New update won’t let you download anything sourced other than ankermake. Which is just garbage elementary trash STL’s. Ankermake is officially dead without being able to source and download at minimum “printables.” Update the phone app or business is over. It’s 2026…. And you’re forcing me to use a usb to transfer STLs from my PC to the printer…. USBs are obsolete. Will 1,000% be upgrading to a much better unit.

What happened to WiFi connectivity? App name changed and WiFi replaced with Bluetooth. What gives? My M5 is wireless why isn’t the app? Zero stars but the minimum is one.

Does not connect to internet

On iOS: Works fine, but needs some fixes. Trying to get out of full screen when watching the camera is a pain because it hasn’t been made to work properly. On iPadOS: It’s non-functional when using in landscape… which is the only way I use my iPad (I have the Apple Magic Keyboard). I’m not going to take my iPad away from the trackpad and keyboard and turn it sideways just so I can properly scroll the main page of this app.

Had to get 3 printers and none of them work. App keeps blaming it on my phone. Awful

Cannot verify account! Nothing works. So frustrating.

I printed a butterfly knife and it worked well and was very detailed. I tried printing after that and it did not work

I don’t understand where all these positive reviews come from, this is junk. There are upload limits on sizes, you cannot duplicate models, there are ZERO advanced features so you can’t utilize the abilities of these amazing printers. Why would all that be hidden away from users unless they are on a PC? I don’t get it… You can’t even tilt the app on the ipad because half the features disappear and you CANNOT scroll down to get to them. Have the developers actually tried using this thing? Doesn’t seem like it. Unless I’m missing a whole lot of something, I’ll change my review, but as far as I can tell, this is all but useless if you want to do anything big, or adjust the settings for better performance.

Out of nowhere, the app stopped, allowing downloads. I tried to print an item from the Pursa store but it won’t connect to AnkerMake m5 printer.

Who needs to rig a 3D printer with Raspberry Pi when you can just use a simplistic, easy to use app that connects to your 3D printer via WiFi & Bluetooth? Very simple to import any STL/Gcode to remote print from any Slicer (Cura, Orca, etc). Let’s you auto-level, nozzle clog cleaning, nozzle replacement, and has its own full library of thousands of excellent 3D files to print for free. Literally everything you need from a 3D printer.

Have figured how to upload items into the software to print

I thought an app for a machine like this would be very basic. Only to be able to do a few functions and the functions you could do would be less than perfect. I was so wrong. The app is easy to use and the depth of what you can do seems limitless. The quality of the app along side the ease of use makes my printing and every day use of the machine amazing and very profitable.

Easy to use, yes you can print directly from your phone and even while you’re away from home. You can search prints, download, print right away or save for later.

Ok so I wrote a scathing review saying since the update it didn’t connect… actually, it was 100% user error. At the top of the app screen, make sure you select “3D print studio” and not “uv print studio”.

The app is mid and mid in a good way , I wish that this particular printer had option to give out some more printing gadgets , or more accessible .

I have the AnkerMake 5C. Since I’ve been using the eufyMake Studio I’ve had perfect and quick prints! No stringy messes, know on wood, lol. When I used to use my 3d printer, you could see the fine lines but now prints are smooth as butter, no visible filament lines, yes! It’s also very fast!! Especially compared to my last device. I’m really enjoying my 3d printer lately since I’ve been using eufyMake! Thanks Guys!

Easy to follow the instructions

I really enjoy being able to start prints from my phone, but it’s a bit of a bummer that I have to print one single thing at a time instead of building a bed. It would also be really nice to be able to choose supports and not have a million on the smallest little thing

I like the printer and the website makes using it without a computer easy. However, one thing I don’t like is that the community posts some… questionable 3d models. Even with the safety filter on they somehow sneak through. Also, the 3d models stay the same on the explore tab. I haven’t seen a change in models since I got the app. You need to search up everything by yourself. Other than that, great app and very useful.

Always glitches at least once per day

Been using this since beta. It has become much better over time and is at a rudimentary level, acceptably reliable.

The app is good overall but I wish that all of the prints have reviews because when I print and they fail it wastes filament but reviews would make so that I could know that it’s bad before printing

The app is pretty good if you just want to print something from the internet. But how do you add your own models to the catalog of models?

Really glad that Bluetooth works when WiFi isn’t connected. I was surprised by how much control it gives, though that’s a requirement considering that my M5C has no screen or input methods other than the singular play pause button. I use it for architecture school where deadlines are tight and time management needs to be great to need deadlines so tracking prints has been helpful. So far everything has worked flawlessly.

I got an anger make M5C on Temu for an absolute steel refurbished, and I’m blown away by the print quality as well as the ease of use with the app.

Great app and great options for 3D prints. The slicer is easy to use here. I wish the slicer had more setting available though. Keep up the great work!

The app works great for iOS but it’s a real shame after this long since release the app is horrendous in landscape view on iPadOS. Almost non-functional. Please take into consideration there are users now that have opted to use iPad as their primary computer. Please improve this and I’ll rate 5 stars. Thank you.

I’m new to 3D printing but so far the AnkerMake app has been helping me along. No crashes, easy to get things going and monitoring my print job is helpful.

You don’t even need to search for hours

If your filament doesn’t catch to print, there might be a clog in the tube. Remove tube and push new filament through to push out clog. In some cases broken filament pieceS.

App is great - get to control printer and see all activity. Only connects to certain printers, but gives you a variety of options to print. Highly recommended.

This app is so cool it lets you make something without having to do all the work 3D modeling, all you have to do is search what you want to make with the 3D printer and ,then tap download after that you have to tap your printer then make any changes you want to the model and then tap print, just like that it’s so easy

For Christmas I was gifted an AnkerMake M5c printer and I gotta say it’s pretty dang sweet! The app is also almost equally impressive. The app can’t 3D print the Benchy Boat but it can control the 3D printer. It’s pretty intuitive and has a decent amount of controllable settings on the main homepage of the app. There’s a page where you can explore different files and objects you can print which is really fun to browse what others have created. Plus the fact that all you have to do is download the file and send it to the printer is WILD to me. No thumb drive, no SD card, not even a cable to transfer the files. Plus the printer itself is a competent and fast little printer that makes good quality prints for at home use or to give to friends and family completes the overall experience.
