I have been emailing support for 3 days, the same address as on the site, but they are not responding. If someone has purchased a subscription and has spent their money, and a problem arises, they will not respond in any way. They have the worst support service.

Estou tentando cancelar o plano antes dos 7 dias grátis e o app não está me dando essa opção.

Desenvolvedor é desonesto ao configurar a palavra chave "vpn gratuito" como termo buscado no topo da lista da app store.

Quando faz o teste dos 7 dias grátis funciona perfeitamente mas, depois que paga o plano não funciona mais . E pra piorar você não consegue nem pedir seu dinheiro de volta. Decepcionado

I signed up for a free trial while shopping around VPNs. Before my trial was up, I sent a message to the company inquiring how to cancel, since there was no way on their app or their website to do so. I ultimately "deleted my account" since I thought that would cancel for me. When I saw a $54.99 charge show up on my credit card, I contacted for a refund, with the records of my never-answered message to support within seven days. They said since I had deleted my account I was not eligible for a refund. I've never received such bad customer service.

Unable to find how to stop the trial … support just quit responding… stay away from this app
