Having an issue where the app isn’t recognizing my WiFi network so it won’t function properly and let me register to vote. It takes me going on my mobile data for it to even work properly. Other then that, it says there’s is no connection or WiFi. I tired restarting it and redownloading. I see people on Reddit have the same issue.

I’ve had this app for years and never had any issues. I do not have a voting button on mine and my app is up to date.

I upgraded to premium and still wasn’t allowed to watch love island plus I didn’t couldn’t a refund while they just took my money

if this had an option to give zero stars, I would pick that instead I have watched the show since season two came out and now all these other people are watching it I was so excited vote. Then the app crashed. They said it was fixed but now I can’t even get into the registration because it says it has reached its max of registration, which is so unfair there should not be a max of it. It’s USA. It’s just really unfair to some of us people that cannot vote and have been watching the show for years

This dumb app has been deleted and redownloaded like 5x on my phone and it still keeps saying up top that I have no connection. Dumb- and it happened ever since first vote which I didn’t even get to vote either.

I registered once. The app crashed and I was forced to register again, but keep getting an error saying that max number of registration. This forced me to register with another number in order to vote one time. Since the server crashed every time I go to the app to vote and asked me to register. Fix this.

Why are they not fixing this yet. So annoying and so ignorant of them. Don’t download it yall. Waste of time

i registered 3 days before the first vote. I check my phone the night of the vote and i’m still able to, i finish the episode and it makes me register again but keeps having network errors. after i gave up when voting closed it said max number of registrations. i tried again today and it still says that. you guys suck if you don’t fix this for your viewers who want to participate! i get it, the app crashed servers were overrun but don’t bar people from trying to register after you guys messed up

I’ve been watching love island since season 1 and I’ve always voted. Now suddenly I’m getting an error “Reached the maximum number of registrants” and this is after I registered already and got kicked off and been trying again. As a long time watcher, I’m really p*ssed off about this!!

I personally think before the app starts asking your opinions on the previous episode you should be asked if you have already watched the episode.. a simple “have you seen the most recent episode?!” (yes or no) & if not then all the spoilers would be hidden, if yes then obviously all the questions for the episode would be okay.

The app kept crashing on me then would never send my verification code to register my phone number (even though I registered last season), so by the time it actually started working it wouldn’t let me register my phone number due to “maximum tries to register”. So now I can’t vote which sucks

I have been trying to register to vote but it’s denying my phone number. Saying my country code is unsupported and then my phone number is too short. Or my phone number is invalid. Not sure why because that’s literally my phone number. It’s my right area code but idk it’s not letting me to sign in. Can tech assist me and help me fix this problem?

The only reason I have the app is so I can vote and am STILL unable to do so. When I go to vote it tells me I have to register. So I try to register and then it tells me I can’t register because I already have maximum registrations. This app is worthless!

It says the phone number is too short maybe because it’s set up for an international phone number? So no way to log in to vote.

What does this even mean? It told me I had to register after I already did so now it’s telling me that the voting registration is maxed out? Why even have the app if I can’t use it

This app wouldn’t let me vote during the voting period and it won’t let me vote now because I allegedly reach the maximum number of registrations with my number even though I have not registered because the app kept crashing.

I feel like the only reason this app exists is to let us vote and it’s not letting me do that. Obviously I like watching the videos and pictures they have on there but I can watch them on any other social media platform. Please fix it 😔

Waited all day to vote AND.. it doesn’t work.. this is a known issue with this app and the fact they haven’t been able to fix it is annoying. The fact that it’s not on the user and we have to wait a whole other episode to see the results is really annoying.

I hope the Producers of Love Island find another platform to host their app on. These guys clearly can’t even do what they say they do… Thanks to the unpreparedness, the show is wasting the audience’s time by being forced to delay results. A bad experience diminishes the quality of the content tbh

I couldn’t believe that a hugely popular show could have this bad of an app. This app was either made by someone charging $500 or made by AI.

Fix your voting system won’t let me put my number in to register and vote

I think its clear by reading other reviews, the app isnt letting anyone vote. It looks like a really poorly done app, not many features, outdated, and the best part of what the app is supposed to be, is VOTING! But no one can! Boo tomato tomato

When voting opened I was already registered but when I went to vote it was making me re register but it kept saying network error until I got max attempts. I was already registered the whole time. I try today and it’s the same thins it’s been two days and no fix

Keeps “losing connection” although there is

I registered earlier in the week to vote. Then come voting day they make me register again, if crashes, and since they “fixed” it, it won’t let me register saying I’ve reached the limit which makes no sense. I’m over it. Wish I could give them no stars.

This season alone it has unregistered me three times. Now it won’t let me re register and it’s saying I’ve reached the max amount of registrations when I’ve only ever registered on one phone. Due to this I’ve missed the first voting of the season as it’s not allowing me to register and vote. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! This app sucks. If you’re going to allow the public to vote on your show you NEED to fix this app before coming out with another season. DO BETTER!!! I’ve tried to delete the app and redownload and nothing works. I’ve tried multiple times to fix this and yet it is still not allowing me to register. This is a disappointment and I don’t get the point of having this app for your show when you don’t fix it. Your failure of fixing your app is making your show less fun and entertaining. It’s unfair that only some viewers get a voice and chance to be involved simply because of your negligence in updating your app. FIX THIS!!!

I was previously registered and at the first vote of 2026, it says I have to register…then they send a message saying the app crashed and they were extending the voting, but 2 days later, I still cannot register…I get two blank boxes…I lit area code in one, and phone number in the other…did not work!! I guess no more interaction with Love Island USA. I will stick with Love Island UK.

this app barely works at all you can't vote. I registered before voting ever even started and it made me re-register multiple times which never worked and now it's saying I've reached the maximum amount of registrations, even though I was apparently never registered in the first place and I can no longer vote or use the app which makes watching the show a lot less fun because I can't participate at all

Every aspect of this app is disappointing. It’s like it was designed by children. For such a popular show they should spend more on app development. It could be sooo much better.

ui/ux is bad this year. Cant see tiles with twitter posts. Not mobile friendly the layout and images showing off screen. Confusing polls with pressing buttons till the arrow moves. This is fun how? Blaming it on the product designer or whoever is in marketing. Voting registration issues. App crashing. It’s giving Ai slop

They had a whole year to update the app, considering we had the same issue not being able to vote in season 7.

I was registered to vote for this latest season. I went to cast my vote and I was told I needed to register again. I attempted to re-register and kept getting a network error. Tried the WiFi vs cellular. Now I attempt after the voting is over and it’s telling me “reached the maximum number of registrations.” What’s the point of having this app if I can’t even vote?! Deleting it 😒

Every year I have to register more than once. And then, I accidentally click on one person while trying to scroll and it just selects a random person as my vote? Terrible app. i bet at least 1/2 of people put a vote they didn’t even mean to bc i saw on twitter others did that too.

i tried to vote so many times and it wouldnt let me get past the code, and when it woulf now it says to many registrations.

I was really disappointed that I didn’t get to vote. This app is poorly designed. I downloaded the app beforehand and already registered to vote twice. The day of voting, I had to register again and this time it was saying Network Error. There no point on having this app if it won’t let me vote.

The app tells me that I have reached the maximum number of registrations even though I haven’t been able to register with my number. The app always seems to have some type of problem every year and it’s so frustrating as a viewer of the show to not be able to participate in the voting.

The little polls are fun, but it won’t let me vote in the actual votes. It says I’ve reached the maximum number of registrations but doesn’t show the vote in the app on my phone, which is the only place I’ve registered.

Voting doesn’t work w high volume, I registered and then had to again. Now Ive hit my attempts. Probably should consider a different technical approach to voting and registering.
