I download the game, but it takes up too much space. I already created an account with email and trying to delete on website. My password was correct however the website would not let me login. I change password too. Then it tells me that my account is frozen due to many attempts. I finally log in using my email link to my device instead of typing it out. I decided to leave the account be for now. I deleted the app entirely because it was causing my device to slow down and crash. Basically making my device unuseable.

Why are we only getting 60 pulls a patch?? It’s genuinely ridiculous with the lack of rewards, not to mention the diversity. Don’t get me started on that

this was lit (literally for the old bags) my fav game since 2021 but its become a boring cash grab with a storyline that doesnt feel like what it originally intended to be. fix ur game u guys suck

ok so i have been playing genshin since 2024 of august and over the events, the primogems have decreased even more and i can barely get characters by how little i get from the events. also speaking, i have noticed that most of the FEMALE characters have the shortest outfits and are unnecessarily short. another thing is that they seem to NOT be listening to the players at ALL. this game is SO money hungry for a million dollar game. wouldn’t recommend 👎

Large amounts of dialogue that give obnoxiously small amounts of in game currency for purchasing more characters — not to mention, no skip button for the lengthy, days straight worth of dialogue!

Okay so sandrone’s design was completely ruined. Shortening her skirt to that short FOR WHAT PURPOSE??? Saying long skirts are hard to animate is not a good excuse because we’ve got characters like Barbara with long skirts just fine. Also basically starving us for primogems. There are new characters being released basically every patch, and we don’t have enough f2p pulls to get all of them. If Sneznhia (I can’t spell it) is anything like right now I’m genuinely quitting. Also no one likes milestrea wonderland, so actually listen to your community instead of pumping out things for the mannequins that NO ONE WILL EVER TOUCH.

This games used to be fun a few years ago however now it just feels like a chore to play like you legitimately cannot sit here and convince me the devs care about their players or the game at all, almost all the kit’s are boring say for a few, if you want to finish endgame content better pray your character can do well without their best in-slots or open your wallets and drop 100-500$ just so the character can work properly, every single interaction can drag on and on without a skip button for hours, can only farm materials certain days of the week, and dont get me started on the thing you need to use to get said materials only give you one of it every 8 minutes when it makes you spend 20 or 40 of it each use and you wont even get enough to level a character to 90 unless you spend weeks playing.

Since I’ve switched to f2p, I’ve been realising how hard it is to actually get primos for characters. This game will come out with a character, but said characters are only good if you wish/buy for more characters. I would say this game used to be good, but they haven’t listened to its community since its release. They’ve trained us to expect less, while prodding us to buy more/ to waste our lives more; just to get practically nothing. This game is not rewarding our efforts. It’s rewarding our stupidity with even more stupidity. I would much rather be homeless again (have been for a week) than be taken advantage of from this game again.

Вы ленитесь и не выполняете свою работу и как следует, гемплей и дизайн Сандроне и Колумбины просто ужасен, Вы просто ужасное начальство для такой игры которая имела такой потенциал. Кнопки скипа нету. Начинайте слушать своих игроков и по поводу астрального предела. Делайте его добровольным к скачиванию.

60 pulls a patch is abysmal and downright predatory. Give more pulls, increase resin cap and/or make an excess resin feature like EVERY other gatcha game out there. More people are leaving the game then ever before because of the developer’s greed. And they CAN be nicer to their players, because their other two games aren’t NEARLY as greedy, and they make LESS than this game. Do better.

63 pulls for a patch with 2 limited characters is greedy, with both being highly anticipated characters, this ratting will change to 5 stars once HoYo starts giving us players 80 pulls per patch with one new character, and at least 100 per patch with 2 new characters.

Genshin is known for being a good story though as of recent. Although they claim they don't care about money. Such bs. What I did want to talk about is how bad the story is becoming ( spoiler warning for 6.6 ) I had high hopes since how you could mess up??? Dottore and burned irminsul genuinely how. Genshin always disappoints. Not only did the pacing slow down in the middle horrendously. The main exciting part is like 10 minutes of the 9-10 hour quest because cyno wants to make funny jokes while the stakes are so high. If ur gonna have a bad story Atleast add a skip button. Btw they act like nothing happened afterward it pmo so bad. I have a million unanswered questions too. Like irminsul was in the middle of a rainforest why didn't it cause such a worst disaster??? There's a word limit here so I can't say more

This game is greedy, racist and is just straight up fan service for discord mods. This game actually used to be good when it was controlled and monitored by MiHoYo before being given to Hoyoverse.

With every patch it feels older characters are becoming obsolete. If you don’t have meta you can’t do a lot of other stuff people with meta can, characters like ganyu that used to be seen as the strongest in game are now borderline useless. The map is expanding but f2p players are getting barely any primogems from the quests and chests, and with how many new limited five stars are coming out and the less primogems f2p players get the game is getting progressively harder and basically forcing your hand to get the new meta characters and spend money to get them. It’s becoming insufferable.

I played genshin during 1.6 and quit during Sumeru. I came back around February or March of this year and the game is completely unenjoyable and unwelcoming towards new or returning players. I feel like I’d have to play for years on end just to get anywhere in general. lunar reactions, hundreds of new quests that im not anywhere close to finishing, only 60 pulls per patch, etc etc. it’s super discouraging and frustrating to do anything in this game, especially with what little time they give us until the next patch where they add even more useless things to the game. what even is miliastra wonderland? its just a big cash grab, they don’t care about this game not its players anymore. they just want your money.

No words can express my hatred for you and your trashy game. Including your depressing rewards and ugly goonerbait design. Bad storytelling. Rewriting amazing characters. Same old power of friendship that gets repeated but I’m not angry at the other ones. The natlan and nod-krai ones specifically. They genuinely were the most piece of trash quests ever made heck even event quests are better. Why are you managing your game poorly? Why are you pushing away your players? I have played since 4.2 and it was my first experience with a gacha game. Genshin offers tons of new experiences for newbie gacha gamers and I recommend it for those who are just starting gacha, but I soon realized that the game can’t sustain itself much longer. The game slowly shows its flaws and when you experience it for a longer time, the more you feel bored and want to quit. Hoyoverse’s focus right now: The devs are really known for ignoring their own player base and while it does seem like overreacting, it’s true. Right now, Miliastra Wonderland, which is not popular, is getting more quality of life updates than the game itself. Sure recent character designs improved, but features players have been asking for years such as more rewards and a skip button have been ignored. Even with its free standard characters, they don’t seem as special as free limited 5 stars that other games currently experienced. The decline in primogems for f2p, the increase in only one premium support for a character, and character locked bosses: I have been especially annoyed that all these flaws are occurring at the same time. Imagine this, you pulled for your favorite character Flins, but in order for him to keep up, he must have Ineffa, another 5 stars, but there is Columbina, which is used for almost every lunar reaction team and you need that for your Nefer team. But then, there is a boss in spiral abyss that is specifically tailored for lunar crystallized only and now you can’t get your rewards now. See what I mean? This issue is most likely going to be prevalent in the new Snezhnaya reactions and I don’t like that, especially since our primogem rate per patch is going down. Character Design: I feel that fanservice is getting too out of hand in characters like Sandrone. Showing more skin isn’t necessary to get more of the player base. This can be seen with Arlecchino and Furina. At first it was Varesa, whose skirt was so short, but I let it slide because there are other worse fanservice out there. But doing it again especially with a character not known for fanservice kind of ruins their reputation. Overall, it’s only good while it lasts.

You can like this game for one of two reasons: 1) you like the art style/anime, 2) you are addicted to the dopamine you get in Gacha games, often from spending real-world money. I have a few 5-star characters but quit a year ago, because they will ALWAYS keep bringing additional characters and locations, which, at their heart, feel like soulless recycling. Go play The Witcher 3 or RDR2 instead of this money-hungry recycled bs.

I USED TO love playing this game all the time, it was my absolute favorite and I was so glad that I had gotten Mavuika when her banner had run. But currently, after that Natlan release and onward, Hoyo has been giving us NO PRIMOS I mean in one patch you can’t even get a higher chance to getting a 5 star let alone a guaranteed one, and even if it’s guaranteed to be a 5 star, you could still lose the 50/50 and not get the limited character. This game has plummeted greatly by the greed of Hoyo for more and more money and for the lack of any tiny bit of care for their players. They don’t care at all if their players are upset, if F2Ps can’t get the character they want, it’s only if they are losing money. In 2026, this game is not worth it to play, there are so many better gatcha games that actually CARE about their players, I mean even the Hoyo sister game Honkai Star Rail cares more about their players than Genshin does. So don’t play this game, trust me you’ll be happier that way.

I used to love this game, but it has slowly become increasingly mediocre in terms of story, characters, and rewards. To get through the game's content, you have to invest an excessive amount of time or spend money, making it unenjoyable for casual players. There is no "skip" button—something absolutely necessary at this stage of the story, where individual missions can last up to three hours—which makes it impossible to create a new account and enjoy the content. I also don't understand the lack of originality in the gameplay and character design, especially considering you are a multi-million dollar company; the female characters are heavily sexualized and always rely on the basic "tsundere" archetype. I hope the community opens its eyes and uninstalls the game so we get what we deserve, as this game holds—and continues to hold—great memories for many (myself included), and I hope this message reaches you.

The amount of dialogue is friggin exhausting. You cannot skip them, so be prepared to sit through long forced interactions….where you can’t even walk away from the screen because the dialogue requires an MC response. This is the single biggest flaw of this game…. it’s a time sink. I tried returning to the game after a year hiatus and nope….the scenes got longer. It’s extremely frustrating. In the Welkin Moon Act 3, you are forced to sit through 35 minutes of pointless dialogue (I timed it), moving your character inch by inch. Not your pretty cut scenes, it’s a 3 part dialogue-only, pointless snorefest. Oh and if you leave, you are forced to start the whole thing over again.

I admittedly enjoy Genshin Impact a lot, and I have been playing it since the release. The game file is already HUGE, so adding miliastra wonderland just makes things worse. Please have it be a separate application. Additionally, there are many people who do not even partake in what miliastra wonderland has to offer, myself included. Please have some consideration for loyal players of this game! Thank you. Also, I am not at all pleased with Sandrone’s new design!

Been playing since release and they deleted my whole account because I didn’t put a birthdate above 12 years even though this was a while ago, it’s so messed up for changing it suddenly. They also change the characters for having short skirts instead of having nice detailed long dresses. Overall, the game does or did have amazing story to it but still prefer The Legend of Zelda.

genshins rewards nowadays and ever since release havent been the best, like, ever. barely any primos per patch for f2p players, which basically forces you to spend money on the game, which is unnessacary and unethical, ESPECIALLY for a billion dollar company that can very much afford to reward its players generously every now and then. ive been playing on two different accounts ever since middle of inazuma (around 2.4-2.6) and now im attached, but for anybody looking for a game to play similar to genshin, just get zelda botw. its practically the same thing but without all the flaws genshin has

Genshin is one of my favorite games. The exploration is relaxing, the lore is interesting and the combat is fun. HOWEVER, despite it being my comfort game, there are a lot of issues with Genshin. 1:locking reactions behind 5 star characters Like so coincidentally, all the 4 stars of nodkrai have visions and can’t unlock lunar reactions!? Especially when half the bosses are shill to lunar reactions making them impossible to beat without certain characters. I wasn’t able to complete a WORLD QUEST because I couldn’t beat lunar shill enemies. And I literally have columbina(character who unlocks lunar reactions) 2: powercreep Which leads me to the powercreep. I can’t get pass spiral lvl 10 no matter what team I use. Also the new characters are very inflexible. Lunar reaction supports need lunar reaction dps and vice versa which leaves you with like 2 teams and few f2p options. Especially with hexarei buffs. It was good for the older characters since it made them usuable again but now the new hexarei characters are hard to use without 5 star hexarei characters. Like if u get this one chara you need to get another character to deal damage. 3: low rewards This patch we got 60 pulls. Which sounds like a lot but a lot of people can’t fully complete all the endgame modes cutting like 10 pulls and log everyday which cuts another 10 pulls. Leaving u with around 40 pulls while TWO NEW LIMITED characters are running. Plus we don’t even get f2p options for their weapons since we got an EVENT SKIN INSTEAD. And hoyos other games are getting free 5 stars and 20 pulls just for logging in. Like we need to lock in hoyo

I am in love with genshin, and always will be. This game has to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. But the lack of in game resources for free to play players is insane. The game demands for grinding hours that not everybody has. And yes, we’ve seen the leaks of 120 pulls next patch. That’s great- But putting two new limited characters in a patch with 60 pulls that doesn’t even reach soft pity is…insane to me. I get companies wanna make money, but this level is insane. Not everybody can spend $100 on a whim for a character.

So, my main problem was the amount of pulls f2p players were getting, and still, that is my main complaint. So low pulls, and they’re releasing a new character every banner, it’s unfair. I can’t get a single guaranteed character with the amount of pulls they’re giving out. Not one. Like come on bro. Seriously? And now, I saw Sandrone’s design and I’m proud to say I’m incredibly disappointed. What happened man? This is not Sandrone. I never planned to get her, but with this new design I know for sure.

I’m unsatisfied with the paying game, they ask for tax for no reason when you but Genesis crystals while other games don’t, very expensive things and not many Genesis crystals for the money you pay, example the character outfits if you for some reason wanted to buy Diluc outfit you would have to waste 40 dollars, you upgrade faster playing free than paying, if you want to just explore and fight the fact you have to hear everything the npc say sometimes half a hour, you literally could take a nap but sometimes the game stops because you have to choice a answer it won’t affect the result, and sometimes you don’t want to do something the game forces you anyway to do it, if you want to ask for your money back your account will face ban so you will have to buy back to not be banned so it won’t work, doesn’t give the choice to just like take off the things you wasted it on as in other games but instead gives you negative Crystals which again as I say leads to ban and you have to talk with the staff directly, NEVER waste your money, is the worst thing of the game in my opinion, I would ask for those who just want to explore a completely skip button and invest in your game correctly instead of IA 😡

To keep it short, I just spent an entire YEAR saving up primogems for Mavuika C1 and I didn’t even get her. Not to mention the myriads of other items that you have to spend weeks on end to get for upgrades and ascensions. They just want you to spend money on wishes for characters that are NEVER guaranteed. If you don’t have money to throw away at a game, don’t play this one.

Don’t play this, go play WuWa. This genuinely a terrible game that’s really just a ripoff of a lot of things. The devs really don’t care about their game anymore, and I’m skeptical they ever did.

я уже на протяжении 4 лет играю в геншин, потеряла свой старый аккаунт, завела новый, уже почти 60 ранг на нем. но контента почти не осталось:карта почти вся зачищена, задания легенд пройдены, сюжет тоже. гемы буквально не от куда брать. в ивентах их мало дают. и поэтому спасает лишь донат, чтобы выкрутить себе персонажа, потому что 40-60 круток за патч маловато. очень мало.🥲поэтому спасает лишь донат. сюжет интересный, лор, персонажи интересны, но вот примогемов не хватает очень сильно. я уж молчу про кнопку скипа, которого тоже порой не хватает.

Hello, I've been a player of Genshin Impact since 2022, first introduced during 2021, it instantly caught my eye due to the graphics and amazing storyline at the time. The details of each character and how much work they put in to every aspect made me play it almost daily. Although I'm still a minor, i was playing as a child, some characters that i owned, for example, Kuki, had always looked a little bit sexualized. I didnt pay much mind to it and just decided to not play those characters. I remember being such a big fan, to the point of dressing up as Qiqi one Halloween year. I'll be honest though, 5 years after being immersed into this game, I'm wishing to go back and forget about it now. The game has dragged on way too long, ruining the nostalgic feeling, especially with the addition to Mondstat. Just a week ago, i hopped back on to see what stuff was on, only to find more main quests waiting for me. I remember attempting to sit through the long, tiring, and boring problem-solution storyline that happens every year. The first five main quests, Mondstat, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, and lastly Fontaine, were fine. Sumeru almost became a downfall, but Fontaine quickly helped the game become popular once more. When Natlan came out, people were... Bored. Some streamers will say "oh, look at the new characters with their abilities lasting longer in Natlan", and then only a couple of five star male characters ever came out in Natlan. It was disappointing. Not long after, a new update, yayyy.... The ability to play with other players, like a blooket version in Genshin. This was when i realized just how much the developers didn't care about the actual story. The gameplay was starting to become boring, people only wanting to flex off new characters just because they have the money. I've been F2P since the beginning, and now, it's so hard to even save up. Since the update of Durin, I've wanted him, but so many other characters, all female, overshadowed him quickly. They barely give you enough primogems to pull for anything, making it hard to stand the fact that all the developers want is your money. It was such a lifechanging game at first, but now... It's a laughing matter at this point. Especially with the Sandrone incident. They rely on creepy fans to pay more money on the game than on rent. Its pretty pathetic. Either way, i won't be able to convince everyone to stop playing. If you like it, good for you. If you don't, stop playing. For new players, i wish you luck in finding something to like. For old players,I'm sorry if you feel compelled to keep playing each update. If you got this far, I'm shocked. But also... Have a nice day, and try not to spend $100 on this game, if you want a game thats like this but better, i recommend wuthering waves or maybe honkai: star rail, despite hsr being turn-based, it is pretty rewarding unlike other games.

Played for around five years, but I can’t feel but burnt out. Now that I’m becoming an adult and getting a job and my life situation now, I can’t help but now see all the complaints more visibly. I’ve been quiet and haven’t written a SINGLE review on Genshin this entire time! Or on any other MiHyO game. However less rewards and, and ways to farm primos are now taking the life out of me. I’ve also noticed that the characters I have had for a while now, aren’t as strong as they used to be, and that the newer characters I have are doing more damage than older ones. Characters like Raiden, venti, Malvika, Ayaka, Cyno and plenty more feel weaker. I’m not gonna complain about Sandrone’s skirt, since my mother also plays Genshin and became a Sandrone fan, she saw no issue with it, thought it was cute. She can see it’s pointed out towards fan service, but she doesn’t view it that way from her perspective. So I’ll let that slide. But I do hope for more game development, more rewards, seems very tight now all of a sudden. Just logging in for dailies and logging back off ain’t cutting it like it used to back then. Should bring back some old events from back then.

Honestly, I used to enjoy playing, but since the drop of Natlan the game became boring and disgusting. It only focuses on female characters and pleasuring the male players. Like, wth you mean Columbina AND Sandrone aren’t these scary and evil fatui members, and they’re just some waifus? They ruined their whole character and designs. Giving both of them short ahh skirts where you can see their damn underwear, and they also REMOVED PULONIA? Like wth? Awful game.

So I’m a F2P player and I have to ask. WHY do we have to go through hell to get 60 primos?? Not to mention that you can only get 60 pulls per patch, that’s not even enough to pull a 50/50. In general the Fatui Harbingers seem somewhat lazy and not as enjoyable. Nod-Krai also seems incredibly rushed and it’s not even funny. Sandrone NEEDS a longer skirt and ADD A SKIP BUTTON!!!

Genshin has a horrible habit of making characters nearly required and then giving you no ability to get them for free! I physically can’t pay you Hoyoverse, there’s no point in torturing me.

Story mode is ruining the game for me. HSR and ZZZ now allow skipping dialog scenes. Most games do. Genshin writers need to get over themselves and allow players to skip their boring and tedious stories. I’m not spending any money on Hoyo games until Genshin adds a skip dialog button. Update: another update, and story mode is now more time-consuming, and you now have to wait for save points in the story in order to exit without having to repeat parts of the story! Also, the writers are so desperate to get players to like their content, they’ve now increased the awards for stories. IT WILL NOT WORK. YOUR STORIES ARE STILL BORING. JUST LET US SKIP THE DIALOGS.

i've been playing this game since release and i'm disappointed with how hoyoverse has gone about these newer patches. the amount of 5 stars that need insane investment by pulling their dedicated 5 star support is ridiculous with the amount of pulls for patch you give us. you cannot release this many new characters that you NEED to have to make another character function while also giving us zero funds to pull them. it's genuinely ridiculous. you guys have made a lot of great adjustments to your game to better support newer and f2p players, so i don't know why you've fallen short here. there should be more ways to obtain primogems, because right now it isn't enough.

I lost my 50/50 to mona so I proceeded to annihilate my family members in a fit of rage fix ur game or delete it off this app store asap.

I started playing back in one of the 1st versions of the game, it was fun and it wasn’t very difficult to get things like gems and characters. Since then the game has gotten worse. It is now impossible to get gems if you have all exploration done. Quests now take hours or even days to complete, people with an actual life don’t have that much time during their week to waste their time on a quest they probably won’t even finish in their free time. There also isn’t even a skip button to skip over dialogue people could care less about. Now a concerning topic is racism/whitewashing, areas are based on certain areas in real life, like Nathan is supposed to be Mesoamerica. Now you would expect the characters from those areas to be somewhat tan because mesoamericans were tan. Next, the sexualization, barely any female character either don’t have pants or don’t have a full skirt that reaches past the knees, only Jean and Arlecchino have pants, if some characters are warriors they should look like it, I’m never gonna guess if Denya is a warrior then make her look like it. They aren’t, they are either pale white or a grey brown color, these characters don’t represent where they are from and at this point it’s just racism and whitewashing. Now another thing is teams, teams used to be easy to make, 5 star characters had good teams even with a bunch of 4 star characters but now almost every newer 5 star character has to have a full 5 star team of certain characters or they will suck. A certain type of reaction aka lunar reaction needs 5 star characters to make the reaction or you just can’t make the reaction. The cost of said 5 star character can vary up to 300 dollars just for one 5 star, that’s probably without mentioning losing the 50/50 which will most likely cost even more money. The pity system also is terrible, needing 90 wishes just for one character unless you somehow get early pity is ridiculous, it would not take that much to get one character. The whole 4 star system is weird too, people will spend 100’s of dollars just to get one of 4 stars, there should be a constellation exchange system to make it better. Hoyoverse, please listen to the majority of your fan base and make these changes, these changes will most likely make the game better and the old fans might even start playing it again.
