Compras nesse app foram feitas sem autorização. Pedi reembolso duas vezes e fui negada. Não tem suporte ao cliente, não aceitam e-mail. Perdi meu dinheiro por algo que não assinei, não uso e nem vou.

Verbindet sich mit dem Fernseher, es funktioniert aber nur die lauter und leiser Funktion, sowie die Stummschalttaste. Alle anderen Knöpfe reagieren nicht, sodass sich die Kanäle und so weiter nicht wechseln lassen.

Not a remote for a TV, it’s just another remote for a chromecast hidden behind a subscription service, which by the way is free if you just get the app for chromecast/firestick or anything else this blatant rip off is capable of. This app is trash, never download it.

Robbers , I did the 3 day free trial then it credited my account every week . One time they tried taken the money twice the same day , even though they had already taken payment. Avoid at all cost scammers. Worse thing I never even used the app as it would not connect. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Misleading app. Requires paid subscription to use. Use on of the other apps that offer this service. They should at least have some free features and not trick you by not offering any free features.

i needed this literally right now as everyone was in bed and i had lost my remote so couldn’t use theirs, it wanted £9.99 a week!!! , the 3 day trial is okay i guess for emergency’s but now i’ve used that ill never be using again because the pricing is ridiculous, also on that note my little brother downloaded this app one time thinking it was a cool free tv remote, only for my mum to find a £60 charge to her card, a normal TV remote isn’t even £60 and that was only for a year to use it. Also very alarmed by the huge warnings on my tv when i tired to connect about how it’s going to use my TVs information and data….. why does it need that

So you need to subscribe and pay to try it even once to see if it works. There is a 3 day trail version, however is you go down this route you have to pay £6.99 a week… or you can pay 73p a week and subscribe straight away… this is all before knowing if it will actually work. Honestly, it should have a short trail just to make sure it works on your tv and then 73p a week seems somewhat okay. But otherwise if you do the 3 day trial you have to pay £6.99 a week. Don’t waste your time in my opinion.

It is not worth downloading because you have to pay for it or have a free trial as soon as you pay for it it will just not work so at that point of loosing your remote control just put a apple tracker on it when you either get it or find it and I could not get rid of the 1 star so just know I give it zero stars

$60 for a year are you crazy.. just go buy a remote what a scam. Don’t use free trial typical because if you forget to cancel they charge you. Predatory marketing. Get a life developers. Trying to steal money from the people. Don’t get tricked by this company!!! And all they say is we’re sorry. No one cares.

I just got it for if i lost my remote to my tv and tried to see if it worked. To even just be able to press the buttons to control your tv, oh my god. You have to buy a subscription or use a 3-day trial. Are you kidding?! I'm not paying to not know if it even works and i I'd rather spend 2 hours trying to find my remote if I lost it than pay for a subscription to click buttons and it probably not work. I would recommend not to get this if you want a free remote on your phone than even bothering downloading it just to find out you have to pay for everything. Such a stupid thing! Anyways sorry if I wasted your time for writing this LOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGG paragraph, that I spent like 10 minutes writing, so yeah bye.

I am a student in a school and I downloaded it so I could control my tv with this app but when I downloaded it it asked to pay I was frustrated because this is baloney! I won’t pay for just controlling my and the quality don’t get me started I try to stick with it but every time I press one button it takes me to an ad and that is outrageous! I will not recommend using this app if I were u and who ever owns this app is not slick. And how do u think a child can pay just to control the tv. So before downloading it look at this review before downloading it. I like this remote but if you are trying to turn your TV off at night, you are out of luck. This remote does not turn a TLC TV off. It just doesn’t work, and I find it annoying getting up to turn tv off because I cannot fall asleep anymore after that. Another issue is that if you press the headphone mode button by accident, you are screwed. The remote does not remove this configuration. It can start it but cannot remove it. You have to turn your TV off then unplug it for 2 min. This is ridiculous. I paid around $30 dollars just to get headaches. Please fix this issue!! Is very annoying. This could be a pretty good remote. For the price I paid I feel ripped off.

BEWARE, THIS APP HAS NO REAL FREE OPTIONS WHATSOEVER!!! Unless you sign up for a free trial, or pay for this app, it does not work at all. You can't even control your tv with the up and down toggle, every single button opens a free trial sign up. OH and lest we forget, if you wanted to provide any feedback to the developers of this application, you can't. Go to settings and the only button for feedback is broken and does not open. I hope apple sees this and removes it from the app store. If I could, I would give this zero stars. The people who made this app are scammers for sure.

I am a college student and I forgot my Xbox one controller at my parent’s house. When I went back to my dorm, I realized I left the controller and looked for a universal remote until I could my controller back. I couldn’t connect through the Xbox app for some reason so it was very frustrating until I found this app. I thought this universal remote would be PERFECT because it connects to my Xbox which is nearly impossible to find for a universal remote. It works, yes, but there are still issues that make it impossible to like nor want to pay for weekly. The biggest issue is that I have to keep the app open in order to use it. I can’t respond to message or email or do anything else on my phone because the minute I leave the app, the remote stops working. It’ll still be connected (it’ll say that it’s still connected) but none of the remote buttons will work. I think this app has potential, but it’s needs work still. Other apps are able to keep remotes connected regardless of if you leave the app. I don’t know if that’s a bug but it’s aggravating enough to make me regret purchasing it. The app should also be free in my opinion. I pay $6.49 per week (Approx $26 per month) when a universal remote is cheaper and guaranteed to work. Overall based on pricing and quality, I don’t recommend this app unless you need a temporary fix like I did.

While some of the updates have been nice. It seems like this ap is ALWAYS updating and the updates always get messed up. So now the on my phone isn’t updating no matter how many times I try to. It also doesn’t let me click “maybe later” and use the remote. Kinda defeats the purpose of this app when it doesn’t let you use the remote on the app. So you have to dig up your old physical remote in the abyss of your couch because the app won’t work. I wish they’d just design a nice remote and leave the updates alone. Or limit how many times they update it within a time period of 6 months or something. Because this is frustrating.

I would rate 0. Worst app, once you purchase and subscribe it to try for 3 days you are trapped. They don’t have any option to unsubscribe in the app, tried contacting them to remove my subscription but no response in their fb messenger. Eventually they charged me and still can’t unsubscribe from it. Beware from getting this app

This is ridiculous, you have too pay for the remote Oban membership if you want to use it . I already paid for the tv why should I pay fifteen bucks a week ?!

I downloaded the app but I didn’t even connect my tv to this app because I deleted it when I realized you have to pay. I got charged $8.49 for something I didn’t use. How do I cancel this…NOW! Or I’m calling a lawyer

Its so annoying. When i have my now tv sitting infront of me and my phone both fine with the same wifi how can it tell me it doesn’t work I’ve had the app for over a year and half the time it says I’m not connected after being connected for a year it’s boring having to constantly wait a few minutes every time i want to change a channel or pause

If i could give this zero stars i would. I download the app thinking it would work like any other tv remote app. But no. As soon as you try to use the remote it tells you, you have to pay for premium. If you are going to make the whole in-app purchase to use you may as well make people pay for the app instead. A very frustrating experience.

The app is general meets it intended usage, an app that can replace your physical remote for a temporary or long time. Which I find very helpful, the design of the app is supper easy to understand and get used to and the speed/ delay has dropped significantly which is very good! But there is an egregious amount of ads for their subscription, which is cheap but it gets very annoying when it just keeps asking me to subscribe. Also when you swipe out of the app for one second and go back on it pops up an ad which gets annoying if you accidentally swipe off and have to watch an ad when going back on. I’d suggest reducing the amount of the ads and subscription prompts it just makes me want to delete the app when they just keep popping up. I see the developer responds to a lot of people’s reviews so hopefully he sees mine, Thanks for listening! ^_^

I've only used it for about two minutes so far but it's working fine. I was very disappointed that I had to choose between paying $40 a year or getting a three day trial and then having to pay $10 a week. I might've misunderstood something but that's what it looked like. So they got my 40 bucks. If it works consistently I'll be satisfied with it. But clearly I can't know that at this time. Too bad it didn't give me a week before it requested a review it started hounding me for the review the minute that I downloaded it

I Lost My Remote For My Television And This App Really Helped

I bought this app some time ago and I got the lifetime- but a week later the app has gone through some refresh or update and I lose all feature and I though I got rip- so I got their Facebook through the app and I made my obvious anger about the situation and didn’t use the app for like 2-3 month but they Finally respond and all I needed to do was press the restore purchase and bam! Got my lifetime back… so I feel stupid but also a little frustrated how long it took to get a respond but I’m glad I didn’t payed for a second lifetime and I can use the app againz

I am on my 3rd remote. They keep failing, so i am trying the phone remote. Guess i need to order number 4 remote.

Switch on button doesn’t work which means that I have to use the remote to switch the tv on.
