They raised prices, took away the perks for being loyal, and removed songs. A once decent app is absolute garbage now and they should be ashamed.

Not the best, payed for my songs 30 min ago and they don’t play it not fair

Having the songs cost a . Something is absolutely dumb I have to spend a more money cause I am .3 credits short?

I have an hour to spend in my favorite place and no one is playing music on the jukebox. So, I spend hard earned money to play some music to make my hour there more enjoyable, support the business, and hopefully help others have a better time too. Someone else decides they want to hear some awful nonsense music, and jump in front of my songs in order. The TouchTunes system allows that and my hour runs out. I go home without hearing the songs I payed to hear. They weren’t cheap either. TouchTunes is a dud.

Incremental price increases are a lame money grab. More songs in the queue should reduce the price since I’m less likely to actually hear the song I play. Charging more when there are songs lined up disincentives using this app.

just like every other app you can never just earn things from referring a friend and having them log in i contacted support bc i really wanted to play a song at apple bees but of course once support talked to me THERE they told me my friend that was referred needed to purchase something

Was charged the same rate, the new credit system works on decimals that rip you off

Waste of money if music won’t play

others willing to pay more credits for their selections will supersede your selections, sometimes all night. so annoying. not worth it on a busy night.

Used to be priced decently but it’s got up so much especially during peak hours.

They paused the jukebox because I was playing Mexican music that feature should be removed

If you like black music, don’t bother. Very discriminatory on any bar’s end Haven’t heard a single song that I’ve queued up and I’ve queued up four song so far. I understand that it’s up to the bar on what music gets played, but if that’s the case, I should get refunded if my song doesn’t play

Was playing out in the streets by Bruce Springsteen and it put up out of the street by Blondie. Not happy.

New price update is not an improvement. 8 credits to play my song? Absolutely insane. Dynamic pricing is a scam through and through, and the world is worse off for it.

TouchTunes seems to be requiring more and more information to use the app. I have been using this app for a long time without all of this information. Why now. I won’t be using the app anymore.

New pricing system sucks. I have to pay extra just because one song is ahead of me and none in the queue. BS

Why is it everytime this app get updated it literally just more and more silly? Like leave it alone?

When I first started using this app it was 1 coin and maybe 2 or 3 coins to fast pass your song. Now it seems like they’re taking advantage of their consumer; although supply and demand rules apply.

Why have i stopped getting credits

Always worked … since the new update … need to enter info - state input is not working - therefore can’t access at all - annoying

One day, I do have tokens. The next I don’t. I bought a lot of them. Bought credits expire? That’s not a business strategy that’s theft.

I chose two songs. Paid for both to be the next song up. Waste of money. The two songs I chose were not played within 3 hours. I queued them to be the very next song. I was at the establishment that the TouchTunes recognized, but they never played the songs I had requested. An absolute waste of money. I truly don’t understand how they stay fully operational. Must be idiots like me that choose to believe in a product that advertises to work as they say they should. I love music and I love the idea that TouchTunes represents. But the execution is flawed. Please let me know if I am the one who messing this up. It can’t be that hard.

A favorite song is now 9 credits.

They’ve added dynamic pricing to the model now, some songs are 2x the cost and some are 3x OR MORE!! This is clearly extortion, and more pathetic greedy company antics. Do better.

Downloaded again after awhile, it wants me to verify on my tablet. Im at the bar dumb dumb, why not my phone!

I wanted to play Moroccan artists' songs at my favorite bar but this app doesn't have any song in Darija, let alone Moroccan artists' songs. I submitted requests weeks ago and nothing. Makes me feel pretty sad and unrepresented

I don’t care what the Terms say, if you allow people to pay quadruple to keep pushing their songs to the top of the queue that’s fine. But whatever songs don’t get played because the bar closes are 2am should be refund. Warning me of that risk in your Terms only gets you out of legal trouble, more moral judgement. It’s wrong that you keep the credits even though the bar shuts down. You cashed in already from people paying 8 tokens to skip the queue. Fine, whatever, just give the rest of us that never heard our song BECAUSE THE BAR CLOSED our credits back. Not even our money, just the credits. This app is corrupt.

Shame that it automatically queues songs behind the jukebox and costs twice as much by default. Pushes the fast pass which costs more to do the basics. Shame.

TouchTunes got 10 versions of songs nobody asked for, but not ‘Long Hair Red Bottoms’ by Trina. That tells me everything I need to know about the music selection.

I’ve loved TouchTunes for years and have spent a lot of money on credits over the years. This last week they introduced surge pricing. I will be uninstalling the app and recommending to the bar owners that they get rid of TouchTunes(as I know they get no extra money from overinflated song prices due to demand). TouchTunes is money gouging and trying to get every cent they can from customers and bar owners. Do not recommend installing if they keep surge pricing around.

5 stars. TouchTunes has turned me into a jukebox gremlin. I can be sitting quietly in a corner booth, secretly controlling the vibe of the entire bar from my phone, and nobody has any idea. The app is easy to use, the music selection is huge, and it’s become part of every night out. Sometimes I even browse nearby jukeboxes from home just to see what’s playing. If you love music and people-watching, this app is dangerously entertaining.

I have never had any issues. Customer service has always been so responsive. If I make a mistake like a dummy, they recredit me and continue to provide incredible service. I like the feature of being able to name your profile so everyone knows who the just skipped all their songs. Badsongcrusher
