I have contacted customer service a few times now because I cannot play money games- it says to contact customer support. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. If you don’t want my money, I will use a different app to play Bingo. Your loss. Not mine.

They made me pay $17. I thought I was gaining it, but they took it away from my credit card

Tried this game for the first time and regret it. Trying to take money from my debit card instead of depositing money after winning is crazy. Never again.

This game has so many “glitches”. They will readily accept cash payments for tournaments from people but when they prove that the game has an error they will keep the money and offer a partial refund in “cash” that can only be used to play the game longer.

This app has crashed multiple times during a game and took my money.

Bonus cash system is rigged to steal your money

Why is it that when you “pay” to play a bingo game it uses your real cash before your bonus cash? If anything it should use your bonus cash since that is ONLY for playing games and not able to be cashed out. I get that you don’t want to pay people but it’s really annoying. Also there are WAY YOANY mini game pop up things. I just want to do the bingo games I don’t want all this extra stuff going on as well, especially when you have to x out of it and it rakes a bit to load, it adds so much time and is just as annoying as an add since you want us to pay anyway.

Doesn’t give you your winnings . The game lies about you actually winning . SMH

I’ve written three reviews and still got no response from game developer. I even took a chance on playing the game after I updated the new version allegedly I deposited money today!! and played two games and after the second game, I couldn’t even tap on the icon to see scores the app just completely cut off!!!

No matter how hard you try to win you just can’t. It’s unfair and this game should be taken off the App Store. What a scam

The game is fun don’t get me wrong but the catch is they make you buy in and give you bonus cash however if you hit let’s say 50 they only will give you about 42 and when you go to cash out they take the bonus cash they gave you to play so essentially a 50 win you will only get $42.00. And your account to play is now 0 because they took the bonus cash back. Scam!! Not worth it!! Hope this helps someone!!

Can be very fun but very frustrating as well. I can literally get a full house and still get beat by thousands of points somehow which should be impossible.

I have played this game for many years and actually did win some real money. Now it’s full of glitches and crashes constantly. Looks like so many people have complained and they do nothing about it. Just lost money for the second time. Hit play button, glitched and now another $2 gone from my account. Ridiculous at this point!!

This game is totally rigged! You set your board up to score big points with as much as a minute left and your numbers WILL NOT be called! No matter what.

Don’t get it I withdrew $35 and was told it would take 2-14 day yet it’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t now I’m forced to find a lawyer just to get my money

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I’ve had this app for little over a year so can honestly say the chances of actually winning more than you spend are practically ZERO! Seriously don’t waste your time. You will end up spending $100 or more over the course of a couple of days and all you get in return are more ads asking for more money. This game pretends like it gives u an option to win more money but it doesn’t . I’ve played the bigger leagues with the same people that win the big prizes over and over again! I play the rookie I win $.7 and all the numbers that I need come up but as soon as I play for the big money never will the numbers I need come up.they don’t want to to win big just want you to spend more and more money and it’s irritating I wouldn’t recommend this game

I like the bingo part for gems factory. Just for fun. You will absolutely need to spend money to win money. Games are hard to understand .

Not many wins

Do not download this app. It takes money out of your bank account not gives it to you. I allegedly won a game and tried to deposit it and instead of depositing it, it takes 6 dollars out of my bank account. I have been trying to get a refund from them with no response other than them pretending I am having issues logging into their game. What a rip off.

This is so horrible, it took 6 dollars out of my account and i earn nothing? like how do u even earn money. this is a scam.

You can get paid out but they take almost 40% of all the money as a “bonus fund reset” makes no sense if I won the money why does it just get taken had 12 in game took out 7 and they took the rest like explain this

They advertise”if you win” and, the next thing you know, they’re pulling $ out of your account.

This game was confusing! I thought it was depositing money I had won into my account but it was actually taking money from my account! Please be aware where your money is coming or going! I emailed and immediately deleted this game I don’t trust it now and I’m not risking it again!

I played and it said it will pay me out and it actually charged me what my winnings were supposed to be.

I have no idea how this game has 4.7 stars maybe they purchased some good reviews I don’t know.. but the game itself is absolutely ridiculous. They want you to pay cash just to play it and they make sure you never win bingo on the Cash games but if you play the little 20 gems instead, you can get five bingo in one game. You only get 20 points Xp every time you play a game for gems and it takes thousands of XP to level up so there’s really no use in playing

Scammed me $5

Please do not download this game, let me save you from my mistake. I downloaded it after seeing multiple ads for the game across social media. I played a couple bingo cards and was told I had earned “cash”. It asked me to link how I would like to cash out and I chose PayPal. Instead of cashing out my earnings like the game advertised, it charged me $6. THEY TOOK $6 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT THROUGH PAYPAL!! No where when I was cashing out did it say I was paying them instead of being paid. TOTAL SCAM AND VERY MISLEADING. When I linked my PayPal account for the cash out, it also set up automatic payments to this gaming service. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS! Please don’t download this game. They will take your money without your authorization.

Even with all the proof and me being a customer for 3years went out the window. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

Poor customer service , you could message them about an issues with game , spend hundreds of dollars a day and ask for money back because of an internal error, lagging, freezing and might take them 2-5 days to even reply to you, and then if you don’t have screen recording your not getting it back. Like who would record every game, so I started to screen record to show them and I still did not get response. Very unprofessional.

Instead of depositing the money it’s withdrawing it. If that’s the case I would like to STOP
