When you change due date. Be sure to confirm that they don’t turn off your auto pay. Once payment is missed they will send notification of you. That if you pay immediately they won’t report to credit bureau. False. I paid, they explained that the auto pay turns off after you change the due date. Two days later I’m notified that they reported to credit bureau. Fair enough, I was late due to me not confirming. Will never due business with again. To the point that I refinanced with a different company and will pay off this loan.

If you apply for a very small amount of personal loan through prosper, at the beginning they tell you that it won’t affect your score to see if you are pre-approved for the loan but once you enter all your info and submit they do a hard inquiry on you your credit, then they start to ask you uploading a different document every day. If you apply for even a very small amount of personal loan YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE ALL THE INFO BOTH FINANCIAL AND PERSONAL INFO OF YOUR PAST 7 GENERATION. Anyone who wants to apply for a loan through them please be make sure to contact them and record the conversation before you apply and enter your info. Thanks!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this Company! I have received services from them Totaling over $30K over 5+ years. Payments were easy to make and whenever payments installments were late or past due, EVERYTIME I was treated with respect, understanding that life happens, and were given options that worked within my budget and were reasonable. This motivated me even more to work with the representative on the phone. They are worth the cost they require to do business with. Take this from a real person that had real financial problems that Prosper bridged the gap on. As I type this review, I set up my last payment. I took out a small loan at first to consolidate some of my debt just to see if I would like this company or not. After I paid off my first debt consolidation loan I took out a bigger loan to pay off the rest of my credit card debt. After I pay that off I plan to use prosper to pay off my student loan debt. Prosper is easy to use and I can’t recommend them enough

Prosper is a good loan company they worked with me throughout my whole $10,000 loan. I was working on getting refinanced from my home to pay off all my credit card debt and loan debt put me in collections after one month only did not expect that but after calling them, they did work with me now the loan is fully paid off. I do appreciate everything that they’ve done for me. They’re still number one in my book if anyone needs a helping hand and a loan company to go to their the ones I would choose first thank you.

I like this bank they give me a loan you pay it back and they keep your credit very well. Customer service is very nice. Sometimes I had to get them on the phone to get to the right person to talk to besides that everything is really good if you’re going to take a loan take it with this company they give you good credit and they give you good reviews on your score.

I am an entrepreneur (at least that’s what I tell myself) and needed $10k for a business prototype. I applied for a loan and got it, but got ‘buyers remorse’ immediately as I didn’t like the terms. I contacted Prosper, and I paid back the entire amount within 72 hours and they did not charge me any fees to do so. After my credit improved, I re-applied, and received a better term. From application to the money showing up in my account it was a total of 48 hours! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I have been waiting for an app to be made for personal loans since I took my loan out in July for my large purchase, and it’s finally here! Seems easy to navigate to view information and make payments. My experience with my prosper loan has been quite good, so I’ll definitely be taking out my next loan with Prosper because this app will make my experience that much easier. Hooray!
