The price for this ?!? Ridiculously expensive

This game seems cool but it said I had to pay monthly money which I don’t wanna do even tho it’s cheap I’m just not interested in subscriptions cause I already have to do that so I want a game that is free now it seems cool and helpful but not for me

I was using the annual pro, only for one year, and saved up for the lifetime for Pro. I'm extremely sad and upset seeing the lifetime rose so much in price. I can't afford it now and will unfortunately be moving to something else. I feel this is unfair... I genuinely enjoyed using Structured when I did, but it's unusable without Pro, for me at least, hence why I was planning on purchasing.

As a Person with severe ADHD, I think this app is not giving me the opportunity to be organized. Without the Structured Pro plan, I can’t repeat some of the tasks that I need to do on a daily basis. To be honest, I do not have the money and patience for having to pay for this pro to only get 2 things unlocked. I know you guys got an Apple Award but the only award I would be giving you guys is that you are very good at convincing people to get the app. You guys know you can do better.

The app itself is fine, it’s basically a fancy series of alarms but it’s what I need. It had a major flaw in the fact that it simply stops working if you don’t update it immediately when it needs one. It stops giving notifications even though it’s nothing but a PDA timer. Frustrating.

The app is almost perfect, really needs this feature to seal the deal.

i have been using this app for a long time & have found it really helpful - please heavily consider removing the ai functioning on this app or i may migrate/move on. there’s no need to sacrifice our planet for the sake of an app.

Interrupts your session continually asking if you’d like to upgrade even though you’ve selected no each time.

I was a satisfied user of this app for years. But this morning when I opened it, it wouldn’t let me view my own information unless I gave unlimited permission for OpenAI to access my account. So I have sadly just uninstalled it on all of my devices. Very disappointing.

There’s is no way to converse with your AI. Once you ask a question and it responds and the response requires a follow up question, there’s no way to do that. Stupid app

Not paying for pro just so I can repeat a task 🫩

This app was great until multiple times I realized the notes I was creating were deleted because you have to press SAVE every time you make a new note or add something to an already existing note. So if you don’t have that built into your muscle memory I would highly recommend not using this app.

My new rating: bad app, everything is paid now. I thought I had already bought the lifetime, nope, need to pay another 30$. I can finally delete this app knowing it’s not useful. This was my old rating, which had been saved from previous and not posted (thankfully because this app now sucks and doesn’t deserve this rating): The Premium is one-time and super affordable! This app has helped me keep track of this semester. I just wish there was an option to see the entire calendar at once with all of my events!

This is the first time I am reviewing an app for how it has disappointed me. This tool used to be very helpful to me when I was in a difficult time of my life but now the updates have whipped my schedule entirely and has become difficult to use without using the Ai tool. I paid for a lifetime subscription for this app because I believed it would help me and the developers earned that. I no longer believe that to be true. I am so sad my app has functionally reset. I will not delete it because I paid for it but if I cared less for that 100 some-odd dollars, I would.

Bought subscription twice and it never registered in my app.

The features that present in the unpaid use of the app are even less extensive than built-in apps for the calendar and your reminders in iOS. Literally the calendar app doesn’t charge you for the basic utilities that this app tries to present as premium and not baseline normal functioning of a digital planner of any kind. Example: you cannot set a recurring reminder. Unless you give them a subscription fee. Alarm clocks from 1982 had this ability, but here it is carved out of the UX in order to nickel and dime the user thru irritations & baffling inconveniences or omissions. Deleting this after I finish this in thinking. Tried to give it a fair shot. But this model of monetizing is egregious and also just straightforwardly stupid in its execution.

This app seems to only work for a few minutes before crashing. I keep hoping that the new updates will fix it but it doesn’t. Right now it won’t even load fully without crashing. So frustrating since I work mainly off of my laptop and don’t want to have to switch to my phone or iPad in the middle of working to add something or mark it done.

So I really did use to love this app, so much so that I’ve been using the premium version for over a year now actually, however it’s no longer worth it unfortunately… Within the past few months anytime I open the app on my phone now it starts to drain my battery like crazy. I’m talking every 30 seconds I loose one percent battery at least! And that’s just if I have the app open. Once I start trying to actually time block too then my phone starts to get super glitchy & run extremely hot as well. So hot that only after a few min of using the app my phone will soon be burning my hands up & I’ll have to let it cool off before I can use it again. This is not normal! At first I thought maybe my phones battery was just starting to go bad since I’ll admit I may not have the newest iPhone on the market, & sure my battery isn’t as great as it once was, but this is in fact the only app that causes me problems & force closing this application is the only thing that instantly solves all those problems. Therefore it’s definitely not exclusively an issue with my battery, but rather within the app itself. Ultimately I’m not sure what bug randomly brought this on, but I suspect that if I do attempt to keep using this app then I really will start to have issues with my phones battery as no app should ever cause a phone to get that hot! Especially a simple calendar app you’d think? That said, sadly I’m left with no other choice than to cancel my yearly membership & delete this glitchy thing off my phone ASAP before it has the chance to do anymore damage. The only reason I haven’t deleted it yet is cuz I was hoping the next update would resolve these issues. Alas, multiple app updates later, including multiple phone updates later, & I’m still having problems so I simply can’t risk it anymore. Clearly this bug isn’t going away…

This would be a good app if you want to pay for the full thing. Otherwise the free one doesn’t have enough to help put you on task.

I like the format but it’s unusable on my MacBook. Whenever it’s open my computer gets extremely hot, whenever I try to edit the colors the dropper and colors glitch all over the screen and feel like I’m going to have a seizure (that’s if it lets me edit them at all, most of the time it won’t). I had to switch to the web app because the actually Mac app just does not work at all, I can do maybe 2 things on it and then it freezes up I have to force quit. Wish I hadn’t paid for a subscription. There are way too many issues.

I tried this app hoping it supported multiple time zones for an event (for example, international flights where you enter the start and end times in the starting and ending time zones) but no dice. Canceled the free trial and removed it from my Mac. Multiple time zones is such. Basic feature yet it’s missing.

About a month ago tasks were not linking between my different computers and an update was made to help but still not linking.

Extremely USELESS APP BECAUSE ANY USEFUL PARTS ARE A PREMIUM ADDITION. Nothing is useable without premium. NOT EVEN ALARMS SOUNDS!!! Essentially a day planner for regular folks NOT ADHD/Neurodivergent or even clutter minded folks.

This is the second time my appointments have been wiped out and I lose all visibility to prior entries

Don’t use structured sync, it’s not ready! I have been using structured for years and wrote a positive review before. Today, I tried the new Structured Sync. After syncing, all my repeating tasks were appearing twice. I unsynced and deleted one of every task. The next time I opened the app, all my repeating tasks were gone. All my routines, which I spent so much time developing and rely on daily, are just gone. I’m kind of devastated. I could cry.

just use the calendar app

Constantly crashes and freezes after making changes to an event. Very slow desktop app. Needs to be recoded from the ground up. Very different performance from the mobile app.

I bought the one sec app so I could get a discount, but it doesn’t work

I wanted an app that I could make a visual schedule in but it won't even work for that, just trying to set a task for sleeping kept making it bug out and reset the task time to 1 minute and it wouldn't wrap around past midnight to the next day. Combined with the pointless AI features being pushed constantly and all good icons being paywalled, I have less than zero interest in trying to continue using this app.

Mac applications often get stuck, really bad experience

This app sucks! You can’t add more then one task! I HATE THIS! Do not get!

Structured can import from ICA or Google Calendar, but events that you create inside of Structured won’t be copied over to your main calendar. And that that’s a problem because like everyone else I share Google calendars with lots of other people. So instead of replacing Google tasks in Google calendars an extra app that you have to use together with Google Calendar. And the last thing I need is just another app.

The app is good but is very annoying to plan all events one by one and takes forever. I know there is an Ai Feature that you can use to plan but I feel like it should be free to allow more users to be consistent on the app and use it more. This would make the app more enjoyable by everyone.

I use structured daily on my iPhone and Mac. The iPhone app is great. The Mac app constantly crashes or freezes when I drag around my tasks.

I constantly had to log in to get structured to work on my watch. It became very inconvenient. That was the main reason I purchased the app. I contacted the company and I finally gave up.

I was so happy to finally find a planner that I like only to discover the recurring tasks are paywalled. Makes it completely useless.

It says it is going to be really easy but takes forever to add new stuff and task. There are better apps for this in my opinion.

Initially, I was pretty excited about this. But the more I work with it, the more time I spend trying to figure out how to get the interface to put tasks where I need them to be on the calendar. It’s a bit of a mystery to me how the designer wanted this to work or how it was supposed to be. But in any case, it takes me about 3 to 4 times as long to put a task on a schedule compared with using something like Apple’s calendar. I’ll keep on fiddling with it and perhaps I can raise my review. But it is an odd interface and I kind of wish I hadn’t paid the subscription.

I’m only on my first few days right now, and at first when I started I thought it’ll be hard to start. But actually its really simple and easy! It keeps everything I have to do organized, and then I can have plenty of time to play and rest! I used to not be able to manage time and lose control of time, but now with strcuctured everything is neat. I love this app and I say everyone should try it.

I am trying this app out, but find myself severely disappointed in how app handles “overlapping” tasks. I juggle 2 jobs with variable schedules, and have ADHD which this app claims to be aimed at, so I schedule out work shifts in my calendar so I visualize my week and plan other events around them. I want to be able to nest work tasks within that scheduled time, but with the way overlapping tasks are handled, it’s visually a mess. I would love to be able to have larger time blocks schedulable (or imported from calendar), with to dos ables to be placed inside them in a way that makes visual sense.

Structured helps me plan my day accurately. It’s exactly what I needed and I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time.

This app is great for planning out my day/week/month/year! It’s incredibly productive and had nice customization options. I love the inbox feature - it’s perfect for when I don’t have a specific date for a task.

I use Structured every day like I used to use a DayTimer. My favorite thing about it is the ability to import calendars and reminders from automated systems, but more importantly to be able to hide things that I don’t need to accomplish, but want to be aware of when I’m planning. It’s easy to use and beautiful and the sync they provide on Structured Cloud is amazing.

Great app with a plethora of icon choices, but the colors are lacking. For creative like me who need more variety in the sight of their schedule, a few colors just aren’t enough. Allow us to have hex colors or the color wheel will allow us to choose the colors we want. Five stars if that’s fixed.

If you thrive on a schedule but need flexibility to fit your ever changing routine, this is the app for you! My plans are always changing, but I need routine and structure to survive, so I live off of this app. Pros: - I use the free version and I only get the occasional pop up to try their paid version (I might get the pop up once or twice a day maybe). - It’s very simple to move plans around and make new ones. - It can connect to your health app and show you where you are in your cycle if you like to plan your day around that. - It even has an energy tracker option where you can see how much energy your tasks take and plan your day around how much energy you have. - I love that I can plan my day as simple or in-depth as I’d like. - Looks cute and is very customizable - I love that it’s compatible with my laptop and smart watch, so I always have an idea of how long my current task is and how long till my next task starts. Cons: - literally none, this app is amazing! If you need help with time management or making the most of your day, I 1,000% recommend this app!

I’ve tried many task apps. Structured is a strong contender in that it is intuitive, user-friendly, and has most of the bells and whistles that I look for in a paid app. Where it falls short for me is that it lacks an option to upload documents and screenshots (forcing me to have to create another system to reference items that I need to complete task work on) and there is no integration that allows for creating tasks from forwarded emails. That’s why I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I am in love with this app. It has changed my life. I’ve been struggling with health problems that have caused me to work less and have a less structured daily routine, which I have really struggled with. I felt like I was never getting anything done and I could never remember what I was supposed to be doing, but this app has changed all of that. The energy feature helps me pace myself with my chronic health problems and scheduling in breaks ahead of time help me keep from pushing myself too hard. I feel like I am finally getting my life back!

The developers really listen and interact with users. This is the way it should be. This helps you focus on just one thing -documents simply or with more detail if you want to get into the weeds with a project or to do item. I just love it
