Why did you take out the one feature that made using an app to print even feasible? If I can’t select my filament profile for the print it won’t print well, the default is terrible for TPU. I have different profiles for my different colors and for different geometry too, but now thats wasted, I've gotta login to my pc every time. Updated, now I CANT EVEN CHANGE IT FROM THE PC. I have to start every print from the pc or I don’t get to choose the filament profile.

Can’t use for some reason

Idk what cancer of an update this is but whoever changed the entire look of the app and removed what layer lines you’re on should be taken out back beaten and then fired. This one change makes me regret buying an h2d cause I can’t use another brands app on this proprietary bs

The app has all the functions I want. It is reliable and functional. However, the UI is absolute garbage. Make it fast and easy to use, the font sizes are fixed even on a 12 inch iPad screen it is laughable. And why no IPAD version? The app won’t run in landscape mode. Argh.

This app makes phones very hot after just a few minutes of use. It’s been reported and discussed online for YEARS now. Bambu has not addressed this, seems like it’s doing (shady) stuff in the background.

Updated the app and now can’t select pla silk as a filament type

When the guy who designed this and has assembled it many times struggles and fumbles mightily on the assembly video, this is a giant Pain in the &@! to assemble. Hard to ester what the dude is trying to do and the pieces just slide out. Not worth the hassle. Good try fella, but just not great result.

I can’t rate anything until freaking 8 days later. How annoying is that. I can rate it either while the print is in the printer saying it is done or 8 days later if I start a new print. Very annoying. I take pictures outside of the machine guys. Please fix it. The filter for searching doesn’t work at all.

The app runs great but is not optimized very well. This app drains my battery and heats my phone up far beyond what any other app does. Just today alone, 3 minutes of the Bambu Handy app used TWICE as much battery as did 30 minutes of Facebook. Please fix this major issue. Can’t use the app except to quickly check a print status then I have to force quit it.

Instructions for linking a new H2D Pro printer is horrible. And I don’t like that it has access to my local LAN and camera.

It’s hard to use. Still haven’t figured out how to add local file from my phone. Other software u just hit the plus sign

This app I great for anyone wanting to get into 3D printing. I started 2 weeks ago and now I’m in Bambu Studio, setting my own setting to what I want and how I like my prints. Many prints in here that are “turn key”. And it’s only a few buttons to get them printing!

I am 13 a have had a 3D printer for a few years now but recently in April got a P1S and this app is perfect.

First one I didn’t have temp out bed temp right. Second attempt flawless

I went from knowing nothing to being able to print and troubleshoot any problems. Very user friendly. Highly recommend for any noobs. No need to be intimidated.

This was the first thing we printed in our printer. My niece wanted starfish earrings. I accidentally change the color and they came out green but they were still perfect!

Everything works and there is no flaws

We recently upgraded from an old Ender to a Bambu P2S and the difference is amazing. The software and ease of use has been a key feature that my kids have really enjoyed.

This is hands down the best app!! It’s so user friendly and especially if you’re just getting started on 3D printing, what you can make is absolutely endless!! I’m literally making my own website and starting my own business as I’m typing this. THANK YOU Bambu Lab for an AMAZING 3D printer (X2D) and and outstanding app to a limitless idea creating platform 🙏🏼

My first print ❤️

The app is decent when used on desktop but the fact that it’s forced to a portrait aspect on tablets is silly. Looking at the UI sideways is not usable. Super easy fix. I hope it addressed.

Redesign looks ok but they removed the layer line count forcing you to use the computer to see the progress.

I started my 3D printer journey with a longer LK1 with manual bed leveling, recently I got a Bambu X2D and it has been an absolute game changer. The Bambu handy app makes printing seamless and easy, I can load up a file while I'm at work and it'll start printing without me being there, I can monitor the progress through the live view on the app. No issues so far, it's been great

Very helpful when setting up a print and able to walk away and watch it print and be able to command a stop if needed when not around.

Super easy to find what your looking for and full of makers that are willing to help you make literally anything

The community driven print sharing is amazing, hands down! the only thing that i believe would make it better is a slicer preview of the print.

I am amazed at how easy it is to create a new print. Love Bambu Handy! Thank you for such an amazing app! It makes my 3D printing experience so much easier! I used to have an Ender 3 Pro. I will never go back to another company!

Overall, it’s a great app. It really is nice that it has makerworld integrated into it, and all of the models are free. and you can change the print settings from anywhere at any time as well as start a print while you’re away. It would be great if you could change the print speed setting before each print. Also more customization of the settings(walls, support settings, infill) would be great. Thanks!

Apparently now Handy won’t report layer height for their older printers. Nice planned obsolescence Bambu.

Excellent machine easy to use

Super simple to use and very convenient. New to 3d printing so this made the learning curve much quicker.

Nice if you want to quick print something from maker world, but would be nice to have some kind of build in slicer like Bambu studio.

Was looking for a print like this for my wrenches. Worked great and I remembered both pauses to place the wrenches in the print. Only mishap was my larger wrench was slightly bent when I unpacked the printer so after resuming the wrench popped out after a few shakes. But I was able to pause again right away and make sure it t was pressed securely into the print. After resuming it worked great and finished no problem. Thanks!

I love the app, it’s so user friendly, but there’s this bug where if I add a model to a folder then I can’t tap anything until the “added to ___ folder” disappears, and can you make the ams humidity go back to 1-5 instead of A-E?

This app is a battery drainer, and for that reason it doesn’t matter how good the app is I can’t give a five star rating until the developers decide to have some respect for all the users and fix it… the battery drainage is ridiculous Another issue is models who don’t support the A1 should be removed from the app… maybe all the users with A1 don’t want to support them

Bamboo lab with the bamboo handy app makes it really easy to jump in and start printing right away with thousands of pre-builds for free. I highly recommend the product.

The app is great and you can print almost anything you want

It keeps sending reminders to rate peoples designs but won’t actually let you rate it. Touching the stars produces no result. Thankfully the App Store rating stars work.

Best 3D Printer

I just set up the printer but cannot seem to print from the app. I can print from the screen and from the computer. Everything updated but the app.

This thing is phenomenal!

Had this idea of a board game similar to chess, but 2.7 times more challenging. This 3 d printer is helping me to create the physical game. Loving it.

It has everything from tools to toys! Thousands of amazing models made by talented people! I would recommend this app to people who want a mobile 3D printer slicer where you can print whatever you want. If you want to tweak any models you find you have to download the computer software, but that’s also easy to use! Overall this app is amazing and has made my 3D printing journey so much easier, I used to have a Creality printer with the Creality slicer but that was kind of complicated for me, but Bambu Lab printers are so much easier to use and the app is just perfect for me. Thanks!
