Please cancel my account. I do not use it and I got a new credit card and did not sign up for the service.

The app’s UI showed “free trial enabled” and “you pay $0.00 today” but my Chase card still got charged the $9.99. Maybe I already had a free trial in the past? Regardless, this UI is misleading and should be fixed. I hope I get a refund…

This app was incredibly messy and overwhelming to use. I cancelled the app within the trial period as it wasn’t what I needed. There was no prior warning of subscription starting, as mentioned so I assumed it was cancelled correctly. Was charged anyway.

I’m confused about all the great reviews bc this app didn’t remove anything but a few pictures. All my messages & emails are STILL there. I’m pretty sure it’s not a user error bc I followed the directions but got little to no results.

Horrible app!! Glitching, shutting down and not responsive to anything. This is a joke!! How can you charge money for this??

App is constant crashing

This is genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used! It crashes 24/7 which makes it literally impossible to use. If I could give this half a star, I would!

I was really enjoying using this app until I went to empty the “recently deleted” tab on my phone and found over 2000 photos deleted that I did NOT delete through the cleanup app. Not sure how they got in there but I’m going to spend more time recovering them all than I saved using this app to delete photos I didn’t want. Use with caution.

Every time I would open the app to go ahead and actually delete the pictures the apple freeze and clothes on and I’ll just keep me in the loop and I will never delete anything by time past from the free trial and they charged me the monthly fee and I’m still fighting two months later on deleting things from my phone. I wouldn’t recommend this afternoon.

After the first time you make the storage thing get rid of your stuff you have to pay $9.99 for no reason I do not recommend this app delete it manually. What do you mean by delete it? I’m talking about the duplicate photos and unwanted text and spam your better off not downloading this app avoid it all cost and probably sue the company who made this Cash grab

I haven’t been able to use this app since the first week I got it. I put in so many hours selecting which photos to delete and now it won’t even open for more than 10 seconds, seems the only way for it possibly to work again is to delete the app and re install in which I would loose all the hours of work I put into it. I emailed the company and no response yet they of course have charged me 3 times now for an app that doesn’t work

I downloaded this and it says it’s free. But it is not.

FYI. Quick review and suggestions for what could be deleted- I was excited because it looks like I will be able to clean up my phone but then the app constantly times out/kicks me out of the app every 10 seconds. Decided to cancel the free trial as I do not want my precious photos to be accidentally compressed or deleted during a timeout. Please fix these issues and I may be back. Thanks!

I just canceled my subscription not because it doesn’t work, it does. I just refuse to pay for something when the developers publish an ad saying it for what “Old People mistakes” in this day and age with respect for all, this advertising is OFFENSIVE!!!!!

Let me start of by saying that this doesn’t free up space, false advertisement bs. It’s a waste of time and money, you can’t cancel the subscription on the app. Do it through settings. It’s a money and time waster, don’t do it. Idk how people free up space with this app. I’m sure these five star reviews are fake. I’m strongly opinionated. Sorry if this was much, have an amazing day. Make use of your precious time on earth. :)

The ads you see are nothing like the app… the whole swiping to delete/save doesn’t exist. It costs money to use, and very hard to cancel subscription. It didn’t delete any of my photos after I spent hours on the app! If you need to save storage just go through your photos yourself. This app is nothing but a scam.

It doesn’t even let me delete all the vids and pics I want I really want to have enough storage

I paid the whatever $10 to have this app and I've had it for nearly 2 weeks now and I'll try to leave it open so we can I guess fully loading all my photos into its software and within like five seconds of having this app open it always crashes and then whenever I do seem to be able to try and delete apps if I press the delete button in the app crashes and just takes me back to my home screen. For the amount of money that is required for this mind you were being billed weekly. This app should not be this bad on top of all that the duplicates of anything are inaccurate as well for the storage that's actually being taken up. I have 50 GB of storage of photos used on my phone and it says that it's like 80 for just videos which is clearly not true.

This could’ve been a great help to reduce storage space, but the app would automatically shut down after 30 seconds. It took 10 tries just to delete similar screenshot photos because the app kept closing on me in the middle of using it. I cancelled the “free trial” less than 15 minutes after I started it because it is not worth the “cost.”

They are all scamming people building app that doesn’t work - they counting on the download - stupid azz app - same here just gonna use the 7 days trial - it deleted a lot of photos and videos which I wanted to delete anyway but it didn’t make storage space - not worth the download all these people are crooks - lying and scamming people.

I had to not do anything only because it kept on saying remove from all devices and I cannot do that because then I would get in trouble so yeah I wouldn’t recommend this and it kept on giving me like subscriptions and I did not wanna pay that money so there

iPhone 17 pro max. This app won’t stay open for more than slot 90 seconds before closing. It returns to the spot where i was every time, but it’s incredibly frustrating. For a paid subscription app (which, why are we SUBSCRIBING to an app that we’ll use one time??) one would expect a better product.

This app crashes with every use. I’m cancelling my subscription. I recommend you don’t waste your money like I did.

This app collapse hundreds of times while I was trying to clean up space. And the subscription fee they put $9.99 per week ridiculous for quality of app this is to do what’s it’s suppose to!

The ad keeps locking down the game

The app worked well for a day, but stopped working after a day. I deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple of times, but it never worked after the first day. Whenever I tried to delete a picture, it would freeze and wouldn’t delete the pic.

Signed up for the free week trial. App couldn't do what I was trying to do for photo duplicates. immediately cancel and yet the app still charging after the fact for subscriptions. Beware.

I’ve used this app once did not work as expected, I’ve cancelled many times and I kept getting charged and when I realized I was being charged without using the service, I asked for a refund which they denied, they make it difficult to cancel the membership, I cancelled and then got charged that happened like 4 times didn’t do its job and basically they just took my money, if I could rate this as a 0 I would but I can’t, so be careful with this application

What is silly is this add to your storage it is an app. When you can get a flash drive remove from device either put in computer or external storage or just keep in the flash drive . And no monthly charge .
