This app doesn’t have a phone number or an email added to to contact for a customer help!

Not great. Very expensive

Why would I have to lost file that was recorded and later i can’t find it anymore in my gallery please I need some explanation this is happening over and over making me to lose files.

This application apart from being very expensive, makes charges without authorization and charges monthly even if you do not have the automatic payment activated, and the worst thing is that you do not have activated they answer or solve anything, they are abusive! Be very careful when you activate the services.

I have a photobooth business to run and for some reason won’t let me log into my account. I am getting really upset about this. This is not a good app as I thought it was. I am honestly wanting a refund of my money to go use it on an app that doesn’t cause so much issues. I have email support several times, to just cancel several events due to this. It is ridiculous.

I have not been able to login with my email address and account since a month ago even after resetting password, so I decided to create a new account. As soon as I did my WiFi started freaking out telling me there was an attempted attack from an ip address that was overseas. Now I am not sure if I can feel safe with the app anymore…

Everytime I pay for this app. I can’t get back into it. Then they blame you for it. They don’t give credit. Don’t use this one.

You can only get to them on WhatsApp and they never answer. This software is not user friendly. Sooooo many problems with it

I’ve had the app for over a week because it was recommended by the Photo Booth I bought. Camera keeps tracking movement and no settings to stop. No one responds to questions.

My chacktok app is not working. It keeps pausing and not creating videos. I have paid for the subscription and still not working

App seemed to work well, however during a major event for a customer the app didn’t cooperate. The mirror effect was repeatedly turned off, but it turned itself back on after being corrected, so props were flipped therefore the words on each prop was backwards. This was noticed by our customer and put a damper on their big night and made my business look incompetent.

I bought this product that worked great initially but since the update only supports the 360 spin product and not my stand :///

Customer service was not willing to assist with issues faced when attempting to set up an account. Multiple emails have been ignored by them from us asking for help. Their original solution to our request was simply “check your spam folder” & have ignored us for 2 weeks now. We have tried calling their phone number, but are always sent to voicemail.

The app runs good I was given vip subscription when I brought the booth and just recently they started water marking everything it’s so ugly could of at least gave us a year with it before adding this to all the pictures or put it on there in one area not all over the video

I waste just my time send emails und try to contact it’s really bad experience

This app has always had issues. They are too focused on updating the app weekly to change how it operates and don’t fix the glitches. The customer service is very subpar as well. The most recent glitch affected our membership and put a watermark on all of our videos. On top of this, we were charged 4 times for 1 month of service. Customer service told us to deal with it through Apple and didn’t offer any other support.

New update is horrible.Can’t even use this app

Not sure why this app saves the video twice on my phone.

It’s a scam to get you out your money, $80/month to not have watermarks for a 360 camera you already paid a lot of money for this app is a rip off to not recommend at all

I like the app when it works. I find that it’s a struggle to even connect to my 360 camera and when it does it drops connection after 1 or 2 takes. Is there a way to get my iPad or iPhone to connect every time no matter where I’m at? I’ve tried setting my device on the machine and it still won’t connect. This has happened at multiple locations so it can’t be the location. It will show the device but never connect. I’ve had to issue refunds because of this. I just want a stable connection. Please help!!

Every time i try to start a video it will run its full spin than when it comes to loading video it will time out and boom no video saved… support hasn’t reached back out yet but it’s beyond frustrating

Auto station camera to scan QR code goes out of focus after evrytime taking shot. It remains out of focus and you cannt set focus as its auto set. I chat with support team but this is critical bug. I want to use this app but its need some major fixing.

App glitches out after every video. Never received the free 4 months of subscription.

Unable to search for music. You have to scroll through the songs.

All the events that I have had with this app have had a terrible resolution, I have tried several resolution options but finally they all come out very blurry, I even changed my phone thinking that it could be my equipment but even with my new iPhone13 pro max the videos they come out very blurry and with a red hue. On the other hand, that we charge $250 for a 3-month subscription is completely unreasonable, really with a lot of respect for your work, but I think that amount is unreasonable. Lastly, I have not been able to contact their technical support, so I have literally lost all the free subscription time since I cannot use it due to the terrible resolution

I am not able to add background music to video

Easy to use, and responsive support team along with a lot of help articles, videos and Facebook group. Everyone has a great time with our Photo Booth making videos, GIF’s and photos especially since it’s so easy and fast getting these to everyone through every sharing option.

Compressing the videos take too long, esp if you have an event . Nobody has time To wait 1 minute for the video to load before sending to the guests. Embarrassing

Listen, I use this app pretty frequently for business. It’s a good app and everything, but it’s unfortunate that this happens right when I was about to start working with this. If you could please fix this issue.

So far very pleased with the photo booth. Have not learned how to do personalized borders but love using it so far for family get togethers.

This is a very good app. Very easy to use. I love the facebook group its very helpful. They answer alot of questions. I love the boomerang aspect of this. I plan on using this app a lot for the photo booth business. 5 stars

Very friendly and easy to use. I use the CHACKTECK to my 360 PhotoBooth, The customer service is professional and easy to access. Strongly I recommended.

Please, may we have longer recording time please around 10-15 secs please, and updates on the app please. Thanks

I use ChackTok for my photo booth business and it has been great! Highly recommend!

They're always quick to respond to my queries, which is helpful as a business owner. I love that the app is also a remote, so no need to manually start/stop movement!

Used this for my 360 Photo Booth business and I am very pleased. The software is very user friendly and the customer service was excellent. My customers were very impressed with the quality of the videos.

I purchase the selfie but the app to download is for the 360. Mine does not rotate. It’s on a stand. What app do I download. Also, how do I adjust the size to fit my iPad into it. It’s supposed to fit different sizes. It about 1/4” to big. Plus, I received an extra circular black piece that I don’t know what to do with it. Please help! Our event is this weekend!

I actually love software. Really user friendly and can use in multiple ways.

I love the app it’s perfect but I wish it had live view for the tv and it would be a 10.

I’ve reported a couple of bugs and contacted customer support about it via their WhatsApp number. They are always on top of issues and fix them in a timely fashion! I’ve played around with the app, made a few test videos, and I love it so far. It has all you need from adding custom overlays and music to the videos. Only thing missing, which I hope they add soon, is the ability to start recording and start the machine to start spinning automatically via the click of the remote control. Sure, you get 2 remotes, which have their use, but doesn’t accomplish my previous ask. Leaving it at 5 stars as you can overcome this by tapping start in the app, and the count down gives you enough time before it starts spinning.

This is a great product and the have the best customer Service. Brandon is always ready to help with installation guide and everything technical.

Looks easy to use and not so expensive

I’m still learning I’m a little confused it looks like I have to buy storage? Most other apps download right to iCloud. Maybe I’m wrong? Also I wish I would’ve noticed the app does not work with a GoPro 11. That’s my fault to assume. So far so good. I will update as I go.
