i place my first bet last night where the app worked no problem now all of sudden the app dont work now, and my bet was right so now i want my money kalshi

up the return ratio for $$

Downloaded the app and deposited $25 bucks to get the referral bonus with my buddy. Keep in mind, the bonus is a random number from 0 to $500 that you both get. After depositing and trading, no bonus hit my account. I reached out to the support team and an AI bot told me that the referral feature had been deactivated for my account because of an “internal risk analysis.” I guess that just means that I want the money I’m entitled to. I tried to get my $25 back but that was refused too. TOTAL SCAM

If you bet $5 on something, apparently you only win 5 cents on that bet. Or so the customer service tried to explain to me. After I told them to clarify because I truly didn’t understand well, they were condescendingly explaining that all the explanation they gave me before i asked for clarification and confirmation was enough and that they couldn’t give me any more explanations. Since they didn’t want to confirm what I was trying to clarify I decided to move back to MGM Bet, a truly flawless app that actually gives you the correct amount of money that you are supposed to get after wining a sports bet.

Attempted multiple Cash outs with full signal and WiFi and the app just spun and then cancelled the order over 12 times and forced me to hold. Betting lines are inaccurate and over all it’s slow and only prioritizes certain events and just junk. Use robinhood

Pretty much a scam. I deposited money, made a bet, won money, and now I have to way 7 days to withdraw it. Scam.

I got interested in trying out this app to learn how to make trades but as soon as I downloaded the app it didn’t allow me to Register for a profile or use my Gmail account to create an account, it would only allow a sign in. Maybe if Kalshi would provide a way to create an account or profile to sign in to then I would give this 5 stars but for now just 1

Kalshi support hides behind an AI. It’s very hard to get in touch with an actual human. Once I actually got in touch with one, they were curt and sarcastic. I can see why they hide behind an AI. Completely avoided answering my question and stopped responding. No option to call. Genuinely the worst support of any trading platform I’ve used. Even for responding to these reviews, I’ve noticed they used AI 😂. They’ve repeated this same line multiple times: “You can always ask to be connected to a human, similar to pressing 0 when calling other companies.” Most lazy and inept support team. I’ll also say that Kalshi shows strict adherence to the rules in some markets, but bends them in others. Gives out arbitrary reimbursements. Kalshi has grown a lot especially over the past year, and they no longer seem to care about the user base. You’re just a number to them now.

Not using an app by this corrupt administration only for them to line their pockets.

They claim that both the referrer and the new user get a bonus for using the referral link but it’s not true. The ai support agent said that the referrer got the bonus but for some reason my account wasn’t connected to the referral code. Makes no sense and the ai chat bot goes offline sometimes which makes no sense because it’s ai, not a real person. Terrible customer service and so much false advertising.

This app is such a scam. I bet on the Korea vs chzechia game and I thought it was a sure tie, but then the Korean scored, and now i can't pay my rent and I'm getting evicted wtf. Don't do it bro

Trading is not currently allowed in Nevada on market….But I am in LA and I don’t have any relationship with Nevada.

Less than 1 month in and after 5/8 wins Kalshi mysteriously deducted $295 from my account. My balance was $473 and after a $50 loss it somehow dropped all the way down to $132! When questioned, AI support was not able to clarify the reason. When I asked for human agent, I was given very absurd reasons! There is no live answering service! These people are scammers! Look at their reviews on google!

Ive had multiple bets show the match never started then randomly when its over it counts as a L or the multiilyer never adjusted even at 60% odds i had a bet only let me cashout for $3 even though my portfolio said the position was worth $98. Lots of errors mostly what if seen on ITF matches. Also adding boosts would be a nice promo since kalshi doesnt offer promos.

I had a bet of 16.88 and almost had 46 dollars on a MLB combo. App said Seattle was set to win but it was Detroit suddenly at the last second. Seattle was at 99%. This happened to other people who did the same thing I did. Then someone explained it perfectly that they slow down the live updates and act as if all your bets will win until the very last second.All of a sudden Detroit won. The AI bot lied and the human had an attitude over the email. They need to be reported to the government.

This app is making dirty moves on tennis matches I noticed n tennis matches (so far)

App hasn’t worked for days since new update

WTF is this all about? Losing money? This isn’t fun. After trying to figure out what’s going on I’ve lost over half of my meager investment. No longer interested. Boo.

After the most recent update it doesnt let me make any bets. It doesnt calculate the amount and it says PAYMENT NOT AVAILABLE.. please fix it.

They never tell you, the fees for payments, & how the fee from them if you win….. they just start asking questions….. but never any information about % charge of your money if you win plus plus the money they charge you for do the bet…

Stole my money this app is scam i put $25 and i won $52 and they put me on hold and after a day they sad i lost and $0. Please be careful with these apps.

Garbage UI changes make it impossible to track bets the way I want to. And payout history is unreadable. Whoever designed/approved these changes needs to be let go.

Can’t get into detail but these guys aren’t paying, this app is scamming and I can’t get help either I have to talk to Ai. I got proof to show that I got robbed from this app once again can’t get the help I needed

They allowed me to deposit $10, wouldn’t even let me make an account without making a deposit. Upon trying to withdrawal my money, I am told my card isn’t supported for withdrawals. Stay far away from this app. It appears I’m out of luck and have been ripped off.

I feel they do not protect customers and I do not want to assume other things but I don’t trust it .

I placed a bet when it was at 40% to win. After placing the bet, the slip said I placed the bet at 99% to win… So after winning i only ended up getting not even a full 10 cents… Last time i use this garbage.

The only money you will make from this app is through the class action lawsuits they’re gonna have. There’s no actual regulations for insider trading and they will keep the market open after it’s “closed” to trick people into betting

I hate it

I know they are doing this fast. But for an app you are trusting with your money, I expect more consistency. Sometimes my positions temporarily vanish from the Portfolio page.

this app is absolutely trash

They post odds on events that already happened and know the answers to. When you are tricked to bet after the event they hold it open for almost two weeks for people to bet more and lose with no chance once their Ai already knew if that was said or not. They just basically stole the money.

I have like $200 on there and all the sudden the app refuses to open. This seems intentional. Im disgusted and it feels like a scam. Do not recommend.

Odd multiplier has gone down putting you at more risk if you want more of a payout

I am paralyzed from the shoulders down so I use voice control to control my phone in order to choose what I wanna press on numbers pop up and allow me to choose what I want to select instead of only a few numbers a lot of numbers pop up which make it very difficult for me to control I hope y'all can fix this for me I love the app I am using an iPhone

I love that the app will show the tennis games live, stream esports, and it offers you to set a target for auto cash out. I just wish the UI didn’t look so busy. I think it could benefit from being more simplified.
