I just purchased the app at a one time offer of $29.99 and was charged $52.85. There’s no customer support on the app, unless I’m missing something or no detailed explanation for the up charges. Please adjust my payment to the offering price or refund my order.

Trying to purchase for sale price but keep getting payment method declined on both PayPal and credit card.

You’re expected to pay for the “””full version””” for basic features. You will be paying 30 dollars to draw with your finger. That they pretend is a great deal by claiming the normal price is 70. Predatory. Avoid.

As a new user of the app and a new beader I thought this app would help me create patterns, but the four times I opened the app and tried creating a new beading pattern for looming the app crashed making my Ipad restart on it own. It’s not a cheap app, so I would expect a better experience using it!

For the life of me, I can’t figure these positive reviews. Not at all suitable for beginners. Instructions are sparse and inadequate. No definitions. You can’t count beads like you would stitches. How the devil are you people figuring this out?

Why can’t i edit the number of beads it only lets me crop it on the convert photo option. Also how do i combined both the brick stitch and the loom for fringe earrings?

Cannot change anything without the purchase. It would most likely be a good tool. But if I have to buy it first I’ll keep looking.

I recommend the app to anyone who beads. I was so use to doing my patterns on graph paper and it started hurting my hands. With this app it is more easier.

The only thing I wish was different is that I wish it would just select the whole row while you are weaving a pattern and I wish it would tell you the number of each color in the row. Otherwise it is great!

The app is good and it’s a helpful way of designing bead patterns. But we really need iCloud sync between devices rather than having to send backup files manually to do it. I also echo the point about editing the size of a pattern - yes I know you can do it but you shouldn’t have to exit out of the editing mode to change it and then go back into the pattern. Also it would be helpful if you could rotate the view without rotating the pattern. I often find I need to physically rotate the device or lie and say I’m doing brick stitch so I can see the pattern the way it works for my brain. Also the Home Screen sort order doesn’t stick - it will change to most recently created even though I keep setting it to A-Z. And it will sometimes show zoomed in sections rather than the full pattern with a little space around the edge. Basically I like the app but everything feels like it needs more clicks than it should eg to edit a pattern you enter it then press hamburger then edit then edit pattern. Just give us a shortcut to edit on that front page.

I’d love to see Toho AIKO colors represented in the palettes. This app is great for keeping me on task with my next bead. I’m still learning

Die App gefällt mir sehr und ich habe mir die Vollversion gekauft. Ich brauche aber dringend eine größere Fläche für meine Muster. Ich nutze die App nicht nur um Armbänder zu gestalten. Derzeit plane ich eine große Stickerei für ein american native Dress. Es wäre daher super wenn die Möglichkeit besteht in der App die Größe der Fläche dementsprechend anpassen zu können. Derzeit bekomme ich nicht mal die Hälfte des Musters in die Planung wobei der Bereich nur die eine Schulter und den Teil vom Rücken zeigt. Der vordere Teil passt nicht mehr in die Fläche. Ganz zu schweigen vom gesamten Schulter Bereich mit dem dazugehörigen Rücken und Brustbereich.

My husband gifted me this app as a little random gift. I love it. There’s not much to say because it’s so good and just does what it’s suppose to - help you make beading patterns. The only thing I’m hoping is that John Bead Cylin bead colors will be supported in the future. (:

I enjoy this app. I use it for basic patterns and to convert photos into patterns, but I need to bring the graphics into other applications to further manipulate them and bring my full vision to life. It is great for the basics, but some functions could be improved to make it more robust. I like that you can build your own color palettes and add new or missing colors to the standard palettes. I wish we had the same flexibility in other areas, such as: - Additional beading stitch options (e.g., herringbone, chenille, RAW, etc.) - The ability to mix multiple bead sizes in grid patterns - The option to create a personal library of bead sizes and shapes - The option to add or create a custom symbol library to identify more bead finishes than the standard set - The ability to simulate thread width, dimensions, and color within the grid, since thread can be just as much an element of the design

This app is so helpful and I appreciate that you can try out all the paid features before buying them so you can see if they will be useful to you.

Love this program, wish that there was a button to push that would highlight the center point of patterns when you’re making them. Really like the custom palettes function!

This app is so so so amazing! I love the simplicity and ease of use! I track my bead inventory on a web based spreadsheet. I love that you can print a shopping list with this app!

I’m new to beading and this app has been incredibly helpful in my learning process so far. The copy and paste has been a great tool when creating new patterns.

I tried it for free at the beginning and soon after I decided to buy it. It’s amazing! Easy to understand and use, very precise and it has a lot of tools. Definitely worth it!

I find more ways to use this app all the time. I have learned to convert my own photos for Blum weaving, I have learned how to transfer peyote patterns so that I can print out a word chart and not just work from a diagram, and I am learning to make my own pen wrap patterns.

I would give the app a 4.75. It has made make my designs so much easier. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star is that I feel the colors don’t match.

Really enjoying the app. Easy to use and worth the money. Suggestions to improve would be the ability to resize the grid if your pattern grows and a cursor that would show you which line you were on when beading the pattern. Also I don’t seem to be able to transfer a pattern from my iPad to iPhone and visa versa.

I really really like this app. It would be nice if it offered a way to track the beads that you already have to simplify ordering for a project. Especially if you are one like me that likes the detailed realistic projects.

Still using this to import a picture and convert to a pattern. Love it! Does everything! Print outs too!

Love the app to create my models that I will bead. Unfortunately, Cseck 10/0 is not a bead options even if it’s one of the most popular and used bead. You need to add it.

The program is quite nice for designing, but I have not found a way to either edit the original image, delete it, or change it. Just to delete and add would be great. Thanks!

As a self-employed jewellery designer I have found this app to be invaluable. It has paid for itself over and over and I think the one time fee is extremely reasonable considering all of the helpful design features you get. Their customer service is excellent.

I dabbled with this app a bit before buying the full purchase. I have been seriously beading for a few months now and after getting the hang of others’ patterns I knew I wanted to try making my own. This app is pretty easy and intuitive. I do echo a lot of the other previously stated critiques such as the image overlay could be easier to use, maybe a layer utility would solve this issue. It would also make designing more complex patterns simpler. I also would love love love a Windows compatible version of the app. That being said, this app is the only one like it for the Apple platform and I find it intuitive and enjoyable overall. Particularly the ability to export patterns into a complete and professional PDF is nice.

Fantastic app! I think that it would be useful if I could import an inventory of the beads I currently own and if the app could make color recommendations based on the beads I have in stock.

If you are a bead weaver, beginner to advanced, you NEED this app. It changed the way I bead! I’m so thankful to the developers and everyone who has brought me this app, and continues to update and improve it so often!

I’ve been beading for over 50 years, and this app has revolutionized the way I work on patterns. The options are exactly what I need and the color choices are great! I can design just about anything I could ever imagine.

I have enjoyed using this app for about a year or more. It’s super easy to use. I also love that I can add in the beads that I own, which helps keep track, as well as add in color palettes I come across. Still learning the more advanced features but it’s a great app. I would however, like to see the addition of herringbone as an option maybe in the future.

I have tried several different apps and none of them were this easy and user friendly. I love that I can upload a picture and it converts them, that it gives you the colour code and shopping list basically. Very happy with finding this app and totally think it’s worth the subscription!

I love this app but have a few suggestions. A trivial one would be to lose the redundant or unnecessary dialogue boxes that appear when you close the app or want to reset the markers. Also, maybe move the undo button away from the palette search button. I often invoke the color pallets when I am trying to back out of something with the undo button. Lastly, not all of the the functions are sticky—after you have done the action you have to re-choose the action again before you can do it again. This matters on an iPad or on any device where you can’t select the entire bit and trying to do something like a cut and slide. I also wish each file could hold the full 21 inches I need for my hatbands. Normally I just design out from the midpoint but if I’m doing something asymmetrical I have to work from two files. In my perfect world, this app would tell me the gram weight instead of the number of beads. But overall I am really enjoying this app—I doubt I would be able to pull of my intricate designs with graph paper. Thanks so much for developing Loomerly. Update: the new update has a glitch with the cut tool. I can’t even describe the problem but basically when you reposition the piece you have cut it blots out the pattern that you are trying to butt up to

It’s great for designing patterns and being able to play around with the color options

This app makes designing my bead patterns so easy and it’s so much quicker than when I used to color them by hand!

This app is great, powerful and IMO one of the best features: portable. A lot of the beading programs I looked Into require a desktop download, but for someone like myself who primarily uses an iPad, this app has been an absolute game changer. Yes features are limited, but after purchasing the full version i can vouch it’s worth it. Especially considering it’s a 1 time fee rather than a subscription service most apps use nowadays, so the 40 so dollars was worth it, I use Loomerly to make patterns to post on Etsy and for personal beadwork. If you are a intermediate or advanced beaded I would say Loomerly is a great option for iPad. Plenty of features, including loom templates, peyote templates, and brick stitch templates. Honestly I can’t sing the praises of Loomerly more. It has been a great addition to my beading tool kit. And one I use pretty much daily. For a suggestion to the owners : I see people being unsure of buying full version, do you guys offer a week trial? That will maybe encourage users who are in the fence once they see and test the amazing qualities of the full version. Just a suggestion. Love you Loomerly Edit I know this may be hard, but it would be cool to offer a community tab where creators can share their work on say a community board or chat

Simply stated, I think this app is great!

I love creating patterns using this program. It’s easy and fast .

While this app is very user friendly and I like it, I do have an issue with the color pallet. The colors are rather muddy and not a true representation of the color. For example, the red is not a true red. It’s more of a brown and adjusting the color only makes it a lighter or darker brown and there are already brown shades in the basic color pallet. This is just one example of the color pallet issue. Another issue is when creating a pattern and frying to make let say a customizes pink all of all of the existing patterns that have been made will change to that color pink. So the patterns I have created give an idea of what the finished piece will look like but not a true representation. And for the record it is not my iPad because I have downloaded cross stitch pattern designers and had no color pallet issue with those. Hoping for an update that will fix the color pallet problem. Reply to your answer. That doesn’t solve the problem. I have tried that. It just makes the color a lighter or darker muddy color. Also your updates have messed up some of my older patterns by adding extra rows to my earring patterns and making them off balance.

Lots of room for improvements. When the picture is overlaid on the pattern, it would be nice to move it off to the side of the pattern. It also has a giant opaque square one and below the picture that sits over the beading area, distorting the beading area colors. Just annoying. Also would be nice to be able to have a more custom drop. Like the foundation is two rows, with a drop of 1 above that. Seems very geared around fringe earrings, but not much else. Lots of quirks, but at least it doesn’t crash and it’s super intuitive and easy to use.

I converted a photo and want to add a border of several colors like a matted frame. I can add it myself when stitching but it would be nice to visualize it and have it as part of the graph, especially for peyote and brick. Otherwise, great piece of software.

Best bead pattern maker I have found. I requested that they add letters to the symbols, which they did! Very responsive developer. Now I want even more, of course. I would love an option to make peyote stitch stars, a tila bead option, and to be able to select one row of peyote stitch beads at a time. (I’ll send an email about that. I was going to request a batch-color-replace feature, but I just discovered the app has that now! Custom bead colors would also be great. Overall, an excellent app! Oh, and my friend wants an android version :)

Please include netting graph capability

This app is fantastic if you are only doing 100% peyote, loom, brick and brick with fringe but there needs to an option for in the brick with fringe for square stitch. It needs to set in between the fringe and brick. Perhaps the next best improvement! Also need all of the Czech glass beads not just the Traditional Preciosa Ornela color line. There are a lot missing; please add. Perhaps an update on all color lines to validate all are present. Please and thank you. :)

Have recently started using this app and it is pretty good so far. Only giving 3 stars, because there is still room for improvement, even for as good and user friendly as it already is. So far, I can only find 3 things I would change: 1) be able to add a reference/finished product photo to the pattern files. 2) be able to use different style beads in patterns such a bugles and tilas, with appropriate representation in the patterns. 3) be able to fully edit as well as create colors to the pallets. Right now, you can edit the descriptions and color representation, but you can’t change the actual title of the color (ex. 401, even edited, stays 401). You also can’t create colors, especially in the “generic” color pallet. Only one red and one grey, but can’t add or create lighter or darker shades. Also no ‘between colors’ such as teal, yellow-green, or blue-purples. The store that I get my beads from sells Miyukis, but some of the colors that I have aren’t represented (don’t know if they are supplemented with unknown brand, or what). So if I try to create a pallet with the colors that I own, it looks like I only have 15 colors, when I have well over 40. So, being able to create colors would be greatly beneficial.

Loomerly is so easy to use and the finished pdf looks so professional and slick! So worth the money!

Only downside is that the word chart doesn’t match the pattern, as they only count every second row (?), the little „inbetween rows“ don’t count as a row somehow, so you always have to double check (or ignore the word chart altogether, that’s the way I have done it at least. Hope this will be fixed in an update soon :)

The app works great and the developers are great! They took my feedback into consideration and made some changes for me even! I have the paid version and since its a one time purchase its definitely worth the money. Works still works without paying (basic functions), but if you are serious about designing I’d definitely recommend getting the paid version. X lieke

They recently changed the maximum size for brick stitch patterns making the app nearly useless for me… I’m very sad and disappointed

Loomerly is exactly what I was looking for, a very easy to follow beading pattern maker. It helps you bring your idea to life, with sizes, colors and types of beads you want to use. Erasing errors is simply a press of the button, editing orientation and size of your design. You can draw anything or write names, etc. with ease. This is definitely a 5+ star program.

I use this app for pattern building on all my more complicated brick to fringe earrings and I recommend it to a lot of people. I will say that the word chart functionality could be better with one tweak. It doesn’t break apart the base line of the brick stitch from the rest, so when sharing patterns I gave to rewrite the breakdown to account for the two bead + line at where the fringe loops through. I also wish there was an option to create your own bead colors in addition to the library. Not all my beads fit with the brands selected. I like there is a library to search but it isn’t comprehensive enough to not have an option to create your own. There isn’t functionality to create patterns that show bugle beads or larger or different shape beads in these types of earrings, that would be an excellent feature in the future.

Loving this app. Been using other vector apps to design, but found this and its awesome that all the bead colors can be easily searched! Only big wish is if there was an option to incorporate different drop heights into the brick stitch patterns as I often transition from 1 to 2 or even more in the designs I make. Is there a way to add that? Please and thank you!

By far the best app for loom & peyote stitch and it just keeps getting better.

This sure beats colored pencils and grid paper. I’ve tried most of the tools, copy and paste, erase, change color etc, easy to use. I’m looking for a way to use brick stitches and loom stitches in the same layout. I haven’t found it yet. Wish there was a bit more help available. As I become more familiar I find new features, Creating color palettes for instance is brilliant.

I love this app, however there are a few things that keep it from a full 5 stars. The Toho 11/0 bead inventory could be updated. Many colors are lacking. Also, would love to see the developers include a true mirror option: choose a section and have that flip over on it’s self. Otherwise, there are so many great possibilities with this app and it’s a pleasure to use.

I haven’t used this app for making beaded earrings yet but I did a trial and it’s amazing. I learned to bead when I was younger by studying the work of others and nobody would teach me. We are so blessed to have this amazing app!

only thing is I wish i could move a part of the pattern to a different spot . i know you can copy the pattern and add it to another spot .sometimes i just want to move it over a row or two😀

I’m a left handed loom beader and so everything is backwards for me. I messaged support to see if there was a functionality I was missing that could adjust the word chart. We emailed back and forth and within the week they updated the app to include it! Now just 6000 beads to go…

My sister and I were just starting out last year learning how to bead. I tried a few apps and many sites to help with making and reading the patterns. I WISH I SAW THIS ONE FIRST!!! Amazing app, super easy and helpful. Customer services is outstanding and very quick for responding to even the simplest questions. Even with our time difference. If you are pondering whether or not this will help you, the answer is yes ;)

Hello I absolutely love this app. It helps me so much in designing and creating beaded jewelry. I would very much appreciate it if the amount of fringe could be lengthened. I love to make very long shoulder duster earrings for special events. I’ve been making do with adding less design at the bottom, however, I would love free range.
