Getting worse every month!

This used to be my favorite and I got many friends to download it but every useful feature is now PAID. We are all deleting it ASAP. ex: live tracking.

It worked great until it didn’t. I’ve tried to contact them about the issue and no reply. It won’t let me search my flights saying I searched too much even though I’ve had this app now for 3years and haven’t done anything different. Idk if this is to push the paying upgrade but it’s been three days now I haven’t been able to search my flight to add to my logbook.

Good app for tracking flights, but cannot sort flights by trips. This makes it far less useful. Save your money and get FlightView or other applications.

I like this app, but it’s only available for apple. I’d give it 5 stars if they would release an Android version. I hate being only able to use this app on my work phone.

Took way too long to get to delete for a flight. Not intuitive .

I used to love this app but now everything is behind a paywall and every time you open the app it asks for the paid version.

Bad

Usually it’s very good but this app sent me in a full panic when it made it seem like my flight which was delayed by 2 hours, went back to it’s original scheduled boarding time and it had me rushing through the door trying to make it to the airport on time only for me to google it while in the car to realize it was still delayed for 2 hours. Lesson learned - always do a gut check.

Forces a friend to get the app when perhaps, just perhaps, they don’t want to. So, I spent money on something I will never use because I’m stuck in my own paradigm. Will not be renewing for sure.

This thing is fine but just I hate that they have pro because now I cannot have the past flights and this app is like the only one with it since my parents won’t buy me pro

So much of the features are now moved to the pro version and the subscription is EXPENSIVE. Even their faqs haven’t updated with what features are truly still free or only part of pro. I’m very disappointed with the obvious cash grab.

I can’t seem to get my flights uploaded. It’s super frustrating. I even clicked on a link from a friend and I keep getting a sorry message.

I set my friends to not show notifications except in the app but they keep popping up as live activities - PLEASE FIX

For me to pay annually I hate how the map doesn't load most times I'm in air which defeats my main purpose of locating where I am

Awesome app! But honestly might be better to just save the money if you don’t fly every week

Flighty is one of the most annoying apps with constant nags to subscribe. Many other apps ask once and then leave you alone forever once you dismiss the pop up. Not Flighty. It will bug you not only every time you launch the app, but nearly every time you switch to it after it’s already running. No respect for users.

This app is beautiful and fun. But. They just don’t get it. I’m not going to pay $60 a year for aggregation of data that exists in other places. But this app just won’t let it go! It just keeps nagging you to upgrade. No. Stop. Leave me alone. I just want to know if my flight is on time. Stop. Just. No. The pop ups and the subscription nags are just off the charts. If you want a free app to help with occasional flights this is not the app for you.

Great tool for airline pilots!

As a Flight Attendant I love using this app to keep up with my FA friends and also so my family can keep up with me. I love the passport feature so I can see monthly and yearly everywhere I have traveled.

It’s what software is supposed to be. Does what it does incredibly well, and if you have even a couple of flights and airlines to keep track of; it’s immensely valuable. My family all share with each other and can see each other coming in, getting updates on landing, delays, etc; without bothering with “the app” that each airline provides and hates on us with. Get this. Be smart. Be handsome.

Great app, the only thing it’s missing is the ability to find connecting flights instead of only non-stop. Also the Apple Watch complication needs which gate I’m departing out of displayed more prominently - for most views it’s not displayed at all which is one of the key pieces of info you need as you glance at your watch once past security forcing you to take your phone out of your pocket to check on the gate.

Work as a flight attendant and this app is amazing for aviation workers as it tells us so much information and cool information ! Use this app everyday in my Career

This is the best app I’ve ever used. Quite possibly my favorite app ever. I truly love all the thoughtful features and extreme detail. There is no stone unturned for how much information you get about not only your flight, but the aircraft itself. As an extreme AvGeek and aviation enthusiast working in the field, this is truly an app that makes me so excited for my next trip. I frequently even find myself opening this app and just looking at my past flight information and aircraft details when i dont even have a trip upcoming. 11/10. Masterful work.

The best money spent on an app, this is a game changer and been using it for 3 years as a paid service.

This is an absolute amazing resource! It has saved me, countless moments of stress, particularly when my flight is delayed and I’m trying to make the decision about whether to rebook or change plans drastically. Several times I have gotten my notification about a flight being canceled. or delayed before the gate agents at the airport! Traveling with children and grandchildren it has been a lifesaver as we’ve gotten notifications about significant delays before we have left for the airport so that we are not stuck in an airport with babies or young children. Very impressed and it is very easy to share with loved ones as we are scheduling pick ups or such. Well, I hate paying for apps, this one is worth it.

One of those apps with a narrow purpose that delivers exceptionally for that purpose

It’s a beautiful app but so many features are locked behind subscription fees that it might as well be part of the Adobe suite.

I love the App. Would give 5 stars if I wasn’t prompted to upgrade to the paid version EVERY time I open the App. That’s annoying.

I was In The Sacramento Airport At the Gate and Flighty Alerts Me That My 2nd Flight to Tulsa Was going to be delayed really bad it was suppose to leave at 7:15 PM it left at 1:30 AM in the morning so I hurried went to the desk in Sacramento and they put on another flight then I was going Sacramento-Las Vegas-Denver-Tulsa and Arrived in Tulsa Earlier the my original 11:55 PM I arrived at 10:30 PM Thanks To Flighty

Ok so I don’t go on flights that often but when I do, it’s a lifesaver! I love the easy UI interface and it’s very convenient to use. It shows my flight delays and even converts time zones so that I will understand it easily. Just one thing. Make it so that you can pay premium per flight so that it’s a little more convenient for short trips or reduce the price of weekly plan.

Its a visually interesting app with a lots of good information but it is ultimately a collection of different inputs that you would be able to find yourself. Is it easier to have in one location, yes but it is also subjected to the same issues and it compounds. I have found this app to be manageable at domestic flights, early cancellations are stellar feature. Its ability to find alternative flights, questionable. International flights with connections, I wouldn’t recommend relying solely on this app. Airline apps were much better at gate updates. So far, I’ve had 1/1 experiences with domestic flights and 0/2 on international.

The detail that is provided is very useful and timely. An outstanding app

My favorite app of all time. As an avgeek I’m obsessed with flighty. They’re constantly updating it as well and the team behind it is incredibly responsive if you reach out.

Best app I have ever purchased!

Flighty has become invaluable when fly. It’s usually more accident than the airport monitors! Layover transfer estimates are incredibly helpful.

As a crewmeber, I’d like to see added many of the operational details FlightDeck app has (which taxiway you’re on, takeoff/landing roll, etc). I see myself switching over if I don’t see those added in the future.

Seems to be a useful app, but for some reason it has put a couple of flights in the passport section apparently thinking I took these flights, but I didn’t. Never even considered them or anything.

I always use this app every time I fly because it tells me all my delays and flight information.

This is the best app ever created for any traveler. For everyday travelers to aviation geeks, it’s worth every penny.

An absolute must for the smart frequent flyer who wants to know what’s going on.

Easy to use app

I have used several flight tracker apps through the years. This app is by far the superior then any of them. It gives real time information. Tells you exactly what’s going on with the flight. Very easy to use & follow. LOVE IT!!!!

If you travel even once a year and aren’t using Flighty you’re missing out! If you travel a bunch of times a year, I don’t know how you travel without it!

Easy to use and so much more details regarding the flight path than any other app!

Air travel is so frustrating and the airlines don’t really want you to know what’s going on. This helps see what’s on time, what’s delayed, and can give you an early heads up that you need to change flights if something goes wrong with the airline.

A friend showed this app to me and then another friend two days later mentioned this app. I but the bullet and tried it out. I really enjoy the data and the combined information in one spot. It provides details that the airlines don’t, which gives you a new insight through the Fourth Wall. One gripe - I don’t like that you are recommended to forward emails to them to log the flight. There should be an API token with all airline apps that scrapes at least the booking data.

There's no application that comes even close to the level of information in real time that Flighty gives. Flighty gives information at times even faster than the pilots and the stations. One time we were on a plane and Flighty updated and let us know that we were going to be 35 minutes delayed due to inclement weather. A few minutes later the pilot notified the cabin

She often asks me to evaluate her and live activities, if I have more than one flight she won’t let me choose which one I want to show me in real time

Extremely intuitive if you’re Flight Attendant highly recommended. 50 year subscription is a must sadly every day I open the app it asks me to review 2/3 times a day. Which it would stop dropping down from 5-3 stars

The flagship among apps. Can’t do better than Flighty.

The app is wonderful and I’m upset about not taking the time the timeout to learn sooner.

I get paying for most of the pro functionality like calendar sync but capping searches until the next day is unreasonable. I didn’t even search that many flights and now I can’t add my rerouted itinerary to my flights for today.

this app is so useful, I can’t travel without it. the only gripe I could have it’s a bit pricey but other than that it’s amazing and a must have for anyone who flies more than twice a year.

This is a phenomenal app for anyone who flies regularly. I fly several times a week during peak busy seasons for my work. Flighty is indispensable.

I came here as app in the air refugee, I had hundreds of thousands of miles saved there so I was glad I was able to transfer them here and continue enjoying a simple minimalistic and elegant way to do all my airport activities

This is a go to for flyers. Gives me all the info I need and has one of the best designs I’ve ever seen. If you want to keep track of your flights and just like staying up to date quickly on your flights download this app!

There is currently a bug in the app that by default it centers the map view on a flight I have ~1 year from now instead of my next flight or any of the many flights scheduled in the coming months. Not sure why but it always moves the map back to center over this far out future flight. Please fix…! Otherwise this is a 5/5 app.

I have put so many people onto Flighty. This is an absolute MUST if you are a frequent traveler. The most up to date information and answers on your travel day.

It’s better than all the rest! Better than anything!
