With only one way to verify it was very nearly impossible to verify my email with you due to my godaddy email security (they quarantine even their own security codes). Just provide an alternative option. Please.

BAD!!! VERY BAD!!! IF I’M RSVP’ING TO A BUNCH OF EVENTS IN MY COMMUNITIES, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO EASILY HAVE A FRIENDLY BUTTON THAT ALLOWS ME TO ADD TO WHATEVER CALENDAR I DESIRE!!! AND DON’T TELL ME TO DOWNLOAD AND IMPORT ICS FILES; THAT IS SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!! ONE STAR!!!

I signed up with one email and would like to merge a different Circle platform with my current Circle platforms and am unable to. This has been extremely frustrating.

I can’t even contact support because I get an error msg. I’ve had to delete and reload the app twice now. I’m so frustrated!

The app doesn’t have admin tools. We were thinking of switching to Cirlce.so from Mighty Networks, but without admin tools in your Circle.so app That’s the dealbreaker. Mighty Networks app beats Circle .so for content creation via their app.

The app isn’t working again

I’m relatively new to this app (have to use it for work) and I’d just like to say no matter what I do, notifications (in app or push) are not consistently coming through. I’ve tried to figure out which toggle setting is “on” and which is “off” (because it’s not intuitive and so far I haven’t stumbled on a page that explains it, as far as I can tell there isn’t a help section or a how to use the app section within the app either.) No matter which way I slide the toggle, notifications do not consistently show up. I’ve missed messages, posts, replies to posts because of this. So, I’ll ask the creators of this app politely to please share a link to a web page that explains how to set up the app. I’m NOT going to go to a “community” and ask other users how to do everything to get the app to work, btw. If you make an app, you should support it. So, if that support page exists, please point me to it. If it helps get your app to work consistently, then I will amend my review and rating.

I just wanted to put out there that you can put all the time and money that you want into this program and earn and earn and earn by working your butt off. Although, at the end of working your butt off and earning these programs, you will not to get to keep a thing. They have a generic response that is basically sorry, you’re out of luck. This is not the way we do it. So after all of this time, I would’ve been better off purchasing the programs if I wanted to move forward with them. So so so disappointed. I had all the faith in the world in Carissa and her program.

Seems like this is meant just for uploading iPhone photos.

No way to reach support

The button is so small it will drive u crazy. There is a way to cancel but if it goes through their customer care won’t help you get a refund.

Efx is nothing but a scam they’ve lost over $50,000 of my money. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for over six months no response and always an when I did. I’ve asked them to delete my subscription yet. They charged me again! Total BS and there should be a lawsuit against them. Anybody wanna join me?

have been using Circle for a few months now and it was doing good, until it wasn’t. Started having screen rendering issues (content displayed in the side panel as opposed to the main view panel) and haven’t been able to fix the issue and haven’t found a way to get support. No phone support (I’m actually OK with that), no real online support, Admin doesn’t know why its happening. Maybe they’ll see this and reach out. Would love to post a better rating and review but not possible at this time.

Circle needs to remember where the viewer was when a video is stopped. It is way more than annoying to have to log timestamps. Cmon guys how hard can this be!

BoldFit is scamming everyone

Circle’s mobile video experience is incredibly inconsistent. Videos often won’t load or play on phones, even with good internet. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t — with no rhyme or reason. Very frustrating for a video-driven platform.

It's glitchy, scrolling through too much makes the app glitch, pretty bad. Developers should collapse previous messages. This, and "read selected text" feature. Many of us drive, like myself and this needs to be implemented. I miss many many posts because I can't divide my attention. Please fix these you guys. Please.

Awful app, and here’s one clear example. After every training lesson, 1:00 to 8:00 long, usually, you have to stop the car to press the play button to get to the next lesson. NO way around it. Ridiculous. #fail

I would enjoy this app a lot more if I could use it on my big screen computer. It’s torture to use on a cell phone screen

Never stays open for more than a minute. Has serious glitches.

Great app and well-designed. But the controls are not properly labeled for accessibility. I use VoiceOver (which is a screen reader built into all Apple devices) to access Circle since I am blind. As an example, the tabs at the bottom are labeled house, plus, bell. They should say home, add post, notifications. When creating a post, the publish icon is labeled chevron. It is impossible for a blind person to understand what the buttons are if the developer does not put appropriate alt text on all images, including button and link icons, in the code. This would be a very simple fix that would raise my rating from 2 to 5 stars. I actually dropped it from 3 to 2 stars because I've been a member of a Circle support group for over a year and have made the developer aware, but they have chosen not to incorporate these VERY SIMPLE fixes in several app updates they have released. I have some firsthand familiarity with coding, so I can confidently say there is no reason for this to not be addressed.

Every single time our group has live streams we have tech issues. We have to repeatedly exit and enter the room because the sound goes out when someone starts speaking, or we need to join another device at the same time to speak. Or the chat stops working. This has been happening repeatedly for months - both mobile and desktop, Chrome and Safari. So much that it takes away from our group coaching experiences. I've ended up advising people not to use Circle because of that, or advise them not to use their streaming — use Zoom instead and post the replays. I don't like being critical but I've tried to resolve it many times but it doesn't work and is negatively impacting my experience as a paid user.

App won’t load after update. Complete blank page with error message

I wish the platform was easier to use and get information without having to scroll to last year to find information. But I am not technically savvy. Do you have a training course on how to use this app efficiently because I cannot find anything that I need or want. Thank you.

Trying to activate the app but it’s not sending the verification code to my email. A friend is experiencing the same problem. Please fix.

There is an option for add event only but it will not add the event to my calendar unless I give full access. That is a privacy issue. Please fix.

This app keeps saying I have e invalid credentials when I don’t. It also keeps saying I don’t have access to things I should have. I can’t even log in now because it fails and then is stuck on a broken screen.

All instructions online for how to leave spaces on mobile app are incorrect

The app is awkward, confusing, cluttered, disorganized, inefficient, and inelegant. Communication is a struggle. It is definitely not a good learning environment. Mimeographed lessons, school notebooks and number 2 pencils would even be more conducive to learning and communication!

I just got this app, and I’m loving it already. I abandoned social media back in 2017 because it had become so toxic, but it’s nice to have a place to connect with this community in good faith to talk about ideas in a meaningful, civilized manner. Now I just have to beware that I don’t become addicted!

I use this app often, and it works well for me.

The Circle allows us to stay in touch with what is happening with our chosen craft, and those involved with our craft. It’s a learning, sharing, collaborative environment that encourages others to step out of comfortable into the necessities of discomfort in order to grow! I’m so grateful for this community.

I’ve been using Circle for several years now in my prior work as a public official and now as a private sector executive participating in national cohort-based programs and impact accelerators. The platform makes it easy for me to engage with peers across the U.S. and to remain current on various happenings. To date I’ve only used the phone app and web browser site on my Mac. But, today I learned about the desktop app! Downloading that now.
