Expensive, puts you on the most expensive tier without telling you there are cheaper tiers, claims AI grading but have to pay for grading? Cards don’t get recognized, layout is trash, can’t find previously graded cards easily.

My partner got the premium of this app and we used it to grade a load of our cards. We then selected the ones it was giving 9.5 - 10 & one 8 to send off to get graded. We sent off 32 cards received twelve 10s. Ten 9s. Five 8s. Four 7s. And one that was graded by the app to be a 10 came back a 6. I wasn’t expecting everything to come back exactly as it predicted of course but never expected it to be so off. We have graded cards in the past and had a much better return rate by just sorting them ourselves with torches and camera. So don’t bother falling for the TikTok hype just select what you want and inspect yourself before sending it away.

I like the concept of this app but payed a large fee to do the ai grading it helps a little bit with the lighting changes and whatnot but I sent off a 3000 dollar Luigi pikachu card. I ran it through the ai grader upwards of 10 times the lowest grade it said was 8.6 and highest being 9.1 all other times were in between that I then spent 400 to get it graded for it to come back a 5 I know ai isn’t perfect but when you spend that much a month you’d think it’s pretty close maybe this works for other people in my personal opinion it’s a scam I also ran my psa 10 through it and it gave a 8.3 so I’m not to sure about this app and now I’m down a grand thanks digital grading company

One you pay for the subscription you have to pay again in order to grade your cards. Not to mention the horrible layout of the app. Horrible design and scummy.

I would give this app 5 stars if it let you like get 1 free grade every day like just 1 not 5 not 10. 1 PLEASE!!

Love the idea, but don’t rely on the app too much. First off, people are right to be upset — you can’t grade instantly unless you purchase credits. It takes about 30 minutes to grade one card, and the summaries aren’t as detailed unless you pay for the credited version. Use the app as just a tool. It may detect flaws on the card that you can’t see yourself, but I’d still suggest relying mostly on your own eyes and judgment. The app didn’t give me anything higher than a 9.0, even though the cards I pre-graded looked very clean and, in my opinion, could pass as PSA 10s. I’ve sent cards to PSA before and received 10s, so I just wanted to try this app out, but honestly, I was disappointed.

The saying goes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, but this IS broke and they still won’t fix it

This app doesn’t do what they advertise. I send some card whit clear defect and they don’t see it . Don’t waste your money on the app it’s useless.

Theres no free trial avilable. Should be able to test before buying. Can’t even open the app without purchasing a subscription.

Horrible app. You pay the monthly fee, just to be prompted to buy credits to grade your card. It actually forces you to buy micro-transactions after already paying the fees. Do NOT fall for the marketing that they pay influencers to post about. Awful app.

These losers want me to pay $4-14usd to use something that’s not even accurate 😂 if they had a free to use option sure no problem but the fact they want you to pay them for something you could do for free with ChatGPT is insane 😂

There is no free option available to me on this app. Why list it as free when there is paid content other than to scrap personal details like emails and names as that’s the first step when opening the app.

First of all I purchased the best tier and come to find out that I need to pay additional money to actually have my cards graded in a decent time. If you don’t then you have to wait hours for the grade to come back. To be paying the best tier there should not be a wait time on grading cards. Plus when I did grade my cards the AI detected white spots that were clearly not on the card. I did everything the directions said to do and I know that there are things that are hard to see with the naked eye but I know I can definitely see white spots. So the grades I got back were not accurate due to this therefore it was useless to even spend my money on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Downloaded this app after seeing it on TikTok. Paid for the $15/month subscription due to details implying unlimited scans. Although the scans are unlimited, they take 1-4 hours or more. You have to buy credits to get instant grades. No mention of that specific detail before you pay for your plan. No credits included on the plan. Additionally, I downloaded this app for sports cards, but it doesn’t register any of my cards. There is an option to manually add the card, but they default to Pokémon as the set, so if I manually enter my card it’s a Cooper Flagg Pokémon card. I should have known what I bought when I saw all the misspelled words and grammatical errors through the app. Is the grading accurate? I don’t know- I haven’t been able to get that far.

I wanted to give it a shot hoping there would be a free version with like maybe 2/3 cards daily you could grade. Nope, just paying and hoping that the app actually work, I ain’t getting it till I can at least trial it or see if it’s good. I ain’t justifying a purchase just cus some influencer said it’s good. One would need to see firsthand. Awful business.

Decided to give the app a try. As soon as I open I was prompted to Subscribe with different tiers available with each tier only offering 1/2 options more than lower tier. I bit the bullet and decided to give it a try. After using the app the only thing I have nice to say is the layout. They promote to grade cards and give you all the information. What they fail to tell you is have to wait 1-4 hours for AI grade. UNLESS YOU PAY FOR CREDITS! Then you use 2 credits for a speedy grade. So not only are you paying for Subscription to do what 90% of other apps do for free BUT paying for grading too, unless you want to wait potentially up to 4 hours. Waist of money and recommend not using or supporting this company. Why you get a 1 ⭐️- Stop perceiving the consumer, allow a trial and be open about how many paywalls you have.

This is the second sub I’ve done for the app. First time I did 5 cards and all 5 went to get graded. Had an 80% accuracy rate so was pretty impressed by the app. Just redid my sub and graded a few more cards and the scoring is absolutely abysmal. Cards that should be easy PSA 10 contenders are showing as no higher than a 9.1 through the app. I did the $15 sub and the “details” it gives are vague at best. It’s basically on par with what Beckett puts on their slabs for sub-grades. But doesn’t actually point out where you get docked (maybe I’m asking too much, but just seems a bit lacking for a paid product). Would be better off getting a centering tool online and then eyeballing any visible blemishes or things that would dock points.

Though the AI grading is good its unfair for people that in order to use the app you must subscribe and pay MONTHLY just to use some grader while there are some alternatives on the app store this is the definition of a pay wall

Taking forever to grade even after subscription

I paid a dollar to get a card graded. It says the bot was done grading but the grade was not given. After a while, it made me go back to the payment screen where i had to pay a dollar again, meaning i just lost money to do nothing

This app is exactly what they claim, a great app and definitely my new app for pre-grading! Some of these reviews are unfair, the fact they don’t have a free plan can be annoying but you can’t review an app you’re not using, after you buy it then you should be able to review whether it was worth the money. But in my opinion, this app is worth it!

The app and concept are good, but I can’t say I feel confident in its grading—particularly using an iPhone camera, even with good lighting. I’m a photographer and took high-res, expertly lit images of my cards to look for dings, whitening, etc, hoping to upload these better, sharper, higher resolution files to this app, but that isn’t possible. It seems crazy to me to charge $15 for an app that doesn’t even allow you to upload a better image that should, in theory, yield a more accurate result if their software is legit. I had high hopes but this overall doesn’t feel like it’s giving accurate results.

Overall great tool so I’m giving 5 Stars to not be so critical. I feel like the app’s navigating is cluttered. I feel like the home page showing the cards in a swipe-able function seems esthetically pleasing but frustrating when you’re grading a lot of cards. I feel like not only does homepage feel busy but some of the other tabs feel cluttered and useless. App could definitely use some revamping. Overall purpose is solid. Membership price is justifiable IF you’re actively collecting and buying/selling a lot.

Got the app recently and it’s done wonders for my grading journey. Couldn’t ask for better AI to grade my cards
