Realizei a compra do app e quando loguei com minha conta aparece que é a versão gratuita e não consigo enviar os arquivos escaneados por email e atraves do WhatsApp

O aplicativo apresenta uma prática inadequada, pois após a compra ainda exige o pagamento de uma assinatura adicional para liberar seus recursos. Isso caracteriza indução ao erro, uma vez que adquiri o aplicativo acreditando que teria acesso às suas funcionalidades, e não para ser surpreendido com uma nova cobrança para utilizá-las.

Purchased the app but the app doesn’t even work. Freeze at the first page and crashes after 30 seconds. It doesn’t even work at all. Total scam. I request for a refund!

You have to pay to download the app in order to get the basic subscription, unlike most apps which are free to download and then you have to pay to get a premium subscription on top of that.

Though I paid for the app it didn’t let me save or convert.. I had trouble in logging in .. reset password link resets. But I am not able to login with new password.. no support for such a popular app !

Quality of documents is garbage unless you pay for a "pro" version I guess as this sucks and forcing people to give you their email to restore purchases is unethical. It should be done automatically through Apple. Other apps don't need my email or for me to log in to something to restore my purchases.

I paid for this app, but am unable to scan more than two pages into an PDF anymore, has something changed in recent versions. Really disappointing. I don’t use the online features shouldn’t need to pay for a subscription on top. Please assist.

Cam Scanner was a pretty neat app that focused on great scans/captures using your phone or tablet, thus bridging the gap between a genuine scanner and an image or .jpg I purchased Cam Scanner. Now a subscription is required to access the same features that I and others already purchased. And that’s where this review stops. People! Customers! Users! Players! Stop being ‘nice’ about subscriptions! You’ve already paid for a thing, right? Why are you now being required to pay for it again?! Because developers can get away with it? This isn’t logical, reasonable or feasible anywhere in the world or society unless you happen to be in the business of cement boots and breaking things with baseball bats. Even then, it isn’t OK. It’s just something someone who’s bigger than you can get away with, for now. Developers: Great, amazing, inspiring, awesome apps are created with drive, passion, purpose and vision, not with complacency and a monthly fee. Even if an initial purchase is required, the user can rest easy knowing that the developer is working hard to make their creation even better and it is perfectly reasonable for the dev to request payments for upgrades. It isn’t reasonable to expect users to pay a never-ending fee for something that may be great one day, but just not today. Have the courage to make something great and stop bowing to Apple’s latest greedy idea.

Following the trend of most developers, I paid for this app so I can get the add free version and have a scanner, now I have to pay monthly to get rid of the adds. I don’t want your scanner thanks very much and I’m deleting it 🔴 Reply to the developer’s response: I’m already on the “+” version of the app and you are responding to the “+” version of the app. You all just want more and more money, hopefully the people will NOT help you achieve your goals and hopefully you will go broke. Thanks for nothing, you are all thieves, I’ve already paid for your app but that’s never enough isn’t it? I hope you go broke. RIP OFF, do NOT pay for this app, you can use the built in scanner within the apple notes app and it works much better anyway.

高級アカウントだか何かの支払いがされてないとの表示が出た。 そんなものを契約していない。 合服の設定画面からも確認した。 2013年頃にとてもお世話になったらアプリ内だけれど、信頼が出来なくなりました。削除します。

I’ve been using this app for over 6 years now. The addition of the “premium” subscription service (even though I paid for the app originally), and the constant pop ups for it have really ruined the user experience for me, even though the app still has good features. The focus is now building reoccurring revenue, rather than simply providing a good application user experience overall. I’ll be moving onto another apps.

Update: nach Kontakt mit dem Support, wurde mein Plus/pro Konto wiederhergestellt. Bin sehr froh, dass das geklappt hat und vielen Dank und den Support. Ich brauche nicht mehr als diese Version und bin mit dem Funktionsumfang sehr zufrieden. Old: Aktuell mit iPhone 17 lässt sich zum ersten Mal das Plus/pro Konto nicht wiederherstellen unter dem Menüpunkt Käufe wiederherstellen. Da stürzt die App ab und der Kringel läuft stundenlang weiter. Bisher war ich soweit zufrieden mit der App, ich habe aber nicht viel damit gemacht außer scan to Mail.

I’m unable to share multiple fee files in bulk to WhatsApp, which makes the process inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be great if this issue could be addressed.

Other than the first preview image, everything else shown is locked behind a paywall. Honestly, it feels like I just paid to go from an ad-filled, barely usable app to something that’s just decent. 「もっと」メニューの中に「タイトルの追加」があったはずですが、いつの間にかそのメニュー自体が消えていました。タイトルをつけていたドキュメントのタイトル編集もできません。それ以外は非常に重宝しているのですが…

iOS側の更新でカメラのセキュリティレベルが厳しくなったようで、アプリ上でのカメラ使用にユーザー側の許可が必要になりました。 しかし、iPhoneの設定内に、こちらのアプリでのカメラ使用の許可チェック欄がないので、許可が出来ません。 【追記】 上記不具合はOS側の問題だったらしく、更新後は元通り使えるようになりました。

これまではマークアップで、「矩形」で広範囲を一括消去できたのに、それがなくなってしまいました。 一々ブラシで書込みを消さなくてはならず不便になってしまいました。 マークアップの「矩形」を復活させてほしいです。

バージョンアップも継続的に行われ、購入当初よりも、かなり機能が追加されています。 複数アプリを試した後でこれに決め、有料版を購入し、愛用しています。 だいぶ他人にもおすすめしました。

At first I thought maybe it was my phone and was going to reach out to Apple when I was trying to take some “scans” and every time the flash would fire to remove the shadows on my pages, the “scan” would have the shadows. Then I tried the same scenario of taking photos of my pages with the camera app and had no issue at all with shadows. Leads me to believe that the app is responsible in some way for the shutter and flash not syncing with the scans. Is this a known bug? Is a fix coming? iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.3.1

I discovered this application when I saw a government contractor using it to send very detailed blueprints to the engineer or project manager. If it's good enough for them, it's definitely good enough for me to organize business cards or to make high definition copies for business or school projects. it’s now been 10+ years i’ve been using this app and it’s the best app for business cards, DETAILED blueprints and everything between! try it and i guarantee you’ll love it!!!

Really great app, but I won’t give 5 stars because recently I cannot use it anymore! I just cannot open the application that suddenly it’s closing by itself. Please repair it because it’s not possible to use it at all!

pdf 내보내기에서의 ocr 기능을 바라고 12개월 구독을 오늘 했는데 스캔후 ocr기능을 보니 pdf내보내기에서 ocr 기능이 없네요? 이런 부분은 미리 설명을 제대로 해주셨으면 착오가 없었을텐데... 형식 그대로 내보내기도 이상하게되고... 환불 문의를 어디다가 할지 몰라서 여기에다가 글 남깁니다.

이 앱에서 말하는 텍스트 인식 OCR은 어도비스캔에서 해주는 것처럼 피디에프 뒷면(?)에 기록해서 나중에 PC에 옮겼을 때 내용을 검색하면 결과에 잡히고 리더에서 긁어서 복사할 수 있는 그런 식의 OCR이 아니고 진짜 얘네가 말하는대로 어플에서 일회적으로 인식결과를 보여주고 txt로 내보내거나 복사를 할 수 있게 해준다 이거임. 물론 이런 식의 방법도 그 나름의 쓰임새가 있을 것으로 생각하지만(휴대폰으로 문서내용만 문자로 급하게 보내야 하는 상황?) 개인적으로는 실망했음. 그런 ocr방식이 필요 없다면 pdf에서 워터마크를 지운다는 값으로 생각하면 될 거 같습니다.

ocr 기능이 필요해 +버전 구입후 잘 사용중입니다 ocr 기능에 뱃지로 숫자 100이 나오고 사용 시마다 줄어드는데 100회는 기준이 어떻게 되나요? 100번이 월 기준인지 아니면 100회만 딱 쓸수 있는건지, 어디를 찾아봐도 못찾겠네요

아이패드 에어3인데 해상도랑 호환성 업데이트 해주실생각 있으신가요?... HD버전은 너무 업뎃도 안되고 별로입니다...

I have the paid version. For over a year this app did not work properly due to it not being up to date with one of the iOS updates some years back. Now it functions properly like it should with even better features. But now it keeps telling me I have to pay for it. I purchased the “pro” version of this YEARS ago. What gives. Why are you trying to charge me again. Now it constantly freezes and this is just a big disappointment

I’ve been using Cam Scanner for the last two years to keep up with my expense receipts. I even paid for the + which is great. BUT..lately every time I open the app it asks me if I want to upgrade to premium. I wish that can stop without me signing up to premium. I already paid for the app i don’t want pay more and I don’t want to see that message pop up every time I open the app. If i didn’t want the premium service at the beginning of the day or middle of the day. What hell makes it think I’m ready for it at the end of the day? It’s annoying. I can deal With it asking me every week or month. But every time I open the app? That’s too much!! Please fix!! Thank you!

Can scan easily and manage them in systematic way! You can name it easily or left it as per the system suggested name with date and time! Very good app.

Ik gebruik de app bijna dagelijks om mijn papieren stroom om te zetten naar PDF. Foto maken en de app snijdt het automatische uit en maakt er een PDF van, ideaal!!

Diese App lässt sich sehr gut in der Pro-Version zum scannen und bearbeiten von Dokumenten benutzen. Die automatische Seitenerkennung funktioniert und die Nachbearbeitung macht aus den Fotos ein hübsches PDF. Meiner Meinung nach lohnt sich hier der Kauf.

还希望能给未开通会员的多一些常用基本功能，嗯不知道付费版和免费版有什么区别，界面目测还一样的呢，不知道怎么样才能让他的呀、我想我们自己会一直有哦喔就不要去皮后了你的课没有什么时候回家过年了。

Insgesamt ein super Tool was mich seit Jahren begleitet und genau das macht was es soll! Insofern 5 Sterne! Zur Abwertung führt Folgendes: Mit der Cloud nervt es, weil man sonst die Daten nicht zwischen Geräten austauschen kann. Die direkte Sicherung auf PC funktioniert nur vom iPhone, nicht jedoch von der iPad-App! Da gibts die Funktion gar nicht erst! SCHADE. Eigentlich wollte ich meine Daten eben NICHT in eine Cloud schieben! Es steckt natürlich der Gedanke der Gewinnmaximierung dahinter. Ist aber irgendwie schäbig. Da würde ich lieber ein Abo abschließen und hätte dann mehr Freiheit wo ich was speichern oder sichern will. So werden die Daten quasi "gekidnappt". Das hat was Unseriöses! Schade
