I have no idea how to create a wallet because it asks me for a “Watch-only Account address”. Where in the heck do I get this? It shouldn’t be this complicated!! I’m at a standstill!! Frustrating!!!

The create wallet and import wallet buttons are on top of “other options”. When you try to create a new wallet or import a wallet it brings up the other options screen

I don't have the option to open a hot Wallet. When I click on the screen, it gives me the option to either create a wallet or import a wallet. When I click on create Wallet, it tells me that I need to disconnect from the network to create a cold wallet, a watch only wallet, or a ledger. I can't even delete the app and reinstall because the iPhone won't let me do that it just removes it from my home screen.

This wallet is a scam! I have $15,000 USDT in my wallet and it is locked down! You can deposit into this wallet but there is no way possible to do anything after that! I only wish I had known. Goodbye $15,000

This wallet is a scam. It has two sections, a General wallet and a gas free wallet. I deposited TRX into the gas free wallet, but it didn’t show up. On the bottom of the page is a small note that said you had to activate the wallet. When I clicked on the note It shows the TRX and it has a button to withdraw your funds from the gas free wallet to the general wallet. When I clicked on that link I got another error message that said the wallet wasn’t activated and to activate the wallet you need to send a “ permit transfer” but it doesn’t tell you how to do that. I searched the FAQ files and the help files but could not find out how to send a “ permit transfer”. It did say someplace that on the initial transfer into the gas free wallet you would have to approve a payment to activate the wallet . I never received any message to activate the wallet on either deposit of the TRX . I deposited TRX into the general wallet and USDT into both wallets. Then I tried to make the withdrawal again with the same error messages. I now show USDT in both wallets and a minimal TRX in the general wallet but there is no way to access or move the major deposit out of the gas free wallet. I have not found any way to contact tech-support. This wallet is a one-way street. You can put your coins in, but you can’t get them out.

I first open the wallet only to find that I need to transfer in TRX to “activate” the wallet (never seen that before) to complete a swap only to then still not be able to swap USDT to TRX in the wallet…

DON’T INSTALL THIS SCAM WALLET!!! It’ll drain your assets by misleading fees - it asks for a specific amount if TRX for the gas fees and takes 10X more!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!

Do not get this. Difficult to use. It allowed me to add BTT and my TRX. It lost all of my BTT and doesn’t show a receipt though KuCoin still shows it was received. Initially the drop was there but disappeared after I sent my TRX. This won’t let me convert my TRX to USDT even though it has the capacity. It just keeps giving me an error code. And it wouldn’t let me transfer the coins to another wallet. This is a terrible wallet to use. DO NOT GET IT!!

15 days ago my TRX stake was cancelled and couldn't figure out why. I have withdraw my TRX today, I sent part of the TRX to one wallet and just as I was about to send the remaining to another my balance dropped close to zero. Another transaction was submitted while I was sending the first. This wallet is some sort of advanced scam. STAY AWAY!

Support said to reset password just delete and download app. So, I did just that. Support said I can than login with my mnemonic passcode. I only got a 12 word phrase and it continues to tell me it’s incorrect. There’s no actual support. Now, I have no access at all when I was literally already on my account. I needed the password to be able to do anything on the app when already be logged in. This is absurd now I lost all my funds. Wouldn’t suggest using this app.

I have been using Tronlink for a few days now and when i try to Swap or Sell/Buy my Tokens it ask me for 9,8TRX fees, for Energy, Everytime i paid those fees and nothing changed, i pay fees for nothing and now im stuck with 2 TrX which is not Enough to sell my Tokens which are going down in value!!! I cant deposit until next week, I need a refund on all these Fees that i paid for nothing! It tells me it cost 9 trx for Energy i press ok approved and nothing swaps!!

Beware of exchanging any tokens on this wallet into Bitcoin-TRC-20. The wallet will not allow you to exchange/swap back to another coin if it is less than 1 full Bitcoin. Now I feel like by money is stuck in BTCT because the wallet will not allow me to exchange it because I have far less than 1 bitcoin. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Someone was able to break into my wallet, take all my money somehow and I reached out to customer service at least 5 times and never got a response. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP

Someone steal 310 USDT easily from my wallet I contact the tronlink support but they didn’t even answer me. What kind of wallet is that which my money disappeared with out asking me for anything even my transaction password After a year of persuasion for any kind of answer from their support, they do nothing about my problem and my lost money.

I’ve attempted to open TronLink after several uninstallations/installations, but to no avail. I tried to open a ticket, but the selection remained grayed out. I’m simply trying to utilize your app. Please advise.

TronLink removed the swap feature and no word of why or when it will return on iPhones. Very frustrating.

Be careful with accepted and consenting to their privacy policy. I gave them my phone number thinking I needed it for 2FA, and have since been receiving all sorts of spam texts. Could be correlation without causation, but I rarely enter my phone number and that spam has increased exponentially after giving them my info.

Today , somebody took 58 USDT from my wallet with out my permission. I was very informed from different sites that Tron link is a scam app which allows someone to stolen the money from the wallet. How someone took my money from my wallet without my permission and even without knowing my key words. It’s all up to you and your app is working integretly with those scammers. You allowed third party scammers to work with your wallet as dapp.

This is an insecure wallet. I got scam by mining coin through a link. The guy, who sent me link, knew what is going on in my wallet. When I did not add more usdt in, the guy took USDT balance to 0. The point is there were no notification from Tronlink. Be safe, and be gone.

This app is actually worth downloading if the developers would actually respond or help their customers. Iv been attempting to reach them for months now an still haven’t received or gotten anything from anyone.
