So can you seriously consider the utterly distasteful changes you've made to this app?! And you even said "Supporting free usage comes at a costs," but I think the disgust and sadness people feel towards this app is the price you've “comes at a cost”!

The free tokens would be reset to 3000 per day before the new update. And now, 300 per day is unbearable. You’re nuts for yawning for money that obviously. Using 300 tokens per day means that even though I’m using the cheapest bot, I can only ask 15 questions. Under this circumstance, why don’t I go to use the service provided by Gemini and Deepseek?? I used to use POE often, but today it suddenly stopped working. It can't even answer a single question, saying I don't have enough points. I'm shocked. I discovered the latest policy reduced free points from 3000 to 300. Limiting free users is fine, but asking a question now costs 600 points, isn't this reduction excessive? I used to always use AI, but after I found out they use a lot of clean water every day just to cool down the systems, I immediately stopped. I don’t want to waste clean water and end our water supply faster because of using AI. So please stop wasting water and maybe I’ll continue using AI. I mean it’s helped me a lot when I used this app, but I am strongly against wasting water just so I get my benefits, I’m not that selfish. Please fix this.

The responses are always wrong. Ask it a math question, itll give you 100 different answers, it doesn’t help. And ask poe about a book, the book/plot is usually wrong..

This app is completely useless. I asked them to give me a book summary of a book. It was ok if they couldn't provide it, but instead he created a fake book summary and even made up their own characters. Then , I asked them to do translation and got it all wrong. Thirdly, when I told them to help me type the words in a paper, he showed me another picture in a different language. This app is practically trash

Every time I ask a question, it replies “ I’m sorry, I can’t assist with that.”. Then, I need to ask more politely… until it replies me. I paid HKD$1600 for a yearly subscription. This is very annoying and inefficient.

Not only are reply options incredibly limited and robotic now, but you have to pay to use it. So yeah, go fornicate yourselves.

After updated to new OS 17.6.1 in iPhone 14 Pro, PoE can’t be used anymore. Error said server connection error. Why? Pls fix.

Really nice apps for experiencing different tools in short time. Apps is fast enough for responding although sometimes the bot showing busy…overall very good experience.

Most of the time when I get doubt my mind goes to POE. It’s totally a best thing for me to answer my questions 🫶🏻
