「Data Recovery - 1 Day」を購入しましたが、結論から言うと使用できませんでした。 注文後に発行された登録コードを正しく入力しても ・「invalid registration」エラー ・ネットワークエラー が表示され、認証が完了しません。 サポートはチャットに問い合わせてもAIの自動返信のみで、実質的な解決には至らず。 「営業時間外なのでメールしてほしい」と案内されましたが、即時対応は受けられませんでした。 また、PCソフトのダウンロードを外部サイト（pockettechshare.com）経由で案内される点にも不安を感じました。 同様のサービスを検討している方は、事前に十分注意することをおすすめします。

This not an App but a link to download software to a computer. The software would not connect to my iPad. After several emails to the company all I received was the same messages saying to reinstall the software. Once my 24hr license expired they will not communicate with me! Also time difference to China means only a small time window available for communaction. Apple need to look at this App, it is bad for their reputation.

Paid a lot of money, $20 USD for a day pass (thinking it was in my local currency), and I did not recover the contact I needed and deleted yesterday. It only found the same thing I already have. Pure garbage. And I paid a $20 freaking dollars

I purchased it for recovering photo on iPad. When I use the app it just gives a link to a web page. Nothing else. There is no option to scan and recover from iPad on the iPad app. Don’t buy.

Notes’ data not recovered. It got deleted by Apple bug. Took high price $49.99 or so nearly $50. Not even a single file recovered after 45 minutes of processing shown in progress bar.

even when you pay for the app, it doesnot recovered a single picture! it just shows whatever that is already there on your phone. completely useless

Not good. You have to recover through a PC and have a specific cable. Just wasted $20.00 for a one day sale. They are not clear on what you need so unless you do extensive research you will waste money.

Do not buy this. It does not work and is full of adds.

You are falsely advertising your app. I purchased a subscription for this app to recover pdf files. This app does not recover pdf files where it clearly says recover all files in your description of the app. I have tried to contact your support and left message with regards to retrieving pdf files and never got response. Additionally when you run the application, even before it starts scanning the device, it does not have an option for pdf files that have been deleted. The options available, other than photos, are to recover lost messages from various communication apps. eg whatsapp and the likes. I am surprised that you still insist that your app recovers pdf files. It might recover pdf files that were in messages in say WhatsApp but it doesn’t even give you the option at your starting menu. Also, I tried repeatedly to contact your support service and got nowhere. I might have previously felt a little bad about my review but I think that it’s only deserved.

Failed to process in app purchase. Deleted the app. A week later was charged.

it’s not even acting like a recovery app i don’t know app store allowed scammers to use it as their save haven to scam millions of people.

Paid $49 for the app took me an hour to download the software only to find out that none of my deleted files were recoverable. Also ended up paying additional $20.99 and was unable to get my license registered. Software/app kept asking me for additional money. Do not purchase!

I had no luck with their product. It was poorly made. Also when trying to recover data the last thing people should do is download an app as it can overwrite the lost data. I had more luck with Drill disk on a computer. When trying it get a refund they wasted hours of my time just to tell me to contact apple for the refund. I had many issues such as payment charging me 50% more than what was stated, poor communication with support and many other issues. Best to stay clear from this software.

接続i phone をどうやっても認識しない。ソフトが提案する対応策は他のケーブルで試せ、等たった４個の、ごく普通の提案で役に立たない。勿論iosは最新のものでウィルスソフトはカット済。問い合わせしようにも英語なので出来ない。これは英語アプリを購入するリスクなので仕方ないが、恐らく日本語が通じても、最初の提案がこの様な程度なので有効な解決策が得られるとも思えない。今回は、信頼性が不確かな外国語ソフトを買うリスクを改めて認識した。 この後、販売者から連絡を受け返金を受けた。返金はAppleからの連絡に応答後、Appleアカウント残高に。その点は非常に満足。販売者とのやりとりは英語。 尚、日本語の高評価コメントは１つを除き外国語から翻訳されたもの。

I’ve bought the 7 day plan, but I find out that it doesn’t work as it advertised or other users say.

This app does not work, waited for it to scan and when it finished it came back with nothing, didn’t show any items. A bloody waste of money and time. If I could rate 0 i would, complete scam

This app cost $39 and doesn’t do anything. Zero support, just Chatbots that don’t understand any comments. Phone number has to many numbers. Don’t think there is a way to get a refund either. Save your money!

I purchased this software for $39, 7 days service. This product didn’t recover any useful deleted data, all date recovered are those were backup in iCloud, waste of money.

É tudo mentira! Falaram que iriam recuperar as fotos apagadas do IPhone. Mas o App só consegue resgatar as fotos que já estão no celular.

Needed deleted text messages and purchased this app to see if it could help. I deleted the texts a few days ago and of course it said I was in the 3% non guaranteed portion of customers that can’t get their deleted data…

Don’t bother downloading this, I paid around $50 to recover data on my iPhone and recovered nothing. Not only does it take forever to load the “recovery” but it also doesn’t work. So it wastes your time and your money. They also do not honor their refund policy. I’m not at all satisfied with this product or their customer service, I’m just trying to save you the trouble and disappointment in this product by leaving an honest review.

Forces you to pay 100 dollars to do anything. Do not download.

This app deleted everything off of my Mac book then I couldn’t get ahold of their customer support! I’m so screwed it’s not even funny. Trying to get some old pictures back destroyed my computer, external hard drive and now I have no tax records!!!!!! Thanks! I’m terrified of where my information is and who is using it! Part of their response “Besides our app an official website clearly state that we only provide iPhone/iPod/iPad data recovery which doesn’t include Mack book data recovery” I used the app according to their directions to recover data from my phone. I downloaded the proper program to my computer per their directions directly from their website with the help of their online support! I hooked my phone up to the computer per the directions on their website and the program! When I tried to turn off the program when I was done it cleared off my computer!!!! PS it only brought back a few photos. No text history as advertised. Apple gave me a full refund. This cute response is disgusting!!!! Your company wiped out my computer when I followed ALL of the directions to recover my IPhone! All of the photos of my daughter are gone. You must be insane to think I’d let you anywhere near my computer again. It took me forever to get your product and every trace of it off of my computer. I still want to know where my data is and who has it!

This is just a scam. It won’t recover anything that you permanently deleted. Trust me. Its a scam. And about get your money back? GOOD LUCK. Shady thell do everything to keep your money!!

仕事で使っていたline写真が、保存期間が過ぎて見られなくなってしまい困っていました。このアプリを試したところ、トークルームのキャッシュからしっかりと写真復元することができました。画質も落ちることなく、元の綺麗な状態で保存できたので大満足です。LINEユーザーなら万が一のためにインストールしておくべき神アプリだと思います。

First thing app had pop up was for me to submit a rating to “keep app free…” so this rating is not accurate. I will re rate when I get to use it.

Mein Handy ist gestern abgestürzt und alle meine SMS waren weg. Ich war total verzweifelt, weil da wichtige Nachrichten von meiner Familie dabei waren. Zum Glück habe ich diese Data Recovery App ausprobiert und innerhalb von 10 Minuten ALLE Texte wiederhergestellt! Selbst alte gelöschte Nachrichten von vor Monaten waren wieder da.
