

Just downloaded app. Started answering all the questions you have to answer to actually try the app out. A once in a lifetime deal came up for 10 months free if you signed up right then a there. I thought, sure why not, take it out for a spin and see if it works the way I need. It charged me full price. I went through all the apps parts, and realized it’s not what I need or was looking for. Tried to cancel and I find I can only cancel for the year after this one. I was charged for a full year. Very deceiving. This app might be great for some, but it’s a scam to me. Not recommended

I was unable to set up this application because the questionnaire portion of the set up was larger than my phone screen, and I could not see all of the questions

Did not charge me what I had agreed to pay! I went my money refunded.

This app doesn’t MEASURE blood pressure It just records it after you’ve measured it with a pressure cuff. I found that out after downloading it and immediately tried to cancel it. Sorry I’m stuck with a year of weekly payments

These apps don't measure BP themselves but are "validated" because they are designed by clinicians to ensure you use your physical cuff correctly:

When I bought this I thought it could read my blood pressure. I was wrong. All it does is keep entries from real BP monitors. I waisted my money.

I’ve used this app for a number of years to track my blood pressure. Always with just write access to specific fields to Apple health. Now in order to write I need to give READ Access. Why? There’s no explanation, just keeps telling me to enable so I guess I’ll search for a new app that will do what I want without requiring me to share information they don’t need.

This app is a TOTAL ripoff!!! They are NOTHING but scammers!! Yes the app is FREE to initially download, but then they CHARGE you to actually use the app. If thats not bait & switch, I don’t know what is!! Now they are threatening me so I will change my review!!

You don’t find out until after you purchase that this app will not work properly unless you enable Apple health. I don’t want to share my private health with Apple health. This program is dead to me.

It doesn’t monitor your blood sugar

Tired of manually entering results when there are plenty of free apps that connect quickly to my BP monitor and instantly upload results. Cancelled my service.

I’m very dissatisfied with the app because I can’t share it to my Patient Portal on Trinity Health to share with my Primary Care Dr. That was my sole purpose for buying it. I’ve wasted $40 that I could have really used. I’m on a fixed income.

Every other click in the app brings up a full screen trying to get you to buy. It makes it unusable and so forget going in with a “try before you buy” mindset.

Don’t charge me money

When you work with this APP, you will notice that it has bugs. For example, sometimes the data is not transferred from Health. Or when the relevant information is saved in Details in this APP, it is deleted after exiting and needs to be corrected again.

The app was just another ruse to get my birthday and other marketing stats.

There are several issues with this app. 1. The free trial option is essentially hidden from view when opening the app for the first time. 2. Even with a subscription the app shows ads for software and services. 3. The “synchronization” between iPhone and iPad is not true sync, but rather transfer so data on the receiving device is overwritten/erased when a transfer is made. (Apparently you must add a paid account with the vendor to get actual sync.)

App only tracks what owner puts into it. Does not read on its own. Regret purchase

I bought a model recommended in the app where I found a list of compatible devices: Omron BP5255. There is no clear method for connecting via bluetooth. After learning how to turn Bluetooth on in the device, I waited for this app to connect. It never did. I tried several times with no success. Also, there appears to be no way to enter data manually.

I thought it would monitor my blood pressure via my Apple Watch but no, it just charged me money

What you offer is not what you get

Does not measure blood pressure!

Does not do what I need it for want to get my money returned but unable to contact anyone. Be especially careful with this since if you purchase it you maybe be paying for the rest of your life for something you can’t afford and use as you hope.

Couldnt even figure out how to use the app for all of the annoying ads and in-app purchases that kept popping up. Deleted the app within the first five minutes

Not what advertised

This is not a app that measures your Blood Pressure as I thought, instead you have to input the data through another kind of device. I would say it’s almost a more sofisticaste Excel Log which might provide some insight. Very disappointing and top of that I cannot get my money back (39.99) which I bought it today less than 6 hours ago.

I tried it, and then deleted it. The letters and numbers are minuscule and impossible for me to see without a magnifying glass. Looking at that big white screen full of blank space, I wonder why they didn’t use the space more intelligently. I am a senior citizen with new glasses last month, but I can’t comfortably read anything on the screen in this app without magnification or massive eyestrain. If the developers intended to make this app only for younger folks with 20/20 vision, fine,…but don’t write off all of the seniors and people with vision challenges who suffer with blood pressure and/or heart rate issues. I’m going back to my iPad Notes app where I can set the text size to a comfortable level, and simply input the readings on the keyboard. I use symbols to allow my doctor to quickly see where the HR was too low (🤍), the systolic or systolic was too low. or both were too low (🔻🔻). I have different symbols for hypertension, and this method has worked well for me. If you upgrade to a variable typeface, I may try again, as the graphing ability is a convenient feature. Even that was so small and faint , so I struggled to see it. Perhaps the developer should hire a vision challenged programmer to point out the sad inadequacies in this app and help to solve them.

Really easy to use and keeps track of my bp, some days I didn’t keep track and just wish I could enter the readings from previous days.

So glad I downloaded it helps with keeping track of my blood pressure with my health issues

This is an awesome app that allows you to track your BP, pulse and weight. Tracing your data in a graph creates impact and helps you focus in your goals.

Definitely can’t wait to start a healthy lifestyle
