This app feels more like a proof of concept than a production-ready platform. The user experience is frustrating, the processes are poorly designed, and requirements are often unclear. Creating an account and depositing dollars is easy enough, but withdrawing your money is a completely different story. Once it’s time to access your funds, you’re met with restrictive withdrawal limits and additional fees that make the process unnecessarily difficult. It feels like getting money into the platform is prioritized far more than getting it back out. What surprises me most is how heavily this app is marketed through influencers and advertisements, because my actual experience has been disappointing from start to finish. If you’re considering using this platform, I’d strongly encourage you to do your research first. I’m still dealing with challenges trying to withdraw my own funds, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this app. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

I made a deposit on the app, since 07 of February. I tried buying some shares, to no avail for over a week now and counting. I've gotten no response from the team, if you're not consistently going to be available to your clients ; It's better to stay off the investment platforms.

I made a withdrawal from my US WALLET to my naira wallet I was debited extra 13k I've been contacting them no response up till date My balance was 870k niara in my US wallet i withdraw 390$ for a rate of 1462 that's 570k my balance is supposed to be 300k cause if 570k is minus from 870k my balance is suppose to be 300k but instead it was 287k

I initiated a withdrawal on 28th October 2025 at 02:16, and it has been stuck on Processing since then. Despite sending several emails to customer support, I have received no helpful response or resolution. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially for a platform that promises instant or timely withdrawals. Please improve your withdrawal processing system and provide better support for users experiencing issues.

My experience has been frustrating. I bought FCMB shares via FCMB’s direct public offer. Before then I had no CHN or CSCS number but after the purchase, I was assigned both and asked to contact Lambeth Bamboo. After this I downloaded and signed up on the app. However on the app, I was given a different CHN and CSCS number and the FCMB shares which I bought did not reflect on my dashboard. I have sent numerous emails and reached out to their contact support for help several times but I have still not gotten any response. It’s been weeks now and every time I send an email or message them on the app, I get the same automated response that I will be attended to within 7 days yet I still haven’t gotten any response. I’ve also tried calling the number on their customer support but it never goes through. I am tired and frustrated with this situation.

Tried activating my wallet countless times and it still doesn’t work

Account doesn’t get reviewed in the 2 working days stated. Neither does the various communication channels get attended to. A trading should be robust, agile and responsive to subscriber needs but this is a complete sham.

The Exchange rate of Ghana cedis has been reduced $1=9cedis So why are you guys still charging it 1$=13.59???

Just downloaded this app just yesterday and made a deposit just this morning I want to trade now the market is open, and I want to buy stock. The app keeps telling me that the minimum for the stock is #5,000 and then with a close bottom. Meanwhile my balance is #10,000 I’m stocked and can’t do anything on the app can you please help 🙏

I have 55k in total In Niara saving teno is one year, interest paid upfront is about little over 9k but not accessible and now I want to break the safe. They are saying I will only get 46k? Why is this? Why don’t you just take your fake interest paid upfront with the penalty fee and give me my full money back.

The owners of this app withheld the interest of my treasury bills instead of giving it to me upfront as it should be. They also added humongous fees when I purchased Nigerian stocks in addition to the regular commission fee which is disappointing.

I have updated this app more than the number of times I’ve used it. I’m sure by tomorrow morning another update will be out.

They are quite very exploitative. Every little thing you do that there they remove your money. You fund the app they remove money, the same money you funded their app with, when you want to buy stock they will remove your money too. You sell the stock they remove money and you attempt to withdraw they will remove money. I think there’s just too much greed.

You are trying to invest money now so it can save you tomorrow but this app does the opposite, wait till when you decide to withdraw you money , charging a dollar for every stock you purchase with your naira, 2 days for withdrawal approval, dramatically reducing your stock worth on withdrawal placement, Infact they give chance to your village People to follow you, better I invest storage than this bogous nonsense!!! They are after their selves I spent 45k on stock purchase but withdrew barely 20k total!!!!

Bamboo has a very bad customer support team… I mean very bad. You can’t contact them via app, takes a very long Time to reply email messages, no call line or anything…. It can take them a year to respond to you. Better using other investment platforms that are reliable in terms of customer service than using Bamboo..

I opened this account two days ago and I have been trying to change my phone number because while signing up, bamboo couldn’t send the activation code to my main line so I used an alternative number to activate my account. Now I want to change it and it is becoming an issue. I even tried deleting my account so I can re-register and they still wouldn’t allow me delete it. They take forever to respond. They respond once a day. It’s either they are lazy or low on staffs. Which is a red flag. So I will go ahead and use a better application with swift response to complaints.

I have been unable to create a bamboo profile both from the app and on site , no error message was displayed on the app while the online site displayed un able to send code try again , this has be going on for days .. it hurts to see a big app like bamboo flopping on its app functionality hopefully you recruit me to help design something better !!!!!

It's all going to be good when you deposit and invest your money... Once it's time you sell the stocks and withdraw, you won't get your money then they'll tell you that your account is invalid. I sent them a new account, but for over a week they haven't credited me. I swear on my life this app is a fraud

I had an email that they've added Ghanaa card to Ghanaians accounts so I wanted to use Ghana card to activate my account I tried it severally but it say verification failed please update it and fix this now I'm ready to deposit and start investing

What kind of Bad app is this. It took them about 2 weeks to fund my account after transferring money to the account and now my trading account has been under review for more than 3 weeks. These are big red flags and am not sure I will be using this app anymore.
