Full of bugs on every major use case. This is a clear sign they are not using their own mobile app on daily basis, if they would, they'd see the same problems we all are affected by. 4.8 Rating is not justified at all. The app is not usable.

I have attempted to use what I create on my phone and it is impossible. They completely reorganize to make it fit a phone screen. It sucks soo badly!!!

I used to use this app all of the time to plan and organize my life in a way that made sense for me. Lately, the bugs have overtaken the app and it has simply become unusable and indigestible for my brain. AI features have turned me away from the app as well. I am looking for a similar tool without AI, but with the same aesthetic appeal and better functionality. Truly I am disappointed by Notion.

Hardly works on iOS. Not really worth having. Fun piece today: tried to use the “create a new page in” feature today when link a page and it just keeps breaking.

The iPhone and web versions of Notion are themselves quite glitchy and sometimes baffling from a UX perspective. But the iPad experience is inexcusable and effectively unusable. I don’t know how the app says “Supported on this iPad” and even has an Editor’s Choice award when even if you go to Notion support to ask about all of the bugs in the iPad experience, the bot will just tell you that iPad isn’t supported at all. That isn’t a defensible position at all in 2026, and it’s incredibly misleading given the stated support in the App Store.

리포트 해도 고쳐지지 않고 업데이트 하면 또 새로운 버그가 생겨서 리포트 포기하고 씁니다. 대체 앱이 없어 맘 비우고 사용중. Affine, Appflowy, Nuclino, anytype 들을 깔아 놓고 업데이트 소식 구독중이며 기능이 충족되면 바로 대체할 예정. 노션은 한글을 입력하면 마지막 글자가 지워지고, 통합 검색기능은 있지만, 내가 원하는 지문을 못찾는 구조, 본문에서 방향키를 누르면 자꾸 이상한데로 가고, Shift+Home/End 선택이 안되고, 서브 페이지 갔다가 뒤로 가기 누르면 이전 위치가 아닌 페이지 최상단으로 이동해서 다시 스크롤 해야 하고, 단축키 Carl+Shift+0이 동작하지 않고(1~9는 정상 작동) 등의 문제. 노션을 한 7~8년 썼나 싶은데요. 성기신 스트레스도 그만큼 매일 겪네요.

I use this for simple writing, google docs level stuff, and this app has a lot off issues. I’m using the official iPad keyboard, and it’s absolutely awful with clicking. It’s hard to explain, but I feel I have to stop moving and click HARD every time I want to to start typing. And now since the new update, it just straight up doesn’t work. I click, the type line appears, then it unselects itself. I have to click several times, eventually it works. That’s awful. Fix that please. Another issue, the little taskbar is awful on iPad, I can’t move it around or out of the way with a swipe, I have no idea how to change the colour of text effectively since when I open that menu it’s hell to go back. There’s more, and after using this app for a year I can probably raise a lot more issues and I reckon they’d be fixed - Notion seems like a great company and they’ve made a fantastic product. But it almost seems like these issues have gone unnoticed? Perhaps low on priority? … if you can sort these sooner rather than later, that’d be very appreciated. Thanks for your time.

I really loved this app - I stored all my school work, lists, memories. It was my go-to place. Then, I accidentally made what's called a Workplace. As I am using the free version of notion, I wasn't able to just simply delete it. Apparently I had reached my "1,000 block limit." I couldn't archive or remove members. As a result, I couldn't interact, edit or add to my other pages in Notion. Every tutorial I had found either didn't apply to the free version or was too old to apply. They have removed the "member" section, changed it to "people" and removed the "Remove from workspace" option. It could only work if I added someone else and made them an owner. So I made a random account I wouldn't use and had to use that account to remove people as it hadn't reached that block limit. Only, by the time I was just getting down to removing everything - it turned out that had deleted it all. Not just the workspace, but every. single. page. on all 3 accounts. (I had two that I used, one for school and one for personal use.) I have genuinely lost everything and I am not exaggerating. I can't begin to explain how infuriating the process is in general. Even for those that the tutorials worked for, it was incredibly frustrating and overly complicated. For me, who's just had years worth of work deleted, it's even more so. It's just disappointing because I've recommended Notion to so many people but now I have to warn them about workspace or just straight up spending money on it. Even when it's main highlight for most was that it was free. Notion, you must fix this.

ことの発端は突然で、ある日なにも書き込めなくなってしまった。サポートセンターに連絡するも、トンチンカンな受け答えしか無く、ちぐはぐしていた手前、2週間後に企業側のミスだと判明。結局1ヶ月やり取りしても治らず(と言うより直す気が感じられなかった)、結局こっちで勝手に1からアカウントを作り直す予定。かなり腹に据えかねる。他にも連絡手段がメールしかなく、解決に時間がかかったり、重ねてメールアドレスに辿り着くのが難しかったり、なぜか韓国語で返してきたり(自動翻訳)、間違えた情報は送り付けて来るし理解力は無いしでそもそものオペレーターの質も悪い。アプリ自体は良いと思う、そこは評価したい。が、トラブル後の対応には向かっ腹が立って仕方が無い。 発覚後の日本人？オペレーターの事情説明 さて、面識のないユーザーのワークスペースへ参加されていた件についてですが、こちらで当ワークスペースを調査したところ、許可されたメールドメインに「docomo.ne.jp」が追加されていることが確認出来ました。この設定は本来、企業など独自のドメインを持つチームにおいてユーザー管理をより簡潔にする目的で使用する機能なのですが、こちらに「docomo.ne.jp」が追加されている為、◯◯さんがNotionを「docomo.ne.jp」で利用開始された時に流れで参加されてしまったものと思われます。 本来、Google.comなどのフリーメール系のドメインは追加出来ない仕様になっているのですが、こちらは除外対象外だったようです。この点については既に担当チームへ報告済みです。

This is one of the best yet one of the worst products I have ever used. When it works it's great. However, I am really fed up with it kicking me out and when I sign back in it redirects me to other sign in group (email, Apple, Google) then when I think I'm signing in I'm actually creating a new account which then confuses things even further. Yet again I cannot access my main account, the one where I have everything stored, the one where I keep loads of study material and rely to keep my information safe and accessible. Yet again I feel I have lost everything and it's a nightmare getting notion to understand why or what I am having difficulty with. I am in total despair at this same problem arising again, an issue that took months to resolve the last time. If the miracle happens, which I doubt, and I can gain access to my proper full paid for account then I will be exporting the info and leaving Notion for good because I just cannot trust it anymore. Sad really, because it's so good once your in and using it.

Tonight I went on the app and it had logged me out I logged back on to my account To find Every note I’ve ever had gone, I checked the trash and still there seems to be no records of them on my App, They were very important to me, Most the notes Are over 3 Years worth of Work, I’m incredibly Heartbroken over this and I’ve tried many different things to get them back and it’s like they have just disappeared, I worked Incredibly hard in these Notes and there is no back ups to them And the Only ‘Back ups’ I have are from months to years ago so they are not right and not updated, This is incredibly frustrating and if there is any way to bring them back please help a girl out here. This review is more about Notion itself than the app. After reviewing a bunch of other programs I subscribed to Notion to help build my new businesses internal infrastructure. I was happy at first but it seems that the moment anything goes wrong Notion support is less than helpful. I’ve been going back and forth with Notion support trying to fix some billing issues (updating my payment details). Notion seems fairly incapable of actually troubleshooting the problem and at this point as I keep getting the same suggestions from different ‘people’ I’m convinced Notion help is running on AI and not an actual human with problem solving skills. Despite numerous occasions saying the system won’t let me update my payment details and suggesting an actual bug that may be causing the issues their reply was: It’s so easy, you don’t even have to log in. Please update your information with this link. Also to note, you only get a reply every 24 hours, so after every (it’s so simple update your info) communication gets a bit tiresome. If you’ve seen Sh*+s creek this whole exchange was the equivalent of “just fold in the cheese - what do you mean - it’s easy, you just fold in the cheese”. I’ve tried to escalate this to a dept manager or someone in tech that would hopefully have the skills beyond “it’s so easy just update your information” however the more frustrated I get the less inclined they seem to be to help me. It’s at the point where I’m considering switching to another service which will be a hard decision seeing as we have put a lot of time into building our systems in Notion. Also to note despite being told that the old payment info is incorrect and I cannot update my payment details they continue to attempt to bill the old card number and then send me warnings that I need to update my information. So, let this be a cautionary tale for anyone using Notion for their business - it’s good, until it’s not. At which point you better be able to problem solve on your own. Just fold in the cheese.

Been using Notion for all of my note taking for about 3 years now. Works great on iOS. Recently, in light of ChatGPT, every soulless product manager in tech is scrambling to shoehorn some kind of AI into their product, and sadly Notion was a casualty of this. In adding their AI to the toolbar in iOS, they have REMOVED THE OPTION TO HIGHLIGHT TEXT AND MAKE IT AN EXTERNAL LINK. This is fundamental to my Notion workflow, as this is a basic WYSIWYG feature. This has made Notion nearly unusable for me. If they don’t bring back external links and/or have a way to turn off the AI features soon I’ll be moving to Obsidian or something else.

pc版の評判でスマホ版使用すると使い勝手悪すぎてびっくり。 たしかにpc版はかなり使いやすいけどスマホ版がこんだけポンコツだと他アプリ使わざるをえない。 とにかく検索が弱く、検索してもその内容がヒットするメモ名を表示するだけで、該当箇所に遷移してくれないため結局目視で探しだす必要があるのが謎すぎる。 何ならアルファベットに関しては単語単位で完全一致しない限りメモ名すら表示されない（projectを探す時にproと検索かけてもヒットしない） まぁ検索出来た所で目視で探す必要があるから全く意味無いですが、pc版凄く良いのになぜこんなポンコツなんでしょう、、 とりあえず現状は自分がどこに書いたか把握出来る量以上にメモしちゃうと全く探せないので改善して欲しい

Frankly, the developers should be ashamed of themselves that they let the kind of excellent refined design and quickness of notion on the desktop by the rather clunky iPadOS version. There are so many things that you just can’t do. First of all the pop-up menu when clicking buttons should only be when you are left clicking. It should not hover over you, it makes no sense. When you go in split screen you can’t right-click? You can’t write / commands, you literally can type text and if you try and change colours or make it bold it use goes away. You can’t copy blocks of text and select across chunks of text and move it or copy it. It’s like it’s written by a child, you have such excellent hardware yet you frankly limited the capabilities of it despite the large user base. I use notion everyday but knowing the iPad version is so utterly incapable of even the most basic of tasks makes my life a hell of a lot worse as a student.

I downloaded this app on my Mac a week ago. I was really surprised by the quality and how easy to use it is. But today , the app gave up IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CLASS. I can’t open it, it just keeps loading and loading and loading…

I’ve made notion my default note-taking app but it is very frustrating to see that the issues are not being worked on by the developers. The copy and paste issue has been mentioned countless times by users so I don’t feel the need to go into that, nor the fact that there is no offline mode. What I do find frustrating is the fact that even on a brand new iPad Pro with very little storage used up and even with no apps running in the background, I still seem to have issues with speed on Notion. It often gets so difficult to work with that I have to restart the app. When using it side by side with safari or chrome, it’s pretty appalling. Something as simple as selecting multiple blocks and moving them can become extremely tedious due to the app freezing or crashing. I use it for simple note taking with headings, dividers, a few different background colours, toggles here and there, but nothing more than that. What’s the point of all the fancy features if you can’t even get the basic note taking functions to work smoothly? The concept is there, but the execution is not. It’s sad to see their team not responding to their users, whilst they continue to pump out money sponsoring YouTubers to rave endlessly about an app that clearly needs a lot more work. We need more stability, not more features. Priorities don’t seem to be straight with this company.

Stuck on the loading screen, TWICE! Have to uninstall then install it. Last time, the template of a table wasn’t working. Everything showed up when I tap the template again on that empty page. Didn’t set to full width of change font as set in the template. Sometimes the template doubles. iPad version, didn’t even have the option to create a second or third column. Disappointing! Also on safari, I can’t access the desktop version even if it’s desktop version browser is set as default!

My life has a ton of moving parts between 3 kids, a business, and until recently, a full time job. And ADHD. Notion helps me keep everything straight without dropping the important balls. With pages for work and family, my brain is supported and my anxiety of something slipping through the cracks has been pretty much relieved.

The ai is like having a DBA do all the work on your database. You do the architecture and the ai does all the grunt work.

This helped me a lot

I am a paying user if that says anything. The app is so close to being my sole productivity tool. The thing that keeps from being that for me, is that it just keeps fumbling the ball at the simple blocking and tackling. The iPad and IOS apps are just atrocious and do not play well with stage manager, to the point that it just makes the app unusable at times. Things like navigation from the marketplace just isn’t intuitive. Want to undo a change you made? Can’t do it. How do I go from the marketplace back to my homepage you may ask? The only way is to close the app and open it back up. That is just not how it should work! I wish the apps were as useful/bug free as the web version, which is simply the best. There just needs to be some work put into cleaning it up and making it more easy/accessible to use.

Just get it. There’s a bit of a learning curve but it will make life better.

I had EverNote for years. Was a good application for my personal and work life. Came across Notion. Had more features that I could use. Any application is not going to punch all of your buttons. But if it works for 90% of your needs. It will work for you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Just getting started with Notion, but I’m really liking it so far. There was definitely a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, and it can feel a little overwhelming when you’re first figuring out how everything works. That said, once I started using ChatGPT to help me create prompts and build out systems, things started clicking much faster. I’m currently using it to organize a large historical archive project, and I’m impressed by how customizable and powerful it seems. I’m still learning my way around the platform, but I can already see the potential. Looking forward to exploring more features and seeing what else it can do.

Notion is a great app to use if you wanna start being more productive. The only thing is that you have to get more used to it but, overall it’s a really good app and I think you should try it.

很棒的軟體，用來記錄閱讀筆記很方便。我習慣用朗讀的方式輸入記錄重點。但最近朗讀語音辨識變得較不準，容易在唸完一個段落後，自動把一些它辨識為可能是贅字的字刪掉（但其實不是） 還得重新自己補打字，很困擾。語音辨識很難完全精準可理解，但不要自動刪字。這點希望能夠修正會更好🙏🏻

很多可以自己去探索，建議網路爬個文，了解別人如何利用這好用的多解析釋方面剖析，能夠打造屬於自己的資料庫模具呈現❤️

有一些比較多資料(以文字為主)的大分類或小分項，每次要點進去都進不去，卡在一直在整理傳輸的狀態。刪除暫存或離線也跑不出來。更新過後剛開始可以進，過兩天又不行了。變成只能用網頁版，手機開不了無法即時同步確實滿困擾。且網頁版最近也很卡頓。

Using Notion with iPad pencil always get me frustrated. It is not easy to navigate, and worst, my notes always get deleted accidentally, and undo won’t work to retrieve it. As an example, after proofread (Apple pencil feature) my paragraph, somehow it got split into columns, and I could not select the part that I want to adjust. I tried to fix that by turning it into other type, and one of it was heading. When I turned it back from heading into text, it has only one paragraph, instead of five that I had written. This is not the first issue I had with using this app with iPad, guess I have to move on! Update: it’s turned out to be a bug that gets fixed after the app is restarted, luckily it is recovered.

Notion in a word - flexible. Simplicity. Probably not. That’s not a criticism. That’s testament to how much you can do with it. A file manager is simple. Make some folders, store some files. Search them. Useful? Yes. Powerful? Not really. Flexible. No. It’s got a singular purpose. Notion is flexible and powerful. The trade off is knowing where to start. Notion can be a workflow tool. It can be a blog hosting platform. It can manage projects. Organise data for you and tag it. Be a research vault, holding articles, audio, imagery and video, all tailored and presented just the way you like it. Not a flat structure of files. No, think a rich webpage with links passing to other pages, embedded media. The works. And it’s not that hard to get any of it working. Notion does a lot to make this as easy as it can be. It’s all GUI driven. It’s impressive. Sure it has quirks. Could you get something this flexible to work without them? Probably not. You will struggle to find a product as feature rich. Its AI tooling isn’t just a gimmick either. It can truely help you manage and create content. Ask yourself - do you need this much in a tool? If you need a fantastic collaboration platform; a place to collect and organise your research project; a project management tool to help run your SMB; a way to effectively manage you local soccer club - notion could be your answer. If you just want somewhere to save your photos, or store some files, it’s overkill. Overall an excellent product in the right context.

昨天使用時都還非常完美，沒想到今天一開的所有東西都變了，版面沒差多少，但使功能變了，不知道是改版還是當機。過了一週再回去看，又回復平常，幸好沒有改版，因為這是一個非常好用的軟體，恨不得推給身邊所有人🥹

As a high school student who struggles with time management and organisation, I can say Notion is great for helping me stay on track, remember everything I need to do, and the layout of pages within pages, databases, embeds, toggles, etc are really useful for organisation. I also like to use notion for personal organisation outside of school with my friends, so being able to collaborate is nice. However the collaboration process is a little complicated and annoying sometimes. However, paywalls make the experience restrictive, and I understand the need for funding everything from the business point of view but what’s annoying is once I run out of “blocks”, deleting them and even emptying out my trash doesn’t change it so I could delete everything and still not be able to do anything else with my workspace, forcing me to make yet another account. AI is also just straight up so horrible for the environment because of the amount of water and electricity it uses, and it promotes anti-intellectualism because users become dependent on it for writing, thinking, and making decisions, to the point it’s affecting education all over the world. It also promotes anti-social behaviour and has been used in harmful (and on occasion illegal) ways. I hope you as a company take my experience into account as a user of four years to improve your app.

Notion is a nice app to use; however, it often crashes, please, can you make it more stable. Moreover, I’d like to kindly request for a larger maximum file size limitations for the upload. For instance, this would not be helpful if I’d like to upload my digital course book to the app. Plus, I’d like to request a new feature to the notion app. Just like the Microsoft One note, could you please add the feature that allow us to import a pdf file and be able to write on it, like using Apple Pencil perhaps. Thx

It’s so magical that I can’t describe what a big difference it has made to me ,both my study, work and the ability to arrange things and to think things rationally instead of doing whatever I wanna do! With notion ai I can do things more efficiently , it somehow makes me as a sensitive person more comfortable!

Love this app. Been using daily for 5 years. However, I’ve encountered a recurring issue in mobile app when changing the emoji of a page listed in a table. Whenever I use the search function to find an emoji, the entire app freezes and becomes unresponsive. However, if I select an emoji directly without searching, it works fine. This has been a consistent problem, and I’d appreciate it if your team could investigate and resolve it.

Es ist eine grandiose App und ein super Konzept. Hier kann man wirklich alles was man hat unterbringen. Ich nutze es eigentlich sehr gerne aber jetzt nicht mehr so viel. Es wird leider auf amerikanische Server gespeichert… . Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass es dann immerhin eine Ende zu Ende Verschlüsselung geben würde. Wenn eure Suche langsamer wird, dann bietet es separat an, von mir aus auch mit einem günstigen Plan. Ich kann leider einfach nicht alles in Notion machen, weile es nach wie vor eine für mich kritische Lücke ist. Bitte also E2EE anbieten! Auch dass es keine Offline Funktion gibt stört. Wenigstens einen befüllbaren Cache. Wenn ich einkaufen oder am Flughafen bin und hier meine Einkaufsliste oder Tickets nicht abrufen kann, dann ist es leider für mich immer ein Grund andere Apps zu nutzen die das können. Bitte implementiert sowas. Die letzten abgerufenen Dinge offline im Gerätecache speichern zu können. Dann wäre es die voll Punktzahl. Eventuell muss ich Notion aber auch irgendwann den Rücken kehren wenn kein E2EE kommt, da es immer mehr anbieten. Bisher aber noch nicht euren Funktionsumfang. Momentan hängt alles nur allein an eure Cybersicherheit, das ist zu wenig bei so sensiblen Daten!

Ich nutze Notion erst seit kurzem und bin an sich begeistert, allerdings ist die Version auf dem iPad bug-behaftet. Zum Beispiel kann ich im Split-View-Modus Texte nicht farbig markieren, und weiteres. Sehr schade, auf dem Handy klappt das! Was mich auch stört ist das Rechtschreibprogramm. Grundsätzlich ja super Sache, wenn falsch Geschriebenes rot unterringelt wird - aber so einige Wörter kennt das Programm einfach nicht, und es stört mich auf Dauer doch sehr, dass Fachbegriffe dann dauerhaft rot unterringelt da stehen. Sieht einfach nicht schön aus und stört das farblich organisierte Bild. Es fehlt eine Funktion wie bei Word „Übernehmen“, mit der man quasi bestätigt, dass das Wort absichtlich so geschrieben ist. Ansonsten bin ich super happy; trotzdem also 4 Sterne!

I used all kinds of mainstream apps such as Evernote, OneNote, etc. Nothing really compares to Notion in terms of features and how easy it is to use (even Microsoft’s sad attempt called Loop). Now with its Q&A AI feature, it stands out even more. Notion can use AI to digest your notes and provide you with amazing insights. Their Q&A AI is similar to Google’s NotebookLM. I really hope Notion continues to improve the Q&A AI development, it’s really awesome so far! Thank you Notion team for developing such an amazing product :)

Notion ist einfach nur genial. Das System der Blöcke hilft so gut beim Strukturieren. Auch im Nachhinein kann man Sachen schnell verschieben und anpassen. An sich wollte ich keine neue App, aber Notion habe ich vom Tag des Kennenlernens direkt in meinen Workflow integriert, so gut passt das alles. Übrig bleiben für mich 3 Desiderate: - PDF + Fotos zumindest ein bisschen in Notion direkt bearbeiten zu können. Hierfür immer Download, Löschen, Upload zu brauchen, ist sehr umständlich. - Mehrere Schalter sollte man auf einmal einklappen und aufklappen können, z. B. alle unter einer Überschriftsebene auf einmal.

Das Programm funktioniert sehr gut und ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Auch die Kalender Einbindung ist gut.

I’m looking note apps to replace my previous Evernote which is need pay huge amount for using it. This apps have similiar function with Evernote and integrated with AI capabilibty to assisst me in taking note for my work. How ever, Notion need to improve the editing function and tabulated table for a better note taking. Thanks

Notion is a dream come true - a place to organise absolutely everything! I use it for ideas & research for writing, product comparisons for anything I want to buy, Christmas card & present lists, To-Do lists, project planning, a Commonplace Book for random things that interest me, & a Second Brain for all the trivial stuff I clog my mind up with, & don’t need to, links to useful websites (just tap Share, then Notion when the options come up). And lots, lots more. I know this is a small, subjective point, but I would love to have it justify my text (not its fault that it doesn’t - Markup won’t allow it). There’s a workaround to make text centre, but apparently not for doing that. Also, as someone who mainly uses phone & tablet rather than a laptop (I’m rarely at my desk when ideas come in!), I’d love it if reminder sounds would play on iOS. Minor details, though, & certainly not worth costing it even a fraction of a star! One more thing — I’m so thrilled to be able as an individual user to get this free, but would it be possible to add a Tips Jar to the payment options so that those of us who see it as a game-changer can show our gratitude without being tied into a subscription meant for larger organisations? And that is a suggestion I have never made on any app before!! To anyone considering downloading it — please do, & take a bit of time to play with it & find your way around it. I think you’ll find it time well spent. And to the developers — I know two words don’t seem an adequate response, but… thank you! 😊

아이패드에 다운로드해서 사용하고 있습니다! 근데 블루투스를 연결해서 사용하려고 하는데 글을 작성하려는 부분을 클릭해서 글을 쓰려고 하면 바로 바가 사라지고 글 작성이 안돼요ㅠㅠ 노션으로 스터디플래너를 작성해서 사용하고 있는데 너무 편리해서 좋아요. 근데 키보드가 작동이 안되는 점이 너무나 큰 단점이네요. 버그이거나 오류같은 건지 잘 모르겠지만 수정 부탁드려요..!!

노션 너무 잘쓰고 있습니다. 근데 아이패드로 앱을 열면 두번에 한번꼴로 아이폰(행드폰) 어플로 보는 것처럼 화면이 보여요. 다시말하면 원래 아이패드 노셥앱으로 열면 데스크탑에서 보는것처럼 보이는게 정상인데, 자꾸 핸드폰모바일 앱에서 보는것처럼 안에 페이지 정렬이 달라집니다. 이런 현상이 나타나면 다시 앱을 나갔다가 들어오면 또 원래 아이패드 정렬화면으로 나오더라구요. 한 일주일?전부터 앱 두번 열면 한번꼴로 이런 현상이 나타납니다.. 왜이러죠..왜 아이패드어플인데 핸드폰어플에서 보는것처럼 정렬모드가 바뀌죠 불편해요 ㅠ

Everything was going perfectly and I had a lot of different shifting scripts and stuff that took me days and days to make then one day I open notion and it’s all deleted. everything. Gone. Forever. I tried exiting the app and going back in and it didn’t work, I tried updating it, I tried logging out and back in and nothing works. It’s gone.

I know it is already compatible but you could make a completely new app very similar to notion but slightly changed so it is more compatible with mobile since it’s very hard. You could change it so underneath the “health and feedback” there are a selection of buttons that will help navigate around notion, and if you make more than 3 pages then you could make it scrollable so you scroll on that small part so it won’t get in the way of the buttons, or just put them to the side. I really like notion, but my laptop can barely show a word since it’s so pixelated and I can’t afford a better quality one so I’m stuck to my iPad. I really think notion has a lot of potential, and it’s already shown on the laptops and computers. It just needs some tweaking for mobile users. Maybe add a choice to let notion know that you are on mobile instead of making a new app! So it gives you a choice as to if you are on phone, iPad or computer. So it adapts to your screen to make it a more comfortable experience.

I absolutely love motion and use it instead of notes for literally everything. I have come across a problem recently though. It has been stuck on a loading screen for 5 hours at this point. I have been trying to get to my stuff into the pages multiple times during this time period. Turing my wifi on and off, turning my phone on and off fully, updating the app and waiting. It was working perfectly fine earlier though. It might be my internet but it is currently at 5G and 2 bars. Been at 3 bar multiple times throughout this time period of 5 hours. I have all the planning for my books on there and I am wanting write. But unable to because what I need to look back it as unavoidable because of this loading error. It has annoyed me a lot and I hope you can get it fixed. Thank you.

Great but if we can change the background color of each day in calendar or the event box, i think it will help us to manage things better. Thank you for creating such a good app like this.

So, I was on the hunt for a digital planner to track my goals, plan for the day, week, month, year, keep a journal etc. as paper planner was just not working for me. All the preset digital planners I found did not meet my needs, but then I came across Notion, and oh my goodness - what a revelation! I think for me it was the flexibility to design a layout and format exactly as I wanted. I can create pages, drop assets (or “blocks”, as they call them) onto any page, and then customise their view. (For those that know how to build MS SharePoint pages by creating “apps” and then embedding these on pages, Notion works using the same idea). I’ve been able to create calendar views for long term goals, to-do lists, habit trackers, a journal, daily wins, and create goal setting functions so easily, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg in terms of what this software can do. My only recommendation would be to have easy integration of personal calendars (e.g. Google Calendar). Notion has completely changed the way I track and organise my life and goals, and even into my second month using it, I am still adding new functionality to my planner. Thank you Notion, for being the software I never knew I couldn’t be without!

因为没有中文版就直接打一星的人。素质也就摆在那里了。这个软件也不是给你们这种人用的。走好，不送。一年以来产品bug我从来没遇到过，全平台全设备的同步也都非常理想。有功能优化建议的时候就直接给notion技术团队英文留言，对方24小时内也都会有反馈。

Ich nutze Notion seit 6 Monaten und bin überzeugt von dem Nutzen welchen mir das Programm bietet. Am Computer und IPad funktioniert die Software einwandfrei lediglich auf Mobile habe ich kleinere Probleme die die Arbeit damit etwas stören. Wenn ich von einer Website (z.B. Twitter) einen Link auf eine Notion Page kopieren möchte dann ist die Sprache in dem sich öffnenden Fenster (iOS 15.6) immer auf Französisch, obwohl meine Gerätesprache standardmäßig auf deutsch eingestellt ist. Darüber hinaus schließt sich das Fenster nach kurzer Zeit automatisch wenn man nicht schnell genug speichert (7-8 sek).

Ich bin erst vor ein paar Tagen von meinem bisherigen System auf Notion ungestiegen und nutze es seitdem auf Macbook, iPad und iPhone. Das Prinzip gefällt mir richtig gut und ich komme bisher sehr gut klar. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt: Auf mobilen Endgeräten (iPad/iPhone) habe ich schon in wenigen Tagen viele Bugs erlebt. Oft funktioniert das Verschieben nicht oder ich kann auf dem iPad plötzlich nichts mehr eintippen, wenn ich kurz aus der App gewechselt bin. In solchen Fällen muss die App immer wieder neu gestartet werden, was auf Dauer leider etwas nervig ist und den Workflow stört. Am Laptop funktioniert bisher alles einwandfrei, ich wünsche mir dass sich das noch auf die mobilen Geräte überträgt und angepasst wird.

Even after the latest update it somehow got even more glitchy, it glitches colour of the backgtound whenever i try to change pages, and it soows down my screen a lot. It changes from dark blue to black… please fix this soon, excellent app once you learn your way around it.

没有中文确实给使用带来的不便，需要一定的学习成本。 同步功能虽然很及时，但是网络欠佳的时候会有卡顿等情况，如果可以的话弄个较大文件的中转站或者设定同步不必这么及时，要是需要及时同步，给用户一个选择就行。

I LOVE NOTION SO MUCH! It’s such a good app filled with so many features and unlimited customisation for anyone and everyone to use! However, this can be super overwhelming to the novice notion user. I think creating a notion course for people to access as a template in notion would actually be the coolest thing ever as I have scoured many notion posts to learn to make this an effective life management tool for me but wish this was available when I was learning the ropes! Also, the only pet peeve I have with the iOS apps for iPhone and iPad is that when you add a new item to a table that it opens to a new page when creating the new item. Is there a way that this can be fixed so that when items are added that a new page isn’t opened directly and instead if the page is to be opened that the item (new page) needs to be tapped or selected to be opened - as this is how it is in the desktop version. Thanks again for making such a great product!

I think Notion is fantastic. I think it’s ridiculous and sad to see so many people giving the iPad app 1-star because they are worried about Notion being a small company or they don’t like some small aspect of it. How is any app meant to grow if people give it 1-star basically because it’s new? Personally, I also prefer that data is kept in the cloud, and not on my device, because that keeps the apps lightweight (and in theory, consistent across platforms, but this is not the case) and I’m sure greatly improves the ease of maintenance, which means developers can focus on improving features instead. That said, Notion is not keeping the iPad app up to date with all of the desktop features, such as Header 1/2/3/ toggle lists are not supported in the iPad app, I cannot expand the toggle, it just shows as a heading instead. I find this a little surprising, considering this is basically just a web app, but it’s not a big deal. It does show that their development process is not completely watertight though. This just means, I will continue to use Notion in Safari on the iPad, it’s not a big deal, and I would rather Notion keeps innovating and adds iPad features when they have resources too.
