Handhabung ist nach kurzer Zeit erkennbar. Es wird geworben mit Geld zurück Garantie wenn das Bild nicht akzeptiert wird. Soweit so gut. Bild erstellt. Danach die Bewertungsmasche und danach beim Bild speichern, teilen oder drucken. Kommt der Haken. Monatliches oder jährliches Abo von mindestens 10,50 Euro ohne bekommt man das Bild nicht. Klar vorher kommunizieren gute Bewertung. Abzocken dann null Sterne.

It says “picture failed” for every single picture you put in which is frustrating. And then it proceeds to save the exact same image without any changes saying “now its supposedly approved”.

This app did absolutely less than nothing. The only photo it “saved” was as big as an entire printer page. The only photo it edited for printing was a blank space. Absolute trash

Do not buy! Just wasted my time and money and if you go to the developer site it’s in another language, so cannot request a refund.

£9 for one photo is ridiculous. Cheaper to go get a proper photo taken

They make you rate the app before showing you the photo then they make you pay in order to be able to get the photo and you can’t do a simple screenshot very deceiving and liars

Pay app to export image waste time

If you want to generate a 4x6 image to print out at a store this is not the app. Even with paying it will not generate an image unless you have a printer with that capability at home for the second print screen.

While the app download and picture taking is free, you cannot save, share or print without paying $11. Wasted my time! I could get cheaper at Walmart.

They ask you to pay a subscription then when you are going to print it is the same size as the one you uploaded.

It’s scam and you can do nothing with the app unless you pay for subscriptions

Yeah, the app does a decent job of making sure you take the photo correctly and then when you get the picture right, surprise, you can’t print it, download it, or share it without paying a fee.

J’ai essayé cette application mais il semblerait que les photos que j’ai prises n’ont pas été accepté par le gouvernement. Et je n’arrive plus à me faire rembourser.

App said 99.8% and there office said shadows and made us redo pictures. Wasted 11$$

It don’t not work

Unfortunately the app did not work for Brazil visa application. The photo I submitted was rejected twice and I ended up just taking a photo without the app.

You can’t bet anything and they make you give a review and ratings before you even get to know

After emailing this company about the app not working and then canceling my subscription. I have received so many emails about cloud storage that I blocked and reported each email and yet they still continue. I will never pay for something that does not work for me.

Photo not compatible for the purpose

If you want to delete watermarks, you have to pay. Nothing comes for free. This app is not free.

They make you rate before you see full app. You must pay for your photos. It’s a very basic app. Nothing you can’t do for free online.

Big NO. Never use this app. There is no contact information or proper navigation to unsubscribe once you done using it. I been tried to contact this developer but no reply, it’s been four month they keep charging me for renewal. I don’t k ow how to unsubscribe now. Never use this app.

It is a paid service plus i use my rejected photo to try and it was a passed here. You could not save your photos or edited photos unless u pay for their service. I have since used other free apps to edit that passed the singapore passport requirements.

Takes payment without any info on how much, how often or how to cancel . No email or invoice and no account options to solve any of the above in the app. .. still trying to work out how to cancel any future payments

You cannot save the photo. They let you take photo, make you rate them and won’t let you save the photo unless you pay $10.99/month. Total scam.

Con. You can’t get anything without a subscription, they don’t tell you that upfront so you go through the process of making your photo and to top it all they make you do a review BEFORE letting you see your pic and telling you you have to pay. I would have paid a one off small fee for this, nothing more

It has tones of bugs. Each time I want to save a photo it ask me to buy subscription despite it was bought already. I have an app that is paid for 1 month that can’t be used.

不給試用期，買了7天的之後還繼續自動扣款。甚至沒辦法取消，還沒有設定給你看訂閱的日期，或有沒有要繼續訂，根本騙錢的 爛死了 還我錢啦

Do not download this app under any circumstances… it’s 99% a scam. You will take one passport photo which will work and then you will not be able to unsubscribe because there’s no option on the app anywhere to unsubscribe.

It doesn’t work, produces blurry low quality images for a paid app. They wont refund you the money.

This app steps you through resizing a photo for a passport etc and seems like it’s good - then deceptively gets you to give a good review before the part which says subscribe…..and it’s expensive

How to cancel the subscription? There is no instructions on that.
