I made a critical review about their unfair practices. Friends of mine have the same app - except on MINE, they took away the 2-person $.60 matches AND some of the games, so I only have $.99 and up, multiple person games now. 🤬 They keep saying it "fair play" and it's "not rigged" but that is NOT TRUE. *I'm* not getting FAIR PLAY. It is wrong and DECEITFUL to have different app interfaces for SOME people. I have won hundreds of dollars in this game and even been offered VIP status. The issue that I have is that this game advertises real matches with real people and that is a LIE. I was already skeptical about the “people” I was playing against because they all have stock photos as their profile pics but, I still gave it the benefit of the doubt. I knew for sure that I was playing against bots when I downloaded another bingo game that Avia offers and I was playing against the exact same “people” that play on bingo clash literally. Also, just throwing it out there, you never have to wait to play a game on bingo clash. It doesn’t matter if it’s $1 or $200. You are instantly matched with someone and they game is over within 2 minutes. Any other game where you actually play against real people, you have to wait 15-20 minutes sometimes longer to be matched in high stake games.

Tons of pop ups and ads. I feel like my phone ran slower with this app. The app immediately asked me to deposit money into the game, and the graphics are very simple. I have played other bingo games with mini games within the app but unfortunately this one just sees like a coloring book. Very simple. The bingo games itself is not as fun as other games. I purposely tried to do horrible and good at different levels to see how the game would react honestly. I don’t think this game in particularly is worth the investment. This game will steal your money quickly by making you think you earned a reward. Once you claim your reward it looks like you won some money but what they do is for example if that reward is $5 they send you to your card info and it tells you to deposit that reward amount into the game. Similar first nicknames names such as: CALM DONNELL…, GREAT DEAMO…, PRETTY FOREIGNS…, DIZZY OLIN GA…, SHINY THOMA…, SMART OMAR…, PRETTYFACE JA…, CRAZY ERROL FRU…, LAZY KENDRICK…, SILLY TRENT BR…, KING EDWARD…, HAPPY HECTO…, SILLY GARRELL…, LIVELY MAC M…, etc ad infinitum. Now, I’m a very quick player & often, I would complete all the numbers and place first, only to await these suspicious competitors to finish “playing”. So, too many times these above-mentioned ‘bots’ would bump me out of first; costing me my handsome first-place winnings. To add insult to injury, they would only beat me by less than 100 points and as few as 10. BUYER BEWARE is what I’m saying here! The owners ALSO want you to pay (DEPOSIT) for real dollars which you’ve already WON in their ‘free-to-play’ games. You can’t beat these bots! It used to be fun until I realized that you can only really break even or lose it all. The most they will let you win and cash out is maybe $20. I have played this game for a long time. I had taken a break and had over $100 in my account. It was automatically withdrawn by the company saying it was a “Management Fee”. Do not get wrapped up in this. Support told me it was in the Terms and Agreements, which I was forced to agree to when I opened the app. They updated them AFTER they took the money. They have real scores from previously recorded matches so if you have a really good game they will find 5 more with slightly better previously recorded matches put it in like you played them live (those players don’t get the money cause they already played could be years ago) and it will put you in 6th place. Logged into my app for the first time in a couple days and as you guys bombard people with pop-ups, I was able to see that I had completed a match in first place receiving a nine dollar award however, once all of your pop-ups were done, spamming me in the face I clicked on it and it didn’t go to my balance so I went and checked in the match history and it wasn’t there either. From my perspective it looks like you guys spam people with pop-ups so that when they do finally have a large enough wind like that, it can just disappear and you don’t have to pay people for the things that they win. It’s fine. They’re a lot of online gaming platforms that are doing this nowadays. However, you might not want to market yourself as a company that is not doing that because you are.

When you open the app you get about 10 pop ups. You can’t even just come in and look around to see what you want to play without being slammed with pop ups. The worst part is when you finish a game and you want to see your score, as soon as that screen comes up before you can even look at what place you made in the game a pop up hits you. You have to x it out to finally see your place. If you step out of the game to look at other things it hits you right away with like 5 more pop ups before you even get to do that. Some pop ups don’t even let you x out. You’re forced to play it. I end up refreshing the app so that I can get out of it. It’s terrible.
