Crazy amount of commercials. Absolutely way too much. Many times when I login they make me watch one, then you want to move ahead or back to where you were, and they’ll just make you another two minutes. Also no way to look sports matches afterwards without them given the score away. UGH.

I STILL HAVE ADDS AFTER I UPGRADED TO PREMIUM. I CANCELED AND RESTARTED AGAIN AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I GOT NO ANSWER. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Going to rate it 1 star everyday or time I can until they can fix this pos app, restarts my movies everytime I exit out of the app and go in later to watch it at a different time and have 180 seconds of ads

I canceled my service. I was still charged and have been waiting so long for responses since the only way to contact support is through a different app. Need to work on relating to customer and supporting them in new and different ways.

This app is garbage. You and the team have a lot of work to do to become a Netflix. It’s truly awful. Cancelling again. Maybe in a few years you’ll figure it out.

Apple bundle won’t work

Plays 3 full minutes of ads before and just EXED OUT of the movie automatically forcing me to watch them all over again. On top of that makes it unbearable to watch game shows and or regular shows

If I can’t finish an episode, sometimes it will play from the beginning, even though I hit resume and then when I go to fast forward to where I am, I have to double up on commercials, even though I wasn’t in the middle of a commercial and it restarted without me trying

My show keeps playing in a faster speed and I didn’t ask it to do that.

It is consistently starting the episodes I am on from the beginning forcing me to watch all the ads trying to get back to the spot I was already at in the episode. It’s ridiculous. This is the first time I’ve actually given a rating to pretty much anything and it has to be negative because of that.

Peacock always freezes and throws you out of streaming it’s really annoying

Love the shows offered but the adds are just too long and when i start watching something and answer a text then click back into my show then its 2 long ads in a row

I understand having ads, but it keeps restarting the episodes and I have to watch 6 ads to get back to my spot. Almost not worth it.

If you pay the lowest subscription you still get some ads. That’s okay. However, what’s not fine is when I use the rewind 10 sec feature it resets me to the start of the episode and forces me to watch more ads. It has repeatedly brought me back to the start of the episode and when I move the bar back to where I’m at it starts an ad. One time it played an ad after it forcefully restarted me then made me watch another just so I can go back to my spot. I only wanted to watch Live Island so I could understand my co-workers and now I don’t understand Love Island and I’ve seen way to many Ariana Grande Crystal ads. :’)

I can’t see on my tv

I got 6 adds ina row!!! All atleast 30 second, the time would go down to 15 then a new ad would start and it would go back up to 60sec. Not okay , making me want cancel my subscription.

Awful interface, constantly asking for email or if using right account, obnoxious with ads when pausing. Terrible experience all around

The app is so dumb can’t sign in and when I do they ask me to pick a bundle…I already did and I also already paid another bundle on accident …now they want me to pay for a 3rd on with the same email and creat a new account with the same email address??? does not make since I wish they would just fix the app …..I am so angry

Peacock is biased against English speakers. They refuse to air the World Cup in English. And, they make you pay for this racism.

You should be able to watch Peacock Originals with just a normal subscription!! That is very stupid you have to pay extra and still have to deal with ads ! This company is made my extra chromosome mfs who clearly don’t have anything better to do in their sorry, miserable life’s !!

Honestly it’s awful. There are more adds on Peacock than free movie/tv show streaming services.

Very upset with not being able to talk to customers server

Peacock now makes you upgrade to premium to enjoy series but recently the airplay is terrible. I’m casting or at least trying to cast series to my tv via my phone or iPad, the same commercial ads will literally loop OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I literally have to exit AirPlay, force close the app, reopen it, let the video start on my phone or iPad and then try to cast it only when the actual show is back on. And no this isn’t when the shows are live. It’s truly frustrating to be paying more money for an app in exchange for poor quality

this app is okay quality when it comes to loading up shows and watching tv. almost every single time i go to resume an episode and it’s about 1/2 through peacock will just glitch and restart the episode. i got so annoyed with this issue and having ads that i UPGRADED to premium just to not watch ads when im just trying to find my place in a episode :/ in 2026 we shouldn’t be having these types of bugs and issues on a streaming service. genuinely ridiculous

It’s 2026, why is Peacock using adaptive bitrate streaming? Give us the ability to adjust our video quality and let us handle the rest. I am constantly dealing with poor resolution due to this. It makes no sense as I dont have image quality issues in other apps.

I keep getting a playback error on all of my devices. I have logged out of everything and logged back in & it’s still not working.

Love the selections and variety but please for the love of god keep track of where I am on my shows :,) whether I watch on my tv or phone, i should not have to continuously guess where my spot is!

No option to not watch commercials that interrupt the flow of the show. Also, not a huge amount of content.

This is such a great streaming platform that has so many of my favorites but it’s raising its prices like once a year now and locking everything unless you upgrade and honestly that’s just crooked. I’m going to upgrade because I want to keep watching my favorites but it’s absolutely messed up that you have to keep upgrading to watch and you still have to sit through ads.

I love Peacock. Please don’t go up on your subscription. I love watching Days of Our Lives, with out being interrupted. Also, all the other movies, TV programs, along with everything else.

Honestly I was surprised by the Quality that peacock has, I bought the 19 dollar membership for the World Cup, and honestly it’s a pretty round app, my family is Mexican and I find a lot of option for them as well. I highly recommend trying out the membership.

This show was actually funny back then. And the whole cast was talented. Some just were better than others. But for the most part you can’t go wrong with this show during this season.

the ads every 10 minutes is annoying, can’t even watch a show and enjoy it for that reason.

I would never had picked up a streaming service had NBC not taken Days of Our Lives off the air and put it on Peacock. I already pay $200 a month for cable. Now, have to pay extra to continue watching the soap opera that I love and have been watching for 50 years!!! Oh, I also now have to endure watching commercials, which I could at least forward fast through previously. So, I’m thrilled that I can at least still watch my favorite show but, thanks for nothing!

Everything is amazing but this, but the one feature it’s missing is a speed change. With some very long shows like Love Island, 1.5 or 2.0x speed is definitely needed. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to spend the entire duration watching the shows. Developers, please fix this!
