It used to be easier to connect the phone with camera to transfer pictures. No matter which way i try, scanning (NFC) on camera, connecting to wifi, bluetooth connection, everything doesn't work. Seems like wireless photo transfer isn't doable now.

Baixei o aplicativo para testar minha câmera e vende-la. O aplicativo reconheceu na primeira vez que liguei, depois não conectou mais. Os produtos sony já estão obsoletos, os softwares mais ainda.

Depois que atualizei meu iPhone toda fez que tento transferi um vídeo ele vai até o final e fecha o app sem finalizar a transferência.

This app is terrible. The connection from my iPad to my A7C is super flaky, even when it’s less than a metre from the camera. Constant drop outs and reconnect cycles. Then it will refuse to connect and I have to go through all the troubleshooting steps, restarting devices, joining the network manually etc etc. And to top it all off, today the app (which I haven’t opened for more than a week) decided to use up over 50% of my iPad battery doing god knows what in the background. I wish there was a better alternative out there than this atrocious attempt at an app. Sony, do better.

App requires full access to your Photos library for transferring pictures from your camera to iPhone even though limited access is enough for any app to add new photos. This is a gross violation of user's privacy. My guess is that it is intentional so that Sony has unrestricted access to your personal photos. Users beware!!

Verschrikkelijk slecht!!! Die app zegt steeds dat de camera en telefoon niet met elkaar zijn verbonden waardoor ik de foto’s niet kan importeren. Doe wat aan die App!!

Horrible app! Looks like it was designed by some high school kids and never went through beta-testing. Even basic functions don’t work. The app is a shame for one of the biggest consumer electronics companies in the world. If this were a free app for a $50 point and shoot, I wouldn’t complain. What’s shocking, though, is that Sony recommends this app to be used with their professional grade camera systems, costing thousands of dollars. Worse still, the app can DAMAGE your equipment. When I used the app to transfer a 30 min 4K video to my iPhone from a Sony a6600, the display of the iPhone got fried and needed to be replaced by Apple for $217. (iPhone XR with current iOS). When I contacted Sony Customer Support about it, Sony simply stated the app had been amply tested, this must have been “isolated issue” and refused to cover for the damage. I offered to submit detailed information from Apple, but no interest whatsoever!! (Yes, why would you want to learn about problems with your super buggy app, silly me!) Not a cool customer service response for a $2,500 camera system... Use at your own risk... Update: Tried again two years later. The app won’t even connect to the camera. It’s total garbage!! How can a well known consumer electronics company like Sony expect its customers to use such a garbage app?! It’s unbelievable!

My camera does not connect with my iPhone anymore. It’s very annoying!

Not really useful, problem with connecting camera through wifi or other options, every time needs to scan but may work! I used to connect my sony a7c with iPhone 11 pro, not a hope, 0/10 rating. Unfortunately uninstalling straight away!

Ok this took me hours to figure out, and Sony you’re terrible at writing software for smartphones! If you have problems connecting your camera to the phone, even though you have successfully setup a good connection previously, try to do this as this solved all my problems. Switch off the WiFi connection that your phone will most likely automatically connect to which is your home WiFi. Tell it to NOT auto connect. Check your note disconnected from any local WiFi network. Now, with the camera app on your phone started and the camera wifi ‘on’ (select control with smartphone on the camera menu). Now on your phone go into settings > wifi > connect Look for the camera local WiFi and connect to it. Make sure auto login is selected. Now your smartphone can connect to the camera in preference to any other available wifi signal. Good luck. It’s still a poor app though even with the wifi connection issue sorted out! Sony, you’re a massive wealthy organisation, you make a great camera then match it to this terrible software! Why? Why not make it connect via Bluetooth? Not wifi

App verbind niet met camera. Omdat Sony het blijkbaar allemaal wel best vindt en niets verbetert, gooien ze een goede reputatie te grabbel.

After the last security patch of IOS, the camera and phone can not establish connection. Please solve these type of issues…

App works fine with my a1 and a74, for exposure I use histogram and for that very purpose I have to peek into camera’s display. Also I cannot preview photo after capturing a shot I have to exit to standby mode please bring in a feature where photo preview is possible while in remote shoot mode. I would appreciate if future update will include this features.

Used this app all the time for years, and suddenly stopped working when I switched from an iPhone X to 14Pro. Tried updating (camera software & iOS), re-downloading the app etc but nothing seems to work. Weirdly enough my friend has the same phone & app but her app interface is completely different (we both downloaded it from the same region app store) - her app works completely fine even with my camera. Not sure what’s went wrong and Sony support have been totally useless in finding a solution.

Extremely frustrating to try and connect camera. Only manually entering SSID worked. Tap and Wi-Fi could not find camera. To be determined if camera connects automatically!!! Documentation that came with brand new camera referred to apps that are no longer offered (PlayMemories). This app came up when PlayMemories QR code scanned!

I thought Play Memories was terrible so I was really happy that Sony finally updated it. Now I can’t connect to my a6500 at all, no wireless transfer options to get photos onto my phone now. This app is completely useless. I register my camera over and over with the QR code and the SSID direct process and it fails every time and then forget the device. This is not a useable piece of software. Come on Sony!

It is compressing my image work to 200kb. Actual size should be around 40mb

My A6500 usually need try twice to connect to phone. Once connected it will drop when transferring photos. Most of time I don’t dare to select more than 10 photos to transfer because it will drop in the middle of no where. When trying to transfer again, you have no clue which photo already been sent.🤷🏻 it’s a trash.

I have sent my error logs to developers many times through the app. There is no response or fix. The app (using on iPhone 14 Pro) does not let “view/ import” or “remote shoot” with Sony A7iv. It is a complete joke at this point and is very frustrating experience after spending so much on Sony’s ecosystem. Starting to reconsider my choice to other brands because mobile control is extremely important.

Not even one star. App is probably gathering private information only, nothing in return here! App is not working, once a year if you are lucky.

It used to be working okay before but I dont undestand why it's getting worse and worse. I ve been trying to upload some photos to my mobile phone for days but not successful though the app is in the latest version. Sadly the app should allow the phone work smoothly but it fails to serve its purpose. I dont write any application review by the way and sadly the 1st one is not positive. Hope this should be solved very soon.

After the firmware update to Sony a7siii fw 2.10 the camera and app are completely incapable of pairing and attempting to freezes the camera. It only reboots and works when you take the battery out. Totally useless

Useless app literally won’t connect to anything tried few phones and brand new camera out of the box and it will see camera but pairing is impossible after about 1h and 50 tries no luck so yeah just garbage.

This app is a disgrace. Basically it provides an off-camera shutter. Turn on the Bluetooth to add location information to photos and you lose the connection with the camera. Add to that the lack of focus bracketing on Sony cameras, it is obvious that the focus of Sony is on selling hardware. Their software, both on and off the camera, is the worst I’ve come across.

This app is supposed to allow to use a mobile phone as a remote release for a Sony camera, and to transfer images taken with the camera to the mobile phone. So why does it ask to connect to all devices in my home network? Why does it ask to access all pictures in my mobile phone? It does not work at least unless I give those permissions, which I am not willing to do. These requests are completely irrelevant. And one has to agree on a very long list of permissions before can start the app. Will delete this app and hope that Sony will make an honest app next time, that does what it supposed to without asking for everything.

This is could be a fantastic app with some really useful features BUT is let down by some bizarre omissions. Used with a FDR-43AX video camera. THE GOOD. Easy to setup if you ensure you allow access to network on the iPad. Pretty reliable - seems to work mostly every time - and works over a reasonable distance. Allows you to see remotely what the lens sees which is excellent for setting up on a bird’s nest and retiring to a distance to avoid disturbing the animals. This also allows you to see the subject whilst you are in the shade and out of the sun on a much bigger screen than on the camera thus making it so much easier to read and see the subject. Allows you to zoom in and out and stop and start recording. THE BAD. The app controls only about 5% of the features on the camera. There is no control on focus auto/manual/distance or exposure settings or any of the many many other camera features. Please can we have focus and exposure control as a minimum. Obviously this is a free app so perhaps I shouldn’t complain too much and it is very useful and good at what it does but why when you have gone to the trouble of making an app with a really good idea have you not implemented a more useful subset of the camera’s features?

10 time connect just get 0.1 time. Connect and disconnect always happen. Maybe sony you can change other developers to reborn your connection apps. This apps take too long to repair still same situation. Million people waiting new app to replace this poor sleeping app.

Using Sony camera for more than 5 years this app is not user friendly, following connection guild does not easy to follow. Connect to Wi-fi sharing option is not stable, sometimes this option does not work, the app cannot find my camera after connecting to Wi-fi.

Hello, The app is usable but needs fixes. There should be a way to filter videos vs jpegs when viewing and transferring photos from camera to Mobile. There is a lag when WiFi connected via A7iii. The WiFi keeps disconnecting and each time you minimize the app you have to connect again. Please fix if possible

I’ve been shooting with the a7riii since its released after upgrading from the a7rii. After learning that the remote function is barely usable with its connectivity issues, along with the fact that the tap to focus not being supported on the a7riii, I stopped using this app. Which is perplexing because the a7rii worked fine with it even when the app was called PlayMemories or something to that effect. It’s 2021 and I thought I’d try it again. The a7riii is at its latest firmware and lo and behold, it’s still just as I remembered. I guess it’s fine as an external monitor for a quick reference (if you can get a good connection) but without the tap to focus, there’s hardly a reason for me to have this app. This really sounds like I’m ranting about the a7riii rather than this app but I’d argue that the features of the app is part of the package and it’s severely lacking. Imagine all the money invested on this camera system only to be burdened by a feature that cameras costing fractions of its asking price does perfectly. And I heard that all of this also applies to the a7riv. Embarrassing.

App completamente inutile! Partendo dal fatto che bisogna ricollegare la fotocamera ogni volta con una procedura macchinosa, il trasferimento delle foto è una roulette russa: può essere che funzioni. E quando riesci, scopri che sono in formato ridotto e pure in jpg nonostante le impostazioni di trasferimento impostate su formato originale. Non ha senso! Con il comando remoto ci ho rinunciato proprio, inutilizzabile. Il tutto condito con una grafica degna di win95. Imbarazzante che un marchio premium dell’elettronica come Sony abbia creato una cosa simile, calcolando poi che quest’app dovrebbe (condizionale d’obbligo) lavorare con fotocamere di alto livello e con professionisti.

Guys, this is my experience and a solution to the problem. When you try to connect the Sony camera to the application on your phone it will connect and then start transferring images direct to the phone. But then after a few seconds, before the first image is uploaded, the connection will always fail and say an unknown error has occurred. That’s where most people give up. If you try again, for some reason, it will connect and work the second time you do this. It’s something that Sony still have not sorted out and it’s causing people a lot of problems. But rest assured, on the second attempt of trying to connect via Wi-Fi the process does work and you will be able to transfer pictures and video directly to your phone.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 14.2 and just spent $3000 on my new Sony a6600 camera and lens. Imagine my frustration after failing to connect to this app repeatedly. I followed the instructions to enable location, all transfer of all images in my settings. I’m dissatisfied as this wifi feature was one of the selling points for me. I’m hoping to see this app completely revised ASAP.

Almost comically unusable. Requires your phone to connect to a WiFi network hosted by the camera so you can’t use it for anything else. Can’t reliably stay connected to that if you happen to directly use the camera. Which you have to because the app lacks such fundamental features as being able to focus. If you’ve configured back button focus better hope your subject is already in focus. Even by the standards of “have to have an app so you can put a check in a marketing checklist” thing thing is a catastrophe. Sony would have been better off with people being annoyed with not having an app than frustrated that someone thought this is in any way acceptable. As the maker of both the phone and app it doesn’t matter if the app limitations are because the phone doesn’t support necessary features. Sony is ultimately responsible. They need to scrap this app and try again from the beginning but competently this time.

The UI/UX of the app isn’t on par with other camera brand. Given Sony experience in their Xperia line of phones, this app is lacking stability and proper functionality. Other brands apps is able to transfer RAW files over via the app and the inbuilt wifi. Even the setting is to original, it transfer only 2mp photos. The remote shooting isn’t that stable unless very close to the camera. Please overhaul the app, Sony makes great camera but the app is a no go. Need to transfer using SD card to get the full RAW photos.

So much difficult to connect with my cam after update to the app of Image Edge XXXXXXX. Very user friendly to connect WiFi for transferring photo in the old version. but Now , it require me to manually input the SSID and password every time! The most terrible thing is after Inputting all data.... still can’t work to connect !!!! So angry

I bought an expensive Sony camera. I want a good app. I want a touch focus that I can select the focus point from phone. พืานาโซนึกดีกว่าเยอะ

When I was trying to use this app with my Sony A6000 I found It functionally useless. However, I recently purchased a Sony RX10M4 and now find it quite useful. I can operate my Camera remotely while seeing through the viewfinder on my phone. I can trigger HFR shooting, and high speed drive multiple stills. Sure there are lots of things you cannot do but those are two important ones to me. Connecting is much better with the RX10 than the A6000. One significant irritation is that the WIFI link disconnects if you goto the camera and press the playback button to see a recording. On the iPhone, if you go to another app or even the main display, you have to restart your Imaging Edge session. It does not keep it active in the background. The session is still active but you have to push start for your camera. The disconnect when press camera playback is a significant irritation. Do not understand this limitation. Remote control of a camera is extremely valuable, I hope Sony will continue to expand hardware and software options in this area. Well, just found out that you cannot start a recording with this app. It does support single and multiple shot drive, and you can trigger HFR sooting but only offers the shoot trigger otherwise. How can this be? How can Sony build such great Cameras and develop such crappy remote control apps. Thus has been going on for years. Had to buy a non Sony remote system to do things I cannot do wit Sony apps and remotes. How silly is this?

Since I last updates this app has been brutal! Won’t transfer any pictures and now I’m in limbo? What has happened since the last app and when will this be updated and fixed??

Was tough to get it working at first, but once I got my head around the clunky UI and process (not to mention poor instructions), it worked as described. Yes I had to browse forums online for help, but that process worked. But now revisiting the remote control from app for first time in a few months and it doesn't work again. It's slightly reassuring that I'm invited to send back a bug report when it fails to connect since that at least implies they're trying to fix problems, but it desperately needs to work as intended all the time - something like this being unreliable means it's basically useless. I have to have a cable remote as backup which means it may as well be my only way of working. Come on sony, my A7iii wants to work with my iPhone 10s max but your buggy software is getting in the way!

With some iPads now having more power than many PCs you would want to use RAW files in programmes like Lightroom etc however this app only transfers a JPEG image in iOS (apparently RAW transfer is possible in Androi). This downgrades the quality of the image and doing anything in post is basically a nought. Considering how many professional photographers are using these on the go without a full studio setup or have a wired connection (which is very inconvenient) I hope Sony resolves this issue.

Is there anything lower than 1 star??? As the app gets updated the more hassle it gets. It used to be a breeze connecting the cam to my phone to take and transfer photos... now i can’t even do both. First i have to key in ssid and password everytime i connect my phone to the cam. Then I have to take out the memory card and insert in my laptop to get the photos from the cam (most of the time—airdrop photos from laptop to phone just so I can send the photos to other people). I hope this gets fixed ASAP. Change app developers 🤦🏻‍♀️

Used it on a professional shoot today. Just so frustrating. Trying to use remote camera trigger via the Sony app is so close to useless. You can’t really change settings without minutes of lag and having to close app restart reconnect fiddle with camera which is 15 feet in the air. Pull it down, up down, up down, up down on busy city streets in 30 degree windy weather. What should take 5 minutes, take 1/2 hour. When it does trigger it won’t stop taking photos. Then because it took 100 it takes forever to process in camera. Wouldn’t stop when in mid burst, which is new. Switched to low burst still no effective control over shutter. Then needed different exposure. Because of this zero way to bracket. Even though I paid for bracket app, it’s not integrated into remote Sony app. Crazy that after years it’s not available. Always hate using Sony, much prefer Nikon shooting blindly, but needed wider Rokinon 10mm (35mm equivalent to 14ish) lens. Awful. Don’t get your app teams act together. Geez! Worked better 2 years ago. Put bracketing in app if people paid for it, I’d pay more, JUST FIX IT!

È impensabile che un azienda come Sony lasci delle lacune importanti nel comando remoto. Ogni volta che si abbandona l’app bisogna rifare la logorroica procedura di ingresso. Manca un timer nella posa bulb. Se in posa bulb si passa ad un’altra app il bulb si interrompe. A seconda del modello della fotocamera è difficile gestire le impostazioni. Non si può ad esempio su alcuni modelli disattivare l’acquisizione dell’immagine sul device. Insomma mi sembra strano che non abbiate chiamato un fotografo utilizzatore per testare il prodotto. La realesa precedente aveva meno problemi. Se volete io sono un fotografo professionista disponibile a darvi supporto per risolvere i disagi.

Pathetic app. Password creation rules are needlessly complex and inflexible. Creating connection to camera is buggy and unresponsive. Whoever created this is just giving Sony a bad name. Older Sony apps were much more intuitive. This is a step back to the dark ages.

和朋友聚会，拍了几张照片。打算拿出手机炫酷的传到手机再发进群里。那感觉一定很棒。可是，打开手机以后就是连不上了。那种尴尬谁能了解？ 后来仔细研究了一下看能不能连接，软件新闻中心说试一下还原网络设置。我就照做了。可是，依然连不上。还搞得我所有的网络密码都要重新输入。软件本身问题，你别祸害我的手机行不行？ 发布前没有测试过吗？上次更新就连不上苹果手机。后来解决了，这一次更新又这样。同样的毛病反复出现难道这都不算愚蠢？ 我就想不明白，没有任何能看得到的更新。也没有觉得更新以后性能能提高到哪里去。本来能用的，你更新它做什么？如果有什么软件可以替代这个，我才不会用这个蠢材团队设计开发的蠢材软件。

This thing is terrible. It's clunky, bug-ridden, and lacks basic functionality like the ability to transfer RAW files. Even some of the things it's supposed to be able to do don't work—I can't even transfer a full-res JPEG with this, although there's a setting to do that. This is why smartphones are eating the traditional camera industry's lunch—the workflow on a smartphone is so much smoother and more polished, compared to this barely-even-an-afterthought garbage that we get with "real" cameras. Seriously, this kind of trash software wouldn't even pass as a sophomore CS student's term project. Sony, you can do better. You make incredible cameras that push the boundaries of what technology can do. You lead the camera industry in multiple areas, from sensor design to machine learning. You even make some pretty decent smartphones. Please devote just a tiny, tiny fraction of your immense resources to making this app what it should be. If you can create a seamless interface between your cameras and your customers' phones and tablets, your cameras will gain much greater appeal to a generation of photographers who are currently turning their backs on the traditional camera industry en masse. This app could be the bridge that brings an effortless mobile workflow to photography enthusiasts and professionals, which would be immensely powerful and advantageous. You can do it!

With the updated version, I can NOT connect with camera anymore, even following the instructions. In the past, once connected in WIFI, the pics will automatically connect when opening the app. This is not happening now. And I cannot connect by any method shown in the app. What happened?

You wouldn’t think this is an app developed by Sony. You need to pair it with your camera every time you want to use it (and some times it fails to do that), it’s slow. If you want to take a picture you actually don’t know if it is going to work, press the shutter button and doesn’t work right away. Sometimes it freezes and crashes. Totally waste of time and energy. So sad!!! I was so much looking forward for it. Sony, you can do better!

Terrible app that undermines Sony’s otherwise superb cameras. As a professional photographer who needs to file images quickly from the field, I simply cannot rely on this app as it frequently fails to send images to my phone meaning I have to lug around a laptop at all times. You keep hoping one day Sony will fix it but they never seem to do it and it remains as unreliable as ever.

Worst app ever! Doesn’t work with IOS13 - you can’t copy your photos from a6300. What a shame on Sony! We paid you thousands of $$$, but can’t use your product. You suggestion to reset network settings on iphone doesn’t work as a permanent fix. You need to do it each time you want to connect to the camera. And you lose ALL your wifi passwords (home, work etc) when you reset your network settings. And then you need to enter all of your passwords manually! It’s totally inconvenient. And if you don’t remember all passwords - you are in trouble. Sony, have some dignity and fix this issue ASAP! Otherwise, you will lose your clients. It has been broken for a month already. Millions of cameras all over the globe turned into useless bricks. Shame!

My camera is RX100M3 and my phone is iPhone 6s. They were used to match no matter wifi transfer or control. But after I updated the app, I cannot use the function anymore! I already reset the wifi and also the setting of the app about the location.

This app used to be Ok, just use it to transfer my pictures but now cannot connect to camera even I have connected to the camera WiFi. Don’t update until it becomes worse than before version

My camera is Rx10m4, can’t transfer photos to my iPhone! Even followed all the instructions it’s still don’t work at all, also tried remove this app and reset all the internet and wifi setting, still not work at all. Please fix this massive problem ASAP.

After I upgraded my iPhone to IOS 13.1.2, and the Imaging Edge Mobile is also the latest version, my iPhone is no longer connect to the device. I cannot connect to the device WIFI, but the mobile is acutely not connect the device successfully. I used another iPhone which is running IOS 12, it can connect to the device.

Can download App in iOS 13 but not work. When I open App and connect to camera via wifi, I see WiFi is connected but cannot link photo even I tried for many times. I realize App only iOS 12 after I checked release notice. Please upgrade App for latest published iOS for users.

Aftr the IOS 13.1.1 the app doesn’t connect anymore with the camera. Om my ipad, wich I didn’t update to the latest IOS version the app still works.

OS 13では、SSIDとパスワードを使っての接続はできません。NFCまたはQRコードをお使いください。 iOS 13をご使用の場合、Imaging Edge Mobileを使用するにはBluetoothをオンにする必要があります。iPhoneの［設定］の［Imaging Edge Mobile］で、Bluetoothの使用を許可してください。 SONYホームページからのコピペです。 いずれも試しましたがNFCも無反応です。 ボディのファームウェアも最新にして、iPhone 7plus と8plus でも試してみましたがダメ。 それ以前にボディにwifi のロゴが入ってる機種なのに投げ出すなんて、これがメーカーとしての対応だとしたら情けないですね。

iOS 13 on iPhone 7 and A7 II while connected on WiFi. It’s connected, but the camera is not shown inside the app anymore. So it’s all useless. After the Play Memories renaming shock now this. On iOS 12 it was working.

I was able to transfer from my iPhone 6 now that I have an iPhone 8 I can’t transfers photos anymore. WiFi connects normally but pictures don’t transfer. It’s so frustrating! What’s going on?

I found very frustrated with this app since the updated awhile ago. I have an iphone 7plus and found difficult to connect this phone to the Sony rx. Everything was running smoothly before the update. So please solve this problem. Thank you.

The app is no lounger working with the iOS 13 updated. I hope this is fixed soon!

App is not compatible to the updated version IOS 13 , deleted and downloaded the app many times, but still won't work. Just won't connect at all, very frustrating. Tried on my other phone which has the old version of the IOS and it worked, so it really is the App not working.

Ever since the recent upgrade the app has not worked on my a7iii. I am not alone. I took my camera to a big reputable camera store today and 2 of the people working there tried to get the app going and failed. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, 'forgotten' the network and re-established it, reseated the data cards and battery and a bunch of other things besides. I know full well that this is happening with many cameras. I wonder what testing was done before this very poor excuse for an upgrade was inflicted on the unsuspecting user community. Sony is a global tech giant and this is simply unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. Woeful customer service.

Really cannot believe Sony will have such an apps for millions of their camera users. It created hundreds of new empty album in my iPhone Photo with this apps name as the photo album name (which I have no clue how this will happen). Googled and found that I’m not the only victims. Sony if you read this, pls: 1) fix this major flaw in this apps immediately 2) provide a way how the victims of this flaw can removed all these junk photo album from the iPhone which eat memory and slow the phone down

Sony needs to up their connectivity game. A companion app that is supposed to complement their camera range - Imaging Edge Mobile does okay with wifi image transfer... and that’s about it. Bluetooth connectivity, location/GPS options, importing video... none of this can be done on the app, and the photo + video import can all also be done on the default iOS Photos app, rending Imaging Edge Mobile pretty useless. Having this app adds absolutely nothing to the experience, and we haven’t been able to figure out how to make the app a Bluetooth extension of the camera (remote etc). Unintuitive, uninspired, and unproductive. There little point to this app, which is unfortunate given how excellent their cameras are and how much potential there was for connectivity. Avoid. Unless a future app improves on the overall experience, I don’t see any use for it on my iPad’s hard drive.

There are glitches and questionable design decisions here and there, but none more critical than the lack of touch focus — this app doesn’t allow the user to select where to focus, which is an essential feature when using the app to remote control the camera.

I’ve never written a review on any apps before and this is my first time. I have to say, I bought the camera because I am able to remotely control the camera with my phone; plus transfer pictures seamlessly into my phone. The app does not work at all - I can’t even connect to the smart enabled remote. I am able to connect merely to transfer pictures and this works once in a while. Most times I’ve to wait for more than 5 mins and it still doesn’t work!! Most useless app ever. I don’t even know why there’s a WiFi function that doesn’t even work. Gonna so demand a refund.

dont know why sony decided to implement the stupid system which uses image captcha for user verification. I need to click those image atleast TEN freaking time just to sign in and transfer my photos from my dslr to my phone. Why you need to make our life complicated? Can you just remove the user login feature and just let us use a working apps which enable us to transfer our photos from camera to our phone peacefully?

何故かRAWで取り込みができないです。 RAWで保存してAdobeで編集という流れがiPad一台で完結できないのは残念。 それと、カメラ側でJPEGで保存した方が高解像度で転送できるの何故？ RAWだと解像度が落とされて転送になる。何のためにRAWで保存しているのかと。

AF ポイントを選択できません。上記機種を使用している方は撮影機能は大幅に低下しており、画像を転送するだけの道具だと思ったほうがいいです。
