The ladder program is great, I’m on team define with Maia and I love it. The app itself though is super glitchy, always freezing even when I download the workout, issues syncing with my watch. It seems that I have more app issues more often than not. Would love to give this 5 stars because I love the program, but the app needs to be worked on.

The trainers are great, I love the workouts. The app itself has been very frustrating. I have a very limited amount of time I can get a workout in, so when the app refuses to open properly for an hour it’s disappointing.

I have used several apps and tried several different types of workouts. This is my favorite by far! I don’t have to think about what I am doing that day and time anything out. Ladder offers multiple teams + you can choose to join. Each team has its own coach that creates weekly workout splits. I no longer waist time searching for the right work out. I follow a set strength plan with progressive overload and have my coach guiding me through each movement with form queues. My team gives great advice and helps me stay accountable. In this app I created my health goals and am able to track my macros daily in an EASY to use nutrition log. First week is free but I was hooked after the first workout 💪🏼 Thanks Ladder! #coachlauren #teambodyandbell

Once you try Ladder, you really can’t go back to the way things were before. It’s community minded, excellent progressive programming, and so much fun! There are so many coaches to choose from, you really can’t lose. I LOVE Ladder, my only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner. As I continue getting stronger for my baby, I also know I am setting an example for him, that he will carry throughout his life. I feel so strong and happy, thanks to Ladder! Try it, you’ll love it! The app itself is great, they work super hard to keep bugs under control, they’re super responsive. It’s also not an “exclusive” app, where you have to up your subscription for every little thing, slowly sucking you dry. They improve the app or add a new feature, and it is accessible to everyone on the app. They’re in the business of improving your life, which is amazing, and I love them for it!

As a busy mom of littles it can be tough to actually get to the gym, so in the past I’ve used workout apps. Ladder is by far the best workout app I’ve used. I immediately fell in love! The workouts are great. The move demos are super helpful. I love that you can link your music. It’s also a big plus that you can track your nutrition in the app. It works just as good if not better than any nutrition tracking app I’ve used as well. If you’re thinking about trying Ladder, just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

I’m still in the middle of my 7-Day trial and I absolutely love this! This is everything I need to take away all the planning and thinking that generally went along with my solo workouts. I haven’t yet taken advantage of the community as much as anticipate doing so in the future. I wanted to be sure I’d enjoy the coaching and workouts before fully immersing myself with the community. Consistency is key. No workout program is perfect for everyone but finding what works for you and your lifestyle is critical. Ladder gives me that. I love seeing the consistent progress and improvement in ALL of the movements. I really appreciate the 6 week block rotation of workouts. The app overall design is amazing. It is a great way to track efforts, weights, and reps in all movement and the nutrition feature is amazing!

I think the app is nice. It allows you to obviously pick the type of trainer you want and the exercises do their job. However I wish that you could see all the workouts in one place, I like to switch between different trainers and the app isn’t very friendly to use for that. I also wish I could view the past workouts I did? I don’t know if I’m just too new to this so I’m having trouble finding the little things? But the app doesn’t hold some of the information I like to know.

I have been looking for something like this for SOOOO long , I have worked with many apps and physical trainers at the gym and nothing was working for me , it just wasn’t either convenient or was to expensive and when I tried just working out myself I just didn’t know what to do so I would just walk or run on the treadmill. The moment I found this app ( I think it was thru a YouTuber I watch ) everything changed! I recommend it to everyone, there’s a team in there for you for whatever type of workout you’re into. Is affordable and for me that’s saying something I truly think is worth it . 175lb down to 155 lb so far , is the most consistent I have been and is because of this app , I have tried two team and the coaches are so nice and knowledgeable and the way the voiceovers are done makes you feel like they are right there next to you telling you how to do the exercises, love that! 💯

I’m exhausted ALL the time it seems. My doctor wants me to look into my thyroid. This app allows me to work out with out all my energy being depleted for the day. This app has it all. I’ve tried several others and have committed to this one. You can do Pilates, weight training, CrossFit, and yoga all in one app. All the features make transitions easy. I haven’t tried the nutrition app yet, so I can’t speak to that.

I’m finally sticking to a routine again after having a baby thanks to this app and I don’t even have to leave the house which makes it even better. This App is exactly what I needed! Sure I could google workout moves for body parts but this App lays out all the work for you to actually use your gym time effectively and actually see progress! I love the layout, the workouts, the coaching (I’m team Kelly) and the option for nutrition! It’s also given me confidence to expand the machines I’m willing to try in the gym and become more comfortable with barbell moves! Worth every penny and you won’t regret it!

I love LADDER. You can choose your team and coach, tons of flexibility in programs. Having a planned fitness program has really helped me to gain strength and lose weight. I am currently on team Endure with Coach Jennifer, she is amazing. My health insurance reimbursed for the fee, however I feel the programs are worth the money spent. I highly recommend trying LADDER.

I relied on a good friend to help me with my workout and while I appreciate her SO MUCH, I’ve lost confidence due to lack of guidance since she moved and have been at a standstill. My lack of confidence had made me complete the same exercises with little to no improvement and quite frankly fear of I can complete them safely. I’m a visual learner so having this app literally walk me through it all has been amazing! And I love that I get cheered on while completing my workouts! The added feature where music continues as normal while the explanation goes on is very cool and appreciated as well. Whoever created this app definitely had the people in mind and I love that!

I love ladder and the multiple workouts it offers. It’s convenient to know what exercises to do without the guessing game. Also I like that you can easily swap out workouts if you don’t have access to machines. There is a great community you can join and help each other toward your fitness goals.

With this app, I have plenty of guidance, ability to swap exercises, encouragement from others, great instruction from the coach, options on the sound and directions during the workout. There are so many coaches and teams to choose from, and switch if you want. The program I’be used for 3 months has a perfect amount of warm up and cool down I used to skep alone, and I haven’t had injuries or strains. I am the strongest I’ve been in years. 40 year old female and I’m toning up again. I’ve recommended it to my best friend, my fiancé, my daughter, and my mom! There is something for everyone. It works with the equipment you have, or you can use it at a gym. I’ve never recommended anything fervently! Worth it. I am seeing results and the coach has me pushing harder, understanding each move, and laughing!

Ladder is a game changer. If you have focus issues or ADHD tendencies or diagnosis, or you are a busy parent or caregiver who hasn’t had time, so far this app motivates me and gives me enough info to succeed without losing my place, forgetting my watch tracker or my music and losing momentum. The app prompts and integrates it all. I am hoping this is the long term solution I need, sure feels like it.

I’m so happy I found Ladder. I paid with my HSA so it was completely doable on my budget. I have consistently worked out for 6 weeks now and am getting so much stronger and sleeping better. I love that nutrition is included and I can track my calories, set my goals, and have everything all in one place. The chat is fun and so helpful and very active! I’ve tried many health and fitness apps like WW, BetterMe, MyFitnessPal. You name it and I’ve tried it. I love the easy use of the Ladder app. The team atmosphere is positive and motivating. I enjoy the variety in coaches and how easy it is to try other teams. The nutrition tracker is pretty good. I like the new description feature although I haven’t really tested its accuracy. There is a step tracker that syncs to other devices and it’s easy integrate Spotify playlists into the workouts. Overall, I love it!

I have been using ladder for 6+ weeks now. It has helped me be consistent by providing options and also flexibility, while at the same time providing a solid structure! I had never found an app where I could find everything I needed in one place. It is definitely amazing! I am currently working with Coach Nicole and the Movewell Program, and her workouts and guidance is everything you need to see results without getting injured or frustrated. She is very good at helping you progress every week and challenge yourself while feeling comfortable. Overall great app. I plan to keep using it and I’m looking forward to the next 6-week challenge this year.

There’s a team for everyone! I tried team define and loved it sooooo much I stuck around! Now I’m on team ignite bc it’s new and I’m loving the challenge and change! I am so impressed with this app, the workout programming and the nutritional logging in this app. I have used several other options and this app is far superior to all others both on the technical side and the workouts/nutrition themselves. I won’t use anything else from here on out. If you’re on the fence, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

I have loved being able to try different training programs and get confidence in using the gym equipment while also seeing amazing strength results. Highly recommend for gym goers or at home workouts because of the flex training. Have so enjoyed this app!

As a mom of 3, my body had completely changed. I’d been struggling to keep a routine of exercise between work and momming. Ladder has made it so simple and easy to get my workout in. It saves me the mental load of planning what I need to do or finding the routines I saved on instagram. I love how the timers and rests are built in too, so I don’t have to think about it, I can just focus on the workout. I haven’t even seen results yet, but after a week, I am already feeling stronger, have more energy, and am locked into my routine! I can’t wait to see the progress!

I have used several apps, some of the biggest names there are. And nothing compares to Ladder! I love all the program options, I love the nutrition tracker, and the community pages! I look forward to my workouts, even on the days when I don’t have the most energy! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for guided strength training programs!

You just show up! Let the trainers do the thinking, & planning!! If you stay consistent especially with nutrition, you will see results! This app has been so helpful for this mama! So many awesome features too; an all in one app!

When I started Ladder, I was 215lbs at 5’2” with an A1C of 6.6 (starting from 7.8) and no idea where to get started with exercise. I’m a month and a half in, changed my diet and added in an hour of Ladder exercises five days a week. I’m 189lbs with an A1C of 4.8. Thank you to Coach Nicole and Stevie for helping me get my health back! And thank you Ladder for saving my life!

I’ve been working out from home for years… saw the commercials for this app and decided to give it a go! The workouts are challenging and the social aspects of the app along with the engagement of the coach pushes this app to the next level… goes beyond my LesMills and Apple Fitness. I will use this one only going forward ☺️😉
