These people are crafty money looters. I initially signed up for the three day free trial plan. App offered me a 92% discount on annual plan, naturally anyone would take the upgrade. The app is anyway too basic and monotonous. Nothing worth the money we pay. But here’s the catch, even if you cancel subscription within 3 days, they won’t refund any money. Sadly, there’s only access to app support, not customer support. They will tell you to mail apple to get refund. But Apple won’t refund because the scam lies with Impulse - 3 day free trial is invalid as soon as you upgrade to annual plan. Nobody replies to emails concerning your subscription. I canceled my subscription within the first three days and deleted the app. But no refund was made! No response!! Impulse App is just a sick daylight robbery plan!! I HOPE YOU SEE THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IT!!

Ein Wunder dass diese App erlaubt ist, aus Verbraucherschutzsicht sehr fraglich. Testabo abschliessen aber in der APP nirgends die möglichkeit haben das Abo zu verwalten. Man muss sich extra auf der Website anmelden. Das geht stark in Verbrauchertäuschung und Intransparenz rein.

I downloaded this as it seemed to have a lot of things I was interested in finding out about myself and I wanted sharper skills, I got the free trial but the things I could access were too black and white with no scope for an AuDHD brain where basic questions aren’t that straight forward. Therefore I couldn’t answer accurately to find out information about myself so what’s the point, abandoned the personality test (there should be a scale not a choice of 2 imo). Tried to do the ADHD test to see if that was accurate as I do have an official diagnosis and I couldn’t get the results without paying properly. The daily tests kept telling me I was better than 99% of people my age which I know is not accurate. There is literally no way of knowing if this platform is accurate and useful, what I can find from the trial it is generic and can’t be tailored enough to be helpful. It’s a shame as I would have paid double to have something like this that actually gave me an accurate read on myself so the work I did was beneficial, but there is no trustable factors

Love to play the games, yet the boring ads could not be avoided and totally understandable. However as the ads were ran perfectly and the exit button appeared, the ads will pop up another windows as I try to exit it and furthering play. Needs to close the app, and reopen, for next level, and here I am reviewing as getting tired of doing so.

I signed up for the free trial and made sure to unsubscribe via the App Store before it ended. Despite this, the app auto-renewed my subscription and charged me without consent. When I contacted their support team, they refused to refund me—even though I had unsubscribed properly. This feels like a deliberate tactic to trap users into unwanted charges. An app that relies on such practices to profit is not trustworthy. I strongly caution others before downloading or subscribing.

I know you can’ do this for free, but damn these ads… And when I finished a task you create a report… that I can’t see without paying. All this really triggers my sensors and makes me want to delete the app.

Buyer beware! I came across this app as an ADHD quiz which I saw no harm in taking as my friends have all diagnosed me anyway. Read the reviews and felt I had done my due diligence so I signed up for the 1 week free trial. Within 3 days having not touched the app again since day 1 I remembered how expensive it was and went in to the app to cancel it immediately. I hunted through that app for far longer than anyone could consider to be reasonable and couldn’t locate the cancel option anywhere so I sent my request through as feedback via the app but never received a response. Of course as soon as 1 week had passed they debited $65 from my account so I went to PayPal to dispute the transaction where I was directed to their support email address so I immediately emailed them, again with no response. Now I have sent feedback via the app a second time, I’m leaving this review here as a warning to others and I will be going back to PayPal as well as my bank to dispute this charge. I’m a calmly angry woman able to convey my feelings on this company in a clear and concise manner, I won’t lie or exaggerate because the truth is more than good enough to deter people from this company. People don’t like not being able to cancel as easily as they signed up but taking that option away entirely feels illegal and I will ensure everyone hears about it.

Initially I really liked the game!! Then I found that when I asked for hints, it was like my game was hacked by another game! I’d click the hint button and all of a sudden another very strange game (not part of the app) would pop up with no obvious way to exit other than exiting the app entirely. Ended up deleting it from my phone for fear of some sort of malware.

Spending your time and energy—especially on something as personal and reflective as an 84-question personality test—only to be met with a paywall at the very end without prior notice is not just disappointing, it’s deceptive. Apps should clearly disclose upfront what is free and what is locked behind a subscription. Anything else feels like a bait-and-switch, and it’s a poor user experience that erodes trust. Had I known upfront, I wouldn’t have taken the test — a clear heads-up would’ve saved time and frustration. Answering 84 questions is no joke.

You have to pay for everything. You can’t test the app properly to see whether you like it or not since every small step they remind you to subscribe. Otherwise, it’s useless.

I cant provide any feedback on this apps, the trial 3 days they gave is not all fully functioning, you still required to purchase on top of the trial to read your full report from just one set of questionaire or one game test. How am i supposed to know this app good for me when you dont even allow me to read any of the report in trial version. So i unsubscribe immediately after unable to read the report. You supposed to allow at least one report to be read from one test or one brain game in trial version.

I signed up to a trial where I paid $4.99 (US). I am in Australia and this did not stipulate US, which was just an error on my part. After the purchase, little did I know, they send you an email (which goes to your spam account) which stated in 3 days I will be paying the full subscription (in which I was debited $90AUD) there is nowhere in the app for you to look at the status of your subscription or to ask for a refund of some sort. After not being able to contact anyone about this I thought “well stuff it I may as well get my moneys worth and play it more often” - also not worth it because I now get an ad in between each game. It’s not relaxing, I feel so much guilt, I should have just not bothered and I have no way to fix it! Honestly feel like I have been scammed. If you want to pay for this app just read the fine print. Definitely not worth the amount it has charged me already! And the audacity to ask for more money to get rid of ads. Ridiculous.

I want to delete the app after 10min playing. In the terms it seems I have to cancel free trial otherwise I would be charged. But in apple setting/subscription, App Store, etc there is nowhere I can find a way to cancel. I am so afraid of this to be a scam and charging me. Who can help and confirm please?

I am outraged! I was desperate I saw this and my heart kept the animation was divine the ghost game I started with I adored!! THEN THE ADS!!!!!! You make an app ( one with potential mind you if greed hadn’t overcome your dignity) claiming to help ADHD which I am struggling with in my moment of need I came then it was ADS, LOCKED GAMES I did a test that took me ages and I can’t see it! Plus if you look closely you’ll see that the tests aren’t even real I mean really 🤨 how dumb do you think we are?! This should be NON PROFIT I repeat a NON PROFIT chartity that actually wants to help not some people wanting to manipulate people who trust them! If you agree with what I’m saying or have had a similar experience please say this was helpful because the more people who see this the better as if you are a developer hear this: Just now that out there there is a child who’s trust you betrayed and squashed what already such a little trust in humans. I barely give a go for games, mostly never, but I got interested on the tests, so got a 3 days trial. 1st test - Personality type: 84 questions, some shallow ones. Finish the 84 questions waiting for a insightful result and BOOM! You have to pay for the app straight away! No 3 days trial for the whole features. My thought for it is: Whatever! Suggestion: leave 2 tests free on the trial though. I’m not paying 8€ per week (!!!!) if I don’t know how good the whole package is. Disappointed

Ho scaricato questa applicazione con l’intento di valutare il mio archetipo, un obiettivo che si discosta dall’intento principale dell’app, ovvero mantenere allenato il cervello nel tempo. Una volta aperta, l’app mi ha subito chiesto se volessi pagare una quota settimanale. Dopo aver saltato questa richiesta, ho provato alcuni test per allenare le capacità mentali. Alla fine di ogni test, venivano forniti risultati comparativi basati sulle prestazioni degli altri utenti dell’app. A quel punto, mi è sembrato logico supporre che, nel momento in cui avessi fatto il test dell’archetipo ascendente, mi sarebbe stato chiesto di pagare, o che comunque non avrei potuto proseguire senza farlo. Tuttavia, mi aspettavo comunque di ricevere i risultati di un test a cui avevo dedicato un tempo considerevole, abbastanza da giustificare l’attesa di un esito. E invece, come avrete già intuito, non ho ricevuto alcun risultato. Solo un ricatto subdolo e poco elegante: pagare per sbloccare ciò che mi interessava. Non solo, hanno persino tentato di mascherare questa disonestà offrendomi uno "sconto" sul prezzo annuo, guadagnato attraverso un altro gioco mentale fatto in precedenza. Una mossa davvero imbarazzante per la sua sfacciataggine. In conclusione, l’app si propone un obiettivo nobile: aiutare le persone a migliorarsi ogni giorno e a prevenire il declino delle loro facoltà mentali. Tuttavia, è innegabile il tradimento di tali principi. Sono certo che esistano altre soluzioni per ottenere risultati simili, senza dover necessariamente arricchire aziende di questo tipo.

Awful system and does not offer refund. It says in the app there will be a three day free trial. I cancelled my subscription after just 1 day and was still charged 30 dollars. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP🚨🚨🚨🚨 This is a scam !! The team also does not respond to refund requests quickly…

I hate these apps these days, they ask you for your details and make you fill out a bunch of questions takes about 10-15 or so min of your time and then at the end they tell you you will have to pay/subscribe to use the app. Why don’t they tell you that beforehand? Because they’re afraid you won’t purchase. And you feel more invested and worked up after they’ve dragged you thru a bunch of questions. Oh and don’t try tell us because you offer a 3 day or 1 week free trial that you are giving us the option to purchase because we all know in order to get that free trial we have to enter our bank details and you are just capitalising/banking on the fact that we have busy lives and will forget that we’ve subscribed to your app and we end up paying for it and it’s difficult to get a refund. I don’t subscribe/purchase whenever I experience this because it’s a dodgy way for an app or anyone to do business. Just tell the App Store or yourselves to give us the price situation before hand, at the beginning or before opening the app, from the very start. Or how about give an actual free trial of the app where we don’t have to give our bank details? Afraid you won’t make as many sales?… well I’d rather do business with upfront ethics than dodgy trickery

I recently contacted support to notify them I have wrongfully been charged $720 for this app which I downloaded over a year ago and deleted once I realised it was a paid app. Although I never subscribed, I have mistakenly been charged for having a subscription for over a year despite the app being deleted the same day I downloaded it, before providing any payment or personal details. I politely contacted support to kindly seek answers on how this may have occurred as I’m in no position to fork out such a large amount of money for an app I have never used, and yet it’s been three weeks and have been left with no response. Cold and disingenuous for an app that claims to want to help mental health. Disgraceful. Please don’t download this app!! And if you do please be aware you may be charged just for the download, without making a subscription 🙏🙏 Stay aware and safe out there - peace and love

Update. So, my review earned a scripted response from the developer claiming they’re broke & that’s why their free trial isn’t actually free. Are we surprised? Guys, if you’re broke it’s because you’re being too greedy with your sales process. Woo your customer & they’ll be your customer for life. Push and otherwise try to trick your customer & they’ll reject you & tell all their friends to avoid you. If you’re not broke and you’re lying, ewww. Ugh. I was THREE MINUTES into a pathetic 3 day free trial of this stupid app and they had already interrupted with elaborate $$$ money grab pop ups THREE SEPARATE TIMES and refused to share any info about a quiz result until you had signed up for the yearly plan (So, Not a free trial.). I spend money on apps regularly and have no problem paying for in app purchases, but ONLY if the app has earned it and is proving that they are able to provide real value. In this case, the app is complete garbage. I am seriously regretting downloading it and wish I could get the last ten minutes of my life back. Don’t get sucked in guys, it’s just an elaborate scam designed to part you from your money.

Premesso che adoro questo tipo di app e di fatto di per sé ha degli ottimi giochi che stimolano varie aree del cervello. I tre giorni di prova sono un po’ inutili, di solito se ne dovrebbero offrire almeno 7 ma non sto a sindacalizzare su questo. Il problema è il costo un po’ troppo alto per fare l’abbonamento ma ok ci sta per tutto il lavoro dietro, ma dal momento che si può giocare anche senza abbonamento non è possibile però avere così tanta pubblicità tra un gioco e l’altro. È veramente eccessiva e snervante. Capisco che ci si deve guadagnare da qualche parte ma così è troppo. Si fa un piccolo livello e poi 25 sec di pubblicità. Finisce si fa un livello di quanto 10 sec? E via di nuovo pubblicità… stavo giocando ma poi ad una certa ho detto basta perché è davvero troppo. Così alla fine si finisce per disinstallarla ed è un peccato. Il mare è pieno di pesci e in questo caso di app molto simili, io non giocherei troppo con il mettere eccessiva pubblicità perché poi si finisce per perdere le persone anziché invogliarle. Quindi mi spiace ma il mio voto è uno. Peccato perché era davvero una bella app.

Besteed je tijd aan een test moet je aan het einde betalen voor het resultaat. Vieze truckjes. Om het te verduidelijken voor de developer na dat ze feedback stuurde: geef aan VOOR dat de test gemaakt wordt dat je moet betalen, en ga niet hopen dat mensen betalen omdat ze anders hun tijd verpest hebben. Beetje kansloos in een trial.

Ik vind het nep als er staat dat de app gratis is maar dat als je wil spelen je een gratis trial van “maar liefst” 3 dagen krijgt en dan meteen moet betalen. Ben daar in godsnaam meteen eerlijk over. Voor mij een dikke nee zonder te proberen!!

Ho scaricato l’app senza fare la prova gratuita e senza iscrivermi a nessun abbonamento, quindi usufruendo solo di quei pochi mini giochi gratuiti che ti offrono, che non sono neanche così male, certo le animazioni potrebbero essere più veloci o perlomeno sovrapponibili, però mi sta bene, molti mini giochi sono anche divertenti e la possibilità di misurare il QI è molto interessante. Peccato che sono stato costretto a sorbirmi una pubblicità praticamente ogni livello, che non è il massimo quando il livello dura 6 secondi e la pubblicità 25…! (Ma lo posso anche capire) Non avevo nessuna intenzione di iscrivermi all’abbonamento dato che i prezzi sono DAVVERO esagerati, ma ho trovato tra le opzioni di pagamento la possibilità a €5.99 di rimuovere esclusivamente le pubblicità (senza abbonamento) e mi è sembrata una scelta ragionevole dato che ciò che offre la versione gratuita del gioco è DAVVERO poco rispetto al gioco completo e dato che con le pubblicità risulta ingiocabile, per cui ho eseguito il pagamento… e ciò che ho scoperto è che le pubblicità vengono rimosse ESCLUSIVAMENTE da uno ed un solo mini gioco, ciò non era specificato da nessuna parte! Cioè davvero dovrei spendere 6€ per ogni mini gioco? Per favore, questi 6€ che vi ho dato usateli in maniera ragionevole per migliorare il vostro gioco e non per usufruire di sostanze psicotrope. Download the app thinking it might be fun. Didn’t get far before being put right off! Answered multiple questions before getting to the sign up fees. There were 3 tabs with 3 subscription options, the first being a 3 day trial + 10/week, and so on… I did not want to proceed with any of these options, so instead I clicked the large X at the top left of the screen whilst steering well clear of the subscription buttons… Then a tab pops up stating I just signed up for the free trial + 10/week option! If you have to trick people to sign up then you shouldn’t be doing businesses! Do not bother responding with an automated reply as I see you have done to others trying to cancel subscriptions. I stand by this review. I know what I pressed. You’ve been reported. Please Fix it! An app that strives to reduce anxiety, yeah right!!!

Graphics’s look nice. But I spent more time clicking through rebate offers, ads, not even worth looking at it for a second time.

I wanted to try and even pay for this game. However when I saw that the developers harbour the illusion or mental illness that there are more than two sexes, I quickly changed my mind. They belong in a sanatorium, not in business. Minus five stars.

Ho scaricato l’app pensando di provarla, dopo una serie di domande si è aperta la schermata con le opzioni di pagamento. Io non volevo nemmeno sottoscrivere il periodo di prova gratuita alché ho selezionato la “x” in alto a sinistra per uscire e chiudere l’applicazione visto che non ero interessata. Purtroppo nonostante ció mi ha fatto entrare nell’applicazione, io dunque non so se sia partito il periodo di prova o se mi ha sottoscritto a qualche abbonamento senza il mio consenso. Spero non sia così perché non ho intenzione di pagare visto che non ho sottoscritto niente di mia volontà. Dall’app ho provato a cercare una sezione per togliere la mia iscrizione ma non esiste a quanto pare.

I had download this app, subscribed to it & cancelled before the trail period ended. Yet my account was deducted with the subscription fee a few days later towards this app. Irony is this money is transfer directly to them, there’s no involvement from Apple , so even Apple can’t check this issue. I haven’t found a way to connect with the customer service of this app (the website UI to submit a query doesn’t work). Hoping this comment reaches out to them. Also, I have been unable to cancel the autopay towards this app (maybe some blockchain loopholes) Will you be deducting my money for the rest of the eternity??

他の方も書いていますが無料と思ってInstagramから飛んでみました。 メニューを進んでいくと最終的に3日だけ無料その後は有料と表示される。慌てて前画面に戻ろうとするとそのままゲーム開始。 すぐにApp Storeから消去を押しはしましたがそれが解約に繋がっているのか、きちんとアンインストールされているのか、3日後に強制的にお金を請求されるのか不安でたまりません。 なぜこんな酷い案内をするのか理解できません。 同じ内容で困っている方々のレビューには無反応なのも不安要素しかありません。 他の方に「払う必要はありません」と、回答している所もありましたが意味がわかりません。そもそも望んでいないので請求しないで頂きたい。 定期購読を希望した覚えもチェックした覚えもありません。インストールイコール定期購読ということでしょうか？ならば初めからそう表示してください。

Ho scaricato ieri questa applicazione volendola provare usufruendo dei 3 giorni di prova ed eventualmente procedere solo in seguito all’acquisto dell’abbonamento. Dopo solo i primi tre giochi la app mi ha fatto scegliere tra tre pacchi regalo per usufruire di uno sconto (sull’eventuale - ho pensato) futuro abbonamento. Fatto sta che magicamente non ho potuto nemmeno terminare il periodo di prova che è partito il pagamento all’abbonamento annuale. Posto che non sono un esperta in diritti del consumatore credo che se si offrono tre giorni di prova gratuiti prima di far partire qualsiasi pagamento si debba prima far finire questo periodo e solo in seguito far pagare la quota. Di fatto non ho usufruito del periodo pubblicizzato e ritengo che sia una pratica sleale nei confronti del consumatore. Chiederò il rimborso chiaramente esercitando il diritto di recesso. Peccato perché l’app è ben fatta e i giochi sono vari e divertenti e probabilmente avrei anche sottoscritto l’abbonamento ma dopo tale comportamento scorretto non resta altro che cancellare la app.

Je moet direct een betaald abonnement kiezen. Als je voor de gratis optie kiest blijft er een melding voor een betaling verschijnen. Van te voren wordt ook niet duidelijk gemaakt dat er betaald moet worden. Dus in het kort, waardeloos.

You get the impression that it’s free but it’s actually only an app that unloads a lot of ads onto you or you have to pay 100$ a year to play some games that are free on many browser based sites. The „IQ Tests“ have no scientific foundation. Don’t fall for it.

Downloaded app because a sponsored ad on Instagram told me I could tale a ‘12 archetypes’ test and I was intrigued. There were several tests, none of which was the 12 archetypes test, but I assumed once I’d completed some I’d get access to other ones. I also purchased a (reduced) annual PRO subscription to obtain results to test because I figured that maybe the archetype test was only available to pro customers. But I’ve now completed all tests and the 12 archetypes test is not on the app. Aside from the tests, the app has a mixture of brain-exercising logic puzzles/games interspersed with very ridiculous ‘riddles’ whose solutions require spurious and illogical assumptions based on scant visual ‘evidence’. Like ‘which is the kidnapper?’ Solution: it’s the man whose picture shows him holding the hand of the child in an elevator ‘because there is no need to hold a child’s hand in an elevator’. Whoever wrote these ‘riddles’ does not have kids or gives them no physical affection. Overall, an expensive way to do puzzles and get access to tests that are advertised but do not actually exist.

Can’t believe the greed of today’s developers. Asking so much money for an app that 10 years ago would be 0.99$.. 70$ for a lifetime subscription. Is that a AAA game that I don’t know off? Hope you guys share the profit with everybody at least and all the employees are driving a lambo lol.

Nunca concordei em pagar pelo aplicativo. Pelo tanto de mensagens há má fé do desenvolvedor. Como resolver isso e cancelar??? Aparentemente muita gente por aqui com o mesmo problema. Me recuso a pagar algo que não comprei.

Les réponses aux casse-têtes n’ont absolument aucun sens. Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite, des réponses MISOGYNES ont même été trouvées. Je me sens offusquée et rabaissée dans mon estime. Passez votre chemin!

This app offers a trial period of three (3) days... not enough time to render a decision if I’m willing to pay a subscription for it or not. No link to unsubscribe... yes I know it’s Apple ... but a link? Come on....

Hai due possibilità: o paghi la quota mensile oppure per tutti i contenuti che puoi sbloccare devi guardare una pubblicità, e devi farlo ogni giorno. Non vale la pena scaricarla nonostante i giochi siano carini

There is no where in app to unsubscribe. I tried it and don’t want to pay to continue. They haven’t even responded to my email!

I did my first day of tasks and some of the games, and I was really happy with the app. Now that I’ve gotten to day two, it’s saying to do any of the daily tasks I need to take a free trial, which will charge me after 3 days or watch an ad. Not wanting to pay after not much time knowing if it was good, I selected to watch an ad. This came up with an error, and it told me to try later. So I did. It came up with the same message. I came to the reviews were someone else said they wished it was free and the developers responded that it was “completely free”. It is if you want to do one day according to mine, but you can forget about doing more than that.

I used the free version for 3 days and understand it’s only access to limited games, no problem. Then today day 4 I can’t even play one game. My tailored daily training is all upgrade to pro. A direct ripoff of Lumosity for most games. If you can’t beat em, copy em!

I don’t write many reviews for apps, but I really wanted to go to the trouble to write this one. I really like this app, and I actually go to it every morning to do the three little activities it sets up in order to get my brain online for the day. One of the things I’m most impressed with is how the app actually sets each activity at a level that’s a little bit harder than what it thinks you’re capable of doing easily. In other words if you fail in a part of the activity, it will make the next part a little bit easier. If you accomplish a part easily, it will make the next part a bit harder. I can’t say if it’s making me smarter lol, but it definitely challenges my brain every day, and I actually look forward to opening the app and doing the activities. I don’t think I can say that about any other app I’ve ever used. There’s also just enough variety that I never get bored, and I’ve been doing this for at least six months at this point. There are also a bunch of other games and puzzles you can challenge yourself with anytime, and you don’t have to be online to do it. One other thing I’ve really enjoyed is that it teaches you some math shortcuts I was never taught in school, which I actually use in real life now. Highly recommend!

영어 들어간건…좀 빼주세요 지능이랑 연관없잖아요 ㅜㅠ아니면한글버전이나 아니면 트럼프카드52장 외우기 같은거나 다른게임종목 같은거 좀 넣어주세요 스파이 아나그램만 영어를 몰라 ㅋㅋ서 시작도 안하고 있어요 문제해결게임에서 이거빼구ㅜ전설인데 아쉬워서요

This is Good app with candy sort and other minor games. But Ads are for 2-3 min when I open the app each time, even if I accidentally close and open with in 2 min. The problem is we don’t see x mark even after ad gets completed , which is more irritating. Opening app to play for few min and spending time on watching ads is definitely a waste of time. Thanks for Ads, uninstalling.

Giving 5 stars so maybe people will actually see this. But if I could I’d give a negative star rating. Came across their ad on IG. Thought it would be fun to see my archetype. Took the test and of course before I get my results there is a paywall with subscription. I said screw it, I’ll pay $20 to have access to it and a “personalized” brain training program. After I paid they said my results would be available in app. They aren’t. It’s all puzzles, games, and more upselling of different in-app purchases. There is nowhere in app that tells me my archetype or any kind of profile on me even though I answered their 53-question quiz and paid $20. I emailed support about this and they said because I signed up through their website I can’t get a refund. When I asked where I could access my test results they suddenly stopped replying to my emails after promptly replying within minutes about not giving refunds. Then I checked my bank account and they have charged an additional $4.99 and I have no idea why. I haven’t purchased anything in app. They are now processing unauthorized charges. This app is a scam and their content is not special and the same puzzles and games are free elsewhere online. Don’t spend money with this app or company.
